They are the worst company ever with worst employees.
I have been getting mentally harrashment since the day i took. Loan from them.
And now they are not allowing to forclose the same and never ever replies on time
Somya, this is not the case, when i asked for forcloser last month then also it was provided to me even i didn't pay emi since april but still it was provided.
So please cut this crab and send me forcloser...

But, paid amount fulfil not showing in my loan account. Put-up complaint many times on his website, hello. Moneytap@ but not given any answers about this and not given loan statement.
Pls. Help me....

I have cleared all the loans taken from moneytap. After clearing all the loans no reply from money tap or dmi finance. I have raised many complaints regarding this no response....

Inspite of being following up on extension of moratorium no revert is provided by the organisation.

Moreover they asked me for my bank statements which was provided to them on 24 june as required by them.

After that they have stopped replying to my mails...

My money tap loan has been close.in apr 2020
But last month how to charge 590 ecsr transection 6 time last 6 time 590 deduct my bank account...

I had availed a loan from money tap and due to this covid-19, i am requesting for moratorium for the months of june, july and august. As per the procedure, i had requested them for moratorium after the emi for june 2020 was debited on 5th of june। instead of providing relief they are mentally harassing me by demanding the same document over and over again which has already been submitted to them via email। moratorium request not granted...

During this pandemic situation this kind of attitude toward your customer is totally bad...

I request for pre closer of my loan i have sent multiple email but no response form money tap support team
In app there is no option for pre close the loan

I have requested the money tap company to close my account related to my email id [protected]@gmail.com mobile number [protected] as all the emi's are paid and i am not using it for 6 months and now its is causing me inconvenince as i want to take other finance from bank. Please kindly look into the matter and this seriously....

Moneytap deducted rs.3668 however my emi is rs.2551. Why they deducted rs.1117 more.

It has been about 10 days i am chasing with them but no one come out and assist me.

Hi,

I taken money from money tap app (Rbl bank credit card). Also, i converted emi same time when i took the money. But right now showing all amount due in both apps. I am totally disappointed also don't know about payment how can i do the payment.

Money taken by me already i converted in emi but in the my credit card statement you are showing all amount due and showing the option to convert in emi again. How...

I just don't understand why they stalling the process sending the same info over and over again.
The loan started on 27/04/2019 and i am paying it over a year now.

I requested them to help me closing that loan account and some lady named nivedita keeps replying with the same info stating 'thanks for reaching out.

As per dmi finance's policy, foreclosure can be allowed only after a minimum of 3 monthly...

It's been a month now i had requested for moratorium. I. Had already disclosed that due to financial crisis i had not got payment from my superiors. Accordingly, i am unable to make the payment. I had sent innumerable request which has been checked but not responded appropriately. I had attended the calls too indicating my problems. Even then you guys had tried to take the payment which was bounced. I had also send screen shot of my bank...

This now the more worst part of your side inspite of giving so many follow ups till now you guys are just auto debited money from my account it's not your money or illegal, my hard core money i want my money back although inform you about the things then too you guys just debited.

I want the revert with proper resolution.

Loan paid in full still harassment and cibil reporting, am so surprised these guys keep on calling from diff numbers which has no incoming facility so u can not talk with them at all and keep on calling multiple times from diff numbers....
