Hello,
I am rahul i have a loan with money tap, i have sent atleast 10 mails in last 7-8 days regarding the closer of the loan.. I asked so many times what should i do to close the loan by paying all amount. But they are not responding for the same. Day by day they are charging me intrest and not replying me once.
MoneyTap customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Moneytap is not replying to my email for 6 days.

My amount is debited but not reflecting in dashboard

    I have applied loan from money tap and completed all the steps but still.not getting any money. I have email them.so.many times they just saying it is pending with final approval.

    Now they not responding any email. Also they have not.any contact details.

    Sorry, but your transfer could not be completed as the bank's network was unreachable. we request you to try after again after some time

    i sent so many emails but did not got any response from your end request you to please prioritise this as i m in huge need of this loan

      I have already closed all the pending dues on 25 of august but still i am receiving threatening call from recovery department to make payment it's a high time i am receiving call in 3 times a day i have drafted multiple emails to money tap as well as money tap but i am not receiving any response yet and they don't have their customer support as well when i tried to call dmi finance even their customer care no is busy this people are fooling us because of this issues i was not able to shift abroad have to take loss of my airline tickets as well as my civil is down i am doing every possible things available but no out come this is the worst service i have ever received..

          I have paid entire amount pending for my loan with moneytap on july 26, 2020 but still the app shows that amount is due. I have mailed them 4-5 times, yet on 5th sep, they have deducted emi from my account without my consent and knowledge.

          I tried multiple times reaching out to them via their email id - [protected]@moneytap.com but nobody is responding to it now.

          This is fraudulent and ignorant of them. I need my money back which is debited and need the account to be foreclosed permanently. Please help me as this is no way a financial app serves the customer.

            My final emi with moneytap was scheduled on august 5th, money got deducted from my bank account on that date as per the schedule but it is not updated on the moneytap app. I tried to reach moneytap customer support multiple times but their response rate is really poor. There's no phone number to reach customer service first if all, only through emails and they won't respond to us properly. After waiting for 1 month, i checked moneytap app again and realised that my money isn't yet updated on that app. After that i got notification from my bank saying that 2 check bounces charges are levied on me because of missing emis (Actually those are moneytap emis which i already cleared in august month). I tried to reach my bank on the same but their response is also not helpful.
            Apart from this, i used to and still receiving warning messages from moneytap team regarding the payment of my emi. They mentioned to me that they want to take legal action against me if don't clear my emi (Which i already paid). I don't know what to do now. My money is gone and i became a victim of corporate loot here. Someone please help me. I hope there are many people who are suffering like me.

              My moneytap app is not working from last 5 months have written to the only email I'd [protected]@moneytap.com but only an automated email generated that help in on it's way am waiting since last 5 months no help or call has come from their team till no am really disappointed nobody even bothers to read the emails that Cm has send they do not have a customer care number as well pathetic customer service would not recommend this app or its service to anyone

                I finished my remaining EMIs with foreclosure on the account details given by them. They told it will reflect in around 6-7 working days.

                13 days have passed and EMI completion is not updated on the app. I am writing continuous mails to them to look into it.
                First they kept pushing it saying that they will update it. Now no one replies to the mails.

                There is no other way to contact them except emails. No calls can be done even. It's literally pathetic customer service.

                I don't know what to do and I'm getting reminders that my next emi is due, which I have already completed in the foreclosure

                  I paid my bill upto July 2020, but its nearly a month gone and they are saying 4 months bill is still pending. I mail them all the bank statement, but they are not interested in replying also. But their threat message are on time.Always threat me to pay bill to avoid further legal action.
                  No customer support
                  Even this complaint also may get ignored, don't know what these guys intention is.
                  I just want to clear this issue an delete this app forever.

                    My self kumar dada bansode i take loan from moneytap (Dmi finance) and i wad paid all loan payment in 28th oct, 2019 rs 20288/- to a/c no.[protected]/kbk0000193/shivanshis chaterjee but till it is not update i was raise complaint to customer care case is : 0022245. From 8 month i following customer care but till not solved issue.
                    After moneytab taken amount in my account rs 11856/- in 9th april 2020. I want refund becoz i already paid my payment.

