    Hi Team,

    I am continuously struggling with you guys regarding account updates. The DMI already hit the E-mandates NACH form to my respective bank. But MoneyTap has no idea about this.

    The account details shared with MoneyTap on 23 Nov 2020 but MoneyTap has said to me without a cheque copy we can't process the E-mandate request. But somehow DMI verifies the mandates request @charges 118 INR the attachment attached also of my deduction amount.

    And from my side, I shared the cheque copy to MoneyTap on 23 Jan 2021.

    So now tell me who has done the fraud with my account whether MoneyTap or DMI Finance.

      Dear team,
      15 days back i taken money from money tab and mentioned one amount before transfer to my account, after transfer receive less amount of Rs 7080 ...checked in same app its mentioned insurance deducted...This is total disappointed for me, While transferring time not mentioning the insurance amount in below transfer money in application...Please return my money immediately

        I have sent mail to MoneyTap customer care for closing my account in MoneyTap & received confirmation mail saying that my credit line will be cancelled within 5 - 6 working days 15 days completed still account is active & I have sent remainder mails there is no response from team.

          Hi All, I have sent multiple times email to customer care MoneyTap but no response the special thing is MoneyTap doesn’t have call customer care centre only they reply through email that to no response, I request you all to be careful while applying loan on moneytap.

            I have take a loan amount 22500 and my first EMI is due in Janaury 05 as I have already share all my bank details and given NACH approval for deduction EMI didn't deduct till 09th I have got the message that we are trying to contact but no respose(although i am always available) on that message I have got one payment link so I made the payment through GPay but on 11/01/2021 EMI with amount 4150 deduct automatically from my account

            Need my money 4150 refund soon

                  Account Closure & No Due Certificate

                  I have been writing mails to money tap (mail id: [protected]@moneytap.com) to close all accounts linked to my mobile number +91-[protected]. It only generates an auto reply that support is on the my issue way and will be resolved in 48hrs.
                  Inspite of multuple mails, my accounts are not being closed and "No due certificate" is not being provided....

                    I have taken a loan of 45000 in 2019. I have paid all the payments on time. In the month of December 2020 the payment for 1099 was due. I had maintained the balance in my bank account. They took a payment of 929.83 on 7 December 2020. They haven't updated this payment and keep asking me for the payment. They have sent my account to collection agency. Collection agency guys are harrassing me for this. Please help me.

                        Hello All,

                        I downloaded and registered the money tap app in my mobile for small loan amount (3000 to 5000), it asks for documents and I have completed that, the person has called me and get the photo copy of my rest of the documents, I have provided the documents and suddenly on 23rd they have credited around 1, 91, 000 to my account, with out notifications or confirmation from my side, even I haven’t received the tele verification call from them it’s still in progress it shows in the app also the full verification is not yet completed from the bank side (see the screen shot from the app), I have called to the person who collected the documents from me and I replied like that I haven’t applied for this huge amount which is not affordable me at all, he replied that he have filled the form himself and he has processed himself for the amount, later immediately I have sent mail to MoneyTap customer care mail since there is no customer care at all for this organisation, also I haven’t received the response from them. RBI should take the action against this type of fraudulent money lending companies. I will wait up to this Saturday if they haven’t cancelled the application and if they haven’t close this loan means, I am going to take severe action against them for sure.

                          Hello Naveen, I am in your same situation, they have credited the amount with out notifying me and no televerification call has made to me or no verification done by the bank completely, but they have credited the amount to me, which is more I am to borrow and unaffordable, see my post on this forum

                            Dear Sir

                            My registered mobile number is [protected]

                            My Emi is Rs4274 for 8 months but as on 5 th December the last emi due is RS 4274 but they charged RS 5086 (looted extra 816). They supposed deduct on 5th Dec RS 5086 but they deducted only RS 1274 . I thought they have restructured as I m getting messages . I am getting calls to repay of remaining due of RS 3815 but I paid on RS 16 thDecember. But they have submitted NACH as on 23 December and deducted RS 3815

                            Fraud company, no customers service to reach and no reply from mails. I took 30k loan but it was credited only 27.7k and I additionally paid RS 816 extra for them and because of frauds I paid RS 7009 NACH mandate failed charges to the bank. I could not understand I have given consent only RS 4274 per month how this financial system works, these cheaters submitted NACH before due date and even after the amount is paid.

                            Kindly understand my concern and should not encourage this kind of company and should be punished with extra penalty and should involve government and make appropriate step to retain the money back from where they have looted

                                      One More ting In my EMI Auto Debit On 5th November but still its showing not paid i am get mail i replay on every mail simply Replay will get update you shorty and last week i got one mail from Assistant Manager his name is Madivalappa Hubaratti i send all the documents what i paid what deduct in my account daily i am calling this person he will not response properly so many call only one time he received my call i explain my problem he said he will update but no updates i am calling daily to them his say simply will check and updates from pass one week no updates so please do the needful ASAP...
