dairy milk home treats fungus

I bought cadbury dairy milk home treats (Code no:i90104b) on august 2019 where as the expiry date is january 2020. I opened it to find that it was fully of fungus and i couldn’t eat even a single piece as all of them were spoilt with fungus. Dairy milk is my favourite chocolate and i’m a regular consumer of it
I wish to have better quality of dairy milk which should atleast be worth for the money we pay...

Hi team, i am a mom of 3 yr old son. He loves gems very much but everytime he ate gems, got fever. I observed this everytime and i think it contains some fevicol type substance and its fawl smell n taste also please check and answer my queries.
And we also dairy milk silk lovers but sometimes we bought, whitish layer present on the whole chocolate n taste is also not good.

I bought Cadbury milk treats two days back from a grocery store ondoor gulmohar Bhopal mp. Chocolate inside is all used melted less on number n inside is very pathetic condition ibought this for my 2.5yr old daughter. Calling cadbury to resolve n compensate this negligence in keeping n storage.

    Many complaints have been made at ur customer care center, even ur haryana sales manager not interested to listen and resolve and says "jis ko bolna hai bol do mai nahi darta."

    I have to keep my chocolate stock in my coke fridge.

    And they are forcing me to remove Cadbury out of the fridge.

    My chocolate stock detoriating.
    I'm glad to enquire with Cadbury team members.
    I want to know that can I get a refrigerator for free
    If I will purchase required amount of products as
    per your company rule .

      I am a retailer and as i purchase a very healthy lot on weekly basis from your company i expect good services from your side but to my very disappointment the services provided by the company cannot be worst than i am experiencing. First of all i have been provided by a old fridge by your co.in place of a fresh one and currently the fridge is not working past 2 weeks.

      We have lodged complaint many times but no proper response was given from your side. Had talk with your customer care centre many times, had conversation with the person handing bhopal named rajesh vishwakarma. As a good name in the market, i expect you will look into the matter asap.

      When i bought a diary milk . Its quality was really bad that it wasn't satisfactory at all and it looks really wierd then i checked out its expiry date but it wasn't expired and i don't understand why is it looking like this and I'm not noticing it for the first time so i expect you to bring a solution to the problem

        Dear mondelez india foods,
        As a dairy milk lover, i would like to inform you about an unsatisfactory experience with a 'home treats' pack me and my friends bought. When opened the packet each one of the chocolates were found damaged and unfit for consumption.
        The photos are attached herewith as proof.

        It's very sad to share with you such a bad experience with cadbury dairy milk. I lost rs.149 for some damged chocolates.

        I purchased a diary milk 130g chocolate yesterday in delhi. It is manufactured in july 2019 but in spolit state. Even after refrigerating it is in partially liquid state and sticky. It it not solidifying at all.

          I bought a cadbury diary milk chocolate and its consistency is dusty and powdery. Looks like debris and such cheap quality from such a huge company is so disappointing. It's a 10 rs. Cadbury chocolate and its quality is not worth a single rupee, whereas 150 rs. Chocolate is of good quality. I don't understand the concept of this biased price based quality. The new buyers will buy a small 10rs. Pack to know the quality and taste of the product first and then they'll proceed to buy the bigger product. Mostly children under 10 yrs of age consume this chocolate and you're risking their health. Kindly look into this issue.

            I bought 2 red velvet oreo silk & both have some foul kind of smell after opening the purple wrapper!
            You just can't think of eating it.
            Is that the smell you guys have kept?
            Disgusting it is.
            This is really not acceptable when you are selling 1 piece at 70 inr & selling such a pathetic thing to your customers.
            This is total b* s* for a company as big & old as cadbury.

              I have bought 20 rs diary milk chocolate today which has white spot all over it and the taste was also bad. I am a regular customer of diary milk chocolate. Generally i love this chocolate but from some times i am getting this fungus in diary milk chocolate. So i have decided to take action regarding this as its all food quality. I hope Cadbury india will work on this .

                This is jagadeesh s, i have bought yesterday your companies most trusted serving chocolate in a super market.
                The manufacturing date was good, seal was good... What happened to the chocolate which is so dry and powder in texture... It's like a powdered nutty wax...
                When i first tasted a bite, later i opened the whole wrapper and saw the chocolate... This is the story.
                I don't know whether i have swallowed expired chocolate... I have took some pictures, verify that and answer me about the quality of the product.

