On 21st of april, I bought Cadbury temptations rum raisins flavour, being a fan of temptation chocolate, I am a very frequent buyer of this chocolate. But it came to great disgrace when I opened my chocolate and there were some discolouration in the chocolate and smelled a bit weird I thought it must be due to some refrigeration at the store but when I ate it, it tasted some weird powder and not at all what it should taste like because of refrigeration such pathetic in taste cannot be possible.

So Today again I went on the store and bought another chocolate it is also looking exactly that patches discoloured, bitter powdered taste chocolate, being in quarantine I cannot explore much of the store and the only store available is in my society (receipt of first purchase attached) and both the times I was dissatisfied.

Both the chocolate pictures and date of expiration attached... It is not expired neither any storing issues as the cubes, the built of chocolate is absolutely fine, but it looks pale, different and taste even worst.

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with both the purchases, such a waste of money and time. I really wanted to eat the actual Cadbury chocolate temptations raisins.. but now I won’t be able tk purchase again after continuous failure.

How is it possible for such a big company like you to not maintain any quality standards??

Opened a new pack of dairy milk silk roasted almond and saw a live worm coming out of it.

I bought a bar of dairy milk of 40rs. I gave it to my 2 year old niece. She ate one piece and luckily i happened to notice there were some circular spots on it. Whole bar was full of those white and brown colored spots. It looked spoiled and ruined. Not sure what exactly is wrong but i am sure it was not edible. Attaching pictures for reference. Looking forward for some serious solutions as it could be risky if my niece would have had it

I bought a Cadbury dairy milk chocolate today from a local shop. When I opened the packaging I got a foul smell and the chocolate had some green thing at the top. The manufacturing date mentioned in the packaging was 7/2019. So there was plenty of time before the product would get expired but when I opened it, it was spoiled.

I bought cadbury dairy milk red velvet on 20 march 2020. It was packed on 02/20. It tastes tangy and it has foul smell. I felt really really disappointed as the expiry date is no where near. I am going to sue you for giving me adulterated food as i am feeling nauseous since the time i have eaten it. I have swear feeling that it is rotten and if it so i am not okay with it.

I am writing this complaint to bring in your notice that, i bought cadubury celebration from reliance fresh arjun nagar delhi dated 16th march 2020, batch number f90901a expiry date 05/20. Quality of product is with serious containment and looks spoils and not suitable to eat.
Attached picture clearly stating that it not fit to consume.
Hope company would take action and restrict to sell such products.

I'm shahid from gondia (Maharashtra). I have bought a 10 rs. Cadbury dairy milk from shop, when i opened that pocket i found white insect pest (Bug) which is very dangerous for health. Why it is happened? Who is responsible for it? We will bought your products according to your brand, quality and trust. Qualty team please keep eyes on related problems. Next time i will never buying your products.

I bought a bournville chocolate from one of the supermarket in bangalore kaggadaspura and i found small brown thread inside and also the chocolate smells badly when i open to eat.
It was a horrible experience because i bought it to gift some one speacial.

It’s a very first time that i have quality concern for dairy milk.

I am pranab from sodepur. I have bought a 20 rupees cadbury dairy milk from a nearest shop, but when i opened this packet, got the cadbury quality is very bad for eat. Very dry and very powder types. I am very upset with the quality from dairy milk. When i return to the shopkeeper he denied to take back. The packet is showing 05/19 mf, 2 months to expire. Why it is happen? Is it safe for consumers! I'm questioning to cadbury, how it's happen! Will the cadbury pay the damages, if i fell ill!!! I will lodge a complain against the cadbury as they are not maintain their standards.
Next time i will think 100 times to buy.

I brought 3 dairy milk on 10 march 2020 of rs 80 and one of them is spoiled. Manufacture date is 06/19 valid for 12 months but stil it is march 2020 and it has green fungus and white fungus on chocolate. Please look into this matter as it is matter of quality of food. Please make sure your product quality before distributing, i am attaching the screenshots.

I purchased a Cadbury dairy milk bubble worth 170rs...I consumed a small portion of it and saw a white coating on it ..and I opened the whole packet and found that the chocolate was full of fungus ...extremely damaged even though it was far from expiry date..I had to undergo medication due to vomiting..stomach ache ...fever..loose motion..and I was hospitalized...

