    Photoshoot alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day. When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS it says that I donot have any service activated. Further more there is option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care personal.
    I would like to deactivate the service.

Last 25 days I was suffering in signal problem I given compliant so many times but till it was not cleared I had only tata indicom & Tata docomo numbers only other than any network mobile was not there so, last 25 days I did not receiving any incoming call and outgoing call in that area.         Subject: Conversion from postpaid to prepaid

        Dear sir.madam,

        I am suhas E khamkar having your Tata Docomo connection [protected] and relationship no[protected] ask for activation of may service after paying all my dues on 28-sep-2012. I approched your Tata Gallery at Ghatkoper (w) for conversion of mobile facility from postpaid to prepaid.

        They told me conversion form could not be acceppted util line got actived. We have sent a request,You have to visit gallery again. After 4-5 day when I visited the gallery they told line still not activted. The behaviour of the agents are really pathetic. Nobody has right answer to my queries. I belelive either do have proper knowlegded or don't have proper communication skill.
        After that I have got call from Tata number [protected] on[protected] regarding the confirmation of lines activation. I told them I want to convert my moblie service from postpaid to prepaid. They have sent a pick boy to take my necessay documents and filled form with dully signed and pasted photo. I have given him my all documnets and Rs55.00 to coversion of service.

        Now my line got activated but it is still not converted into prepaid facility. Request yo to check the same and confirm. Otherwise have to approch consumer court for my rights.
        Note: Also note that my bill was sent on [protected]@yahoo.com instead of my correct email id [protected]@yahoo.com

          Hello,

          I have activated Rs.38.00 message booster package on Friday,[protected].
          But after completion of just 100 SMSes, it started charing Re 1.00 for local and Rs 1.50 for natinal SMSes.
          I lost around Rs. 30 because of that. I tried to complain about this to customer care excutive.
          But couldnot able to speak them, as they put a busy tone always and even charging for that.
          Its really disgusting to know that a reputed company like yours gives such kind of faulty, poor, irresponsible and careless service to a customer.
          I kindly request you to bounce back my deducted money which i lost because of your service. And hope that i will not get a chance to complain again in future, which is the least i expect from you for your valuable customer like me.

          On 14th January 2013, Rs 5 has been deducted from my balance saying that I have downloaded Hollywood Sizzlers for 48 hours and it is non renewable. But I have not done any such things and they just deducted my balance. In fact I was not even using the phone for nearly 1 hour.

            I deactivated my tata photon data card on 13/6, after paying the last of my dues on 12/6. I was told by the tata contact rep that the device will be disconnected and I will have to pay only 7 days rent. She informed me that I will get a email asking me to pay forthe 7 days, I agreed.
            By the end of the month I am getting a whole month's due of Rs. 805! How can that we be possible if the device has been deactivated?
            I went back to the Tata contact shop, and the rep informed me that the device has been cancelled according to her computer on the 13th of June.
            This is crazy! I am getting repeated messages and smses asking me to pay or face legal action, can you believe this.
            They are making a mistake and we have to pay?
            I have been trying to email them, no response. I am trying to call them, a girl picks up and without asking any information from me she says she will check and get back!

            TATA HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

            Details for my photon card deactivation.

              I am sushant manoher sarphare using tata docomo number [protected]/[protected] deduction balance in or account and i am contact to customer care but they are not giving answer properly and deactivate the customer care service on my account they are not reply me as well.
              Please take some action on customer care representative for this bad behaviour at least you have to give me answer for deduction my account balance is 0.00 please reply mi as well as possible.

                This is with reference to my purchase of Tata Photon USB modem on the[protected] from your dealer FIRE TELESERVICES, Bungalow No-2 Main Patel Nagar,
                Opposite Metro Pillar no. 229 New Delhi-110008.

                I would like to bring to your kind attention that the USB MODEM due to technical up gradation does not work in my area. Henceforth i was issued an INTERACTION ID-[protected]. For which i am thankful to your organisation. However the situation is that now the dealer is not co-operating at all with me.
                They are asking me to go here and there. They took 1700/- INR from me and gave bill of only 1300/- INR. I purchased this USB MODEM ([protected]) for work at home. In office i have all the facilities.

                To my surprise, the dealer is not responding and making several excuses. At first they were very friendly and polite and now they are behaving otherwise. May i ask you to kindly look into this matter as i am leaving country on the 8th of November. I would request you to help me get my 1700/- INR back. If further not co-operated by the above said vendor/dealer, i will be forced to escalate the matter. I humbly request you to help me in this matter. Kindly do the needful.

                  Two times 49 rs were deducted from my talk-time, one on 20th and than on 26th. My phone number is [protected]. I called customer care, first time they told that your balance will be refunded within 72 hours. But i got no refund, was busy so was not able to call customer care. Today again 49 rs were deducted. I called customer care they said we can’t do anything. i told them to let me talk to your senior they said wait we are transferring your call to senior. they kept me waiting for more than 10 min, but no one answer. i again called they did the same. it’s getting very frustrating, please do something ASAP

                    I am yet to face a customer service that is as bad as what i have recd from Tata Photon. I have been following up with a connection cancellation request after closing all dues since 15-Feb-2012. The Initial complaint number given by the Tata indicom service agents was[protected] . I was mailed by Tata that the cancellation request has been closed and that the cancellation is effective

                    Depsite conformation from Tata i kept getting to my utter mental distress and disturbance series of SMS and calls that there is outstanding due and that i need to close the same immediately

                    I called thier call center who again registered a complaint[protected] in April 2012.

