I have a cadbury dairy milk red velvet oreo chocolate. Its packaging date is 09/2019 and it will expiry on 09/2020. As i opened the upper most packet (Blue coloured), it smell worst. The inner packet has not been opened yet. The chocolate is intact. That chocolate cost me ₹170 which is now completely waste for me. How can we expect such negligence from such big company....

I have purchased a chocolate on 5/01/2020 having manufacturing date 05/19 as mentioned it is best before 12 months of packaging but as i opened the chocolate was totally rotting n fungused having white fungus all over it . How this unhygienic rotten fungused food can be sale by a company. rediculous...

Bought cadbury celebrations @ more, chamrajpet, bangalore. All the chocolates inside the box are spoilt. It has gems dairy milk and 5stars. Everything is spoilt. Bought couple of boxes to distribute among relatives. It's the same condition with all the boxes. Utter waste of money. Humiliating to give such chocolates to relatives. It looks like mud and not like a chocolate. It's well within the expiry dates. Appreciate if this can be looked...

Damaged chocolates being sold in the locality.
Full of fungus. When i asked the money back, the shop owner opened another product (Still damaged) and refused to give me my money back.
Kindly take some action. Because of people like them your brand gets all the bashing.
We know that you take your products back after expiry but it is the responsibility of the shop owner to keep good products.

I bought cadbury celebration box from more store, chamrajpet, bangalore. I was taken aback to see all the dairy milk chocolates inside the box are in a very bad condition.. It's like cocoa powder instead of chocolates.. It's not just one of the chocolates.. It's all the dairymilk chocolates inside the box.. Really upset.. Lost my money too.. We have gifted couple of boxes to friends and relatives.. Not sure what the condition was with those...

Last day we purchased a dairymilk on our way to munnar..since our childhood we are having this chocolate..this is the first time we are having such a bad experience with some fungal or something infected dairymilk.
Hope the pictures will substantiate...very disappointed..

A small thing will spoil our entire day..many news heard of this kind of things with dairy milk but was not believing ..this happen now for us too......

My 5 star chocolate was defective piece as seen in photo. I did not felt good after eating that.
It had chocolate out of it which had been melted. All other 5 star doesnt come in that way. It was a product present in cadbury celebrationswhuch i bought. And when i opened it.
It had two five stars one was completely fine while other one wasn't which i ate.
So i felt not good after eating that...

This is neethirajan from chennai. I'm buy 10 now of cadbury dairy milk rs 20 chocolates from shop... Taste of chocolate is very poor and while i crushing in my hand it will falldown as powder... So we have doubted it's original or duplicated... Kindly confirm and if it's duplicate means take action to stop these duplicate... I have attached photos and video of the chocolate.....

My monthly buying is around 10000 but they never giving me a orignal copy of bill i have told them and allredy complained about this they are giving me a duplicate copy which is created by them not orignal copy of which company want to provide. I bought 4 packs of Cadbury celebrations Rs 150 each, from Wellness Forever Vashi branch, with an expiry date of 02/20. But when I opened the box the chocolates inside are had Fungus on it and smelling bad. All the chocolates available in the packs are not in a condition to eat. Few Gems chocolate available in pack taste like a medicine

I bought a 50rs cadbury celebrations pack, with packaging date of 09/19 and expiry date of 03/20. But when i opened the box, the chocolates inside are expired (With packaging date of 8/18 & 9/18) which means when the box was packed, the chocolates were already expired. (Pfa images)

Such kind of irreponsiveness is not expected from a company like mondelez.

I bought a dairy milk celebration and each and every dairy milk chocolate in it is covered with a white layer and is not tasting good it is not usual dairy milk colour.Every dairy milk chocolate is whiteish and not eatable please do something about this I could’ve gotten sick after eating a chocolate this is not good and not expected from a standard company like dairy milk....

Just bought this yesterday from a local supplier. The chocolate has a foul smell, inspite of it being manufactured just 2 months back. The price of it is 170 and is such a waste of money. Doesn’t the company have a check before making products like these? Instead of paying huge for the marketing it, would be better if you concentrate on the product. Don’t know whether to keep it to send back to the manufacturer or to put it in the dustbin....

Bought a chocolate of dairy milk from a local store and when i open that pack of chocolate, it was smelling very badly and also there is a layer of fungus on the top of it. It is manufactured by: mondelez india foods private limited, unit no. 2001, 20th floor, tower-3 (Wing-c), indiabulls finance centre, parel, mumbai-400013. The manufacturing date of chocolate is - 02/19 is already expired. I request you to refund my money....

I had purchased a cadbury fuse, from a local shop here in siliguri west bengal. The batch code is m90714 and packaging date is 7/19 b2.

After the wrapper was opened a web like material was found and a pungent smell was sensed. The sample of the product is kept and can be verified if asked.

I am concerned what if, if the product would have been consumed by a kid....

I bought cadbury dairy milk minis from vishal mega mart zirakpur on 23- nov-2019. And when i opened the packet one mini pack did not had any chocolate in it. The pack was just filled with air. I have made a video of it and can also submit bill etc if required. It is not expected from a big brand like cadbury. We are regular and loyal customers of cadbury from many decades pfa enclosed the pack and video as proof.

I bought a packet of dairy milk dark chocolate of 199 rs. After opening the packet i noticed that the chocolate has unusual texture due to some fungal growth or something like that. The total chocolate was having the growth. I couldn't take the risk to taste that chocolate. So i clicked some pictures and threw the chocolate away. It feels horrible to see things like this....

I bought the chocolate from my nearest store in cadbury ara, bihar. When the child ate cadbury he complained of abdominal pain. When i saw cadbury i found it like a fungus. When i complained to the shopkeeper, the shopkeeper said that it is made by the company itself, i have not made it. His code is d90619 and pkd date is 06/19. Therefore, you are requested to please pay attention to this complex as soon as possible....
