hi,
i am rohit rathore and i recently buy a new gsm sim card of tata docomo ([protected]) from aum telecomm infocity gandhinagar Gujarat. from 9th of November company closed my connection with out any information given to me. apart from that i used the same number in my business card and personal banking information too.and when iam try to connected with these guys they said to me that your connection is deleted due to -ve verification but when iam toled them that this number is very critical for me any my business they replied back with the suggestion for buying a new number from them.
along with that i tell them that i am will to give any supporting document that they want but same reply form them
plus in that sim i have balance of more than 150 rs
please help me

    Actually I recharged my blackberry plan of 399 on 14th ,november.transaction id I'd above mentionedm
    I have got the recharge successful confirmation message bt I m unable to use the benefits of plan.
    When I call on 121,they told me that the recharged has been activated n its the fault of blackberry helpline. Bt when I call to blackberry helpline number they told me that they haven't got any info abt the plan of 399m
    Sir they ae making me fool from the last 2 days.
    Three o[censored]r executives and one senior executive(sahil) also forwarded the mail to activation department n till now I haven't got any call from that side.
    Sir pls its a humble request to take a serious action in this regards.

      My mobile number [protected] has got deduction of 200 rupees without my concern. Tata docomo is charging even though user has not activated services by himself. I have 3 tata docomo number if you want to charge like this then i will move all three numbers to another operator.

        I am a Postpaid customer of TATA DOCOMO Number [protected]. Last bill was nearly 3869 Rs which is Exceeded my credit limit provided by tatadocomo which is only 1300. I didn't get any message/ call from tatadocmo crossing my LIMIT. the Limit was reached before October 16 th after i had used another 10 with out any problem. When ever i checked in *191*4# (they way to know unfilled usage) it showed below 500 only. In October I had activated 3G 1GB data pack.When i activating 3G data pack i had confirmed that how should i know the usage of crossing the limit of 1GB, they informed me you will get an SMS. (same thing working in Reliance net as expected ).or you can check on MyAccount on Web. But in website is scrap it showing 2 to 3 days before data usage only . Here how can i controll my usage and where should i get the exact usage amount. Now i have charged above 3000 Rs for using of below 100 mb data. As am working in Mobile application division i would not use this with my knowledge.

        They have barred my out going call now and even i could not able to make call to Customer care center also . I used to call my another service provider number to TATADOCOMO Call center which has been charged for the call, it had long conversation and had spent so much of money.

          I AM MEMBER OF TATA DOCOMO. I HAVE COONNECTION OF TATA DOCOMO MOBILE. WHEN I CHARGED MY MOBILE AFTER FEW DAYS THEY AUTOMETIC DEDUCTED RS. TO MY BALANCE. I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT THEY DID NOT GET RESPONCE. THEY SAID THAT YOUR SERVICE AUOMETIC STARTED AND WE ARE HELPLESS. I MANY TIMES STOPPED PAY SERVICE BUT THEY DELIBRATLEY STARTED SERVICE FOR MORE PROFIT.

            I am najar khanushiya customer of tata docomo.They start value added service without any request from me and they start them self and when i complaint to stop this service the customer care representative Raghu Senva is not taking my complaint and can`t answer properly and and i say to transfer call to his Manager but he didnot transfer and says not to transfer the call and cut the call without any solution.

            I have been facing the same problem.
            They have activated Cricket Alert automatically and then we call the customer care people they bluntly say that we must have put in the request, that's so annoying. And we asked them to deactivate it, they gave us 10's of number and asked to send some sms and still the service never stops. The worst part of it is they also renew it automatically and start charging for that. I have been struggling to get this service deactivated for the last three days, but no use. This is really frustating, i have lost already a lot of talktime because of this. Even then i asked them if they can just stop the service even if they can't return the money.