                I got a call for one of your marketing agent, he said ... He will send a person to check out the product ... But no one came.
                Should I keep the chocolate with me or need to write any other complaint regarding the service.

                The chocolate was too bad to consume, and the worst part is it is like chalk when you crush it, ... It converts solid to powdered material ...
                Sticking like wax under may grinding teeth .
                If you eat lard or just have I bite of wax/candle your teeth will be covered with a texture ... It appears to me like that, and more over ... The chocolate looks disgusting and so creepy ... I am gonna upload the pics once again ... I need a perfect answer with a bit of explanation ...
                In the last pic it I have clicked the date of manufacture, ... June of 2019,
                Your product is best before 12 months ... It's better you stamp it for 3 months

                Product was full of fungal growth and yuck.

                  Distributors and cadbury manager in not supportive.,
                  This to inform you that distributors and cadbury manager in not supportive we have taken cadbury calibration stock in 2018 dewali festival and we have return that stock to distributor but still we have not received payment difference from distributor’s. All this information
                  We have shared with cadbury manager his name is kush but still there is no response from him. Its almost one year completed but we have not received our payment. Now the company has changed cadbury distributor’s and new distributor’s is wants retailer should run his business on distributor terms and condition he don’t want to follow retailer terms and condition. Example :- shop owner is not making payment on saturday and sunday distributor wants payment on that day only.
                  All this information we have shared with cadbury area sales manager his name is sumit but still problem was not solved.
                  Now cadbury area sales manager his name is sumit he is not allowing to other distributors to give stock.

                  This dairy milk crackle with manufacturing date 2/19 and a guarantee consumable time of one year is all spoiled. It tastes horrible, and looks that it is old and spoiled. I have bought this on 15th september 2019, which means there are still about 5 months before this should get expired but it already is. Very bad.

                    I purchased a 10 Rs. Dairy milk chocolate today in Delhi. When I opened the pack, I found it to whitish. Since, I am a Dairy technologist I have studied about this defect and thought it to be normal Fat Bloom, but when I consumed it then it tasted slightly bitter.
                    I have kept the same in my fridge and haven't consumed it.

                      We have opened the chocolate today and found there is fungus on the chocolate, it might be something else then fungus but we have tasted it and the taste of chocolate is not good.

                      I also have sealed packet with me, which you can collect and checked your self.

                      We have opened around 03 packets and all were not in good condition.

                        Well i just bought this dairy milk silk oreo (Red velvet). As i opened it it’s smell was so disgusting and still i thought its something else not the chocolate but as it tasted it also have a bad bad flavour and it was not the first time this happened to me few days before too with dairy milk caramel. It was such a waste of money and i seek justification for this as soon as possible.

                        Not in good condition look like some type of eggs in chocolate. What kind of quality shame on you dairy milk.

When I finally opened my first pack of oreo red velvet, I got quite shocked by the odour... I checked the date of manufacture and it was fine... IT SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN CREAM OR BAD OLD MILK. Taste is not as bad as the smell... But a slight hint of some unexpected taste can be felt for sure. But I definitely cannot bear the smell.

                        I was really really disappointed by dairy milk silk oreo (red velvet)
                        I was very excited to eat that but when I opened it give me very bad smell so i checked manufacture date and it was right.
                        And start to eat found eat was not bad but after having 3 piece I felt the smell in my mouth..
                        Again next day I open it same smell 1 piece...
                        And after that I piece I was not feeling well whole day so I check out net and see many people are having the problem with this red velvet.
                        So much disappoint and really shocked this is so disheartening...

                        I bought this red velvet oreo silk chocolate and it smells so bad. It has a smell of rotten dairy product. Use by date is 14/12/2022.

                        I think I had this chocolate before and that time too it smelled like this. Is this some kind of joke from Cadbury?

