My self D.K.Singh ( Mob. No.[protected] ) I purchased your Motorola L-9 on dated 08/08/07 from your registered dealer at Gurgaon (Haryana). I purchase this mobile due to your good service & reputation in market but I'm am very unsatisfied because I am suffering from last one & half month and this is not the first time that this cell phone create huge headache of my life. suffering details with dates are given bellow

1. ( Motorola service center W/O no. 06331 )
dated 27/09/07 - problem occurs - Keypad not working properly

for this problem I suffer for more than 2 weeks


2. ( Motorola service center W/O no. 7790 )
dated 12/11/07 - problem occurs - cell phone was not working properly, its get hangs many time during use of it.

for this problem I suffer for more than 2 weeks

3. ( Motorola service center W/O no. GU/MO/08/01980 )
Dated 13/06/08 - problem occurs - cell phone's connectivity through blue tooth is not working properly & main menu option Auto changed,
due to which I'm totally handicapped towards this cell phone because I can't transfer my important data through this mobile and I suffering a lot from last two months.
your service provider given me 4 days time after that 8 days, now till date they are not clear to me right or approximate date on which I will got relief from this all problem in my cell phone.

4. ( Motorola Service center W/O no. GU/MO/08/03179 )
dated 17/07/08 - problem occurs - Auto restart, Auto OFF while using any option.

After chasing a lot of finally they had changed its mother board & key pad on 16/07/08 evening but on 17/07/08 they had taken it back for re-change of its mother board again now I'm requesting to Motorola high authorities person to help me.

regarding this problem I also contact at your customer care in Gurgaon, personally & through telephonic conversation but my all efforts was waste less because I'm leaving with the same problem of your cell phone, which make loss in my earning & peace of mind.

So please resolve my problem as early as possible by either making my mobile ready to use or replace it with a new one, if possible because right now I had completely forgotten that I owned a Motorola phone. I am very much sure that all of my friends who are asking me before buying a Motorola phone would hear from me VERY DISAPPOINTED COMMENTS.

    I am having motorola A780 mobile phone. The battery of the phone is not working. I have sked the authorised dealer in Ahmedabad to get me a new battery. He is not responding to my compliants nor is he issuing me any demand number. When I try to talk with the motorola call centre they ask me for a demand number but the service centre since one month has not issued me any number. Even the call centre does not give any proper response. I think that it would have been better if I had gone for some other company's mobile instead of Motorola. Their service is really very bad.

    Very correct on the service of Motorola. I also had a A780 & just because of the battery problem I changed over to a NOKIA now.

      I bought motorola V3i Razr a year ago. From the past few days it has been giving strange errors like "Check SIm". Initially i thought it was giving this error perhaps because it had fallen on the ground once and some part of it would have got loose but no it gives this error even if the cell is kept untouched. my cell warranty has already expired, so, i guess i will have to go to some local shop to get it working again. But motorola sucks for sure.

        I have purchase Motorola @209 3 months back. Unfortunately it drenched in rain (though a little). My phone stopped working. When i went to Redington service [protected]@Pune and opted for "Payed service" They took 119 for just checking and said to collect after 3 days. When i went there they din even checked it and said it cannot be repaired and needed change of motherboard.

        As a final trial i went to local mobile repair shop, He corrected the problem in an half an hour and just took 100 from me.

        I don knoe motorola people opted for redington people for services who are better for nothing.

        i given my motorola mobile to service in redington.
        i given my mobile one month back. they didn't find the problem and not rectifying that.
        i asked my mobile but they are return to me.
        already i paid advance for servicing.
        Respected Sir,

        I bought a new Motorola ZN5 model on 1st jan2009. On march 22nd my mobile had a problem with its software and battery. So, I gave my mobile for a service at “REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 16A & B, Wellington Estate, New no 58 Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai-600 105. Tel:[protected]/28207498.

        I gave my mobile on 23rdMar2009. But still I didn’t received my mobile from the service centre and the response is very poor. Whenever I called up their number it says busy and to my surprise the receivers are kept down when I went to the service centre last week. Nearly for 20 days I am without my mobile. Everytime they use to tell that, we do not have stock and we need to check with the logistics. I don’t understand why they are testing the customer patience. This is the case for every customer in that particular service centre.

        So, kindly look on to this issue and take necessary action immediately.

        Yes I agree. I am not sure which service centre you people are mentioning but I experienced the same at Redington-Motorola TTK Road, Alwarpet Chennai. There was only few people(less than 5) and each waited for about 30 mins to receive response from the service receptionist. For a MOTO ROKR EM-30 Headset i am waiting for more than a week and they are still saying "No Stock" They are not ready to stock any item but just want to put in the money they recevei from Motorola into their pockets
        I have given my mobile to redington people at Egmore chennai and I am yet to receive my phone or even a call for them. It has been a month now and am sick of their service. I have been repeatedly calling to know the status, but the call is not attended or the line is busy. and to top it all they close their work at DOT 6 PM. and they wont bother even to give a response, if you land up there are 6:01 PM.
        These people think Indians are dogs and they can feed them and the worst thing is that our government also supports them and the employees of Motorola also behave like dogs thus proving their point that the title Indian Dog is justified
        Im going with you people... Its a bad fate for our India to hold Motorolla service center with Redington. Im n chennai. I bought MB300. Its external speakers are very poor. So, there is only one choice to go with the headset. Even i tolerated and enjoyed with what i have. After 1 and half month, it didnt work. I checked with the chennai service center at T Nagar. The agree to provide replacement as the fault is with the headset. They raised a work order for my requst. Its date is around February 1st. But, till todate they repeat the same answer 'NO STOCK'. In the middle, i forced them to keep track on my headset. And, i went 3 times based on the confirmation that they got replacement for my headset. But, fortunately, i know the headset no of my handset. They trying to cheat me with the local one which not even suite for my mobile. Even i cant hear anything with the replacement headset which they provided. And, they try to conveince me with the answer this is what the logistics are providing for this mobile. I believe they are doing things like smuglers. I believe, they are receiving the replacements, but selling those stocks outside for sale. This is the worst service center i ever hear.

        I believe someone will take a look at our complaint. Else, people will loose their faith on Motorolla.

        regarding warranty

        I bought motog2 two months back. It's been hanging from 1 month. I gave it to service center 2 times. They are saying we are both responsible and customer care person is saying we are not responsible. The problem is same.

