We have made the payment of foreclosure against of my loan account number on 16th july, 2020 after made the payment i have sent mail confirmation to dmi and moneytap. Since one month we are following up this still date 05th aug, 2020 not received ndc and today 05/08/2020 debited rs 719/- in my account. Kindly check and do the needful on priority basis.

      Hello, I am Gourab Majumdar Today I install Money Tap and here we see a new app of Money tap which I preciously loaded. I have applied for loan this new Money tap company . They provided 20000 loan for 90 days with rules 699 /-processing fees . After after deduction of Processing fee my loan is not granted and Money is not credited from the margent. I want to claim refund of 699 which they debited due to processing fees. But my money or loan is not accepted ! So my humble request please take a legal action against this merchant for refund me .         Too late to respond on any queries.

        Pathetic service.

        After following up with them for past 1 month almost for extension of moratorium no one from there team really helped.

        Recently i was coordinating with ms. Nibedita saha who assured my case is taken on priority, but i was fooled by her...

        Moreovershe asked me for bank statements of mine then also after following up with her no revert was provided before a week.

        Moreover i also kept there co founder for better reach but still nobody cared...

        Hell of a service...

          They are the worst company ever with worst employees.
          I have been getting mentally harrashment since the day i took. Loan from them.
          And now they are not allowing to forclose the same and never ever replies on time
          Somya, this is not the case, when i asked for forcloser last month then also it was provided to me even i didn't pay emi since april but still it was provided.
          So please cut this crab and send me forcloser smoke or ask your manager to call me back.
          Can't you see my chain of emails?
          I don't want to use abusive language, i am sick and tired because of you guys.
          You have destroyed my life since the day i took loan from you guys.
          Please send me forcloser amount or ask your manager to call me.

                3) 01 jully 2020 rs. 11708 deposit
                परंतु रक्कम कर्ज खात्यात पूर्ण जमा केली नाही. त्यांच्या वेबसाईटवर hello. [protected]@ वारंवार तक्रार केल्यात statement मागितला परंतु काहीच reply मिळत नाही.
                कृपया माझी तक्रार दाखल करून मला सहकार्य करावे ही विनंती.

                    Moreover they asked me for my bank statements which was provided to them on 24 june as required by them.

                        I had availed a loan from money tap and due to this covid-19, i am requesting for moratorium for the months of june, july and august. As per the procedure, i had requested them for moratorium after the emi for june 2020 was debited on 5th of june। instead of providing relief they are mentally harassing me by demanding the same document over and over again which has already been submitted to them via email। moratorium request not granted yet but harassment is at peak level.

                              Dear team,
                              I hope you and your family are doing well?
                              I am very disappointed by the responses i am getting from the help desk team members, the question is they are replying to emails without reading and understanding.
                              I had taken moratorium for the month of april and may 20, because i am now self-employed i have started my freelancing in that covid has hit my freelancing job badly since i am into recruitment. Made sure not even once for the past 1 year i default on emi's i been paying religiously.
                              Had opted for the emi moratorium in the money tap app for the month of june - august 20 successfully and the next day on 6th i got a message that please request the same in the given format in your email id.
                              I have not got any email on my registered id, have been chasing helpdesk for the same and suddenly i see my emi moratorium has been rejected as per the mail.
                              My question is when the customer is forwarding and sharing all the emails conversation to the team for the help and here the team is just doing copy and paste without even understanding the customer. This facility is given to help customers in such a financial crisis but here i see i am getting harassed by the responses i am getting.
                              I been requesting a call back because i think emails are not helping and the customer service number is always busy in the given time slot. Tell me how am i supposed to help myself.
                              This is not happening to help customers in such time & without any intimation, any amount is charged on my account and wherein the app shows some other details. After giving all the requried details necessary document for moratorium i only got one reply from the help desk - your emi moratorium request is rejected because the due date is past or not submitted details as requested, wherein i did all what was required as a responsilble loan account holder.
                              This is not accepted from banking lenders like you to cheat customers who are following as their responsibility, neither even in a single mail i have mentioned i won’t pay money all i was asking is proper information and the amount is not small interest, the customer in need to help not to be cheated. After not getting proper responses from your help id i have decided to choose complaint option team.

                                    Please know that due to current pandemic situation covid 19, i am unable to pay emi which was started from march to until now, as per rbi announces its morotorium from march to 3 month and same has been extended, due to which affected my financial loss, hence i requesting you to allow moratorium for 3 month same has been approach to money well in advance, but no action has been taken nor emi pause and u i have to bear the bounce charges, i dont have the balance in my account my account got in nagetive balance, since the covid 19 started from the month of march, to until now on dated 2 nd of june i again requetes for morotorium, several email was sent and nothing has been action has said by money tap agent pravin, vaisahli and other that ' we dont have the clarity on how to implement the same to our customers... Please make a serious note on this financial institute and they are harrasing like anything on makiing the payment...

                                    Hence requeting you to make the strict action againt them, so i can adjust my finacial loss and stand to pay dues as earliest as possible,
                                    Also reverse my bounce charges which are been charged, when i already opt in for morotorium,

                                        I taken money from money tap app (Rbl bank credit card). Also, i converted emi same time when i took the money. But right now showing all amount due in both apps. I am totally disappointed also don't know about payment how can i do the payment.

                                        Money taken by me already i converted in emi but in the my credit card statement you are showing all amount due and showing the option to convert in emi again. How is it possible?? I am totally disappointed😔. Also, i am not able to talk with any customer care representative. So how can i clear my doubts. I am totally disappointed. I need a call from your side so you can clear my doubts. Otherwise i am not able to repayment.