Worms Found While Consuming the Powder, as Soon as I opened the Packet the Content was in Small Solid Format Instead of Powdered Format, due to Which I found it little Doubtful so I poured the entire powder in a plate and Found a worm In it which was Moving alive have shared a video for proof.

I purchased dairy milk chocolates from my nearest easyday shop. but when I opened the packet then I found the products have tampered and bad quality from inside. I purchased 6 packs of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate. every pack has damaged and bad quality inside the pack. i have never seen this type of bad quality in cadbury dairy milk product but this time it's happen.

26 વર્ષનો સ્ટીફન ડિસોઝા કેડબરી ફ્યુઝ ખોલી રહ્યો હતો ત્યારે કેડબરી ફ્યુઝની અંદરથી એક શિયાળ ઇયળ જોવા મળી આવી હતી, ત્યારબાદ તેને નિર્ણય લીધો કે હવે કેડબરીને ખાવું જોઈએ નહી અને બિમારીથી બચવું જોઇએ, અમે આ કેડબરી ખરીદવાનો ઇનકાર કરી દીધો છે. જો આપણું ધ્યાન આ માનવી પર કેન્દ્રિત ન કરાયું હોત, તો આજે આપણે બીમારીથી પીડાઈશું, જો કેડબરી પાસેથી આવી અપેક્ષા ન રાખતા અમો ફૂડ સેફટી એન્ડ સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ્સ ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઇન્ડિયાને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે કે લોકો બીમારીમાં ન આવે તે માટે યોગ્ય પગલાં લઈ આ પ્રોડક્ટને બંધ કરો.

I ordered an item from their website https://www.cadburygifting.in/ and they delivered me a wrong item of low cost and totally defected and diffrent item which i has been ordered and they are not responsive and i send many emails to customer support team and doing call but they are not responsive. Even i talked once with their customer executive nikita she told me to send a mail regarding this issue they are responsd to that email with in 24 hours and action will taken within 48 hours its has been long time now no reply was received from their side and customer support they always make a fool dont give me a proper status regarding this issue

2 days ago, (5th feb, 2020) i purchased cadbury dairy milk silk oreo (Red velvet).
As soon as i opened the packing, it smelt rotten, and tasted rotten too.
I ignored, and stopped after having one bite (One square).

Today, on 7th feb 2020, i thought of having a bite again, but it tasted pathetic. It was like some vegetable, which when not kept in cool environment rots after few days. I immediately dumped the entire chocolate.

It was manufactured in 10/2019. It's not about refund, but how can a product like chocolate rot??? Need a clarification. Also i am fine today, but someone somewhere eating this might fell ill. I might have felt ill.

I also read reviews on amazon and other forums, where many people have complaint about it. How can such big company show such irresponsibility?? Need an ans, and also request to ban this product with immediate effect, until the issue is not resolved.

I have found worms in my cadbury and i wish to submit a complaint regarding the same. We have kids at home who were about to eat it and one spotted worms in the dairy milk silk. It's horrible to find such things in the edible items like chocolates which are more likely to be consumed by small kids who might as well not care to see such before eating it. I hope i get a revert back from the team asap. Thank you.

In maddhur ksrtc bus stop the shop keeper is selling expiry dated cadbury chocolate (Dairy milk silk bubbly which we bought) the chocolate manufactur date is 10/2018 and we bought that chocolate on 2nd of feb 2020 due to hurry we didn't check the manufactur date... Plz make note of it and take some serious action against this... Because this problem should not happen to some other people. He is hardly kept that chocolate for more than 1 year actually the product is best before 9 months from the manufacture date but still he is selling the same chocolates on his store before anything cause serious plz make note on that... This is my humble request

I bought a dairy milk maha pack of rs 40/- which is having a manufacture date of 03/2019 (Still having 4 months to expire). When opened i found the chocolate was kind of spoiled. It was already looking disgusting. I want to know why they are selling such kind of products. Children might have eaten them. From such a trustable brand i never expected this.

I want to complain of your product which i have mentioned above. Actually it was fine but not satisfactory as its smell was very difficult not of that type which we get from other products. It's surface has a whitish layer and something bubbles like also. So i want to say that if we are paying for your product then it's your duty to keep your products healthy for your customers.
