I purchase books from amazon order id[protected] on 18april 2021 but some issues for product so Amazon my amount refund me rupees 484.5rs but my bank account is not credited in this amount and Amazon successful refunded this amount and Amazon provided me Refund reference number[protected] There won't be so many days but I have no received the amount so please help me... I attached the order details and Amazon mail

    Hi team,
    I have cleared my loan aditya birla lender and I had taken it through money tap .
    After completion of my loan also it is showing 90 days over due in credit report.
    When I reached out aditya birla, they say we have sent no due certificate to me and it is upto money tap to update the same in credit bureau.

    Please reach out to me on [protected], I am not getting loan due to credit report issues because of money tap.

      I have been writing mails to money tap (mail id: [protected]@moneytap.com) to close all accounts linked to my mobile number +91-[protected] as I have paid all the dues, It only generates an auto reply that support is on the my issue way and will be resolved in 48hrs.
      Inspite of multiple mails, my accounts are not being closed and "No due certificate" is not being provided.
      Same here, I have also started receiving the calls from their recovery agent creditmate, and No due certificate not yet received.

          I'm already registered complaint on this web site for my issue about money tap still I didn't get any response from your side and Money tap side please help me out for this again and again sending lot is mails still no response loan also closed

            I borrowed money of 1.10 lacs from moneytap and when I asked them for loan foreclosure, they provided me the outstanding amount plus gst plus interest. I paid the entire amount by 20th March and asked for confirmation. Even aftr 7 days and 50 mail reminders I am yet to get any confirmation from them and I treat my account as closed.

              Was looking out for a loan for my studies in this pandemic. Came across this app in Sep. Wanted to get a a loan amount of oli 90000 however I was credited 165000. I wrote an email as they were not available on call stating to take the amount back or to increase the tenure as I have my home loan too. However the declined both the options. Since then I am following up with them to take the full amount but don't get any reply. They are attempting to debit my account every month and it's getting bounced which has impacted by credit rating. It was info to me they will not attempt at ecs. Now I am penalized for late payments and also my credit rating is impacted.

                My due was cleared in automatic debited on 15/03/2021 Rs.8885/-
                Again debited same amount Rs.8885/-
                on 17th march 2021 it is also auto debited from my account without intiating... I'm sent mails with Amount debited bank statement...
                There is no response from money tap

                  I sent mails many times regards my double emi deduction on March month but no reply from moneytap.

                  Their is no any contact no the support service is very poor

                    I had closed my account with money tap a year ago and now a year later I have been getting email requests to pay Rs806 for RBL bank every other day . I have raised my concerns to both money tap and RBL bank and nobody is coming forward to help me solve this . I have an email conversation on preclosing the account with money tap.
                    My issue hasn't been resolved yet. I still get email to pay . I preclosed the loan a year ago. Why is not anyone responding on this I am tired of writing emails to you people. I don't have any money to pay I have paid in full . Can you somebody from money tap/RBL look into this please . This kind of emails everyday is definitely making blood pressure high.

                      I have applied loan in Money tap application on last week.It got pre-approved and last Thursday itself my tele verification got over. I confirmed my residence address in the call and they told the agent will come for signature. Also pending steps are Document verification and Signature in application form. For the past 2 working days I didn't get any response from anyone and I didn't get any calls from anyone.
                      Please solve ASAP.

                          Money tap illegitimately did restructuring on just a single click that too on wts app and following up regularly to remove restructuring..they agreed to do but after 3 months nothing has been done. My balance amount to pay was 125000 now after restructuring I have to pay 180000 ...such a big waste for me. Apart from this their collection agent use abusive language without any fault of mine.

                            Moneytap claims that if their Banking partner charges GST on EMI, they reverse the GST charges to the account of customers. But now when I've been charged GST and post raising the issue they are claiming that the banking partner has changed the policy (I've already paid 10 EMIs out of 8) and I'll be charged GST and Moneytap will not reverse the same. They are clearly cheating the customers. Please address the complaint on priority.

                              Dear Team Money Tap,

                              This is higly unprofessional from your side, I am expecting a revert from your end to forlcose my loan but the link shared by your team does not have ICCI/AXIS bank as net banking options.

                              I tried paying through airtel payments banks/debit card but it does not support my online daily limit of expense.

                              Please help me pay through paytm, UPI, google pay links and send the same at the earliest as my next EMI will be falling due soon.

                              I cant reach out to you on any phone number so your email team has to be alret enough to reply me on time, I am attaching series of emails I have sent but no revert!!

                                Hello Team
                                I am been receiving a collection agent has been harshaing me from yesterday regarding a pending payment. Taking all kind of nonsense and rude behavior. [protected], that's number I am getting a call from, I try to be polite but this agent is been harassing all day

                                I want a strict notice to be done and I am complaining regarding. If no response or actions are taken I will take this matter to social media as I have recoding of the conversation.

                                    I have taken a loan from money tap for which I paid more than 8 EMIs, now I want to close the loan by making the full payment but unfortunately I am unable to do so as there is no customer care number I tried their process by mailing them but unfortunately no response from them.
                                    There is no process in the app & also no customer care number,

                                    This is a type of mental Harassment
