Hi All, I have sent multiple times email to customer care MoneyTap but no response the special thing is MoneyTap doesn’t have call customer care centre only they reply through email that to no response, I request you all to be careful while applying loan on moneytap....

EMI Deducted Twice

RBL Moneytap Credit card abnormal charges

I have withdrawn 1 lac and applied for emi, Moneytap app shoes it is converted in 24 emi. still I was getting bill to pay the entire amount, I raise concern but no action done, and 15k has been changed as interest on that that too for 3 months, if RBL and MOney tap do not sync data customer shouldn't be punished for that...

Credit card

I have been writing mails to money tap (mail id: [protected]@moneytap.com) to close all accounts linked to my mobile number +91-[protected]. It only generates an auto reply that support is on the my issue way and will be resolved in 48hrs.
Inspite of multuple mails, my accounts are not being closed and "No due certificate" is not being provided....

I have taken a loan of 45000 in 2019. I have paid all the payments on time. In the month of December 2020 the payment for 1099 was due. I had maintained the balance in my bank account. They took a payment of 929.83 on 7 December 2020. They haven't updated this payment and keep asking me for the payment. They have sent my account to collection agency. Collection agency guys are harrassing me for this. Please help me....

EMI debited twice a month

Every month auto debit happens, but for November month they sent link to pay, I have paid through link again one more time auto debit happened, past 2months I am doing follow up on the email support but not getting any response...

Hello All,

I downloaded and registered the money tap app in my mobile for small loan amount (3000 to 5000), it asks for documents and I have completed that, the person has called me and get the photo copy of my rest of the documents, I have provided the documents and suddenly on 23rd they have credited around 1, 91, 000 to my account, with out notifications or confirmation from my side, even I haven’t received the tele verification...

Money deducted twice and NACH

My Emi is Rs4274 for 8 months but as on 5 th December the last emi due is RS 4274 but they charged RS 5086 (looted extra 816). They supposed deduct on 5th Dec RS 5086 but they deducted only RS 1274 . Not responding for foreclosure of loan

I have taken loan in moneytap application, i have paid 3 emis as per their policy to meet the requirement of pre-closure. But now they are not responding to me, they will just ask to mail after 10th but after that they dont respond at all. Most frustrating thing is they dont have any customer care number to talk with. Payment paid but they are not considered

Cancel my new application for credit amount

I just apply on yesterday and I want only 25000 rupees but you guys showing money tab app 115000 per approved amount. How can u guys decide the amount without my permission.
