Dear Motorola, I purchased Moto E [IMEI/Serial No: [protected]] on[protected]. It was restarting itself in every few hours and showing as white screen with blue logo. We gave it for repair at Motorola service center they has 550, but they came back saying it requires a motherboard change which comes nearly 70% cost of the original phone. I just used only one year the phone has become useless and that too without our fault. Can you please help in getting this repair so that it doesn't cost me money?     Dear all

    we have purchased MOTO G 3 vide Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] dt[protected] through Flipkart, i found sencond slim slot not working in recent days, Till to now i dindt use this slim slot since no requirement,
    in flipkart website it is shows "1 year manufacturer warranty for Phone and for in the box accessories" i went Kukatpally they demond Rs 1500 for this repair

    it is under warranty why they demond charge, pl let me know your idea

      accessories not available. Its very very bad answer from your end. we Have faced for that problem in many time, but no proper answer.Whenever i make a call, ther not responding. we need mobile or proper answer.

      My phone charger is not supporting and my phone is frequently heating so I have to replace it I took the phone 11 months ago so if I have any warranty plzzz do that or I am ready to give the money which it cost

        Since then..Mother Board was changed twice and now Submitted again in service centre for third time.
        Its around 10 months and mother board is replaced thrice. And even service centre nor Head Office of Motorola is ready to replace the handset.

        I am worried as to how long i can rely on handset after it completes 1 year.

          I gave my moto e2 model no. XT1506 ime no. [protected] for repair in B2x autheried service center at koperkhairane navi mumbai on 08/01/16. i had to register a complaint to motorola separately as there was no response from them.on 18/01/16.
          mr. balraj called me and told me that accessories are not available so i was given date of 15th February. now today when i called at the call center i got a new date and assuarance again that i will get a call from Mr. Balraj by tomorrow and my date of closure is 20th February. i am not satisfied as there is so much delay and no replacement.

            Had purchased moto e device from flipkart on october 2015. From day 1, phone had battery issues.Had submitted my phone on 8th January'16 and today is 15 feb.Mr Prashanth rao from motorola is handlng my case and is not capable of doing this job.I have been told 30 days after submitting the phone that alongwith battery, motherboard is also faulty and it has to come from Hongkong which will take a month's time.Seems like it's gonna take infinite time.Neither service center people are helping and talking rude and call center people are equally helpless.

            Pissed off with their service.Need contact number/email id of higher authorities to report this.

              Had purchased moto x play device from flipkart on october 2015. From day 1 phone started getting issues on signal connectivity. Changed the simcard for three times and finally came to know that their is some issue in phone motherboard. Had submitted my phone on 19 december 2015 and today is 14 feb and parts has not been dispatched. Now service centre has given me new date 5 march. Reason - Delay is due to parts getting stuck up in customs. Mr Prashanth rao from motorola is handlng my case and is not capable of doing this job. Dont know when this fellow will submit the components to service centre. Need some email.id of higher levels and wanted to complain about prashanth rao.

                    Job No-AMSMUM003778 The service centre person told me device will repaired within 7 days, but after 7 days they told require more 7 days then again told, motorola not revert of our mail, still display not received once we received will repair, require more 10-12 days.my complaint no[protected] also not resolved still, so much irritating, what will be use of device if i need to keep with you more than month,

                      Dear Motorola,
                      I am fed-up by the services of Motorola.i have bougt moto x play and use it for 35 day, some problem arises i had to sumbmit to service centre they demanded mother board. I submit the phone on 26/12/2015 and i had submited my phone on 26 dec-2015. i was given a date of
                      12/1/2016 for the getting the phone and then it was suddenly extended to 18/01/2016
                      and now it is said that phone is still not repaired and further date of 14/02/2016 is being provided and on 11 feb i got call from service centre that i will get phone on 26/02/216. I did not purchase the phone to keep in the
                      custody of service centre. This level of services was not expected from
                      such a reputed brand. Motorola will appreciate that I also have other works apart from running or contacting Motorola for my phone. I want full refund for the device or atleast replacement of it.

