MoneyTap — denial of loan application

I applied for a personal loan with moneytab & they told me that i have a pre approved loan which can be dispensed anytime i want. The whole process was smooth to show the user that it works & at the end to decline the application without giving any reason.

If i had a preapproved loan that indicates my cibil was clear then why rejection. Its only a scam to get more money out of government & fill there own pocket.

As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give me the exact reason or else i will file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address

Yes, a complain should be lodge with RBI for them. They seems started looting public. Me too got a loan and now once I converted to EMI though they consider the whole amount as outstanding and say that daily basis I am charged 3.5 %

Were you able to close your loan account?
The worst app ever. They will charge you double and will not even allow you to foreclose your loan account. Biggest cheaters. Dont take loan from here

The worst app ever. They will charge you double the amount and will also not let you preclose the loan. Biggest cheaters and the worst service providers. Never take any loan from them.