          Hi,
          I had purchased Motorola Z6 Premium cell phone on November 9th, 2007 from Sangeetha, Ace, Bharath Mall, 3rd floor, Opp KSRTC, Bejai, Mangalore-575004
          with the set number [protected] & bill number SI/MNG/5302.
          Since then I am facing so many complaints like the Memory card getting corrupted ( 3 times since the time of purchase), the ‘Navigation key’ & the ‘center key’ getting worn out. To my shock, yesterday, the ‘Push bar’ also got worn out. The battery gets discharged too soon (within 15 hrs) even if I don’t make any calls.
          It has just been 7 months from the time of purchase & I have the guarantee for 1 year during which I have a free servicing from the local service center of Motorola.

          I had complained to the Motorola Service Center (UCOM Technology Pvt. Ltd) in Mangalore many times & with a lot of delay they replaced the panel with an old one, but it was of no use. They had also replaced the 1GB memory card with another one which they had, but that too got corrupted once.
          I had bought the cell liking its features & the due to the good reputation of Motorola Company. But all my belief is shattered after I have been using this cell. The servicing is not at all good & they don’t even respond properly to the consumers. If this is the way the consumers are treated even when there is guarantee period, then what will be the state after the guarantee period is expired? This has really created a mental trauma to me, always going to the service center & getting a negative reply.

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

            I, Amritesh Mishra, a customer of Motorola Mobile Phones, am extremely dissatisfied by the after sales service provided by the company. Since I am a working bachelor (fresher), it is really inconvenient for me to keep running after the service centre and therefore I thought fit to write to you about the matter. I have explained my grievance as below:


            Matter: Deficiency in service by Motorola Service Centre, Gurgaon.


            I gave my mobile phone (Motorola-L9) for repair (in warranty) at M-47, Ground Floor, Market Scheme, Old DLF Colony, Sector- 14, Gurgaon on 28-May-2008. It had a battery backup problem, software error and the key pad lights were not functioning well. They ensured me that they will give it back by 30-May-2008. I requested them to issue me a stand by phone to which they refused. I called them on 31st May on their both land line number's (Ph:[protected]; 425 4159) several times, they did not pick up even once. I arranged mobile number of a personnel working there (Mob:[protected]. I called him and told my grievance and requested him to solve my problem at the earliest. He said that he will get back to me on 2nd June.

            From 2nd June, 2008 till 9th June, 2008, i tried calling them on their both land line number's not less ten times each day. None of the calls were picked. I had to purchase a new phone because of such long delay and deficient service and also that I could not afford not to attend my official and family calls. During this period, i had a talk with the aforesaid person 3 – 4 times, who use to hang up even without listening to me properly. I got very irritated and on 9th June at around 5:30 pm, I proceeded to the Motorola Corporate Office, Sector- 14, Gurgaon, which is very close to the said service centre. There i met the receptionist and told him about my problem. He noted my name and mobile number and said that the concerned person will contact me shortly. I then moved to the said service centre.

            After reaching there i called them on their land line numbers as well as on the aforesaid persons mobile number from inside the service centre. I noticed that the people working there were busy chatting amongst themselves and none was bothered to pick up calls. I asked them as to why aren't they picking up the call to which they replied they were busy. I told them that i was calling them from inside. They had no answer then. Just then I received a call from Mr Hitender (some official from Motorola Corporate Office). I explained him the entire issue and as asked by him handed the phone to some person there. All of them got a scold from the Corporate Office. I was asked to sit and within 5 minutes time, they got my phone. I switched it on and found that it was not reading sim card. They were more interested in delivering it in spite of the new problem that arose because of their fault. I refused to take the delivery and instructed them to repair it immediately. I was then asked to wait for 1 more day as the mother board of the phone got damaged and that they will replace it with a new one. I told them that they will call and inform me on the following day to come and collect it. They agreed to it.

            Since 10th June, 2008 I have continuously kept calling them. There is no response yet. I have also called their corporate office (Ph: 0124 – 419 2000) severally. A complaint was also lodged with the Motorola Helpline[protected] on 12-June-2008, where i was assured that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours and they never turned up. Finally after informing them that i might proceed under against them, they delivered my phone on 16-June-2008. The phone is severely damaged internally. It is not reading my memory card and it is really difficult to insert the card in the slot. Moreover, the phone is still hanging and the keypad light is yet not glowing properly.

            I really don't know what is being done for me. I am literally helpless.

            Kindly look into the same at the earliest and do something for me.

            I had a motorola w-270 handset which is under gurantee period .it was not charging properly n the battery backup was also not good, so i gave it to the service centre

            Hi, I am Navin C. Pandit, Software Engineer working in Gurgaon. I bought Motorola ZN 200, when tried to install its modem with my laptop to connect with internet, it failed to setup the modem as the software CD provided did not support the mobile phone. I don't know why the motorola careless people are packing the CDs n tools that are of outdated. Many times I tried to setup my phone & everytime time it asked to update the software. I updated from the link as it suggested but the end result was completely ZERO and I simply wasted my lots of time on it. I purchased it to overcome my problems but motorola gave me lots of other problem related to its cellphone & service. At last I want to say that the service provided by motorola is NOT AT ALL OK, nevertheless, its phone tools are also giving lots of problems after 1 month, software CDs provided by the phone tool is all are outdated, its not at all usable. Please be ware of these companies, service providers & related.

              This is to tell you that i am using your connection since 2002. Now on 14/06/08 i got a message form your company that we have activated caller tune on your mobile and Rs. 30 will be deducted from your account. Since i have not applied for such thing how can company itself can do this. This is my request to you please deactivate this caller tune service and credit my balance as it was before activation at the earliest.

                I have purchase one motorola slvr 7 in the month of Sept'07. Since then I am facing following problems in my above set :

                1. Poor Voice quality

                2. Volume is very low

                3. Frequently low battery

                Despite of our repeated e-mails since 30th march'08 to till date to your customer care service, no proper response has been given till now.

                Motorlo-L7 — Poor Service

                Dear Sir,

                It's very sorry to say you that am using Motorola cell phone for last time and also advice others not to buy as well.Following are the reasons :

                1)So many problems in phone with a year and 2/3 months
                2)Poor customer service at your Gurgain servive station

                Motorola L7 GSM Mobile — Poor Service

                They Give me Very Poor Service and also they Change Original Bord of Mobile, Now till date my Camera, Keypad & Sound System is faild.

                Motorola SLVR — Customer Service

                Very poor customer service

                I bought a motorola 15 August 2008. Actually the peice was defected when i bought it when we call it stopped working and the peice should get hanged. i went to my nearest motorola authorized center at Varad electronics, Vashi, Mumbai. They said they will be giving the phone within 2-3 days after reparing. Then i called they said they have send the peice to head office for reparing. But till date they have not given the cell, every day i call there they should answer call tommorrow. Now it has gone 2 week. pl. give a look to customer service. Very bad customer service.

