After 2 or 3 months when i brought my moto e2 device, its charger suddenly stopped working. then i started to look for its authorised service centre in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir and i found that Net Surfer located at residence road, lal chowk was the one. i took my charger there and they promised me to repair it within a month plus they also told me that they'd inform me when it's done. Now it has been 4 months since then and still I'm not able to get my charger. Please Help

    I bought moto x Mobile. But my display glass broken. So, I contact for Motorola company India and I inform my phone problem.so, Motorola representative inform me please visit Motorola service center. So, I go to Motorola service center and I tell my phone problem. But inform me Motorola service center person for this broken glass changing cost Rs 4400 . I very very shocking. Only I request broken glass to new glass. But why very cost? .so, can't repair the broken glass. So, I trying to contact Motorola company India and I inform this problem but not any responsibility Motorola company. So, I very sad. I only one question ask for Motorola company: about broken gorilla glass 3 . because this is gorilla glass 3 range. Why broken. Small length fell down and broken this glass. Please help me.

    I send you your email address but not resolved because you inform me 4400 Rs only possible. I very shocking this rate I buy new mobile. Please decrease rate. Only change my broken glass.           I bought moto x play 32 gp on last december . Found speaker was not working replaced. The replaced mobile memory slot not working gave it service . Asked 30 days but not fixed and after 60 days fixed it with wrong mother board 16 gp .
          And the speaker and working asker for replacement to 32 gp, still waiting, service centre response bad, customer care response bad.
          Fed up dont know wat to do . Sont want to waste time and money .
          Motorolla never buy it.

            A recent OTA update of Android 6 for moto g 2nd generation was received.
            Prior to update itself the cell consists of a memory card functioning properly.
            After the update system repeatedly asks for making the memory card as internal storage. On declining the message and keeping the card as external sd card, memory card automatically ejects out. This has become a repeated problem even after repeated reboots.
            Kindly attend the problem immediately.

              I have given my friend's mobile for service, its almost 20+ days and still not getting it fixed instead hearing bad words from the people work there, I have lost all the respect and trust had on Motorola, this is really bad experience, this is not just a first time this service center doing this to a customers..and now they are not returning back mobile also..

                Today morning (30/03/2016) my son has visited Motorola service centre at Rathna arcade in Salem city in Tamil Nadu. He went there to get the dust accumulated in the camera lens of his MotoX2 cell phone to be removed. The cell phone was purchased in June 2015 and hence Warranty period was still valid.The technician at the centre told my son to come in the afternoon along with the relevant papers.My son has requested him that since he has to leave for Bangalore today night due to certain precommitments there, he will need the service done by today night. The service technician has also agreed albit after persuasion.The phone and the documents were handed over at 2.30PM. The technician has told him that it will take around 2hours to complete the job for which my son has agreed.
                At 4.30 PM today evening the same technician rang up and told my son that there is no power supply in the shop and hence they will not be able to repair the cellphone.The girl sitting in the reception desk was also singing the same song. In reality it was a false statement and misleading the customers..There was no power shut down at that time .I got it confirmed from my friend working in the electricity board who is in charge of that area.The technician's attitude in replying my call was totally indifferent and very callous and reluctant.He was arrogant and not at all customer friendly. I was shocked and surprised to see one such person in Motorola.He has not repaired the phone and retuned it at 6.00pm today.When I went to the shop in the evening along with my son both the receptionist and the technician were present.Power supply was there in the shop.The technician was free and taking rest.Again he was lieing that power supply was not there. I checked up with 5 to 6 shops in the same floor and all were telling that there was no power shut down today in any of the shop. When I brought this to the knowledge of the technician in your show room he was speechless and perplexed.He was proven wrong and lieing .Such arrogant, customer unfriendly, lazy and lethargic technicians will greatly harm the reputation of a multi national giant called Motorola.Based on the date, time and address that I have furnished, please identify the person and mend him suitably so that he will not dare to be arrogant and unfriendly with the customers any more and take them for granted.Hope Motorola will take a note of my complaint and initiate necessary action and courteous enough to reply to this mail.My intention is to mend him and not to harm him . Let him not take customers for granted. If he do not change his ways he will be a liability to the company.

