Dear sir,

It is really a disgusting reply from motorola service department not to repair my handset under warranty condition then why u have mentioned in your earlier mail that i have collect my handset on 11th dec 2017 (It means that without knowing the fact u had just my reply mail) from service centre either u have to repair my hand set under warranty policy otherwise i m forced to take this matter at appropriate legal forum / social media for justice how motorola and there respectivecentre making fraud with customer. (Service centre change the original part from mobile hand and installed damage part into the mobile handset)

Hence therefore i request to you please stop promoting or selling motorola hand set under wrong commitment in anywhere in the world.
This is one of the worst experience which i am facing from so called world famous brand.

Dear Sir,

With reference to below mail today i went to your mototola service centre to collect my handset unfortunate they refuse to hand over my handset wherever it is clearly mentioned in the below mail that told i get my handset .Apart from this they demanding Rs 7000-/- for repairing / replacing handset ...why i should i bear this cost when my handset fall under warranty condition( will not to pay anything for this).. so hereby i request to you please look into this matter on urgent basis...
otherwise i have no option except to raise my voice at the appropriate forum ( consumer forum).

I am fully trust on Motorola they will resolve this issue without any delay.

your immediate action will be consider as a appreciation.

As per our telephonic conversation with the service centre we have confirmed that device will take 3 more days to repair so I request you to give us some time and collect the device on 11th December .

Mark as Resolved Dear Sir / Mam, I purchased a Moto G 5 S Plus hand set(IMEI No [protected]) through Amazon .com after 2 month of my purchase date i faced a problem of power on and set not charged ... after i rush to your Mobile Hut motorola service centre in Allahabad where staff behave in very arrogant manner and they refeuse to entertain my query. after several request they asked to submit your phone to check. Next day i reach your call centre again staff behave in a very arrogant manner i don;t know the reason behind this. after this i had a word with your service centre manager his attitude is also on the similar line ( mis behave) after 30 min they checked and told me that you r phone mother board is damage for this u need to pay Rs 4500-/ because this is under company warranty policy. i request to you please look in to the matter on urgent basis and resolve my

    First time we encountered a problem it was on 26th september 2017. The phone was not charging. The service center a. A. Enterprises, jhansi, u. P. Proposed the charging cable was not working. They provided with a new cable. The problem persisted and the next day they asked to leave the phone with them without providing any documentation as such. I was not aware as to what was the legit protocol and complied with their request. The phone was received by us on 3rd october. The phone presented microphone problem. The person on the other side of the call could not hear the voice at all. We called them and informed them about the problem. They said to bring the phone in. On 9th october when we visited them, they again asked to leave the phone with them after having realized that it indeed was a microphone problem, again without providing us with any documents. The engineer indeed agreed that he might have made a mistake while repairing the phone. They said to call and ask for updates. On 14th october they finally responded and asked to pick up the phone. The problem persisted and they said the phone needed a software update and that they did not have the resources at that time, and so asked us to keep calling them and inquire about the update. On 26th the charging problem repeated along with the persisting microphone problem. On 28th october they said that the phone had a broken charging pin. They asked to leave the phone for a few days. On 2nd november (By this time the phone's warranty had withered off, so) they asked for a payment of rs.1200 without providing any bill, despite requesting for the same. The phone's charging capacity was drastically reduced 15% in 2 hours and the microphone problem continued. Not only this but the phone was not showing any network bars inside home. On 4th november we again went there to report the problem. There they said the only option to repair was to change the motherboard pcb and asked to leave the mobile phone for 10-15 days. On calling them on 13th november they said the phone was working properly and asked us to pick it up. But they did not change the said pcb and nor they would because the warranty period was over. Instead, they said that they had replaced only microphone (Which as per their claim company do not manufacture as spare parts) from another phone. The charging problem seemed to be rectified but the microphone issue still persisted as before. On 16th november the engineer examined the phone and refused to accept that there was even a scant of an issue with the microphone. So he said to record the conversations and prove it to him. On 20th november we visited again and found that the engineer had changed. The receptionist said that old engineer was incapable, completely denying any responsibility of his works hitherto. So we showed the engineer the recording. The engineer did not listen to the recording despite requesting him to do so, but rather asked to leave the phone. He said that a certain official was to arrive from gwalior and if he cannot rectify the situation he would ask for his help. Meanwhile on calling the center, the engineer said that there was no problem with the phone and he cut the phone between the call. The center did not pickup the call again after that. On 28th november we picked up the phone from the center. The engineer said that he had gone to gwalior on 25th november and had taken our phone with them. He said that the phone was working perfectly, again!! But the problem still persists. The network issue, microphone issue both continue to pester us still. The sim just does not catch any bars only on this phone. Its neither a regional problem, nor a sim problem, just a handset fault.
    To be noted that during these 2 months the phone had been more with the service center than with us. And the complaint was registered well before the warranty was over.
    The recording and other documents whatever we could retrieve are attached.