                Well, if the handset is sent to head-office(probably chennai), then it takes minimum of 15-20 days for the service. My phone repair was around 3 weeks. Hope u get back the phone soon

                Motorola — Voice is terrific

                My handset is motorola's c 117.The voice that we hear from the person sitting the other side becomes very noisy and disturbing.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I purchased new mobile Motorola W230, nearly 2 months back.
                  The date when i purchased this mobile, its not functioning properly and gets dead. I submited the faulty mobile to service station " Redington India Limited", No 202, 202, 203, 205 Sheetal plaza, 2nd floor, Off F.C. Road of model colony, shivajinagar, pune 411005." .
                  They repired it, but next day again problem comes to mobile. Again i subminted the mobile and again they replaired it. Same prblem arrises again in next day. I was totally fustreed the service they offered. Again i submited the mobile and still it is not replaired.
                  They always telling "Mobile is not repaired come next week." even they can not able to tell the exact date where i can collect the mobile.
                  They are always lies.
                  Please help me.

                  Motorola W230 — FAULTY HANDSET

                  dear sir i've purchased my motorola handset on 7th feb 2008...and i'm getting faults in its services pertaining to memory...i've contacted at service centre but they didn't take any action even after 15 days ... They aren't repairing it or even not replacing it...They people are just trying to get weaned off in such a irresponsible way ..not taking any action pramptly...and i'm going with lots of problems without my phone... tell me what to do in this way????

                  I get at least 10/12 SMSs from ubwanted senders-for ring tones, etc. I do not want to receive such unwanted SMSs. How do I so?

                  It is since more than 40 days that I had given my hand set Motorola Z3 for repair of Keypad and speaker problem.Every time when contacted, it was informewd that it would be repaired within 2 days. Never it has happened that atleast for once I have received any call from the service center for not doing the job.

                  Finally, it was informed to me ( one Mr. Vinod or Mr. Vinay ) in a very bad tone that I would take back my mobile if I cant wait .

                  Is this the way you treat your customers? That too after waiting for more than 40 days.

                  Kindly let me know what is that i am supposed to do next?

                  yes, this is the same problem iam also facing. What to do with this people. I doubt that these customer care people are selling the original parts outside that are coming from Manufacture and are escaping through a reason like that the part havn't delivered.

                    Some prob occured in the phone suddenly. The phone got swtiched off and on putting it on the phone just vibrates.It was given for repair to the authorised service centre in pune.. After keeping it for a month they returned it back saying that USB port is missing.. The fact was that the phone was not even touched from inside and they said that the mother board has to be replaced.

                    i'm user of motorola handset for last 8 years and used around 13-14 handsets of this company. but this time i'm really disapponted by the after sale service . i have given my motorola A780 for repair under warranty at local motorola authorised service centre at chandigarh (India). but its been 4 MONTHS now and i have not recieved my handset. 2 months back they told me that my handset will be replaced with moto ming as parts are not available as company has stopped producing A780 but again 1 month back they told that my handset will be repaired. but still after 1 month they say that they dont have the parts. i even talked with the person incharge of the service centre and at their head office at new delhi. but these people are good for nothing and dont have the solution of such a delay. i'm very disapponited with the service network this time and the company has MENTALLY HARRASED me a lot. first of all if they dont have the parts then why dont they issue me a new handset or if they have the parts then why dont they repair it and give back to me and why such a delay of 4 months.

                    Motorola — no incoming , automatic restart problem, outgoing volume

                    The mobile we have is motorola c-168 has many problems like no incoming , outgoing volume ,automatic restart .

                    We have given this mobile to redington service on 29 of september and today is 16 october ,we had not got our mobile
                    back since 17-19 days

                    My main point of this complain is that the service provided is very slow . Due to your late service my work has been stoped

                    Nokia — My N91-6 being given to nokia care for 4times for being repaired the same problem.

                    I had taken a N91-6 on march 07 for 19000/- but it started giving me problem after 20days. My hand set often hang and it started working properly after removing the bettery.Many of times the hard drive shows unavailable in the phone.All the files in folder were missing and it shows no files.Again i laod all the files but after some days it appears no files found.It happens of because of regular hang of the phone.I gave it to nokia care for 4times, but the same problem is existing and they are keeping the set for month and month.I want a replaced hand set because they are just temporarly finding out the solution but i want a permanent solution.Otherwise i will file a consumer case on nokia.

                    Nokia — Frustrating nokia care after 4times being taken my N91-6 for the same problem.Phone is totally hanged.

                    IMEI no [protected].N91-6 was taken to nokia care but it is was hanged cotiniously after being repaired.The worst behavior of the nokia care[kusum communication, station road, balasore-756001,orrisa].Person on the counter was not in the mood for listing any complian of the coustomer rather than they are fired on us if we say any thing.I want my handset to be replaced.please please help me!what can i do ?                     Motorola — WRONG ESTIMATE

                    Dear Sir,
                    My handset (V3i Razr GSM) was having battery short life problem, the set was given to UCOM Technology (P) Ltd.(Ahmedabad) for checking the problem, they keep it for 48 hours and raised an estimate of Rs.4500 to change the circuit board, they charged Rs.113 for making this estimate. Then I went to another authorised service center and they told that its only the battery problem and the same was changed (Rs650).

                    My complaint is :- Against U-COM who has given me a wrong estimate and charged money from me for making a wrong estimate, also if a service centre is providing such kind of estimate, how many people were cheated everyday. Take action against him so that no other valued customer will further be cheated like this.

                    i am using moto rockr e6 model , i am using it from 6 month.... suddenly one morning , moblie was heated up and stopped working .. when i went to near by motorala service center in vizag, ap , they took my mobile after two day the informed me that heavy water logged...

                    I am using motorola L6i phone . At the time of buying the product the shopkeeper didnot tell me about the memory and its extesion.This create a problem because it is not able to store songs, videos etc.I want to know is there any provision of extension memory in my handset.

                    I have purchased Motorola mobile model Moto Yuva W 230 on Feb 16th, 2008 from the ‘The Mobile Store’, Pimpri, Pune.
                    I got damaged memory card from the pack piece of the mobile. I requested to change the card. And also that mobile shorted my sim card in 1 day. The sim card was damaged inside the hand set without doing anything with it.They diverted me to the Motorola Service Center in Shivajinagar,Pune. The Service center name is REDINGTON SERVICE. I have given both memory card and hand set for replacement.
                    The store manager SANTOSH doesn’t have any decency to handle the problem of the customer. And just saying we can not do anything in this case. You have deal with MOTOROLA regarding this.
                    At that time the delivery time given by the oprator was 2-3 days only. When I inquired after 2-3 days they asked for some more time. I granted the time limit and asked after some more days. Still they have not get mobile hand set and memory card.
                    I have made a full payment at the time of purchasing the mobile and also the Brand name of MOTOROLA. But I am really fed up with this. I have taken this mobile from THE MOBILE STORE just because better service and brand name.

