The speaker in the MOTO X PLAY (32 gb) was not working, so i gave the handset to Motorola service centre in jaynagar Bangalore on DECEMBER 2, 2015, the Moto care had promised to give me the repaired handset within 15 days on crossing the date, after this whenever I approached or call back online to the Moto care call centre i got different answer from different people but no solution to my problem there is not a single responsible person to give me a appropriate answer towards my problem, finally i got this person by name Mr. SUSHEEL who promised me to replace a new handset since the parts were not available and the time was exceeded. after the day he promised to give the handset when i called i couldn't get him online even after calling repeatedly till today, i have facing lot of loses with time and money in business due to this problem, to whom ever concerned i request to take the sever action on the Motorola company and kindly consider my problem and replace a handset as earliest. As it is within the warranty period, we handed it over to your service center here at Belgaum, by name - Aarush Service Centre on 20.11.2015. The phone has not been repaired till date. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please look into the matter at the earliest. I request u to either replace/ repair the phone or Refund the amount.

          My new moto e2nd gen receiver not working from last 45 days. I visited service center nd called the customer care also but i m not getting any proper feedback from any end. This is my 2nd worst experience with motorola. Nobody is available for customer complaints.

            Though its been only 4 months since I bought my moto g 3 its touch screen is not working properly . Since last two days its been frequently not responding . Sometimes the notification menu on top of the screen drops automatically. Though this is not happenning all the time, its been happening too often for the past day and I m very uncomfartable with it .

                    I am facing a loudspeaker issue on my newly purchased Moto X Play mobile phone. I am unable hear anything on any incoming or outgoing call from my phone and am unable to even play music on loudspeaker.
                    Being located in Pune with only 2 Authorized Motorola service centers I deposited my phone at "Global Services"( Office No-11, 1st Floor, 1274, Thorat Estate, Opposite Deccan Post Office, Near Garware Bridge, Deccan, Pune).

                    I was told that I would receive a call from the service center within 2 days informing me the status of my damage(software or hardware). If at all I needed to know the status i was asked to call the 2 provided numbers on the Customer Reciept given to me at the time of deposit.

                    I did NOT receive any call that was promised to me for 20 days. During this while i kept calling on the 2 numbers provided to me on the receipt. Out of which one was a landline number and other was a mobile number. The landline number when dialed stated that it was out of service. And the mobile number which i called at least 40(actual count) times in the past 20 days was either never answered or was busy.

                    On the 20th day i lost my patience and paid a visit to the service center. I then come to know that my phone is having a motherboard issue and the part to be changed has not been received from the company. First of all i really do not understand the connection of the motherboard with my speaker problem. On confronting the authority about my calls not being picked up he started to back-answer and pathetically justify by telling me that one person is assigned to it and "I dint call enough" to get through.
                    I was told that the part would be received at the service center in the next 1 week after which i would receive a call from the service center to come and collect my phone. Which i know is utter lies.

                    I am disgusted and deeply frustrated at such a treatment. Forgive my language but this is utter to be treated and talked to this way at an authorized service center of such a well known reputed company.

                    I am attaching a photo of my Receipt. Please look into this matter as this looks terrible on the company's reputation as a vendor.

                    I had just bought a new Moto X Play (ordererd via Flipkart) on 1st Oct 2015.But then faced mic problem on 16 Dec 2015 although it didn't have any physical or liquid damage...So I had called customer care and also followed their troubleshooting methods but all in vain...so had to give my phone to the Global Service centre as told by customer care ppl on 18 Dec 2015.First they said it will take max 7 days...but since then they are delaying the same...also Service centre people dont recieve our calls when v try to get info about our status...So we always have to contact Motorola customer care for the same but still we get to know that it will take more days for repair...Its almost 15 days now.

                    My Moto x play is now part of history I guess. It's there in service center since 8th October, yes 3 months. Screen got damaged and they are waiting for new screen. After six more months they will definitely come up with a new screen, i suppose. #Completely_Frustrated. Should have heard to people who warned me before buying Moto.