                        I Ishan has given my device motog3 to B2X Service Centre in sahare mall gurgaon centre on 1st dec.Till now its Dispplay has not issued to the service centre and its not even dispatched.My work order no is AMSGSM0000483.the company has told me tocollect device on 11 feb but till today there is no information whre the parts are.i called many times to service centre they just told they have no information about parts.and whnevr i called to tollfree no they just said nothing and clueless with no answer.we have no othr information and rss team will provide you information about the parts.when i say them to transfer my call to rss team leader mohd imran they told we dont hv option to transfer the call ans sometyms even say he is busy .I urge the authorties to please lookinto the matter as soon as possible and either give my device after repairing by 15 feb or else replace it or refund me.if i wont get it back on 15 feb, i will go higher authorities and to the court.as it will b 70 days already i have been waiting and most of warranty period has been wasted.there is no coordination between service centre and company.

                                Phone Moto X play is heating up to 45degree without playing video/games/multiple apps-unable to touch phone beyond this temperature.No service centres nearby.All far away.20000₹ phone and within one week of purchase I have to go to service centre that too by taking leaving from office.Customer care executives only repeating one line "visit service center, sorry" . Frustrated with Motorola service. Flipkart people are saying contact Motorola people and Motorola people are saying contact flipkart people. My genuine complaint is not being given a warm welcome. High featured phone which cannot be even held in hand because of temperature. I have confirmed with friends using moto x play their device isn't heating up like mine so I feel this is a defective piece. Also I am using two more moto g in my house they don't have this problem. I request you to help me.

                                  This mail is regarding the false service promises given by the Motorola company.

                                  I purchased a mobile on 30/8/2015. Because of some malfunction the phone stopped working on 14 of Jan 2016. I gave it for the repair to authorised Motorola service centre located on mg road secunderabad on 16 /01 /2016.
                                  But by the date thae phone has not been repaired . when I call the company they say that they are working on it and they will let me know . I complained on the customer care first on 3rd of Feb.
                                  Next on 7th of Feb asking for the details of my progress which went in vein

                                  The local service authorities say that it will still be 15 days as they haven't received the part.

                                  Why can't the company replace the piece when they can't send the required item to the service provider.

                                    I bought a moto g3 phone in october. after a month suddenly he screen broke, i got the screen replaced near my place and after fe days after upgrading it to marshmallow vesion, the touch stopped working. I gave my pone to motorola service center who claimed that the issue is regarding the hardware and not software and asked me to pay 3.5k once it's done.. I gave it there on 12th jan and i was told i will receive it withing 15-20 days but its been a month and i still din't receive it and when i called them they told they are expecting the part in feb end.. the service is so pathetic.. i will never buy moto phone in my life.

                                      I purchased a new Moto X Style from Flipkart on 23th November on December 29th my phone started auto shut down repeatedly. I submitted the phone to moto service center and told me they need to replace the motherboard and they asked me to wait for a month. After one month when i called they told they dont have the part available and extended for another month. Today when I called they saying they still dont have the part available and need to wait more as they dont have specific date when the part is not arriving. There service is very poor as they have employed front end monkeys to repeatly saying sorry for inconvenience bla bla

                                        I had purchased a MOTO G (3rd Generation) Mobile (IMEI/Serl.No. [protected]) through flipkart com on dated 11.09.2015 invoice.no. CHNPUZHAL[protected]. Unfortunately the handset was not working and I gave it to MOTO G authorized service centre Pune-Pluse EnterprisesSolutions (B2X), Address . Shop No.7, Guard Apartment, 518 Narayan Peth, Near Mod Ganpati Temple, Pune – 411030 on their job card No. AMSPUE001776 dated 11.10.2015 at, 1.04.34pm.
                                        So far so many times I visited the service centre, they told me that, the parts not yet received from the company. After getting the parts they will repair it and give. I also made lot of calls to MOTO G. call centre and they are making me false promises as on date. Please look into the matter at urgent basis and help me get my mobile with immediate effect. Otherwise I, will constrain to take a step to go the consumer court.
