Motorola Solutions — loss of imei no | |||
I am using the MOTO E mobile phone which is purchased on flipkart. Somehow its IMEI no has been erased that leads to unable to detect network and I am not able to use this phone. I have shown on motorola service center Sector 10 Noida. I have been told that motherboard is not working it will take Rs. 4000/- . I am surprised that due to loss of IMEI no it cost to that much. Kindly provide me IMEI no and activate my device since I am the owner and genuine legal customer of mobile phone. Sir i have given my phone (moto g4 plus) to service center in baxipur, gorakhpur on date 17/01/2018.
Still i didn't get my phone back they are always giving me further dates and when ever i reach to pick up my phone they give nxt date.
Sir please help me regarding this.

I m using this mobile from aug 2017, 3 times i have visited motorola service centre and now its 4th time i m facing issue with charger
They have changed my motherboard and charger but again i m faing this issue.
