Hi,

I bought 4 packs of Cadbury celebrations Rs 150 each, from Wellness Forever Vashi branch, with an expiry date of 02/20. But when I opened the box the chocolates inside are had Fungus on it and smelling bad. All the chocolates available in the packs are not in a condition to eat. Few Gems chocolate available in pack taste like a medicine

Please find the attached images of chocolates and bill details for more clarity.

    I bought a 50rs cadbury celebrations pack, with packaging date of 09/19 and expiry date of 03/20. But when i opened the box, the chocolates inside are expired (With packaging date of 8/18 & 9/18) which means when the box was packed, the chocolates were already expired. (Pfa images)

    Such kind of irreponsiveness is not expected from a company like mondelez.

    Mondelez india is cheating with us and playing with our health.

      I bought a dairy milk celebration and each and every dairy milk chocolate in it is covered with a white layer and is not tasting good it is not usual dairy milk colour.Every dairy milk chocolate is whiteish and not eatable please do something about this I could’ve gotten sick after eating a chocolate this is not good and not expected from a standard company like dairy milk.

        Just bought this yesterday from a local supplier. The chocolate has a foul smell, inspite of it being manufactured just 2 months back. The price of it is 170 and is such a waste of money. Doesn’t the company have a check before making products like these? Instead of paying huge for the marketing it, would be better if you concentrate on the product. Don’t know whether to keep it to send back to the manufacturer or to put it in the dustbin.

          Bought a chocolate of dairy milk from a local store and when i open that pack of chocolate, it was smelling very badly and also there is a layer of fungus on the top of it. It is manufactured by: mondelez india foods private limited, unit no. 2001, 20th floor, tower-3 (Wing-c), indiabulls finance centre, parel, mumbai-400013. The manufacturing date of chocolate is - 02/19 is already expired. I request you to refund my money.

            I had purchased a cadbury fuse, from a local shop here in siliguri west bengal. The batch code is m90714 and packaging date is 7/19 b2.

            After the wrapper was opened a web like material was found and a pungent smell was sensed. The sample of the product is kept and can be verified if asked.

            I am concerned what if, if the product would have been consumed by a kid.

              I bought cadbury dairy milk minis from vishal mega mart zirakpur on 23- nov-2019. And when i opened the packet one mini pack did not had any chocolate in it. The pack was just filled with air. I have made a video of it and can also submit bill etc if required. It is not expected from a big brand like cadbury. We are regular and loyal customers of cadbury from many decades pfa enclosed the pack and video as proof.
              . Please revert to this and take immediate corrective action.

                I bought a packet of dairy milk dark chocolate of 199 rs. After opening the packet i noticed that the chocolate has unusual texture due to some fungal growth or something like that. The total chocolate was having the growth. I couldn't take the risk to taste that chocolate. So i clicked some pictures and threw the chocolate away. It feels horrible to see things like this.

                    Yesterday i bought cadbury dairy milk silk fruit and nut from ashim singha, iit kharagpur techmarket shop no: s1. When i opened the wrapper, the cadbury dairy milk silk fruit and nut is in spoiled condition which is not in an eatable form. The manufacturing date was 02/2019. And it is mentioned that it needs t be used before 12 months. Kindly look these type of issues as it is like we are not getting the quality products from cadbury anymore.

                      I bought a packet of dairy milk of 10 rs. After opening the packet i noticed that the chocolate has unusual texture due to some fungal growth or something like that. My shop is on Main Road but still refusing to give Cadbury display fridge.I ask him the reason of refusal he is demanding bribe in return so i am requesting to Mondelez India Foods/Cadbury India please resolve my issue
                          I just opened the pack of Cadbury dairy milk silk oreo red velvet and it stinks and has some kind of oil residue on it. Its well within the expiry period

                              I have played a game of cadbury, in that i have to forward the link of free diwali basket of cadbury and i'll get one basket free, but i have done same process. Still that link is showing only forwards to 5 contacts. Is that link fake. That is official cadbury link. So that offer is fake?

                                I just now bought a cadbury dairymilk chocolate, when i opened it, it was completely spoiled and even looking dangerous. Even it is not near its expery date, it's really a shame to cadbury company for selling this type of food items. I really feel regret for buying this type of chocolate from this waste company. I want my money refund back. How can a company behave like this cheap with its useless cheap and waste products. Shame on you cadbury and its management.

                                I bought a dairy milk-Fruit and nuts from nearby grocery shop, came home and opened a wrapper to enjoy taste of chocolate😋... And found 3 infiltrators already enjoying it. You can see video/photos.

                                  Today i have brought one cadbury dairy milk of rs. 40. From samarth sweets shop located in phaltan maharashtra. But the product is not good it is completely dry and chocolate powder is coming outside from the packet also not smelling good. And colour of chocolate is white and small spot observed on chocolate. Packaging date is in july 19. It is showing 24 months validity.

                                  This is very amazing that we are experiencing this with branded product. Please look in to this.

                                  I got only the reply that your complaint has been resolved without giving any reason or compensation to me . It is not fair. Kindly provide me the valid reason that why that things happened with your trusted product . As shown in pics the product was worst in condition and fungal infected.                                     I followed the instructions given in a what's app message for receiving a coupon inorder to get a free cadbury basket and got a confirmation for age criteria. Confirmation for the final step processing was intimated. Yet i didn't get a coupon till now which was actually supposed to be received within one minute. I checked with the authenticity of the website to the best of my knowledge before following the steps.

                                      A sight of plight...
                                      I guess getting celebration pack as a gift is quite good nd exciting... From now onwards for me its a big no!!!
                                      While opening the pack i was totally amazed by the sight it hold... Chocolates full of fungus. All the pieces of chocolates were covered in small white patches of fungus though the mfg date was 5/19 which is claimed to be eatable till 9 months from the date of mfg.
                                      It was opened on 23/10/19.
                                      It was least expected from such a reknowned company producing chocolate. Thank god we didnt have it.
                                      Do something about it otherwise i will reach out to the consumer forum or any other higher authority.

                                      I purchased 4 chocolats from local shop. When I opened these pack I was shocked to see all chocolats got fungesd I wanna post you picture also.Totally wastage of my money product code is D90329 A1 PKD 03/19 .                                         I have noticed that all the cadbury products or at least almost all cadbury products have these extra layers of packaging which are not needed and are a waste of resources. For instance, all the dairy milk silk's packaging consists of a minimum of three layer out of which one is plastic, one is aluminum foil, one is paper. According to me and many others there is absolutely no need for the aluminum and paper wrappings especially the paper which serves no purpose at all. I would request cadbury to work on this issue. By removing these two layers of packaging, a lot of resources are saved and the earth is less harmed. I am no businessman but i think this would also bring down the cost of the product, reducing the cost of those two layers of packaging. Also is the cost is lowered the sales might increase. I may of course be wrong but speaking from an environmental point of view, i believe that these two useless layers of packaging need to leave the product.