                    Service center still asks for 20-25 days to replace the mobile handset and the memory card. I think this is really unacceptable and not good for the reputed company.
                    I am really feeling handicap without the mobile for a long time. I am requesting you to take necessary action and sort out this problem in 2-3 days.
                    I will go to the MEDIA and also in the CONSUMER COURT if this problem is not sorted down in 2-3 days.
                    Company should provide alternative to this mobile.
                    I hope that someone will sort out this problem.

                    1. My son named Sukhvinder Singh purchased one motorola mobile set C 168 in first week of Sept, 2006 from Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt. Certainly some audio problem occurred in the set during second half of August, 2007 and the set was deposited well before expiry of warranty period with the Motorola Service Centre ie Ucom Technologies (P) Ltd, Jail Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi -110058 vide Job No[protected] Service Centre promised to return the set duly repaired after two days. After two days, when the Service Centre at New Delhi was visited. My son was told to come after 10 days as the set had been sent to their head office located at Gurgaon for repair. When after 10 days my son visited Ucom Technologies (P) Ltd, Jail Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi -110058, he was informed that as per Head Office the audio system of the set had been tempered with and it would cost Rs 2000/- or even more if the same is to be repaired. Cost of repair is to be born by us only. It is intimated for your kind information that NO repeat NO tempering with the set had been done at any stage at our level as the set was within warranty period, moreover question for taking it to the other mechanic does not arise being the set in warranty period. It is brought to your notice that we were motorola fan family and holding two more motorola sets ie V 730 and C 131. We have been depressed with the response of the Service Centre as you are aware of the hard earned money by the Army personal matters. May I request your kind honour to arrange to provide us a new set as replacement or instruct the Service Centre to repair the same free of cost on TOP PRIORITY being in warranty period. I would request you to take a suitable action, as it will discourage customers to go for motorola in future.                     I am Mukesh Yadav, so called customer of Motorola.I have bought one E-6 Rocker in feb 2008.It was working in fine till 25 days of buying.It then started showing auto switch on-Off problem.I submitted my mobile to Tele-Video services Thane Mumbai.After I got mobile back, it was showing problem again within next few hours.After this I submitted my mobile five times to same service centre.Also it was promised to me that I will get new mobile after 3rd submission.Still I have got no response from company end. Also I have contacted around 30 times to customer care center of motorola for this issue.And everytime I called the number which is not Toll -free, chat gone around for 30 mins.They always told me I will get final service within next few days.But this game continiously going on since last more than two months.I have visited the service center around 20 times and each visit cost me 150 rupees and half day leave from my office

                    I totally agree..Even the service center at Indiranagar, "Sagar e-technolgies" is total . I have a MOTO KRAZR (IMEI no 352501/01/127045/2) which got its display cable cut when i accidentally dropped it once. Since i was staying in Jivan Bima Nagar this was the nearest place i could got to. I gave the cell for repair on Feb 14 2008 and they said it would cost me 1000/- approx. and that it would take one week. I told them to go ahead. It was not before two weeks when they finally
                    replied and told me to collect the phone saying the repair was done. When i went to the servie center they informed otherwise saying the phone is yet to be repaired. Why the hell did they make me come all over there during my office
                    hours for nothing. Well that was not the end of it. The phone did not get repaired until 9th April 2008. And all they came up with the reason for the delay is that they could not get a proper display cable from Motorola. Well i was happy atleast then they got it repaired or so i had thought !!!

                    Today as we speak the display cable is again damaged and when i went to them asking for an explanation, they bull me saying its covered only uptill 1 month after the cellphone got repaired. So what are we supposed to expect here ?? Apparently those guys put a defective display cable which god knows how came longer than a month after repair and now i am again screwed minus 1150 bucks which i paid for its repair. I am going abroad in a few days and i was relying heavily on this phone. Now just for the heck of it, i need to get a new phone for my use. Well obviously i dare not give it for repair again for reasons apparent. To top it all i suggest you guys visit the Sagar service center once. You will find numerous quality certificates hanging from their walls. Just makes me wonder how they got it in the first place!!!

                    To make matters worse, i had purchased a MOTO RAZR V3i for my brother which is still under warranty and facing issues such as dysfunctional volume control, network problems etc.

                    I was a loyal customer of Nokia until the Motorola flip phones caught my attention. Now i am literally cursing that moment. Golden Advice from a guy who has got duped twice from Motorola. Stay away from MOTOROLA else be ready to face the consequences coz the experience would no doubt be horrible.

                    Hi am i pramod and i am drafting this complaint aganist Motorola with deep regrect . For past many years i was using nokia phone but this time i taught of exprimenting with Motorola phone which has costed me a night mare and i am still to recover out of it .

                    I baught moto rokr e6 dtd 28th may 2008, initially i was very happay as i was using the touch screen mobile for the first time, exactly after two month the mobile got switched off, i thought it might be out of charge and kept it on charge for several hours but the mobile never got switched on, The next day i took this mobile to the nearest authorised service center of motorola, company name SAGAR ETECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, i have never seen such a lathargic service center . On 25th july 2008 i have given my mobile for service and now is more than 1 month and i am yet to receive my mobile, the sadest part is till date i have never received a call from them updating the status of my mobile .
                    Now whom should we blame the mobile company or the service provide ??????????

                    Motorola — Tampered Handset Motorola E6

                    I had bought Motorola E6 from Croma Retail, vashi, Navi mumbai on 29th march 2008,
                    IMEI no. [protected].I faced some problems in it, so i got it checked in the Motorola autorised service centre. But they told that the handset is tampered at the charging section so the warranty is void and i have to pay for the repair. After that i called its customer care no. as to how it can be tampered when it was opened for the first time by the service centre only. But after repeated calling i got no help form them. Then i went to croma from where i bought the handset, but that was also of no help and i was told that i have to pay Rs 6000 to get it repaired.Please look into the matter, as no person with a sound mind will open it tamper the handset on its own, when he knows the warranty is void if he opens it.
                    I bought a new Motorola handset from Subiksha center of Hari nagar New Delhi.
                    After 15 days screen LCD is got distracted ...when i went to UCOM Technologies center of Jail Road(Service center of Motorola) they are asking for money...and giving non technical answers ...BAD Customer service and BAD Knowledge about handset...

                    This is to request that " please give right answers to customer and don't provide warranty if you can't care of that".