                    But i am still continuing to be haunted with a series of SMS and mails on the outstanding and that the connection is still not closed

                    I have raised a complaint as late as Mid of october again and was committed closure of the connection by 25th of october again.

                    Today is 26th of october and i receive a mail that there is a SLA breach and that the connection is still not closed

                    I am under distress and mental disturbance due to this apathy filled approach from Tata for the past 9 months

                    This connection has been inactive since Dec 2011.

                    Can some one help me with a customer service from Tata that works some how and get my cancellation request processed at the earliest

                      i am using tata docomo sim phone no [protected] during surfing on 18/10/12 one add bannerappear and shown 99 rs pack than i immediately quit browser without touching add but still 99rs deducted from my main balance. On talking with customer care he forcing that i have touch the banner but i said i have not so. Next day i again called customer care and they refunded my balance. But again on 24/10/2012 same has happened & balance deducted by 99 rs this time i haven't seen any add. I am very frustrated now by taking this 250 plan.please save the type of mental torture.

                        I was explained the 899 plan by DGM (outbound); we were promised 600 sms & 2GB data free with the plan without any toppings. We were also assured that in no case the bill value to go above Rs 1010. My very first bill onwards I am having problem. Just co-incidently I checked the details of the bill & found out that half of my bill value was for sms @ Rs 1/-. When I called the concerned person; he started using abusive language. I logged call on th tatadocomo website , called customer care however its more than 2 months & have still not got resolution.I have the above said promise over the mail in writing still these guys are careless for the customer. Most pathetic customer service experience from such senior officials & customer care. Kindly listen to the few calls taken by the customer care & DGM;you will be shocked. I am unable to switch to another network due to trai regulation. There should be some hard action taken against the organisation & employees to harrassing the customers.

                        It is another niceway to trap the customer compelling them to pay false bills generated.

                        Tata Docomo — Cheating Customers with false promises

                        At the time of taking the connection the I had enquired about ISD, which was informed the services will be provided and 400mnt of local and STD, but now to activate there have ask me deposit of Rs. 2000/- and I need call customer care to activate std facility. I the initial time of taking sim there have taken Rs. 300/- as security deposit. When I came to the ISD facility is not available I have asked to refund the amount and disconnect the number at the earliest. Which has not happened still now? No. [protected]. Request to refund the amount at the earliest.

                        TATA Docomo 899 Unlimited Plan — False Commitment & False billing

                        I am surprised that compliant No[protected] is closed without resolution, without even speaking to the customer.

                        If someone reads the trail mail it is very clear that we had made the commitment of only 4 numbers in the first phase & had most pathetic expereince & had to fight through out for the service.

                        Most Pathetic service ever. Madhya Pradesh office is unable to resolve the issue, can someone forward it to some higher authority.

                        New complaint number provided[protected].

                        We truly regret for taking TATA Docomo. We promise that we will never think o[censored]sing TATA Docomo in future nor would ever advise anyone.

                        So kindly help switch the number to prepaid so that we could smoothly complete three months of imprisonment.

                          My photon number is [protected] . I have been a Photon customer since 2010. I was under a plan of Rs.750 - 5 GB unlimited corporate plan for very long now. At no point do I exceed my speed limits as my usage is strictly for work and very little personal usage. The trouble began on September 25, 2012. I was out of the country for many weeks and I had returned only on Sept 19,2012 . My billing cycle is 20th -19th of every month. Hence effectively I was on my new billing cycle when I had returned to the country
                          However , on Sept 25 , I saw no signal on my account and called Customer care - who told me that I had exceeded my usage of 5 GB . I was shocked as it was less than a week . I demanded a complaint and explanation on my usage details as it was being used only by me and there was no way , I could have consumed 5 GB in one week. The rep , however asked me to take an additional'Speed booster' pack which will be valid till Oct 19 - the end of my billing cycle. I refused to take it as I wanted a resolution of the complaint. I got a call from the tech team in the evening who gave me details of my usage which was very very abnormal, especially a 3 GB usage between 9.30 and 8 am of one day - when I am asleep with my computer shut down !!!!

                          I refused the explanation however the team was incompetent enough to offer me any analysis and were reading out statistics. I opted for an additional speed booster pack due to professional compulsions ( 2GB pack) .
                          On Oct 4 , yet again, I received no signal and the customer care again told me that it was because I had exceeded my usage. This time I suspected foul play and I raised another complaint for usage details . I never heard from them again on that complaint .
                          I took yet another speed booster pack to keep my professional commitments going ( 2GB ) and on Oct 15 - the story repeated where I was informed that I had exceeded thee usage yet again !!! Please note .. TATA photon claims I have used over 10 GB in less than one month when in all my years withe them I have never exceeded 5 GB and they do not even respond to complaints to track usage details . Their website'My Account' section' does not work half thee time and no one in their customer care can even explain how to figure it out.

