I just don't understand why they stalling the process sending the same info over and over again.
The loan started on 27/04/2019 and i am paying it over a year now.

I requested them to help me closing that loan account and some lady named nivedita keeps replying with the same info stating 'thanks for reaching out.

As per dmi finance's policy, foreclosure can be allowed only after a minimum of 3 monthly emis is paid. No foreclosure is allowed before this period.

Please note:

1. For any app to bank account transfer foreclosure, 3% is levied on the principal outstanding.

2. No part prepayment is allowed.'

I am sick and tired of explaining her that i just want to pay it off and it's been a year so i know what is what, but seems like it keeps falling in deaf years.

    It's been a month now i had requested for moratorium. I. Had already disclosed that due to financial crisis i had not got payment from my superiors. Accordingly, i am unable to make the payment. I had sent innumerable request which has been checked but not responded appropriately. I had attended the calls too indicating my problems. Even then you guys had tried to take the payment which was bounced. I had also send screen shot of my bank account details for your kind information about the insufficient funds.
    Instead of showing leniency you had acted sternly. I am worried that in future also same thing will happen.
    I had regularly made the payment. As you know that we are not in a position now to make the payment than why you taking the payment.
    Three times it was bounced. I had not expected this type of service from the institution of your repute. You want us to refer your institution to our friends nd relatives. Do you think so under this condition we will talk well about your institution.

      This now the more worst part of your side inspite of giving so many follow ups till now you guys are just auto debited money from my account it's not your money or illegal, my hard core money i want my money back although inform you about the things then too you guys just debited.

      I want the revert with proper resolution.

        Loan paid in full still harassment and cibil reporting, am so surprised these guys keep on calling from diff numbers which has no incoming facility so u can not talk with them at all and keep on calling multiple times from diff numbers.

            In am emergency i have availed loan from money tap. I have met the foreclosure requirements and last month 27th i have dropped mail for foreclosure. I got an immediate reply stating foreclosure will be done from 10th of every month.

            Now i have requested for foreclosure since then i am not getting any reply from them. I have given several remainders also. I have dropped mail to management people also. No response from them also.

            If i dont get any proper response i have to move this legally

              Cheater service has been provided by your team, inspite of giving several reminder and mails to the moneytap email id and also share the screen short for the foreclosure of the loan amount again debited the same amount from my acc and now asking for the further emi and also levied me the bounce charges.
              This is really pathetic services 😠 given by your team i will stop using your service from now on words take your money that to be legal or else i will take action again you people.

                  Hi,

                  I have raised many complaints regarding this i delayed my february payment.
                  Upon request from your executive team
                  Phone number of executive :
                  [protected]. On the link what ever she sent i paid but she sent some wrong link i got to know after payment. I have attached the bank statement for the same. Please take action against your executive. Upon reverting the same issue she didnt reply anything.

                  Date :25-feb-2020
                  Amount: 2903 rupees

                  After this i paid february month complete emi in 10442 on 01-march-2020. I paid it manually through the link sent by your executive.

                  After this on 05-march -2020
                  My emi is auto debited from my account rupees 10423.

                  And upon extra payment of 2903 which is not returned i'm getting so many messges to pay due emis and i got check bounce message from your end.

                  If you still ignoring the email i will surely raise a complaint against moneytap.

                  I want this issue to be closed immediately. If you still want to continue sure you have to pay penalty and loss of customers also.

                    I took 10, 000 loan from this app and i have completed all the payments also. But still it showing dues. And this app take extra cash of mine. That is they did some transactions by using my upi pin number. I have almost lost 4000 rs.
                    I have tried to contact contact them, their all numbers are switched off and not existing. I have their two numbers.

                      I used Moneytap app for transfering money from my RBL credit card to my account, but it was aborted and didn't credited to my account, now they have raised bill, and the bill says that I used my whole limit of 59000, where as I used only 26000 to 27000, now moneytap team is not responding, just send a mail per day, giving fake assurance.This is mental torture, please help me on this.

                          I had taken two loans from moneytap and have closed both of them. But even after sending several email, they are not updating on of my loans. They show still a hefty amount to be paid. I have asked several times to resolve this and close the other loan as well. But no one cares. They dont reply to emails.
                          When asking for help, they keep sending me update for one of my loans but the other loan is still open which no one is updating me of. I hlam tired of asking help from them. It has been more than a month since i am sending emails almost everydaty and now i just dont have courage left. Please help

                                I've sent emails and also contacted several times to cancel the auto debit facility as there was no balance in my hdfc account, still moneytap keep sending the request to my bank which caused me a high banking charges. They also applied their late payment charges. I've sent an email to my bank as well but they still not cancel my auto debit facility and keep adding the charges on my account.

                                This month i've tried to contact moneytap to collect the emi cash from me as i don't have balance in my account but none of their number working and the executive who use to call me were not picking my call.                                   I have an enquiry about my 1st emi and i have been sending e-mails to customer care for the past 20 days and there is no proper response. I have paid my emi through auto debit, however i'm still getting sms and calls everyday asking me to pay the emi stating that i missed the due date. This is ridiculous. How you guys are tracking the payment? We do not have a contact number to sort this out or at least enquire about what is going on. Can you provide you contact number?

                                    For urgent emergency issue i had transferred rs 3000 from my moneytap rbl credit card. When i had put the otp during the transaction it showed ' success' but till now it is not reflecting in my beneficiary account.

                                    I had called 5 times in the customer care of rbl and they are unable to give any solution, only asking to wait for 24hrs. But as i know bank transfer takes 10mis. Also the transferred amount already deducted from my credit limit. Please confirm, its urgency

                                      I have already done a foreclosue of loan id dmi[protected] on jan 22nd 2020 but its been more than a month i haven't received any noc. They guys have debited its emi again even after foreclosure in feb & march. I want my money get refunded with noc. No resolution provided yet. They even don't reply my mails.

                                      Everytime their executive says i will get my noc in 3-4 days and always make false commitments.

                                        I started getting calls stating reminder for payment.. Like 10 days before the due date.. Every day 3 calls from different guys of the team.. Asking when will i pay the emi.. And they don't wait for the due date.. Even when your not a defaulter.. It's their process to remind it seems.. Like every day... I[censored] don't answer they will even whatsapp you..
                                        Credit card team from rbl tnagar calling branch.. Team leader.. Deepan.. I have atleast 15 call recording talking with his team.