                    I thought Customer satisfaction is one of the major task of companies but i found worst experience over there.

                    after 2-3 month the set start creating problem & till 30 of augest i have to visit more then ten time to customer care as there is three time problem in the set, in those three time two time they has changed the Touch screen one time mother Board & i have lost all my contacts detail in that set. At last i ask them to either replace the set or refund my mony. i called up several time motorola customer care & mailed them sevral time but there is no positive response.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Sub:- Motorala W 215 Cell – Reg.,

                    I procured a Cell Motorola W 215 model with Camera option on 31/12/2007 at M/s. Big C Show Room, Main Road, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Vide bill no. 18189 with One year warranty.

                    After two months, the cell was hanged, then we approached Big C show room, they advised to contact M/s. Venus Technologies, Pulavarthi vari street, Kakinada, Cell No.[protected] as a authorized servicing center for M/s. Motorola.

                    They repaired and given back, after few days the problem was repeated. Again they did.

                    Again on 31/05/2008 the cell was hanged and given to the M/s.Venus Technologies for servicing. Vide their Job sheet No. 1972. The replaced the board without camera option. They promised us this board will be replaced in a short time as well as received the stock.

                    After this, we approached many times the service engineer for changing the board with camera option. But so far they have not yet replaced the same. We went to the servicing center every week. But the problem was not yet rectified.

                    This type actions will damage the image of Motorola and Big C. We may not procure Motorola cells in future and we can’t recommend any body to procure Motorola cells with this bad experience. We have fatigue with this cell.

                    So, please return back the our amount Rs.2, 750/- to avoid further problems.

                    Pl. take the necessary action and do the needful.

                    I purchases Morotola EM30 on[protected] and on 03.03.2009 the set got switched off automatically and refuse to get switched on,

                    Moto E6 — Non Display

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased moto E6 on 21.8.2008 from Coimbatore, Tamil nadu bill no.INV/9309/svr thru Subhiksha mobiles.
                    There was no problem till yesterday 11.00 a.m. and evening it was found totally dead condition.
                    I try to charge the same and found no use.

                    Today (17.08.2009) the same was handover to your authorised service centre (Vinayaka Communication, 49/62A, 7th street, Tatabad, Coimbatore-12 Phone:[protected] and they informed me by evening around 7.00p.m that display has to be changed also inform me that water has entered into the phone. I informed that there is no such chance .

                    Since under warranty period i request tham to change the display, but he refused and ask me to pay charge of Rs.2500/- for changing and servicing.

                    Kindly look in to matter very seriously and do the needful and inform your authorised service centre M/s. Vinayaka Communication and do the needful.

                    I have bought a Motorola EM30 on 26-June-09 from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd (Kolkata))4, Radha Bazar Street, Kolkata-700 001).
                    Withinn 1 month it was not working and the set was completely dead.
                    I spoke to the shop manager as I bought the product on their recomendation( I wanted to buy
                    a Nokia phone, but somehow a salesman in that shop convinced me for the mentioned product,
                    basically it was a misselling by the shop), but they refused me of proving any kind of help.

                    I spoke to the Motorola customercare, that the phone was dead within 1 month of purchase,
                    they asked me to submit the phone in a service centre in C.R. Avenue, Kolkata. I submitted
                    the set in the service centre on 8-Aug-09, they told they would take 2 weeks as they need
                    to send the set to Chennai for RF Boad replacement. Atlast they returened the set after
                    1.5 moths on 19-Sep-09 thats too after lodging a complain with Motorola Service Centre. In
                    the meanwhile i had to visit thet service centre altest 5 times to check whether my phone
                    has come from Chennai or not, half of the time they don't even bother to receive the call.

                    Finally after I got the delivery of the phone on 19-Sep-09, just after 1 week ie, from
                    24-Sep-09 the phone is again not working, its showing some error message.
                    Again I spoke to the customer care for money refund or replacement of the model. They
                    said I have to again go to the service centre.

                    Within 3 moths of purchasing the set I hardly could use the set for 1 moths.

                    Motorola — Motorola W180i not working with some of the sim cards.

                      I bought an E6 1 year ago and since then have faced 2 major problems. 3 months ago the LCD went defective and since it was under warranty, i got it fixed. Now the mic has stopped working and when i went to the service station at TTK road, they are telling me its a "Water logging" issue and I have to change the main board that would cost about 85% of the cost of the phone (around rs.8000). My 1 year warranty expired last month and i am not going to spend this ridiculous amount for a MIC. I am still seeking an explanation for the following.

                      1. Motorola service centers are very few in chennai and they all have work timings not suitable for office goers. Motorola dosent seem to increase the service centers considering the huge defects their products have (Check out the long waiting lines at these centers and youd understand)
                      2. How can a mic problem be due to "water logging" when all the other functionalities are working well. Come on, give us better answers..I have been a mobile user for a long time and know how to protect my phone from "water" and also It has not rained in chennai for a long time.. and I am sure you can provide with a more 'technical' answer.

                      I am now seriously considering non-motorola models for me and my family members. Can anyone suggest better models that are "water resistant" since according to motorola, chennai is water logged and not suited for their product line?

                        This is regarding purchase of motorola handset model no.w-220. I have purchased the above handset on[protected] from Mobile Stores, near Borivali Station, Borivali (West). At the time of purchase, I was offered a scratch card gift. After scratching the card, I have been told that, you have won a fasttrack sunglass and the same will be sent to your residence within 7 days. After waiting for a month I went to mobilestore and enquired about the scratch card gift. I have been told that, the same will be sent to your residence within 2-3 days. This incidence repeated 7-8 times. Every time on my enquiry, I have been sent back with the same answer that the sunglass will be sent to your resindence within 2-3 days. Finally, I took up the matter with the Motorola company in the month of March 2008 by way of e-mail quoting my mobile no.[protected] and my residential address. But till date, matter is not settled. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and advise me accordingly.

                          Hi,

                          My self Ramesh Kumar Yadav, from Noida (U.P.)
                          The story of my problem started when I purchased a Motorola handset.
                          I purchased the Motorola Moto yuva W 230 on 17 March 2008 from Go mobile.
                          My Cell phone is working properly but the one thing which I had faced a lot is I am not getting proper battery backup.
                          The exact problem with my cell phone is I am not getting proper battery back up .The battery life of my handset is not more than 12 hrs stand by time but as the manual and the specification of Motorola says that the stand by time is up to approximately 450 Hrs and the talk time is up to approximately 550 minutes.
                          It means Motorola is cheating the customer. I went to the nearest service centre (K-18, Noida sec 18) on 1st April and tell the problem which I am facing with my handset. They told me that the battery is OK might be some problem with your handset and you need to submit you handset for 4 days. I submitted my phone with a hope that my problem will be resolved but it was not done. After 4 days I went again to the service centre and they returned my cell phone and they assured me that your problem is now resolved but it was not done.