      Hey why does Moto E4 plus don't support connection with Android TV. It's available for ever normal phones than why not for Moto E4 plus. It's just wierd.

        I got surprised to know that every moto seevice centre is having different price range for the same repair and parts. My moto g4 plus phone's display got damaged and i waned to replace it so i headed to cybersoft barasat, west bengal and they said that original display costs rs 7500 but when i ask another service centre located in thane west, mumbai they said it will cost rs 5500. So this much difference for the same part. Is it not looking fake? Now really got stunned with the service of moto after lenovo owned it. If you have any solution you can tell but i will not buy moto or lenovo products from next time.

          I purchased one motorola turbo edition last year and now my software has been crashed during software updation. Its not been 1.5 years yet and i am disappointed to see this poor quality of the phone.
          I am a regular customer of moto and always suggest moto for everyone but seeing this, i am very upset. I can not be sure about your quality.
          For this, i went to motorola service centre but did not get any help worth enough.

            I bought this phone moto g5s two months back. After 1 month it started showing battery issues like charging time 24 hrs to completely charge to 100%. I went to the nearby authorised lenovo service centre and they gave back after 1 week with the above mentioned issue solved. Now again the handset is showing the same issue (Battery issue). Ian really fed up with this handset. Iam wondering of complaining against this. Before that pls do something.

              Dear sir

              My mobile moto g4 has a screen complaint and it is under warranty and i have give to the bright infocom, which is situated at ramnagar, visakhapatnam, for service support on october last week. I clearly told them that there is a hardware problem, they have updated the soft ware and returned back to me, the problem was not rectified and i went to the same service center after 2 days repeating the same complaint. They asked me to visit after 4 days; even then they have upgraded the software and returned back my mobile. Again on 13th november i visited the service center regarding the same complaint and given my mobile for hard ware problem. Since then i have been visiting the service center frequently but no proper response from the service center. On november 22nd they have informed me that the spare is not available with the company and they will replace me with a new mobile, since then i have been
              In touch with service center, and they are informing me that company dint given the approval. On 29th november i visited the service center again and mr. Phani told me that the company gave the approval for replacing with a new mobile and it will be delivered to me in 3 to 4 working days. I waited for one week and again the visited the service center on 6th december for the status of my mobile.in spite of telling me the status mr. Phani replied arrogantly and asked me not to come to the service center until he calls me over the phone. I requested him to show me the approval date given by the company and the status of the phone, but he refused to show. I also requested him to give the email ids show that i can mail they head office, which he refused.

              I have been frequently calling the call center and mailing the company but there is no proper response from both of them.in the next month january 2018 the warranty of my mobile will be over,

              Being a business man i am depended on my smart phone only,

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  My self sourav ghosh. I am great disappointment, however, the quality of that mobile phone is incredibly poor. This model is moto m but unfortunate mobile phone is not switch on and sound problem. Worse still, its battery can only keep the mobile phone running for 67 minutes after it has been fully charged. Next 13 dec 2017 my mobile phone hand over lenovo service center and then after 22 days service center no cooperate with me. Today i will calling service center and then you told me that your mobile phone not ready. So i want to inform you that kindly inform my mobile status and my mobile problem has been solve for urgent basis.

