            I was facing an issue of display black .

            Submitted my mobile to Motorola authorized service center B2X at noida sector 18 near Vinayak Hospital / Metro Station .

            Date of submission :- 11/2/2016 3:43:42 PM.

            After their confirmation that issue has been resolved, i visited again on 12 /2 / 2016 to collect my mobile But after 3 Hours of long waiting at the service center they came to Know about a new issue of rebooting and extended date to 18 / 2 /2016.

            On Given date (18 / 2 / 2016) they were telling me that they have ordered parts (Screen of moto g 2nd LTE) and asked me to follow up after one week .

            On 25 / 2 / 2016, When i called them, they told me to collect Mobile by Evening or next day . However On next day (26 / 2 / 2016 ) they were telling me that screen is replaced but rebooting issue is there and informed me to wait as they are going to replace motherboard. Upon asking them when should i follow up next, they were telling me that they by themselves will intimate me and also informed me that motherboards are already ordered, even before the time your case had been logged but not received yet, so they cant expect when they will received motherboard .

            My question is that motorola authorised service centre is not able to get parts properly from motorola itself????

            service center is doing their job by hit and trail method ?? why dont they are enough qualify to find out the defect / problem in the very first attempt ???

            why customer is told that his/her device is ready when on reaching at service centre they are going to disappoint???


            Please escalate this if any one can, i myself is searching B2X / Motorola escalation metrics.

              This is reference to moto xplay which was given for screen replacement on 19 jan 2016.

              The screen was replaced but due to negligence on your part the phone speaker got damaged and hence the ohone was given again for repairing.

              Even after more than 1 month, I have not got back my phone. This is after repeated efforts made to reach to your team and every time the response was you will get your phone within a week.

              I have been mentally tortured and harassed over the past 1 month as i fail to understand what taking it so long to repair a phone.

              Further, if i don't get a satisfactory response for the same I would be moving to consumer court.

                My name is sourabh kumbhare, and i own a motorola xstyle(XT1572), BILL no WFLD[protected], IMEI NO [protected], purchased in name of my brother Tejas kumbhare in dec2015. from flipkart India.

                Soon after the purchase within few days the turbo charger stopped working, for which I hav submitted the turbo charger to the authorised service centre in nagpur COMWEN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD ON 28/12/15 THEIR MANUAL JOB SHEET NO IS 2052. Ihave been told that the repair/replacement will be done within 20 days, in last two months i have been their twice to check the status of my repair/replacement service and everytime i have been told to come after 20 days.

                today ihav called to motorola india cust. care to track my chargers repair status and to my wondr no such repair is registered with them with this imei no, jobsheet no, and they asked me to get a worksheet no from service centre.

                when i called the comwen technologies ltd, they told that they will be able to tell the status of my repair by tomorrow after some poking i came to know that for last two mths my comlaint has not been uploaded or forwarded to motorola and the service centre is just fooling me around. (i have all the conversations recorded with me).

                i request you to kindly look into this matter as this is absolutely unprofessional and cheating customers. iam waiting for two mths for a simple turbo charger to be replaced /repaired under warranty, that too the service centre is not able to provide me a proper workjob sheet no after two mths.This leaves me with no option then filing a complaint against motorolla/ service centre with consumer court. Iam also attaching the photo of the jobsheet given to me by the service centre.

                pls do the needful as no consumer expects such harrasment and **** treatment especially from a world renowned brand of motorola.

                    Sir, i have deposited my moto g3 mobile for repairing at ensure support service centre, thane, Ccom Telecommunication on 4 feb 2016 as my work order no. is PKD/MG/15/02965 i was unable to login on that mobile which i bought online.But till now their is no response from service centre as well as from motorola.they are telling that parts are not available.Almost 22 day are over and their is no use of spending Rs 10999 on this mobile as i m not having mobile even after that...it is being so harassing for me...kindly do the needful...if it is not possible to repair my phone then kindly replace it with another one...please help...

                      I have always considered Motorola to be one of the best brands for mobile phones and had decided that whenever I buy my first cell phone, it would be from motorola. I was very excited to buy Moto X Play as my 1st handset. But when I got this phone, very less did I know that this would prove to be the worst decision of my life. I didn’t even use it for 2 months when it went off one day and I was not able to switch it on. When I took it to one of your service center, I was informed that the mother board has to be changed. I never knew that the quality of hardware which Motorola provides is so good that the Mother board of a handset worth 20, 000/- will not even last more than two months. I always had a good impression about Motorola and hence I considered it to be my bad luck that there was this defect in the device and submitted it in Motorola Service center for repair. Again, little did I know that Motorola would come out to be such a fraud organization that they would keep my handset for another two months without making any efforts to repair it.My phone has been with Motorola for two months and whenever I called, the only reply which I got was that you haven’t yet received the mother board and it is on the way. I was promised that the handset will be delivered to me by 8th Feb., 2016 but when I called on 5th, I got the same reply again. I don’t understand from which universe the mother board has been ordered that it is taking so long to get delivered

                          Request you to kindly share this as much as possible so that it will go to Motorola MD.
                          I purchased Moto X play 32GB on 20th Sept15 and after two months there was some problem on display and I submitted the phone to service centre on 21st November 15, 11:32am but till date I haven't received the phone and every time they increase the date without intimation. so I request you to please help me to get justice that how a big company is making fool of me.

                            I am unable to receive calls. Called Vodafone..there is no prob there. I am able to make calls. When other person tries calling..he can hear one ring and the call gets cut.
                            Also I am unable to use center button. Have to go back... Every time for home screen.

                              I have bought Motog3 mobile from flipkart in october 2015, Handset VL92476. within one month its display got affected. So I contact Motorola service centre ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICE INDIA LTD. in surat, My service number is SUR/MG/15/10854 where they say that they will give after 15 days. After 15 days they say they need one month. Day after day goes on and I recieved my device on[protected]. On checking I found that they stick external screen by fevicol and one part of the device is also missing. On another day that is on[protected], I went again then they say that we are no more providing services of Motorola, What The Hell This Is!!! I goes dumb because I saved money to but this device and now I totally lose it. What Will I do now?? Flipkart People says you need to contact service centre. Everyone are raising their hands. So Please people do not buy any MOTO product. My 12999/- Rupees wasted and my time too. I know I will not get any solution by filing complain, No one will notice. Its for consumer acknowledgement.

                                I have lost my photos and videos in my internal memory of my phone.. So to recover that I downloaded Remo recover software.. To connect with my pc I don't have any options such as USB utilities like other phones have..without that option I can't recover my photos..

                                  Motorola complaints executive called me. He told that, mobile accessories not available, so that the bill amount credit to a/c. But they debit in my account Rs. + 6000 ( Two Time ) debit in my account. Another one mobile amount not yet receive. So I loss 12000+6000 = 18000 .00 rupees. But No one not response for this still now. I very feel and worst of this guideline . ALL OF YOU, PLS PLS DON'T PURCHASE ANY MOTOROLA BRAND MOBILES.

                                        I am sending this mail regarding worst service provided by your service center located at thane at Hariniwas circle.
                                        I visited there 4 times they check my phone give me temporary solution. Now I don't want Motorola device. I want my money back. Otherwise I go to consumer court for my compensation.
                                        From two month I am calling at motorola service center they r not able to arrange my calls to their supervisor. What kind of shift doing by supervisor or manager every time they r not available.
                                        Kindly help me to get my money back.