                          After a week I went again to my service centre and tell the same problem also told them that this is my 2nd visit. They checked my battery and told me that sir there is a problem in your battery and your battery need to be replaced. I told them in my 1st visit you guys told me that your battery is OK but now you are telling me that problem is in my battery also my cover body got damaged when I deposited last time to service centre. They assured me that this time you will not face any problem sir. You will get the new battery after a week. I got the new battery but still my problem is resolved. The battery back up was still not resolved. My phone has only 10 hrs battery life if I receive 6 phone calls, without hearing FM and MP3.

                          Two times I visited the service centre and still my problem not resolved. This is the third time I went to service centre and this is the hike of the limit.
                          This time they are avoiding me to hear my problem. The lady was so rude to me and the engineer told me that W230 will not give you backup more than 10 hrs. Sir your phone is Ok. I told him to please look at the specification of the phone it shows that the stand by time is up to approximately 450 Hrs and the talk time is up to approximately 550 minutes. If I am using FM and MP3 then I understand that the phone will not give proper back up but if I am not using this then why the battery life is short. In my office so many employees have same phone but they are getting backup of 2 days so why I not able to get a back up for at least one day. Finally they submitted my phone and told me to come after 4 days.


                          I just wanted to ask Motorola that why u misguide the customer. Do you know that 450 hrs stand by time is 18 days and also talk time 550 minutes is 9.16 Hrs but why I am not able to get proper back. Are these service centres are open for helping us or making us fools.

                          the motorola service technicians and engineers are nuts, they so far not commited what i said too. are the realy educated or just came from junk. blistering barnacles dont purchase this handset for shake u may be one o[censored]s ruined

                          I bought my Motorola w230 on February 8, 2008. I too faced the same problem. I had not get atleast 12hrs backup.

                          But according to motorola, the battery should go through several charge-discharge cycles for getting it's full power. It's same in the case of all types of re-chargeable batteries.

                          And, SURPRISINGLY, now I get more than 3 days of backup!! I do SMS more than talk. The more the number of key press, the more the charge will consume. So, even if i send 50 sms per day, hear 4 mp3 songs per day, and put the handset switch on all night, I get a backup of not less than 3 days, approx. 40hrs.

                          And when I am not touching, and keeping it where network signal is strong, I can get a backup of approx. 6-7 days (I have not tried yet)

                          THE CASE IS :::- Battery life depends on charge-discharge cycles. Battery manufacturers has a pre-defined number for a particular model. So, try to reduce your recharge cycles.

                          ALWAYS RECHARGE WHEN IT DISPLAYS "BATTERY LOW".

                          Of course, there may be some critical situations which you must recharge immedietly. That's not a problem.

                          Usually, I need not to restart my phone due to this good backup. So, for making it cool, usually I switch off the phone for 15 minutes in every 6-7 days.

                          And, I have some memory reading bug in my w230. I put a Google wallpaper on my card, and when it read, it restarted automatically... wired!! There's lots of bugs in it.

                          Hope everything will be fine in the next release of the firmware.

                          I bought Motorola w230 on 2008. I too faced the same problem. I had not get at least 12hrs backup.But according to Motorola, the battery should go through several charge-discharge cycles for getting it's full power.                           i also face signal problem to every time i can pickup incoming call the i hear the voice of other but he can't hear my voice..
                          it is very disappointing..!

                          I bought this set on 30 Nov 07. Since then it is troubling me. Showed at ur MG road service ccenter and was told that is alright. there is signal problem from the ISP. Now it is just not functioning. Give it to ur service center at Redington, shivaji nagar pune on 05 Aug 08. My work order no is 2335, comp generated no is 03685.They told to replace the battery.when ? only God knows. It is so difficult to contact them.

                          My self NAIR SANDIP one of your Motorola handset customer. I am using MOTORLA Z3 since from last 10 months (Approx). One of my friend told me that to buy a Motorola phone but its is very really sorry to say I have done a very big mistake in my life I have spent Rs 8000 by buying your Motorola phone, which is very costly for me to even earn. But might be you people don't bother about a single Penny of 8000 it might be very small amount for you.

                          I am facing a very damn serious problem form last 9 months. Before 8 months I having a problem with hands free when I gone to the service center in ahmedabad (near girish cold drink, samundra complex ground floor) they told me to come after few days due to shortage i said no issue. Then after I have gone back after few days then again they diverted me to go back home without giving any time or particular period. For a single problem i have gone there round about four to five times for a small hands free problem. Service center is too far to go from my home (20 KM).


                          After that before 6 months back i have faced problem regarding software/flashing in that also i have gone 3 to 4 times due to delay in servicing, then also i said no issue. And right after that few months again i have faced the same problem they have taken 10 days to solve my query they have disturbed me a lot around 10 times I have made an call but not got any satisfactory reply or feedback response from your executive or Colleagues.

                          Right now my phone is in warranty but again I am facing a same problem of display which I faced earlier in above cases also. So in a straight way I want to say that I don't what to go in your service center anymore, I don't need your this handset (using)... I just kindly request you to resolve my problem by replacing my handset without any discussion or Partiality or otherwise I don't have any other options except to take legal action against your company.

                          I AM FULLY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR USELESS SERVICES, WITH YOUR MOTORLA HANDSET AND AS WELL AS YOUR SERVICES CENTER EXECUTIVES.

                          Motorola Mobile phone handset w230 — Non acceptance of warranty card

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          I had purchased a W230 basic handset from Croma - Mulund West Mumbai show room on 3/9/08 vide inv no 20438. The warranty card has been duly stamped with all relevant details.

                          The had set had developed a snag and I went to the Mulund West Motorola Service Centre near Croma show room. He informed me that I should produce the bill/invoice as Company has instructed him to accept complaints only if the bill is produced. Warranty card with duly stamped and signed is not acceptable.

                          I spoke to your call centre who also repeated the same instructions given by you. I also understood from the call centre discussion that to avoid fake claims by service centres, they have been instructed to produce the bills.

                          Although the warranty card says that I should produce copy of receipt or other comparable proof of purchase, is the warranty card itself a comparable proof of purchase ? If the warranty card is of no use for servicing, why do you misguide the consumer by way of stamping & signing the warranty card?
                          In this day of thermal paper printing of invoices, in which the prints does not last long, how do we preserve it ?
                          Why should an internal process like remunerating service partners by keeping bills as a proof be passed on to consumers ?

                          Finally I am amazed to find the warranty card provided by the company of no use and the company does not honour the warranty !!!

                          Please let me know what should I do ?? I need to find a solution either from you or from any suitable & competant personnel.