                        To say this is disgusting is the understatement of the century. The excitement of opening this chocolate delicacy that I stole, undetected, from my departed sibling, metamorphosised into pure disgust and vomiting. After only it hit my month, I detected the foul smell. It has permanently damaged my olfactory ability. With a stunned nose, I was too far into spitting it out. It had entered my body. My taste buds were in a hightened state of agony and disgust. I vomited right on the spot. Never have I ever tasted something this bad. This has permanently ruined my life.
                        I had Bad smell and bad taste with dairy milk silk. Smell is really pungent.. I bought another silk from the same vendor and had same problem

                            Chocolate had fungus when seal was opened, water was also present. Such an ingloriously low quality chocolate. The seal was not opened up before, so i thought it just seemed like fungus, but was a layer which is specified on the cover of the chocolate, and was fit for consumption. So to check i took out a piece and the smell and taste were not at all in their best. So i knew. I seek an apt apology from cadbury and wish that quality can be upgraded to be at least fit to consume!

                              I bought diary milk chocolates from a local retailer in PD block, Pitampura. A strong rotten smell came as soon as I opened my packet. The chocolate was not kept in the heat and was proparly refrigerated from my side. But still when I opened the packet I found black degraded patches on the chocolate. This was not the case with one but with THREE of the chocolates. Unfourtunately, my child have gifted one chocolate of this poor quality chocolate to her teacher on teacher's day. I am feeling ashamed due to this mistake of cadbury company. This was not expected from a well known company like Cadbury. Plz contact me as soon as possible. I have attached some pictures below.

                                My name is kush thakkar i m from ahmedabad (Gujarat)... I m running a business of a retail shop called bogo-the sutta palace in ahmedabad since last 4 months... And the distributor of cadbury products in our area (Gota) is shree padmavati marketing... From my first order i have asked for display fridge of cadbury and they said that there is a process of 3 months for the fridge and u should have to take products for 3 months than we will provide u the fridge... I agreed for the process and today it’s almost 4 and a half month gone every week i asked them for the fridge they have provided me different different number and asked me to talk to them... The name of the person is sagar (+[protected] he is not giving us the proper answer even... Every time i call him he just give the answer rudely and asked me to wait for 1 week... Here is in ahmedabad every single retail and paanwala shop has a fridge of cadbury than why they r not giving me a fridge? I want to know this... I will move this complain to higher level if it’s not working here even... This won’t stop here... Reply me with the proper answer i m waiting...

                                  I bought a red valvet oreo chocolate from a retailer named sehgal near kali mata mandir, rishi nagar, ludhiana. When i opened the wrapper of the chocolate it had such a horrible smell. I guess it was due to the mistake of shopkeeper as he might have switched off his refrigerator. Instead of complaining at consumer forum i went to the shopkeeper and showed him chocolate, and he accepted his mistake. He promised me that he will get this chocolate replaced from company. I also got a confirmation call from one of the representative of company that the same will be provided within few days. And it's almost a month now and i am yet to receive my replaced chocolate. When i ask the shopkeeper he talks rudely and say that he has not received the same from company and can't do anything. It's a horrible behavior from the shopkeeper. I hope the company can find a solution for this.

                                    Hi Cadbury Team,

                                    We have purchased the Cadbury celebration pack. We observed 2 things.

                                    1) I Found fungus on the chocolates.
                                    2) Found different mfg dates on chocolates and Cadbury celebration pack.

                                    This is a very bad experience from Cadbury. We can't expect it because we purchase Cadbury products for good quality. Sometimes we give Cadbury chocolates to our child without checking the quality of the chocolates of Cadbury due to faith in the quality of Cadbury products.

                                    I have attached photos of the chocolates and purchase bill.

                                    Please provide the response and proper refund on this. And please maintain the good quality.

                                      And it is totally unacceptable
                                      It was a gift box bought from nilgris the expiry date was for 2021 and my son had eaten two. Chocolates my son is a baby until i saw what he was eating there was fungus in ur chocolate gems eaten by insects half eaten my son had consumed half of it already i had raised a complaint with the niligris store my son had food posioning and vomitted for two days and unable to. Eat cause of this cadburys is such a big brand world wide unacceptable this is and i feel like telling social media about this i need some one to contact me from ur office my number is [protected] i am based in chennai if i do not get a call i will tell social media about this event children and parents trust in ur brand i
