26 વર્ષનો સ્ટીફન ડિસોઝા કેડબરી ફ્યુઝ ખોલી રહ્યો હતો ત્યારે કેડબરી ફ્યુઝની અંદરથી એક શિયાળ ઇયળ જોવા મળી આવી હતી, ત્યારબાદ તેને નિર્ણય લીધો કે હવે કેડબરીને ખાવું જોઈએ નહી અને બિમારીથી બચવું જોઇએ, અમે આ કેડબરી ખરીદવાનો ઇનકાર કરી દીધો છે. જો આપણું ધ્યાન આ માનવી પર કેન્દ્રિત ન કરાયું હોત, તો આજે આપણે બીમારીથી પીડાઈશું, જો કેડબરી પાસેથી આવી અપેક્ષા ન રાખતા અમો ફૂડ સેફટી એન્ડ સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ્સ ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઇન્ડિયાને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે કે લોકો બીમારીમાં ન આવે તે માટે યોગ્ય પગલાં લઈ આ પ્રોડક્ટને બંધ કરો.

I ordered an item from their website https://www.cadburygifting.in/ and they delivered me a wrong item of low cost and totally defected and diffrent item which i has been ordered and they are not responsive and i send many emails to customer support team and doing call but they are not responsive. Even i talked once with their customer executive nikita she told me to send a mail regarding this issue they are responsd to that email with in 24 hours and action will taken within 48 hours its has been long time now no reply was received from their side and customer support they always make a fool dont give me a proper status regarding this issue

2 days ago, (5th feb, 2020) i purchased cadbury dairy milk silk oreo (Red velvet).
As soon as i opened the packing, it smelt rotten, and tasted rotten too.
I ignored, and stopped after having one bite (One square).

Today, on 7th feb 2020, i thought of having a bite again, but it tasted pathetic. It was like some vegetable, which when not kept in cool environment rots after few days. I immediately dumped the entire chocolate.

It was manufactured in 10/2019. It's not about refund, but how can a product like chocolate rot??? Need a clarification. Also i am fine today, but someone somewhere eating this might fell ill. I might have felt ill.

I also read reviews on amazon and other forums, where many people have complaint about it. How can such big company show such irresponsibility?? Need an ans, and also request to ban this product with immediate effect, until the issue is not resolved.

I have found worms in my cadbury and i wish to submit a complaint regarding the same. We have kids at home who were about to eat it and one spotted worms in the dairy milk silk. It's horrible to find such things in the edible items like chocolates which are more likely to be consumed by small kids who might as well not care to see such before eating it. I hope i get a revert back from the team asap. Thank you.

In maddhur ksrtc bus stop the shop keeper is selling expiry dated cadbury chocolate (Dairy milk silk bubbly which we bought) the chocolate manufactur date is 10/2018 and we bought that chocolate on 2nd of feb 2020 due to hurry we didn't check the manufactur date... Plz make note of it and take some serious action against this... Because this problem should not happen to some other people. He is hardly kept that chocolate for more than 1 year actually the product is best before 9 months from the manufacture date but still he is selling the same chocolates on his store before anything cause serious plz make note on that... This is my humble request

I bought a dairy milk maha pack of rs 40/- which is having a manufacture date of 03/2019 (Still having 4 months to expire). When opened i found the chocolate was kind of spoiled. It was already looking disgusting. I want to know why they are selling such kind of products. Children might have eaten them. From such a trustable brand i never expected this.

I want to complain of your product which i have mentioned above. Actually it was fine but not satisfactory as its smell was very difficult not of that type which we get from other products. It's surface has a whitish layer and something bubbles like also. So i want to say that if we are paying for your product then it's your duty to keep your products healthy for your customers.

We bought this silk on 12th january 2020. And we found that the almonds (Nuts) which were present in this silk are rotten. If anyone will consume this silk then can fall sick. This is my complaint. And i think it should be resolved. More than 7 to 8 almonds are rotten. The chocolate part of the silk also seems has start to damage. The almonds were dark yellow and blackish from inside. It tasted really very bad.