              Sir,
              I am completely frustrated by the service of DOCOMO. Their customer service agents do not give responce and hang up the phone.
              I have been charged unnecessarily many times and have lost almost Rs. 200 without any usage of service. They simply say that they cannot do anything. I have tried a lot to get some reasonable reasons but they do not cooperate.
              So,
              I request you to help me get my money back.

                  i had with draw my net connection which is on number [protected] and now also i am getting bill for it i refused to pay bill they a arrest warrant will issued on u . u want to pay bill and giving warning to me i complaint to all tata customer service but i didnt get any action on it please take action on them

                  Tata Docomo — Highly irresponsible customer service

                  Customer service of Tata Docomo is very highly irresponsible. I had submitted my complete documents on 5th nov and contacted the supplier of SIM card "The Mobile store" near kemps corner, Napean sea on 10th again as i received sms requesting for documents when he assured me that documents were submitted to the company on 10th.

                  Today the 13th Nov my outgoing calls are barred including the customer care and i had called from a land phone around 11:00 AM and spend nearly 1 hour on call to get it transferred from agent to floor supervisor Deepak and then manager Parvesh.There was assurance that it would be solved before 4:00 pm which did not happen.

                  They had mentioned about 72 hours to get it working. Which i cannot afford as my means of communication would be stalled till then.

                  I called in the Evening around 7:00 pm and call was attended by agent Mayur who told me to call the number [protected], when i refused as i had reached this after going through the IVR. He agreed to transfer the call upon my persuasion and kept me on hold for around 45 mins.

                  Thus an overall of around 1hour 45 min i have spent from a land line to get the issue resolved, but yet not done. The steps to resolution is very pathetic.

                  I have spent Rs 300 for this SIM and yet i do not get what i want, Shouldn't there be any way to penalise the irresponsible nature of the customer care when they are at fault.

                  I would strongly discourage anybody to change to Tata Docomo as their 1p/sec billing is of no use when it functions with inferior coverage and a customer service that s*** , and why pay RS 300 to get yourself stranded.

                  Eventhough my earlier interaction with your customer care executive over phone (Complaint ref no:[protected] anmd[protected] was not enjoyable and simple, i would invite your kind attention to spare some valuable time of yours to resolve my complaint with you regarding my new connection of Tata DOCOMO.A brief of my complaint..I were contacted by one of your executive who visited my office on last week of October for canvassing new connection.When i gone through what he told me and offered, i thought it woulee.d be interesting to take a new connection of Tata Docomo.He told me if i take two post paid connections (149 plan)there would be a CUG option between these two numbers, where the calls between these numbers are unlimitedly free.As i was interested i took two connections [protected] and [protected].With in one week after regular follow ups from my part, however it got activated.I started using the network thankfully.After a weeks time i got a message from your customer care that my call rate had exceeded the credit limit allowed for me which is Rs1000/-.One day suddenly my outgoing facility got barred also.Then i called up your executive and asked whether yue to someou are billing for CUG also.Then he told that it was due to some error as the the network was newly introduced.However after he telling the story he could manage to retrieve the connection.Again atleast for five times my two connections got unbarred and each time i called up ur executeve and made it right.The real dragon came in the form of monthly bill on last week of November, where i could see the most interesting part like all the CUG option calls are billed for two connections.Anyway my copy of the bills are here with this mail for your reference.As per the contract i need to pay the rent and usage charges for normal calls and not for the CUG option calls and offers.But unfortunately your billig was not like that.What should i do to use your network further as it got barred again? what is my correct amount billed which i should pay?Please help me..Hope your esteemed organisation under the TATAs can help the customer in the right manner.

                  Tata Docomo — irresponsible service

                  tata docomo network is the worst network ever.....they dont have any customer care executives who can speak even a bit of english...this has made things much harder for me...when i repeatedly called them and asked for an english speaking executive, they started avoiding the calls....it would always say that all the executives are busy...and everytime there is a problem they would say that they ll check their databases which never gets updated...when called during night, they say that it ll be done by 6 am. when called after 6 am they say noon, and then night 9....and the same thing repeats...

