I am purchased the above said mobile through Flipkart. After 6 weeks of purchase the display touch screen is not at all working. As it is under warranty period I am handed over it to your service centre namely, B2X Complex, malleshwaram with JOB NO: AMSBAN008113 on[protected], but it is still not managed which will be great inconvenience to me.

    I bought Moto G 3 around 3 months ago, from starting it was hanging, but i don't gave ant attention, on 29th nov, it suddeny dead, so i gave it in nearby customer care, they told me that if there is some minor problem then u can take it back within 3 days and if they found any major issue, it will take around 15 days, so i called to given no from cm care executive on 16th dec to know my mobile status, but she don't know where is my phone and when it will repair, she took my mobile no and told that she will inform me after 2 days about my mobile status, but no one called me, again i called to customer care on 18th dec, again she asked me my mobile detail, work order no etc..., after holding me upto 5 mins on call, she told that she can't give exact time to repair my mobile, so it is very worst experience about electronics item repair that i ever face, Motorola service is very worst. If there is some one who can give me my mobile back??? If company can't repair my mobile then why they are not giving me new one??? Pls answer me.

      Hello All, If you are planning 2 buy any motorola product kindly read this post. On 17th August, 2015 I bought a Moto G(3rd generation) IMEI No [protected] mobile from flipkart which is sold by WS retail services pvt ltd. I have discovered that the phone has following problems. 1. Sim card not detecting 2. Memory card not detecting 3. Headphone jack not work 4. Battery problem 5. Charger problem So because of this above problems I went to your authorized service center which is Pune i.e., (Global Services office no-11 Thorat Estate Opp Deccan Post office, near Garware bridge, Deccan, Pune) and submitted my mobile on 21st Oct, 2015 (Work order no: ZST/MG/15/06527). So since 21st of Oct, 15 my permanent number is completely off because of its nano sim size and as well I missed all my importance calls. I requested to there service center to give me a temporary mobile which I could use till the date my mobile gets repaired but they said, Motorola company not provides that type of facility. So in-accordance I called on Motorola toll free number and registered my complaint on 26th Oct, 15 (Complaint no:[protected] but still yet they have not repaired my mobile and just they are giving me commitments as your product will get repaired till so & so date. And Mr.Sandeep Kakadala is completely worst person in motorola where he is not bother to solved customers issues. So guys I am assisting you all don't buy any product of motorola for avoiding such type of service. If any one want to contact with me get me on facebook.(Santosh Pakhare)

        I bought a moto g3 October 7 2015, since buying I was facing problems related to dispaly, exactly after one month from the date of purchase I submitted my mobile for repairing, its been more the one month they haven't repaired it yet. I request motorola employees to fix my mobile as soon as possible.

          I have moto g3 phone, i bought 3 months back, after using one month, i found a problem, when i called to some or i get call from some. I got some sound in my phone( its like train pressure release sound) and i am not able to here other side person audio. i went to service centre. They took 2 week for repair my phone. After using one month, i am facing same problem. So i don't know what to do next.

              Hi, my name is Vikas Ramesh Chaurasiya. I was buy motorola 3rd generation mobile on August month from Flipkart.com. After 1 month I'm facing display problem. That time I was going to motorola service centre for replacing display. In the service centre I meet the service centre employ, this guy said that the cell will be repaired within 15 days. But from that day to now a days he will always asked call or asked after 1 week and nothing doing anything. what should I do please confirm. It's humble request to you please do something for this.                     Sir I am using moto x play it has been just two months since I have been using it now on the body part of my mobile I could see cracks all over it .I have been to the service center too but the response was not good.they are more than 7 cracks as u can see in pics they are not physical damage. The plastic used in the production is not at all good

                          I test water resistant test with my moto G 3 as you show at Box 30 minutes 3 feet . I test it for half of minute . And it's working good but after 2 hours it's off and touch not working .
                          . Sir am not rich belong to middle class family . I can't afford another one mobile . Please repair my cellphone Don't Broke my faith with Motorola. Thanks

                              I submit my motorola device on 31st july 2015 for repairing at lucknow service centre.there is on/off button problem and then my device is in warranty period.After few days i contact the lucknow service centre for knowing that my device get repaired or not.They said that"you have to pay INR.5500/-, i am surprised!my device is in warranty period.for what i have to pay that amount for?They said your device have some water issue, we have to replace all things like mother board, screen, etc.i didn't drop my device in water or anything, there is just on/off button problem in my device. The device repair receipt they gave it to me have some mistakes, i submit moto x 1st generation XT1052 but they write moto X2 in product section and model XT1092 even date of purchase is wrong in the receipt. here i attached my device service centre receipt, job no:- AMSLUC002299.Then i contact motorola customer service centre they responds well that time and investigate into that matter, then they found there is some mistakes that the lucknow service centre worker mistakenly charge other person phone repairing bill.i dont know it is some kind of mistake or conspiracy.After that they tell me you dont have to pay any ammount for repairing.Thats all right. But they still have my device, it is more then 4 months and still not repaired.i contact motorola customer service more then 20 times they only give apologies and they commited more then 4 times to deliver my device on particular dates but they are still unable to deliver.on 1st december 2015 they send me a email which shows that my device get repaired but when i go there to collect my device, it is still not working.they submit it again.today i again contact service centre but again they know nothing, when my device get repaired.I am really exhausted and tired.i am now mentally depressed.Is that kind of service is provided by company to there customers?Customer Reference number:[protected]

                                I purchase my mobile moto g2 on 5/7/2015 and it is only cover 5 month now, but now my mobile battery is not working properly, at night its battery is about 90 percent when I look in morning its battery become about 40-50 percent only which is when I did not use it and keep it stand by, I got battery problem from 15 days and now I am very frustrated by this, another problem is heating, my mobile heated up when I use it, please do something because my mobile is under warranty period now.

                                      Hi I bought a motog3 thru flipkart in Aug 2015. The display started not responding occasionally after 2 months (and after the system upgrade). I submitted the phone end of Oct at one of your authorised service s Centre B2X at Hyderabad. They have still not repaired and returned my phone. Very pathetic service. Their numbers are hardly reachable and/ or answered. And when they do, they claim Motorola has still not sent them parts. Don't know whom to believe and thoroughly disappointed.
