Hi,

I wanted to foreclose my loan with moneytap and trying to contact for more than 2 weeks now and i’m not getting any response from them. I tried to connect with dmi finance which is lending company on their portal complaint no[protected] and to their phone number mentioned[protected] no one picks it up. Also contacted to call center but it keeps you in the waiting only and no one responds - [protected]. I’m not getting any response from any of these firms. It feels like it’s trap and people getting cheated. Such companies should be actioned immediately.

Am the customer of Money TAP / DMI, i have taken loan from them.
i paid 6 to 7 EMI. i given foreclosure request before due date itself
but no one has replied to my mail and calls .
i will not pay money still they response my foreclose.

    I taken a loan from moneytap from online, after that i mail mark to money tap and its sister company which is dmi finance for a loan closure.

    I mail mark to money tap and dmi finance from last 1 month but they not response properly and not provide foreclosure letter.

    Am writing this Email Regarding loan which i have taken from money tap 120000 For hospitalization purpose i have paid some EMI after that due to health issues i lost job then DMI executive came to my house asking me to pay EMI or final settlement that time after negoitation. They gave 103000 final settlement in which i have paid to requested accounts attached for your reference. But am getting calls every 15 days asking me to pay loan and also am getting continuous EMI emails from Razor Pay. Please advise on this matter on urgent basis

    I have paid 14000 to DMI finance link also after that.

    Please investigate am not ready to pay the amount or EMI again or else will raise issue in police department

      I have requested for for foreclosure of 2 personal loan accounts from money tap/ dmi finance on last week of oct. After sending a lot of mails i got a response on 31st oct. On practising the loan and i made the payment on 31st oct itself and mailed them the payment proof.

      But on 5th nov 2019 the emi of these loans got auto debited from my account and i have been sending them mails for pre closure confirmation and certificate, but there has been no response from moneytap team.

      As they dont have any customer care number, this looks like a complete fraud company. I would like to raise a complaint and make consumer about their fraud activities

        I have taken two loans from moneytap. And paid 8 emis without fail. I need to foreclosure these loan accounts..
        I made a request through moneytap app support and sent requests through mails. From last four days i send almost all hundred mails. But they didnt respond.. Just giving reply we will come back to you with in 48 hours. No one is caring about this.

          Hi guys, i am customer of moneytap since last august 2018, i have taken loan of 1.11000 rs in which i have paid emis of total 8 months and later i requested moneytap to foreclosure to which they have agreed and sent me the final amount to be paid. So i have paid total sum on may 2019, but till date my loan account has not yet closed and it has got updated in the app that i have paid emis part for upto jan 2021 it means out of 36 emis still i have to pay 7 more emis. I have been keep on emailing to moneytap but their response is only one thing they have forwarded the issue with concern dept. And will revert once they get update like this it is keep on going since may 2019 but as on date not even my account got closed and one thing more is as we register ecs system with moneytap they are deducting the charges of 300+gst 18℅. Like this they are holding the amount in the bank account which is reflecting to moneytap i don't know kw when in the app it is showing that emi is paid till jan 2021 then again money is being deducted in the name of ecs charges.

          Dear moneytap what is the issue that you are letting your customer this much trouble that because of this almost everyone personal life is also affecting because of not sleeping and tension as even after paying the emis and full amount still you are not giving clearence to your customers.

          Better to stop service if you are not able to be in support of your customer who have trusted in your faith. But unfortunately we are getting betreyal.

            i had apply for the online mobile application moneytap personal loan with my all the personal detail like pan no. Bank account and also my other detail, i have insert my office detail and submitting nothing is happens but still i have email & customer care no to that company but there are no address found show on my my email there are not giving any response . I think they are chatting of people they are not giving any status of my loan application is approved or not

              Cheater cheater...
              I have maintain my emi amount in my bank a/c, inspite of that emi not cleared. After 5 days they charged extra as ecs bounced. My ecs is not bounced & i have sufficient balance in my a/c, as per my bank informed me. Day by day i called dmi finance care, also mail moneytap and dmi finance both. Dmi finance reply me my issue is resolved, contact to moneytap. But what is resolved? Money tap has never answered till now. Both company's behave look like a cheater. My case no. 0017518, registered with dmi finance.

              Hi,

              I took the loan from money Tap and i did preclosure about 3 weeks back. Till now it didnt get updated in Money Tap and customer service is telling the same reason from past two weeks. Now I'm getting mails from money tap for that loan. I want to raise a consumer complaint on both harsemment and for fraud.