                    I brought moto e4plus just 1month ago and now facing a problems of headphones. I went to customer care center but they are suggesting me to change software of phone. But why??? I am able to listen from other headsets.. So clearly it is problem with headset. Please tell me how to replace these headphones.
                    But otherwise performance of e4plus is good. No issues about anything

                      Hello i am using motorola droid turbo mobile in india and i am very much happy with its interfaces, design, build quality and working but i am dissatisfied with one thing is updates. After i bought this mobile i get 1 software update and 1 security update i. E., december 2016 its getting 1year and i didn't get even security updates. This device is stopped at marshmallow android 6.0. As it is a nexus 6 model of device with some additional features than nexus 6 like storage, camera, processor and ram. Why don't you give updates like android 7.0 nougat. I want clarity what is the reason behind stopping the all updates to this device motorola droid turbo (India).

                        As i bought my moto g5s on 28 of november it almost a week and my charger has been damaged its charging my phone and facing issues and today i gone to your care for it's replacement and when i gone there your employee was like your imei is not clear this # or that bro i have the headset i have the box of the and the original why you have not submitting my replacement complent and somehow i arranged the clear bill by email invoice they gone for some work what's that customer is not important and the girl was there was talking with too much attitude that's not the way to talk. Surely your company will face quite loss due to service center inconvenience as i'm replacing my moto g5splus due to this your service.

                          I bought motorola 4g plus (Black color – 16 gb) in january – 2017. Till now i have submitted my cell phone 5 times to motorola service centre for different issues each time. The details are as below:
                          1) problem:
                          Camera problem: camera does not work upon clicking of picture & shows camera error message on display
                          Name / address of motorola service centre where my cell phone submitted to:
                          Motorola service centre first floor, dharnidhar complex, near daxini railway crossing, punit maharaj rd, maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat 380008.
                          Solution given by motorola service centre:
                          Software updated. 4 minor dante were appeared on cell body & upon asking for the same they deny to take responsibility.
                          2) problem: display shadow problem, overheating
                          Name / address of motorola service centre where my cell phone submitted to:
                          Motorola service centre first floor, dharnidhar complex, near daxini railway crossing, punit maharaj rd, maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat 380008
                          Solution given by motorola service centre:
                          Display replaced. Overheating problem not solved.
                          3) problem:
                          Gyroscopic sensor, finger print sensor, overheating, battery drainage very fast
                          Name / address of motorola service centre where my cell phone submitted to:
                          Abhinav technologies, shop no.66, chinubahi tower, ashram road, ahmedabad
                          Solution given by motorola service centre:
                          Software updated. Gyroscopic sensor problem was not solved.
                          4) problem:
                          Gyroscopic sensor
                          Name / address of motorola service centre where my cell phone submitted to:
                          Abhinav technologies, shop no.66, chinubahi tower, ashram road, ahmedabad
                          Solution given by motorola service centre:
                          Software updated.
                          5) problem:
                          Ghost touch, ringer not working (These both the problems appears randomly)
                          Name / address of motorola service centre where my cell phone submitted to:
                          Abhinav technologies, shop no.66, chinubahi tower, ashram road, ahmedabad
                          Solution given by motorola service centre:
                          Under observation in service centre
                          Above are the details and for each time i have to submit my cell phone for 10 to 15 days in service center. For gyroscopic sensor problem when i visited service center they told me that there is a mother board problem so need to change your mother board at the coast of 9000 inr, but as soon as i told them that my cell phone is under warranty period they suddenly change their tone and told me that this problem will be resolved only after updation of software. Motorola company has given me the faulty instrument. Last time i called on motorola customer care number and demanded for the replacement of my instrument but they deny to do so (Reference complaint no.:[protected].in the warranty period of just 10 month i had to submit my phone for 5 times and now my warranty period is about to expired in january – 2018. So i request you to help me in this matter. Please guide me what to do now.
                          Moreover i am using motorola product since the time of moto flip. Apart from this i have motorola cell phones i. E. Moto g2, moto e2, moto g5 plus & moto g3 turbo. I can submit all these cell phones with bill to prove my self trust worthy, i had never such bad experience in the past but this moto g4 plus is faulty instrument so i want it to be replaced only. Do needful as soon as possible.
                          This is the height of tolerance, today a week has been completed and still i am not getting any solution about my cell phone, when will i get my faulty and damaged instrument's replacement???
                          Even they are not interested in replying back to my emails.