                      Such a irresponsible team. I have mailed so many times. No one is replying properly. We don't even have customer care number to call and talk. App is total waste. Always showing that I didn't pay EMI. They are frequently debiting amount from my account which is not scheduled. Even though amount is debited on time. It's not updated in their system. They will debit it again. Because of this I faced ACH debit charges of 590rs two times. Even for this they are not replying. They don't care about their customer. Requesting everyone to post this in social media. And also requesting everyone not to take loan from this app.

                        Hi Team,
                        In august month almost 8000rs debited from my account for bounce charges. It should be only one bounce will there for one month. Whenever i tried to pay my EMI with my account amount is debiting. I can not pay like this. And too much bounce charges are taking for one month. This isnot at all correct. I attached my statement in mail. But i am not getting any response.please take a complaint and reversal my amount. So that i can pay my emi. In this situation what ever your doing its not correct. Please consider my request as a high priority.

                          I have written to customer care for closer the account from CBIL and also made the fully payment based on their conformation on dated 22nd Aug'2020 but not updated in APP yet also getting the reminder that your EMI is due on dated 5th Sep'2020.

                          After make the payment i have already informed to them but they are not revering on single email.

                            I have made the foreclosure paymenr but the payment is not showing up on the app...not getting Any relevant reply from moneytap...horrible service...if my issue IA not resolved in by end of this month then I have to file a complaint against Money tap.

                            Its been more than two weeks now.

                              I taking follow for closing my account from cibil after preclosing my loan from the last 3 months. But always they asked reason for closing my account always i replied but after that they stop to respond.
                              They don't have contact number or through email we can communicate with them but you have to wait for reply at least 48 hs or 2 days minimum and sometime you will get any reply it's there wish if they want they reply if they don't want they don't reply.

                              I am highly frastrated with there misbehave still my account is active in cibil.

                              Please help me in this regards. What should i do to whom should i contact. Should i go to police in this regards

                                Money Tap team is worst, after paying the emi amount also they are sending payment link to pay the emi and they are charging twice the emi amount in one month and no one is responding to emails and they are asking for statements only, though I sent statements they are not responding back and sending payments links to pay the amount.

                                  I lost my job in April so could not pay the emi from may to till date for that they have been charged 5500 as cheque bounce charges when I have written a email stating that could you please provide the charges for bouncing charges they never replied back with the exact resolution.

                                  I want to close the existing loan for that again I have sent them an email as there is no customer care number for that big company,
                                  Again I received email stating that we will get back to you at the earliest but never showed up.

                                  Could you please find a solution for my problem.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am

                                      I had requested to foreclose my loan from money tap so they below mention amount requirement informed by money tap on 17th july

                                      Loan number dmi[protected]
                                      Amount -12187.6/-

                                      Loan number dmi[protected]
                                      Amount - 54237.85/-

                                      On 19th i had paid all amount after deduction of late payment and bouncing charges as earlier one time emi got bounced on loans as well as i had requested for the waiver for late payment and bouncing charges but same is not waived by then and clearly denied on 22nd july.

                                      So same day rest late payment and bouncing charges again paid by me and details successfully shared with money tap on email.

                                      On 24th july i had received the mail from money tap where they informed me that loan will be closed in next 6-7 days..

                                      So after 7 days on 31st july again i wrote a mail to them and given multitude mail to them but are not replying to me and still my loan is open,

                                      On 5th july again one emi debited from my account which amounts still not refunded and no body responding on mail.

                                      Request you kindly help to provide me refund of one emi of both loans with interest.

                                      Overall as i feel money tap is a official robbery adda where they are taken benefits of customer circumstances as they are charging 28% per annum also not provided you quality services.

                                        Hi i have applied for credit line through moneytap as it was pre approved with rbl bank till i submit the documents there were a proper response later i received my rbl moneytap credit card from rbl bank.

                                        When i want to use the credit line because of medical emergency i need to contact to moneytap as they don't have call line process i have emailed regarding my issue with there app as i cannot able to login on there app almost i wrote 15 emails they did not even bothered to reply back.