                          Worse still , supervisors refuse to come to attend customer escalations as they are always on otheer calls. One supervisor who I was demanding an explanation did not have the courtesy to return my call after it got disconnected. Worse still , i found out , he had logged in my notes saying "Call disconnected from customer's end"!!

                          I demanded a cancellation on Oct 15 and I was transferred to the retention team who spoke 'extremely sweetly' , took it upon himself to resolve the issue by the next morning 10 am and that he will disconnect the connection himself , if i didnt receive a response. I fell for the trap and waited.
                          Come Oct 16 , the status is the same and I call back for Cancellation yet again and this time another 'Retention rep' tries his tricks of offering me Rs 500 off blah blah. I had to remind them that I was not a BEGGAR at their doorstep and I did not want anything to do with them anymore . I was told it will take 7 working days for the cancellation request to be completed. I requested for the earliest cancellation withe NO ROOM for further negotiation .
                          Even when there was a call confirming the same later - I made it very CLEAR i did not want the connection.

                          I was warned by colleagues that TATA Photon always plays dirty and never cancels connections. I decided to wait the 7 days .
                          On Oct 25 ( ten days after I have raised the cancellation request[protected]I receive an email saying a Request number[protected] has been raised and is being looked into it . I suspected foul play and called Customer Care to understand the status of my cancellation on Oct 26 and I was shocked that a fake Service request has been raised saying

                          "Customer has been retained by arranging a JE visit to the customers house' .

                          I am shocked at this - because at NO POINT did I ask or approve of this . It is a FAKE REQUEST and Tata Photon has NO AUTHORITY to raise a fake request on my behalf.

                          How can Tata Photon CLOSE a cancellation request and worse still CLAIM THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN RETAINED. It is an absolute lie and how can Tata Photon practice an unethical practice of raising and closing requests using my name without my knowledge !!!!!

                          I wanted their next levels of escalation - but they believe in the policy of not being transparent. I have fought my way to write to an appellate id which i luckily tested while I was on the phone withe the rep - and i found out that it was a Fake id -- why am I not surprised !!! . I received yet another appellate ID and I have written my concern - but I do not hope for any response. However , it will be time to take them to court , if they decide to generate my bill for the month after I have requested my cancellation and registering fake requests in my name saying I have chosen to resume service which i HAVE NOT and I NEVER WILL.

                          so is deir such a big problm in tata docom. dey send 10 sms.s daily and harass me . thank u i am saved. first mail 2 deir c.care, den escalate by mail, save all replies. Voice intimation wil nt wrk. also record all calls made by them to u and opposite.
                          with the above said records write a final mail 2 dem. and if dey dont budge still den file Fir in police under IPC 408, 415 and 420 along with case in consumer court claiming Rs.25000 as damage and civil court under torts-law claiming 2lacs.

                                Hi. This is Karthik. I am new to Tata Docomo, i have activated 3g services for my no.

                                On last Friday (19th Oct 2012) my balance rs.150 has got deducted. I chat with the customer care on the same day, they said we have charged for internet usage. I replied them saying i have 3g services activated, so they raised a complaint on the same day, here is the complaint no. PBR12111279 and asked me to wait for 5days.

                                I didn’t get my balance, so on 23rd Oct once again i contacted them, they checked and said "I have checked that as per the resolution the amount is refunded on 10/22/2012 16:11:50". I replied them saying “i have not got my money back so please check my account details”. Once after checking they agreed, and said we have to discuss with our supervisor, so wait for another 48hrs. They shared me the ref ID 755-789.

                                Its today 25th Oct, i have not got my money back, so once again i contact the customer care, they repeated the same story and once again asked me to wait for 48hrs. This is the ref ID 758070.

                                I have already waited for last 7 days now am really frustrated and tired off with this weird service. Do they think that we dont have any other work other than this. I have the back up of all the chat details. I want justice.

                                I am Nazeer,My Tata Docomo Prepaid number is [protected]. 21/02/2013 morning 12 o' clock.I was in browsing my mobile after quit my browsing my balance deducted Rs60/- in my account.I call the customer care he said "u had activate the some VAS i could not remember the name that is balance was deducted".I couldn't activate any VAS. I asking to cc person refund my money. He said "please hold the line but after 10 mins my line was disconnected.
                                After i call the cc for raising my complaint but till now i can't connect customer care.Every time my call disconnected automatically.Already my number register DND but till now massage & call came from the network.
                                Please refund my amount........Rs60/-
                                Do not loose the valuable customer. This is create the bad image for ur esteem organization & spoil TATA group name.

                                  These people are actually cheats. Whenever I recharge by 125 or any other full talktime packs, they activate some service like Jobs or Jokes and are still doing it. I have called them several times and given the Customer Care executives an earful but nothing has changed.

                                  I don't know why the Govt of India even gives licenses to such cheats.
