Paid foreclosure load amount to account details shared by moneytap through NEFT .
but in moneytap app still they showing i used amount 9k odd, but already i cleared full outstanding balance.
they not replying any mail at.
no contact number to contact them.
they will tel 48 hours but not reply almost many times.
dont know whom should i contact,

I am not yet received any solution or update on this complaint.
i am really wondering how the uneducated people communicate with these people.
why there is not contact number for their service ?

    A 60000 approved loan approved for my married on last year june month. But the worker cheat me as 3000 service charge. Finaly i got only 57595 after less 2405. But the person, the account name girish plan for cheat me as 5000. But i had only sent 3000 on same day of loan approved. Please give my 3000. I paid 9 emi clearly maximum with in 2nd on every month. Please i belive your all clarification. But the person cheat me... Help me. I have referred your app to my circle. I am attached the person chat, account number and reference no for fund trasfer.

      I paid my foreclosure amount on jan-15, 2020. I provided screenshots to customer care service. They told me that they are going to forwarded that to concerned team (Dmi finance). I sent emails everyday to customer support in order to get to know the status of my foreclosure loan. Every time they are saying the same thing. I called to dmi finance after 15 days in order to get to know the status of my foreclosure loan payment. They told me that they didn't received any payment proof from moneytap. They raised a ticket and they told me that they will resolved it by 3-4 working days. But till now they haven't resolved it. I want file fraud case against both money tap and dmi finance.

          My emi of amount 4490-/ was auto deducted from my account on 6th feb but i'm still getting messages and emails for repayment. Even after multiple emails to customer support i'm not getting any response from then also even i shared my bank statement to them for the payment deducted from my account. Please find the attached bank statement where it is mentioned that the payment is deducted from my account from dmi finance.

            I had taken the loan from Moneytap application but now when I wan to make an inquiry regarding it, every single number mentioned on the website is showing call forwarding.Since 4 days I am trying to connect him but all vein.I need them to contact to me because I have no option to connect to them.IT is my worst experience through this company that I am going through.

            I want the company to connect to me as soon as possible.

              In have been already registered a complaint requesting to extend my EMI date to 10th of every month, having confirmed by your concern thru watsup message the EMI was fixed on 10th of every month.

              Again this time I got a message to make payment on 05th feb 2020, still after repeated reminders why you represent the cheque which get bounced & Rs. 295/-charges incurred in my account from last 4 months that too my CIBL gets hampered.

              As already informed my salary gets transferred on 9th of every working days/month to which I will be comfortable to make EMI payments on 10th of every month.

              To such inconvenience I would once again inform to extend my EMI date as mentioned above else I may have no option rather to pre-close my loan account.

              Kindly update EMI date 10th in your records as committed by your concern thru Watsup with immediate effect & send me confirmation thru return mail immediately.

                Money tap has taken emi on 5th of jan 2020 and its reflecting in my bank statement and also the amount is been deducted but in the app they have not updated and mentioned its as payment overdue and affected my cibil as well. They do not have customer care number as well.. My emis are all on time and now that they were affecting my cibil i have made double payment for jan 2020 and they have scammed me like this. I have attached the bank statement and sent an email but no response as well. Scammers have taken emi from my bank plus shown on app as emi overdue and taken another payment and moreover affected my cibil badly. Such scammers should be sued. Why the hell would they take amount and not update on app so that they can scam money from people.

                    Dear team,
                    Thanks for loan approval and credit card but what's the point in giving me the same bank credit card which im using already then so you merged my both card and now the credit limit showing in both same. So what's the point in giving me two card. If i can't use them. I have applied for loan of 69000 you approved for 50000 and then reduced limit with my another cards dues. I was going to pay my credit card bills with you emi loan but you guys wasted my 15 days for another credit which is without limit. There is no loan from. It could be better if you guys were rejected my loan application. Atleast i was not waiting not for approval and trying from another loan application.
                    You are most selfish loan application ever. You guys not only wasted my time but also impacted my cibil score.
                    But anyway you now i'm very much cleared about your application. I will clear your dues soon then i will block your both card thanks for such a wonderful selfish service.

                      I had two loan accounts in the app and wanted close both. I requested for the foreclosure through mail in december. I could close one of the accounts, as another one was giving trouble while doing payment.
                      They couldnt resolve the issue and had to pay january 's emi. I have been sending mails almost daily about this issue as there is no customer care number. There has been absolute zero response from them. I dont know what to do.

                      I have cleared all my EMI till date but payment of mine is not yet updated in app, i have sent more than 100 mails to customer care mail id still no response requesting to sort this as early as possible

                        I have taken loan in moneytap application, i have paid 3 emis as per their policy to meet the requirement of pre-closure. But now they are not responding to me, they will just ask to mail after 10th but after that they dont respond at all. Most frustrating thing is they dont have any customer care number to talk with. I think many people are facing similar issue as i see similar complaint when searched in google. Please let me know how to get this resolved

                          I have taken couple of loans through moneytap application. I have also paid 3 EMI's as per their policy to meet the requirement of fore-closure.
                          But now they are not responding to me, they are just asking me to mail after 10th. After that also they did not responded to my mail and also not on the top-up email which I had texted them.
                          Most frustrating thing is that they don't have any customer care number to talk with and get my problem resolved.
                          I think many people are facing similar issue as i see similar complaint when searched in google.
                          Please let me know how to get this resolved. I need to close all the loans as soon as possible.

                              I have a loan from moneytap, i have marked e-mail to moneytap to pre close my loan one the executive replay over e-mail after 1 week that pay this much of amount in order to pre close the loan. I made the payment as requested and share the payment receipt over the e-mail, now its 10days over however my loan is still not close even i haven't receive any reply over the e-mail too..

                              Application status was still showing 80% after getting confirmation call from RBL bank and also confirmed that i will receive welcome kit in 2-3 workibg days. But it was completed one week and still not received any kit or progress in application status or any update from MoneyTap team.
                              I want fore closure of my loan, i i did not get response from Money tab.
                              I sent emails to them from App, but no resopnse.
                              Hi I have a credit line of 20k but I want only 5k so how do I get it please let me know or share the customer care number.

                                I have already paid my 3 emi's and this was notified to the moneytap team. I had received a foreclosure details with account details to transfer the amount and i have successfully transferred the amount to give account details and its been over a week i didnt receive any update.

                                Please i need a response on this asap or else i might have to take very serious action on this.

                                  I have a loan from moneytap, i have marked e-mail to moneytap to pre close my loan one the executive replay over e-mail after 1 week that pay this much of amount in order to pre close the loan.                                   Third class company and third call employee who never responded over the email on time.

                                  Worst company as i have ever seen no response on emails and these people don't have contact number as well. And we need to send all our enquiries through email only for which they never respond and i was completely fed up marking reminders. I was trying to reach them to foreclose my loan but none are responding not sure why such companies comes into market where they don't have enough capacity to handle customer enquiries and resolve them.

                                        I have had a loan from moneytap for 51000. I have paid six emi's and now want to forclose the loan. I have sent them several emails and contacted dmi finance as well who is my loan vendor. None of them have taken any steps to close my loan and they never reply to the emails i sent them. They do not have a customer care number as well. I have also sent them emails stating that i will not be in country and hence want to foreclose my loan as soon as possible.

                                        Dmi finance just refused my request stating that i have got the loan from moneytap and only they will be able to close for me.
