Defective Device / Impossible Service

I bought an E6 1 year ago and since then have faced 2 major problems. 3 months ago the LCD went defective and since it was under warranty, i got it fixed. Now the mic has stopped working and when i went to the service station at TTK road, they are telling me its a "Water logging" issue and I have to change the main board that would cost about 85% of the cost of the phone (around rs.8000). My 1 year warranty expired last month...

selling defective pieces

i just bought a moto razr phone from this shop with a bill. the phone has started giving me trouble after only 2 days. i went back to them after 3-4 days but they refused to exchange the piece and kept it with them for 3 to 4 days saying it was under observation. they were very rude to me when i asked them to change it. dont know what to do. help!...

HOPELESS MOTOROLA SERVICE

Handset not powering on

Hi,

I have purchased Motorola V3i on 14/10/2007 from Univercell, CMH Road bangalore, it was working ok till feb 08 and one fine day it switched off due to low battery and after charging for some time(about 2 hrs), the handset didnot power on and a message that the charging cannot be done was seen.

Change in Body Color

I have purchased Motorola W220 two months ago. Suddenly, the body color turned into greenish from black. Its under warranty. I have been gone to Customer Care at Neelam Chowk,NIT Faridabad, Haryana but they have said that the body damges do not come under warranty.

extreme apathy and technical incompetence of kolkata service center

I happened to be a great endonser of the motorola products until a coupe of incidents left me absolutely disgusted with it.

Problem with the speaker.

I had purchased Motorola Bluetooth H 500 in the Month of December From ALFA Stores Irla Mumbai. The vice quality was not clear so i went to service centre at Vashi the 2 nd day of my purchase .The Vashi service centre confirmed that their was problem with the voice quality so it has to be replaced . Till date i am continuously contacting the Vashi service centre 7& i have not received the replacements....

I have purchased Motorla C168 handset. From 19.1.2008, my cell phone battery is not getting recharged thru my handset. I tried from similar handset of my collegue & battery was charged full. But when I fit in my cell, it is not getting recharged....
