My final emi with moneytap was scheduled on august 5th, money got deducted from my bank account on that date as per the schedule but it is not updated on the moneytap app. I tried to reach moneytap customer support multiple times but their response rate is really poor. There's no phone number to reach customer service first if all, only through emails and they won't respond to us properly. After waiting for 1 month, i checked moneytap app again and realised that my money isn't yet updated on that app. After that i got notification from my bank saying that 2 check bounces charges are levied on me because of missing emis (Actually those are moneytap emis which i already cleared in august month). I tried to reach my bank on the same but their response is also not helpful.
Apart from this, i used to and still receiving warning messages from moneytap team regarding the payment of my emi. They mentioned to me that they want to take legal action against me if don't clear my emi (Which i already paid). I don't know what to do now. My money is gone and i became a victim of corporate loot here. Someone please help me. I hope there are many people who are suffering like me.