                            My new moto g5s plus was purchased from amazon in november 5 2017.
                            It's 30 days now, the charger has been damaged from this date. What a rubbish thing that it's new mobile from moto.. I trust in moto so i buy it.
                            There is so many gadgets having most features.. But i chose moto. But within one month my charger has been damaged.. I take extreme care for my phone and charger.. But it has been damaged..
                            Please make an arrangement for replacement. Or contact me soon as possible. My mob number: [protected]

                              I have brought new moto e4+ and used it for one week after one week the phone was automatically heated. So i give the phone to tuticorin lenova service centere at 02.112017. But still they not repair my phone and not give proper responsible answers. I dont know why they delay so kindly accept my complaint and take an proper action against the particular service centere. No responsible reasons from service centre at tuticorin lenova care.                               Hi Team,
                              I have been a moto customer since long and was quite happy about my phone.Recently my moto x play fall down n its screen got damaged and display went off.when we handed over to service centre here in Bangalore it was on andit was ringing if we make any call to it.point is only the displayed was damaged.service centre analysed n told it can be fixed at 7200 rs.we agreed n handed the phone.now after 1week, they handed the phone in even worse condition that it doesn't on.I strongly believed they screwed it n now telling motherboard is faulty.I had such a pathetic experience here afraid to buy moto against .please get back to us, I can provide further details i[censored] can provide any help.

                                I have issue with my charger and i went 250 km to customer care regarding this slow charging issue
                                Normal its take around 3 to 4 hr and some time stop charging but it shows charging. So when i go to customer care they said its work very fine and give me suggestions to change data cable but i know its not working because my sister have same moto m phone and i try to change his phone with his data cable but also as i said its not working with her phone also... Now i have no other option to complaint. Motorola customer service is really very bad and motorola making fool to his customer in the name of warranty.

                                  Mot e4 mic not working. But on speaker it works. The phone is barely 2 months old. Went to service center koramangala. They says hardware service will take 7 days. Now wt motorola think of their customers. Your customer should have spare mobile when they buy motorola? 7 days how do customer takes care of their personal and official need of a phone?

                                  We should take a negligence complaint on moto. Their e4 have this as known issue. Means they know they have defective product in the market, and still selling it.
                                  Either you should provide spare phone for time being while the defect is being serviced. We can not go and buy another phone till service our phones

                                  Mobile display suddenly hide and not working mobile phone pl. accept my request. This problem everyday. Kindly necessary action. In 30 days 20 days problems it, when I call another mobile to this mobile sound working, display is hide. Pl. Solve that problem.

                                    We are from puttur. This is regarding the issue in service of moto service centre in tirupathi (Andhra pradesh),
                                    We have given the mobile 25days back. Still now u havent receive the response from them. And finally with the argument the service centre asked us to come by 6pm. And the time is 9pm. Still we didnt receive the mobile. We havent receive proper response from them. And service provided is really worst. They are not professional technicians. I dont know why the company hired them. If the same thing happens, going forward moto will be vanished from the market. And i will be the first person for wrong publicity in the market.
                                    Hope this will change.

                                    After a month I got my new phone Moto G5s plus, I found dust in rear camera and sensor above rear camera ...so I visited authorized service center they cleaned it .But again after 10 days dust entered again. Please give me any permanent solution for this thing.(I am using the back cover for my phone)

                                      Motorola solutions — moto e4 plus microphone not working


                                      I purchased it 7 weeks ago and i am facing this problem. The microphone of moto e4 plus is not working during calls but on loudspeaker it is working when i call someone the person can't hear my voice but on loudspeaker it's not so plz respond to my complain otherwise i will go to higher authorities.                                       I have purchased Moto E4+ recently and its microphone is not working the person other side is not able to. hear me. Although the speaker is working i.e the other person is able to listen when the speaker is on.

                                        My moto m mobile had charging issues so i went to the care. They said the charging cable has problem and asked me to submit the charging cable. I submitted the charging cable on date 24/11/2017. They asked me to come after two days and take the charging cable. But after that date i am going to the care everyday as they are saying come tomorrow as the cable not reached the care.