                  Last 2014 october i purchased moto e first generation. exact after one it started to hang but i given for service last october 2015. after that one month it worked properly. in december 2015 it agained hang and fully off, again i given for service center they said software problem. after service till one month it worked again in January 2016 it got problem another kind of problem again i given service center they said that software problem. this time also after service it started work. but again end of the february 2016 got hand and got switch off not on only. again i given service center, they changed the software kitkat to lollypop. it was working till last week March 2016. again it hanged and not oning. what is the exact problem of the mobile please let me know. becuase already i paid for service near 2000/-. now i can't spend on that.

                    I have purchased a moto x play and problems started occurring since 1 week after purchasing . I also took the phone to service center and got repaired . Even your service executive was not able to find out the problem earlier .Now again my phone started hanging, camera crashes again and again, videos are not running, it's lagging also, motion sensor don't work sometimes. I am very irritated since i purchased this phone . I thought that motorola provide good quality phones but i was wrong . I want you to replace my set otherwise i will go to consumer court .

                        I have purchased my moto turbo by 16th of jan 2016 then it had some booting issue, so i went to service center of janakpuri west, new delhi and i have submitted my phone to them on 16th of march . after that i went there 3 times (landline number of service center wasn't working) everytime they used to say "moto hasn't provided the required hardware to them so it might take some more days" .
                        please either repair it fast or provide me another one

                          I bought Moto G (2nd Gen) online (got delivered to me on the 15th of this month). It is getting warm to 43 degree Celsius while charging with original Motorola charger. I have spoken to the customer care. They asked me to switch to safe mode for a day and download ThermoCF in order to keep a check at the battery temperature. The temperature seems to explode. Also, sometimes the screen skips some the options(back option for example) and sometimes I tap on a number to call and the cell phone doesnot allow me to make that call.
                          I urge you to take action as soon as possible.

                              I had brought moto g2 before 12 months back.
                              Three major issues was occurred in 12 months.
                              I had submitted my device for 4 months to the service centre for resolving my mobile issues.
                              5 new mobile issues was created by service centre people due to lack of skill .
                              I had walk through 6 times to service centre to get back my mobile but every time they have created new issues.They wasted my valuable time and its really frustrated me .

                              So i had contacted motorola customer support to resolve my mobile issues but finally i find that its a waste of time.
                              So i complaint to the director of motorola service to help me out. I told him that the person who attempt my mobile was not a skilled person so i demand him for mobile replacement. He told me that this would be the final hereafter no issues will not come . But after that also service centre people created new issues on my mobile.
                              So again i have demand for mobile replacement and he told me to submit my mobile to cross check.

                              Now again service centre people told me that the issues are resolved . So i had send mail to director of motorola service to accept as if any issues occurred on my device further, then motorola has to take responsibility. But till now i am not get any reply from him.

                              This mail is regarding my frustration and my worst experience with Motorola company. Before this incident, I was a follower and loyal customer of Motorola but this incident has reciprocated my perception about the company.

                              I went to Authorized motorola service center (Amblex Services, Shakarpur Delhi ) to replace gorilla glass of my Moto X play and they replaced it on the same day but they created another issue and since then my handset can't recognize memory card. And after visiting to same service center 3 times, every time they fixed issue temporarily (I realized, they are working without thinking).
                              Finally, I went to another authorized service center (Gole Market, Delhi) to diagnose the root cause. and after checking it they said pins of memory card slot has been damaged so they advice me to deposit the handset. So I deposit my phone on 12th march and today its 31st March and I haven't received my handset yet. And in between they have revised delivery date of handset thrice. When I'm chasing Mototola customer care, they have no idea on the reason. Moreover, engineer was is looking after my case is not responding to my mails, not talking to me on call. Now I'm in a doubt whether I'll get my phone back or not.

                              I don't have spare handset and I took one basic phone (not smart) from my friend on loan for 5 days and with every change in your committement to deliver the handset i also have to extend the days to return the basic phone. Every single day without a smart phone is causing loss to my business in huge way now. I am also feeling tense about it these days.

                              Also I have google to check if Motorola is really concerned about their valuable customers or not... But I got shocked when I saw that I'm not the only victim facing this issue. There are many customer who didn't get their phone back from Morotole Service center.

                              Pls help me in any way you can.

                              PS:- I have sent emails but no revert, and customer care doesn't have information.

                              All Motorola service centre was always busy like hospital, due to defective devices by Motorola .
                              Motorola customer support peoples also well trained for cheating customer by sending irrelevant and irresponsible emails for my query. They will not resolve my issue in proper way, instead they will close the case without proper response for my query. They always use the some words like “apologies, sorry, get back soon “ often and after that they will not respond to my query.They are dishonest and cheating people . I have never facing these kind if cheap people in my life.