                          FYI, the Mulund west service provider is kind enough to repair my mobile. He has informed me that he gets lots of such complaints.
                          Motorola Razor Phones do not deliver their performance for what it being claimed. Though it looks Stylish but sorry to say the battery life is poor. Need to recharge it very often. The company claims do not comply with the performance. I changed the battery but to no good response and performance. The new battery was dead within a week. The dealer replaced with a new one but agian this new battery needs to be charged without usage after 3 hours. I fail to understand the motorola claims, being a reputed company. Motorola I think works as per american standards. In india it simply doesnt. The cell phones are expensive but perormance and service is poor. The technicians are unable to answer the queries and give solutions to problems. Better not to buy and suffer later.

                          I am Ashish, a Motorola user for past years.
                          I was very satisfied with my phone but an unfortunate incident turned this experience very bitter.
                          I would like to share this with you. I had put my phone on charging as usual at appx. 10:30 PM. After two hours at about 12:30 AM a loud blast happened and my room was filled with white smoke and foul smell. I was shocked to see this.
                          There was no damage to hand set but condition of battery was beyond recognition. I am attaching Photographs of Battery and phone for your reference.
                          After this I had reported this incident to your helpline no 3906686 and reference no[protected] was given to me and I was told to visit Service center. After that I had visited your service center M/S Ucomm Technology, Faridabad. My phone & battery was kept by your service center for a week and after my follow up I was told this problem has happened due to water ingress. Though they themselves were not convinced with the logic as Phone was OK and after putting new Battery it was working perfectly fine. I had asked few things which they could not answer. If this problem has happened due Water ingress
                          1. Why there is no short circuit or damage to phone.
                          2. Why phone is working perfectly fine after putting new battery.
                          3. No burn/short circuit marks on the PCB and Battery contact terminals of Phone.

                          I think they have not taken efforts to report such critical matter to Parent company.
                          I would request you to kindly look into this matter and recover this phone for your analysis. This is very serious safety hazard for all customers using Motorola Phones. I hope with such good Market Image all across the Globe Motorola will act as a responsible company and take appropriate action.

                          Motorola cell phone: MOTOKRZR — Battery Burst

                          My name is Vinita Radhakrishnan, resident of Bangalore, India. I own a motorola cell phone MOTOKRZR and having identification number CE0168.

                          Two days back, my cell phone burst while I was charging the cell phone. The battery burst open and destroyed the phone and the sim card. Fortunately, no one got hurt due to the blast. I have attached the photograph of the burnt phone for your reference.

                          As I believe that the incident happened due to a defect in the phone, I would like to bring the incident to your notice and request you to inform me the process to claim for replacement. As the blast destroyed my sim card and other belongings, I would like to request for damages thereto.

                          Kindly advise me of the process to redress my grievance.

                            I had purchased a Motorola Snoop S9 Bluetooth headset in March, within a month its buttons stopped responding and used to chage music by itself for some unknown reason !...

                            i got it checked by their service center in acme plaza, redington, andheri east ..they admitted the headset was faulty n they wud replace..but told me to go to Onida JVC service center, paper box, andheri e...

                            I got my receipt n was told in 1 week it wud be replaced..its been 2 months and these guys have no clue wheres the damn replacement !!!..every week call them up..same answer ..not yet arrived..

                            also the motorola guy at the service center is more like a peon than a technician !..and not to forgot rude !!.. no wonder Motorola is making looses in the cell phone side..and to think once it was a mobile industry pioneer !! now videocon is going to buy their cellphone operations in india !! gud going !!

                            Ya its true... I am also using the S9 Bluetooth headset & now its one side speaker is not working.
                            When I visited Motorola Service center at Bell n Tell Teleservices, Shop No 10, Padamavati Commerical Complex, old dumping road, near Neptune Mall, opp Dr.Babashaeb Ambedkar Play Ground, Mulund west, Agent - Redington FSC, Maharashtra, 400080, India, Tel:[protected], Email: [protected]@yahoo.com.
                            I am surpirised to his answer that ; This headset can not be repaired & its use & through piece. For any of the problem it can not be repaired you have to through it & purchase a new one.
                            The height is he suggested to go to any of the road side repair shop & repair it.

                            I suggest all Mobile users not purchase this headset.

                            I love moto phones cause the are linux based.
                            These people are complete .First they say it would cost around 10000 bucks to repair the phone and when I refused they told me that they would be able to do it within 1500.And now, my mobile is again not working after just 15 days of the repair.

                            I guess bluffing is the last thing that i was expecting from these guys.

                              i just bought a moto razr phone from this shop with a bill. the phone has started giving me trouble after only 2 days. i went back to them after 3-4 days but they refused to exchange the piece and kept it with them for 3 to 4 days saying it was under observation. they were very rude to me when i asked them to change it. dont know what to do. help!

                                I purchased a Motorola L7c Standard mobile telephone about 2 months ago.

                                Since the last few days, the phone tends to trip a few seconds after a call is received. I went to the Motorola Centre at Modi Street, Fort (which is not even air-conditioned), who were of no help.

                                On April 30, I visited the Motorola showroom at Opera House, Mumbai who confirmed in writing that there was a “hardware issue” with the mobile.

                                I wrote an application that I wanted the phone to be set right (considering that it is under warranty). However, I was told to go to another office at Andheri-Kurla Road, which is quite a distance from my residence.

                                The staff is rude and it was only I threatened to call the Police that a Works Order no. MU/MO/08/00145 was issued but that I should take the phone to the above mentioned service centre.

                                Incidentally, the music is so loud in this Opera House showroom that it sounds like a disco dance bar.

                                The head office tel. nos.[protected]/ 07) given by this staff do not exist and there has been no reply to an email sent to [protected]@redington.co.in. On May 2, I contacted Ms. Shobha of Motorola on her mobile who promised to get back to me soon. However, she too did not keep her promise.

                                It is my hope that persons wanting to buy a Motorola mobile phone think ten times before not buy it.
                                Motorola Mobility customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                Motorola L7c mobile — Substandard service

                                I purchased a Motorola L7c mobile 2 months ago. The line disconnects seconds after a call is received. Motorola at Fort unable to solve the problem and Opera House showroom indicated a “hardware issue” to be checked at their Andheri-Kurla centre, miles away.

                                Tel nos.[protected]/ 07) of their head office in New Mumbai do not exist. No reply to an email sent to [protected]@redington.co.in. No response after contacting the right office. On somehow contacting the right office somehow, nothing yet done.

                                It is my hope that persons wanting to buy a Motorola mobile think ten times and then not buy it.

                                  I purchased a Motorola L9 Premium set on January 26, 2007. It is working perfectly fine in all aspects other than the battery. Initially I have to charge the battery every 2 days, then every alternate days, now I have to charge it everyday. It is just irritating to charge a set everyday.