                I dont have the customer care number to foreclosure the loan .Where should i go .Why this kind of forgery happening, why these people dont understand the situations .This money tap is totally bogus and cheat .Some one take legal action on this company.I will go in consumer court what these people think that an ordinary man cant do nothing .I will drag them court .every day the frustration and situation i am facing they dont know .But i believe in my judiciary and will get justice

                NEVER EVER TAKE A LOAN FROM MONEY TAP THEY ARE FRAUD

                  I have taken loan in moneytap application, i have paid 3 emis as per their policy to meet the requirement of pre-closure. But now they are not responding to me, they will just ask to mail after 10th but after that they dont respond at all. Most frustrating thing is they dont have any customer care number to talk with. I think many people are facing similar issue as i see similar complaint when searched in google. Please let me know how to get this resolved

                  Even i am facing same kind issue i need to preclose my loan but they are not responding waiting since 2 months but no update from money tap have dropped several mails as well

                    I am having a loan with moneytap and i have successfully paid the 3 emis now i wanted to pre-close the loan, and i am chasing them on mails for the past 1 month for the foreclosure process and they are not bothered about to give a proper response to my mails now its my next emi date.
                    Whenever i mail them one of their executive named nibeditha is mailing me and giving false statements saying mail them after 10 of the month they'll help in foreclosure of the loan (Which never happens).
                    When i check their customer care number they don't have one.
                    I have mailed them for more than 10 times regarding the foreclosure not even cared to give a proper response.
                    I am trying to foreclose my loan since last month with moneytap but no response from them. Last month they said foreclosure will process only after October month EMI deduction but nothing happen after that.
                    No reply after writing many mails to them.

                      I would like to register a complaint against the credit card which is issued to me, and i have no idea, from where the same has come from.

                      Certain points in want to highlight :

                      1) i haven’t applied to any of your credit card, neither online, nor filled up any kind of application form.
                      2) i haven’t received any card (Even i am unaware abt the card no.)
                      3) getting constant messages (Irritating)
                      4) i have been charged some amt ie for 500 (For membership i dont know), for which i am getting the message.
                      5) i want the details, from where you guys have received my details without my concern.

                      Team, this is a serious concern and i kindly request you to cancel my card immediately. Also, i would request you reverse any kind of charge which is levied as it will obviously hamper my cibil score.

                      I am seriously not interested in any kind of credit card from any co.

                        I hv taken loan from moneytap... I hv asked to change my mobile number but from last two months i hv sent emails to them as they dont have contact number.. They replied me back that it will get updated within 24 hours as they have escalated this concern... I also shared the feedback in play store app they given the same response there but still my number not changed.

                          I took a loan of rs 70000 from moneytap on 24 april. I m paying m emi as per the schedule date and process. I june i realise that i can pay the full amount of my loan and close it. So i mail money tap. I get a replay that someone will get in touch with me in 48 hours. But its been two months no one called me or mailed me. I have contacted them many times from than but they don't want reply. They don't have any contact no. No customer service. Please check the issue. It can be the matter of fraudulent with many people.

                          I want to pre close my loan account. Please see the matter.

                            I had a credit limit in the money tab from which i wanted to take a loan of 56k
                            22 july 2019
                            I have not received any loan amount of rs. 56000 to my bank
                            Account till date.

                            But rbl bank mobile app and moneytap mobile app are showing me to pay
                            Emi for 36 month for rs. 1887.

                            My credit card limit before loan rs. 70267
                            My credit card limit after loan is rs. 113 (But loan amount not received to bank account till date)

                            And the charging the penalty for credicard telling you has crossed the
                            Credit limit.

                            Fraud in rbl bank using money tab mobile app.

                              They will give you another credit card if you already have a existing card and charge 3000 for new credit card. Why do you need another credit paying 3000 when you already have one for lifetime free or just 500 rs. Per year charge.

                              I already have lifetime free credit cards and card limit more than 1 lakh on every cards.

                              I applied for loan on moneytap by looking at website and quora reviews

                              They themselves posted fake reviews on many website as they are loan provider means lender fintech company.

                              No they are not lender.

                              They don't give credit card to no score on cibil. They fool you and give you credit card charge you 3000 yearly charge.

                              Every emi they will charge their commission.

                              # company.

                              # rbl bank supporting this scam of moneytap. Looting your hard earned money.

                                I had apply for the personal loan with my all the personal details like PAN number, Bank account, and also my other details and they have approved me for a 2, 00, 000 Rs. pre-approved loan but when i have insert my office details and submit nothing is happen. But still i have email to that company but they are not approved my loan. I think so they are cheat with people and collect them personal details and not give any status your loan is approved or not. Really i am very much frustrate.

                                  Hi i am complaining about moneytap app and DMI finance, last year i took money from them and made a complete payment and also i have proofs that one of their executive said " all the payments are clear and ill update in app" . After 3 months some of their team called and telling you are not completed the payment please do it and they are threatening me and telling we will terminate the loan .so you should pay everything from the beginning. .please help me

                                      i have took the loan of 40, 000/-rs. as per money tap policy my fist EMI deduct on 06/04/[protected]/- rs ) by UPI.
                                      As per policy my EMI date is 05 of every month till last EMI.
                                      Suddenly i change the mobile number with my SBI bank account, this same information i provide to Money Tab also by mail ([protected]@moneytap.com) and by calling to customer care No ([protected], [protected] ) but they were not supportive and not good in money tap financial knowledge.
                                      There the person name of Rohan kumar he force to me download the anydesk app so he can watch the my bank account as well Money Tap App on my Mobile access.
                                      Mobile no changing issue is not resolved yet. he ask me other bank details, i gave information of my another bank account of PNB.
                                      Date of 24/05/2019 100rs deduction happened

                                        They processed my application for loan and then they did not communicate with me. Though repeatedly I communicated with them they are least bothered to atleast inform me whether my loan is approved or not. They promised me loan within 2 days and since 1 month they did not do anything. In this way they are making fool of people. My papers are also with them but they have stopped communicating with me.