                    This is Prasant from chennai.Daily 2/- is deducting from my account on behave of "DOCOMO Babes Sub" has been activated .when i tried to deactivate via *191# service. I am getting a confirmation message that service has been deactivated but still after that its deducting money from my account. Then tied to call customer care after a lot difficulties I am able to connect customer care representative. and they told me that server is down, So not able to activated. since last two weeks i am calling to customer care daily, but nobody is responding correctly to deactivate.

                    So I want to deactivate my service? This is really a horrible service provided by docomo. I want to deactivate the service ASAP and wants to refund the money to my account ASAP.

                      my mobile number is [protected] and 33rs is deducted from my account.actually i dial *191# from my account to know the best offer from me and when i press 8 for special offer three option was shown to me,when i press 1 option to know what docomo offering to me,balance is directly deducted from my account instead of showing what you are offering for 33rs. and i was informed later that i was provided with 1 gb data. this is purely against law,you have to provide proper information about package before deducting amount from customer. This is strongly the violation of TRAI guidelince. As per TRAI company is supposed to provide detail information about package and here i was charged 33rs and later i wads informed about scheme. I talked to your customer care representative also,she also agree with me that it is docomo mistake but at the same time she told me that she cant credit 33rs because they have reached certain limit beyond which they cant transfer money in my account. so she told me to contact appellate officer. you can cross check this also by dialling *191# and you will also find that 33rs is deducted without prior notice.you can make fool to rural people of india but not urban people. i am law student and i know very well how to handle such problem. kindly refund me 33rs in my account otherwise i will go to consumer forum surely this time. and file complain against you in TRAI also. please refund me my money. Otherwise i will file case in consumer forum and also go for portability.

                            sir me ne tata docomo ke 2 SIM liya hai, 3G SIM 110 me 1GB, me ne 07 tarik ko mobile no [protected] or 12 tarik ko [protected] internet activation ke liye diya tha or sath me formilities bi puri ki thi or abhi tak ye dono sim activate nahi ho paya hai. aap ko batana chahata hu ki yadi kisi prakar ki problem hai to mujhe bataya jai because mera kam project ka kam internet ke karn ruka hai.
                            yadi problem solve nahi hoti hai to mujhe majburan labour court me jana padega.

                            Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo 3G Service

                            When will be Tata DoCoMo 3G service launched in Hyderabad? If it is already launched can you give the details? I am very much interested in 3G service and want to take one as soon as possible.

                            TATA DOCOMO 3G — Wrong Info from Care,cost me losing 720 MB usage

                            i have recharged my mobile for 3G service by rs.751 for 2GB,30 days validity on 7th oct2011.My validity ends on 5th nov2011,as on this date i was left with 720MB unused.i called customer care,he suggested me to go for a recharge of Rs.90 "for 100MB,30 days validity plan and told me that my unused 720MB of previous month will be carry forwarded in this and after recharge i can use 100MB+720MB=820MB for next 30 days.i went to docomo outlet(frazer town,bangalore).i confirmed the same from the person sitting there(Ms.Salvy).she confirmed me the same and done my recharge,but after recharge my leftover 720MB was lapsed and i'll get only 100MB.Now,all the CCA,the one in the store and the one on the phone is telling,"sir we can't do anything,why u recharged".

                            It is such a un professional behaviour from them,and i can't expect this from such a big brand.
                            Now,i wanted that either 720MB will be credited to my account or some other compensation would be given by the company.

                              Myself, Kapil with mobile no - [protected] hereby submitting complaint against the worst services by Tata Docomo in our area. We are constantly facing problems wen we are talking with a person on call. We get noise disturbances from other calls that means when we are talking on a phone to other person we gets noise of other people in between during calls which not only create problems during calls but may force to end up important business related calls which may cost us in terms of our business. Sometimes also when I am talking the call suddenly gets disconnected and this has cost me much. We have also complained to customer care but they are not listening and not solving the problem. We are fed up with this worst service of TATA docomo in our area. We request you to solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise it may cost us in a huge amount of business and may be forced for further action against service provider. Thank you

                                Tata Docomo — Deduction of Balance on Prepaid

                                Rs.10 has been deducted from my Prepiad account The number is [protected]. I tell it about to Customer Care of Tata Docomo. They give a reason that about LOVE TIPS. They told me that i had activated featuring Service. So the Deduction done for that.