                      Firstlybi bought a moto e 1 st gen It got battery problem and it was repaired and speaker problem was arised they are unable to repair from 1 month and asking on time saying that a new mother board required but they are not getting it.I am fed up with this service centre in Visakhapatnam(530032)see Sai technologies.and even the preethi services in bilaspur(495001) they are unable repair it but they are going on taking time.it have been 4 months to buy my phone.and 1 month 20 it is in service centres what can I do sir will we interested to buy another motorola phone sir.I want solution sir.I want a replacement from bilaspur chattisgarh preethi services service centre.(495001) because I study there.sir please look at this problem they are even saying that if I give money it would be ready with in days.it is in warranty sir.thank you sir

                          I bought moto g 3 online from amazon in august 2015. It worked amazing for 3 months and then suddenly the camera icon disappeared. I gave it for repair. And I got the phone only after a month after calling ur customer care 100 times. The day I got the phone. I went home. Only to realise the speaker wasn't working. I again went to the customer care when they repaires it. U have proved it right that once a phone goes to repair it never becomes fine. now the quality of the photos suck so bad. They r very ugly. Do u think I have all the time to keep travelling to the customer care again to fix this camera now ? Just because the phone is in warrantee you r taking advantage of the situation ! Will this problem ever be solved ???? Hope to hear from you. Else probably I am just going to file a case against this company for harassing a customer.

                            I brought Motorola 2nd Gen Mobile with one year warranty on Flip kart. The mobile worked fine for only 3 months. I did trouble shoot when it was off after third month. Since then, i have been attending many issues with this phone. i finally decided to reach the Motorola service center in T nagar. The response they gave was very disgusting. They didnt even noticed my phone and asked me to come after few days. i Did that, i went there again 3 days later and they sent me to another place, the place i was asked to reach was worse too. i walked thrice to the service center and still i dont figure out what the problem with my phone. With the bad service center, i dont how motorola helps the people! We are spending money by believing brand name, but we are not getting that much credibility at the end. I request the one who is interested to buy the motorola phones! to think twice about the service they give. Regards, Bala

                                I had purchased a Moto G3 Handset through Flipkart. The screen went half blank within 2 months. When I submitted the phone for service on 24th Oct'15 to Borivalli centre, I was informed that they'll get my phone repaired in 2 weeks. Post 2 weeks I didn't got a positive reply from Borivalli service centre so I called customer care of Moto. I was given a complaint number[protected] and that's all they have provided me in the name of customer service. Today is 22nd Dec.'15 and the only answer Mr. Sandeep can give is "Sir, part are not available yet in India to repair your phone". No matter how much you request Moto personnel to expedite the work, they'll only call to ask for more extensions. This is worst customer service I have experienced ever so far. Moto only know how to sell, but not how to retain customers. I'll suggest people not to buy Moto Handsets as their repair service is extremely pathetic, customer care unsupportive and Mr. Sandeep is last person any one should reach out in Moto.                                   Why is Moto voice not compatible for Moto G second generation? I want my Moto G 2nd gen to have Moto voice and it so that I can control my phone more easily and access it without touching my phone. If you could please do anything about my problem I will be very thankful

                                    Hello, I am a Motorola moto e user. I just updated my phone to lollipop 5.1 and a am having a lot of trouble. My phone has started lagging since the update. It lags all the time which makes it problematic to be used. I would be waiting for a respond soon. Thank you.

                                      I am purchased the above said mobile through Flipkart. After 6 weeks of purchase the display touch screen is not at all working. As it is under warranty period I am handed over it to your service centre namely, B2X Complex, malleshwaram with JOB NO: AMSBAN008113 on[protected], but it is still not managed which will be great inconvenience to me.

                                        I bought Moto G 3 around 3 months ago, from starting it was hanging, but i don't gave ant attention, on 29th nov, it suddeny dead, so i gave it in nearby customer care, they told me that if there is some minor problem then u can take it back within 3 days and if they found any major issue, it will take around 15 days, so i called to given no from cm care executive on 16th dec to know my mobile status, but she don't know where is my phone and when it will repair, she took my mobile no and told that she will inform me after 2 days about my mobile status, but no one called me, again i called to customer care on 18th dec, again she asked me my mobile detail, work order no etc..., after holding me upto 5 mins on call, she told that she can't give exact time to repair my mobile, so it is very worst experience about electronics item repair that i ever face, Motorola service is very worst. If there is some one who can give me my mobile back??? If company can't repair my mobile then why they are not giving me new one??? Pls answer me.
