I submitted my Moto G3 at B2x service center, chandigarh on 9th January, 2016 as the touch of the handset was not working properly. I have been asked that it will take 15-20 days as they have to replace some part which is at fault. Now even after 20 days of keeping my phone with them, very conveniently they say that the part is still not available. On being in touch with the Motorola service center, they are now saying...

I updated my x play to marsh melow. After that when ever I tried to own settings automatically app info listed ll start to open. Please suggest something for this issue...

I am using moto g3 . After updating to marshmallow the device is lagging too much . Usless update cannot move apps to sd card. If i Power off the phone and then switch it on it takes a way lot of time and after that shows some android 1on 1 finding and doesnt even starts . To start the phone i have to remove my sd card....

I had submitted my smartphone on 04.01.16 at B2X Motorola Service Centre, Sree Bhumi, Kolkata due to display problem. They told it will take maximum 20 days to repair because o[censored]navailability of the display part. But till date it is not repaired even display part is also not received to them. Evert time I asked them when display part will come, similarly every time they wants 10 days simultaneously.

I visited to motorola service centre B2X pitampura delhi regarding my moto g3 phone problem. They told problem is of software as well as the sim slot and both the services are chargeable. My phone is in warranty so why should i pay don't know. I said to tell me detail about this why should i pay for that. I have purchage Moto Handset from flipkart on dated[protected] with IMEI No-[protected]. But there is one problem in this handaet is very hotand Warm while during charging. but dated[protected] on 11.30 am when i have charge my hanset ist gooing to be blast and my screen hadbeen damaged. I am really shocked. i am purchage 1st time in my life to purchage Motorola handset....

I have submitted my mobile phone on 2nd December15 for changing jack replacement, they did not repair yet.
Instead of repairing they changed it's part & now saying it is not repairable....

Sim slot is defective from since long- Since 07/01/16 not repair . Hence Service after sell of product is needs to be improved ....

Hie I'm Jubilee Madhukar using moto g 3rd generation mobile
After the marshmallow update my mobile is getting immensely heated up while playing games n using messaging apps for 15 and while using mx player I am unable to increase my brightness and some issues...

The handset (Moto G - 3rd Generation) purchased by us from Flipkart in November 2015. The demo of this handset shows that this handset is water resistance and water proof but the fact is very different from what they claim.

My son accidently fell down in swimming pool (while the handset in his pocket )during our family picnic and the phone display gone off after some time. We have approached the authorised service centres who...

After the recent software update of moto g 3rd gen, the phone is facing lots of problem:
1. The battery is getting consumed very fast.
2. Unable to create new contacts.
3. Watsapp is not functioning properly....

I purchased moto g 3 in sep 2015 through flipkart. After 20-25 days it started to switch off suddenly on its own.it occurred 2-3 times and when i complained to flipkart, they asked me to contact motorola.however this problem subsided so i refused motorola engineer to visit my place.
Then one and a half months after purchasing, my chrger stopped working.however i could not visit to service centre due to my work schedule.
Then...

My complain is that the part which my phone needs is not available.This is not the way to provide service to customers.....