                                I had already face so many times of balance deduction with any scheme activation without my knowledge.How can they deduct the balance? Even though I had talk with customer care no. and as per their
                                report, Jokes, Cricket, CallmeTunes etc. were activated.

                                99 rs deducted frm my prepaid account few days back around 10 days and customer care gave me the description that these are deducted for game value pack.. and today they deduct 28 more n reason is still the same....

                                Neither i am getting or using any kind of game nor i am able to call annyone because all the balance i put into my account is only for your game value pack deductions.

                                very pathetic customer care from DOCOMO, Its all simple as they talk when calling customer care. So SIMPLE to take the customers money. on 30th May i got a SMS mentioning deduction of Rs.95. next day again Rs.5 and 6th June again 45/- hah ahaha ha all these looks so SIMPLE.

                                I called customer care for more than 20 times and they credited Rs.30 to my account . They informed me, the balance amount will be credited within 24 Hours.Thank GOD, till date nothing has happened.. I dont think this is the right way to deal with.


                                My experience with DOCOMO is extremely bad and i will not refer anyone to take the connection from DOCOMO. I have been using IDEA and VODAFONE which provide far far better services.

                                Tata Docomo — Deductions from prepaid balance

                                I am a tata docomo prepaid user. 25rs were deducted from my account on 23th sep bringing my balance to zero. The customer care executive claimed that i have sent 130 messages in a day of which 100 are free. But i have made only 20 messages. I have also registered a complaint on the tata docomo website( ref no.357138 ) but their is no response yet. This has many times but this is the first time i am registering a complaint.

                                Today morning 12 o clock i suddenly got a massage on my cell which read.. "your cost Rs.60/- and remaining balance 66 & quot; something like this. I was shocked because that time i am in browsing on my cell.
                                When i called CC.That pathetic customer care guy told i had activate some VAS.I wont activate VAS.. He was not ready to write down my complaint. and he just disconnected my call. And till now i cant call CC.

                                Already i register the DND but till not activate. Firstly i want a refund on my amount. And i also need details.Please activate DND for my cell. Please dont loot people like this.This will create bad impression of the esteem group.

                                  My broadband bill for month of April was around 10,633 INR. I have credit limit of INR 3,500 and it is supposed that my internet connection has to be disconnected when bill amount reached to the Credit Limit. I have made a multiple request to customer care regarding this issue. Initially thay took lot many days to resolve this issue and at the end they told that "Sir, as your uses is of 10,633 so you need to pay this amount". I agree that my uses may have reached to this amount, but it all your system fault that you haven't disconnected my line even if it has reached triple of my credit limit.

                                      I have been charged unnecessarily for services 10-12 times which were never activated by me by any means..! I have lost around 500 rs. in all such nuisance which actually is a big amount to lose at the cost of getting nothing but frustration..! Every time I recharge my account, my balance is smartly deducted depending on how much balance is present on my account! I'm charged 99 rs when balance is just above 100, 49 when balance just above 50 and literally 5 rs and then a daily subscription packs worth rs. 2 when my balance is around 10-15 rs. All these deductions are done keeping in mind that I have minimum 1 rupee balance so that I should keep using the Internet services!

                                      When contacted to customer care, they first ask me to call on some other number and then on the other number I'm never connected because may be my number is now locked from their side to avoid their own inconvenience in answering falsely and being caught. The call is disconnected without any permission shamelessly and again never connected for next 24 hours or so.

                                      It is extremely shameful that the revenue is being collected at the cost of complete cheating and robbing of the customers who are ready to pay you for the good and honest service.
                                      Please don't spoil and take the brand TATA name down by doing these shameful practices and adhere to honest business.

                                      Get back to me with a will to resolve my problems honestly and not with a preparation to defend yourself and your open black strategies as soon as possible.