                                  I bought a motorolla Handset model -Motorolla W 362 dated 03rd May,
                                  Very Next day i faced a lot of problem, when connecting the usb without laptop usb it get switch of & ON repeatedly, Battery charging is also less, while talking also it will get switch off & on .
                                  So as a consmer No body will able tolerate if all problem are there, continuously i went for redington service centre but no result, finally after 7 days they change PCB & did some soldering .

                                  I would request you to provide me a fresh handset against this dead set, becos again after repair same problem happening

                                  I am Rajasekar and I gave my motorola w270, in Redington India ltd. Egmore for display problem. They said that the idsplay is broken so it doesen't come under waranty and I have to pay Rs.750/- plus taxes. I acepted the estimation and the work order was prepared (No.EG/MO/09/01197 dt. 05.05.09), they told me that it will take one week. After one week every alternate days I rang up but the work was not completed. So I went in person on 17.06.09 (after 42 days) and wanted the hand set back even if it is not repaired. They wanted me to pay a charge of Rs.115/- for their mistake and for no work they have done. I have paid the same vide their inovice No.EGM03620 dt.17.06.09 with rubber stamp that Returned wihtout Repair.
                                  How can they charge me for their neglegence. Any way I am sending a consumer legal Notice to Redington India Ltd. and a copy to Motoroloa.

                                  Motorola / L7i Phone — Motorola Service Center

                                  I have a Motorola L7i handset. For the past couple of days I found that one key on the keypad has got pressed and as such other keys are not working. I took the handset to the Motorola Service center, they examined the same, and said that, “ The software of the phone has been upgraded, and the problem in because of that”.
                                  Yes, its true that the software of the phone was upgraded, and it was done by me, but after the upgradation I used the phone perfectly for a couple of months without any sort of hassle.

                                  Anyway, they took my phone and gave a receipt copy ( but I must mention here that, before submitting my phone, my phone was at least starting up ). I don’t know what they did, during the inspection, but after they returned me the phone, it was completely dead. It was’t responding to anything. They even took back the receipt copy, though they are supposed to give one copy to me. They said, it was your fault, we can’t do anything.

                                  I even told them, that Iam ready to pay the charges, to make my phone work, but they are accepting my phone.

                                  Now, my phone is completely dead.

                                  Please suggest. Is this the thing that one gets from a authentic service center??

They said that it would charge me Rs. 1800 even if the phone is under warranty. I asked them why but they didnt have any answer.                                       Sensitive FOOLS(Proof) MOBLIE MOTOROCKR.
                                      This is regarding the E6 phone which I purchased in July 2007, the phone worked phentastically for 3-4months and started giving problems one by one. First time it gave a problem with loud speaker, then recently problem with touch screen. When I went to the authorised service station, they said the set is water logged and can't come under warranty, I tried to explain the front office person, that it has not come in contact with water. Even then he said it is due to water and took 100Rs for inspection and 1500Rs for repairing. I even escalated the problem with higher ups with Motorola, I believe till today I could not come in contact with MOTOROLA person directly, thay have given the servicing for third party and they just try to get money.

                                      It is very clear that nowhere Motorola has not mentioned about the sensor and the customer will not know about this till he/she visits the service center. It is just a gimmick and to SAVE THEIR SKIN MOTOROLA HAS PLACED A CHEMICAL SENSOR WHICH IS SENSITIVE TO MOISTURE, and that too in a place where anyone can open the outer cover definitely can be touched. It can also happen that without notice a customer can purchase a set with which the sensor is already activated. The sets should be customer friendly and be rugged. I believed Motorola is sixsigma company which brings extraordinary products to the market. With this experience I make sure I will not buy any Motorola product and even suggest most of the people whom I come across about this unreasonable play and make them aware of the gimmicks.

                                      I believe these things should be coming in news papers so that customers will be aware and not be robbed.

                                      through this letter i wud like to draw attention of high authority towards the varanasi motorola authorised service center.There was sum prblm wid my motorokr phone and i went to d service center, firstly my prblm was not solved bcoz on d first day they said it just d prblm of software n on second day they said its not software prblm n it will take 3o days to get ur phone repaired...u people tell me can any person work widout mobile for 30 days...dats was not d only only prblm, secondly the hospitality n d behaviour of d staffs towards d customers was simply VERY POOR n it was totally unfair...not satisfactory at all.
                                      And i want u people to take sum strict action against that service center and particularly d head person of dat center regarding his behaviour...and also ensure dat frm next time u people give good facility service to d customers ...
                                      take action as quickly as possible...n i want my answer

                                        I purchased one Motorola F3 phone for my wife on 01.01.2007 and within a year it went defective for twice. On each occasion I had to go to Motorola's Redington service center at Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata and they after keeping the set for more than a month handed over the set with different IMEI no. The logic from their side was that this F3 set is not repairable. On last occasion I was delivered a different set without testing and after going home it found defective again. Compelling with the situation I had to go their office on the next very day and after 1 hour they handed over a different set which was deposited to them for repairing 01 month back. If this F3 set is not repairable then how they have delivered me the same set which was defective and submitted for repairing? The clock of this set never gives the actual time as it is always goes slow. This problem was found from the very beginning and was reported each time I submitted my set for repairing, but nothing actually was done in this regard.
                                        Being worried of recurring expenses for repairing of the set (as warranty was over), I had requested the President & General Manager-Mobile Devices (India), Motorola on 14.02.2008 and after that my set was replaced with another one which was said to be a new one. But the set is locked for IDEA Sim and as I am having BSNL connection I am unable to use this set. After that on each chasing, either by going to their service center or by sending letter, they intimate me passwords for unloacking the set and the same does not work everytime. On each ocassion I am used to be contacted by new person and receive new set of password but the problem remains the same as the password does not match. Hence the set is lying to my table as a show piece.
                                        In this regard I would like to request for necessary action in this regard under intimation to me.
                                        Motorola Mobility customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        BOUGHT A NEW MOTO F3 AND NETWORK PROBLEM STARTED, ITS SHOWING NO NETWORK. THE MOTOROLA WORKSHOP ENSURED US THAT IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED SO THEY'LL REPLACE THE HANDSET. AFTER A MONTH ALSO THEY ARE NOT GIVING US A NEW HANSET AS WELL AS THE OLD CELLPHONE IS ALSO WITH THEM.

                                        i gave my mobile and it's battery for replacement cause of it is not working befor 2 and 1/2 month. but within 2 and 1/2 month every time new reason and every time same feedback that we placed your order and take next date and call before come. what kind of service. i am proud of motorola but service for motorola is bad, very bad, very very bad. i have only one cell and without that cell how it is possible to use my sim. i also asked for the temparory cell for few days but no reply and no service.
                                        they have given next date is 7th march 2008. and the process is going on and on and on.
                                        so what to do? please tell me .