I have purchased the dairy milk silk oreo red velvet two days before. As soon as i opened the packing, it just smelled too bad. Its like the content of the chocolate got stale. I thought it is the natural smell of this chocolate. As soon as i ate it, the taste just got worse like the stale product. Never happened with any of such branded product. Really disappointed.

Dear cadbury team,
On 1st jan 2020 I had brought 2 Family Pack of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates,
Of MRP Rs100 each,
But the chocolate was Dry with powder present inside the pack,
Which could not be consumed,
Kindly look into the matter and revert with counter to the issue .

Your recent ad on 5 star chocolate that an old lady asking a boy eating 5 star for help to get her fallen stick & he saying yes but ignores her request.
Later she got up to collect it herself & some object fall on the seat where she was seated. She tells him thanks for not helping her.
I feel it gives a wrong message to society showing that mirracals to happen by ignoring elders & needy.
Suggest you to remove that ad which carry bad taste

I have purchased dark milk chocolate yesterday and i could see white particles in it. I thought may be it has milk mixed in it so it has this appearance. But the photo in front shows it is a plain dark chocolate. As per its manufacturing date (08/19) it should be best till 07/2020 (11 months). I have attached photo of the chocolate for your reference.

Please let me know what it is. 100 rs is not a small amount. With a wish to taste the new variety of dairy milk i have bought this.

Please respond at the earliest.

I have a cadbury dairy milk red velvet oreo chocolate. Its packaging date is 09/2019 and it will expiry on 09/2020. As i opened the upper most packet (Blue coloured), it smell worst. The inner packet has not been opened yet. The chocolate is intact. That chocolate cost me ₹170 which is now completely waste for me. How can we expect such negligence from such big company.

I have purchased a chocolate on 5/01/2020 having manufacturing date 05/19 as mentioned it is best before 12 months of packaging but as i opened the chocolate was totally rotting n fungused having white fungus all over it . How this unhygienic rotten fungused food can be sale by a company. rediculous

Bought cadbury celebrations @ more, chamrajpet, bangalore. All the chocolates inside the box are spoilt. It has gems dairy milk and 5stars. Everything is spoilt. Bought couple of boxes to distribute among relatives. It's the same condition with all the boxes. Utter waste of money. Humiliating to give such chocolates to relatives. It looks like mud and not like a chocolate. It's well within the expiry dates. Appreciate if this can be looked in to.

Damaged chocolates being sold in the locality.
Full of fungus. When i asked the money back, the shop owner opened another product (Still damaged) and refused to give me my money back.
Kindly take some action. Because of people like them your brand gets all the bashing.
We know that you take your products back after expiry but it is the responsibility of the shop owner to keep good products.

I bought cadbury celebration box from more store, chamrajpet, bangalore. I was taken aback to see all the dairy milk chocolates inside the box are in a very bad condition.. It's like cocoa powder instead of chocolates.. It's not just one of the chocolates.. It's all the dairymilk chocolates inside the box.. Really upset.. Lost my money too.. We have gifted couple of boxes to friends and relatives.. Not sure what the condition was with those boxes.

Last day we purchased a dairymilk on our way to munnar..since our childhood we are having this chocolate..this is the first time we are having such a bad experience with some fungal or something infected dairymilk.
Hope the pictures will substantiate...very disappointed..

A small thing will spoil our entire day..many news heard of this kind of things with dairy milk but was not believing ..this happen now for us too...

My 5 star chocolate was defective piece as seen in photo. I did not felt good after eating that.
It had chocolate out of it which had been melted. All other 5 star doesnt come in that way. It was a product present in cadbury celebrationswhuch i bought. And when i opened it.
It had two five stars one was completely fine while other one wasn't which i ate.
So i felt not good after eating that

This is neethirajan from chennai. I'm buy 10 now of cadbury dairy milk rs 20 chocolates from shop... Taste of chocolate is very poor and while i crushing in my hand it will falldown as powder... So we have doubted it's original or duplicated... Kindly confirm and if it's duplicate means take action to stop these duplicate... I have attached photos and video of the chocolate.....