                              I have waited for 4 months but till now they did not given me a proper response for my query . So I decided to file a complaint in consumer court . I found lot of peoples are facing lot of issues with Motorola devices, Motorola customer support (in Consumer complaints forum) so i think its better way to file a case in Criminal court.

                                Sir, I 2 months ago I got the notification for update on marshmallow on moto g 3rd gen since then it has gone into a boot loop I sent it to Motorola service Centre.first time it was repaired in 3 days we also paid for the warranty to start. Again after few days when we updated same thing happened and this time service center gave us 25 days wait.now it has been over one and a half months and still they are telling us to wait for another week... Please tell us what to do and look after the problem we are facing.

                                    I visited your service centre in chennai t.Nagar, it's very tough to trace out your centre in your web page even in Google too. I am requesting you to update the address for further customers. You people making me fool after visiting your service centre. After diagnosed problem simply they are telling head phone jack shorted because of water passed in holes. Am telling you clearly your technicians are not so skilled after open the display with touch. He doesn't know how to fix. He his fixing with some glue and heating. See the gap between display and case. You people are really smart they are saying to me. you have to pay for headphone pin. Even PCB in the gadgets that we will replace in free of cost it's means I will cover in warranty. Whether your company mentioned that headphones pin is not covered in warranty? I will tell you one thing I am going to publish this issue in social media and I will go for consumer forum further. I want replacement for this problem to resolve. I am aggressively following up. I am pained to escalate the deficiency in service issue. Please find the attached file below. I have been harassed and mentally torched since three month for buying moto g3.

                                      There is some issue with my Motto g3, I'm not able to see any notification and home button is not working, not able to receive any call and even I'm not able to factory reset it. So I visited Motorola authorized service center at Lajpat Nagar. They are telling me that it's a software problem and they will charge RS.200 for reinstalling the software.

                                      My product is in warranty's period, then why I should pay them even a penny.

                                      When I asked them is it the same case with every service center, they said they it's only at Lajpat Nagar center.

                                      They wasted 3 hours of my life.

                                      Bhubaneswar Service center hararssed me and also changed the LCD with broken one

                                      Hi Moto G company,

                                      I am working in TCS, I bought Moto G 2nd Gen with so many happiness after yours phone feedback from my colleagues/Friends.
                                      But i am very very much disappointing with Service Center -Smart Services, Address: Scr15/e(666) bapujee Nagar
                                      near Kali Mandir, bhubaneswar, orissa 751009, Service Center Contact Number:[protected]/2597929.
                                      On Feb 24th my phone was just drained out and phone charging was not happening its just showing 0% charge with white screen after wards, I submitted my phone to Smart Services Moto G care service center as dead phone on 26 Feb-2016 Job sheet ID-7690, They had told that they will call me after knowing the reason, But they didn't call me after so many days they had took my phone as well and i had call many times to them whenever i called they just replied it will be done after some days and they told me its just the charging connector issue.On 17th of march i took my phone back as they are delaying to repair my phone.I took my phone and when i returned my home and try to charge its showing 0% with white screen as earlier but i found left hand upper screen is completely blacked (that part was Broken).Either they had changed my phone LCD to some old (Broken LCD) or they broke it during opening it not sure.But they harassed me when i told this to them, They just told do whatever you can do this is there words, Fully harassed and depressed from their responses.Please do some so that you can save your customers or else i will recommend my view to all of my colleagues/Friends.

                                        I have submitted my phone moto g 3rd gen in warranty to the service center on 5th march with job id - zst/mg/15/10179 for an issue of phone showing charging problem and getting off every now and then and was told by service center that this will be resolved within 7 days.
                                        I didn’t receive any communication from them and when i contacted, i was told that the part needs to be changed and we are waiting for the part.
                                        I also reached the moto tech support number [protected] on 15 march and raised my concern for same with ticket number[protected] and they said that concerned department will reach me in 3 days, to which didn’t happen.
                                        On continuously inquiring i am being told that the part is currently not available and would be replaced by 15 april, which is more than a month.
                                        My concern is how thy can actually make a consumer wait for more than a month to get a part replaced, when your actual tat to this is 15 days.
                                        If they do not have a part they should replace the phone as it’s in warranty.

                                        Every time the customer care representative tell me that they cannot actually transfer my call to higher authorities, so i am posting it here.
