Its been 5 months since i bought this phone (Moto g5s plus)..
Been a great journey, i must admit that.. But since last three days when i put my phone on charging the battery percentage starts decreasing.. Like if i put on charge at 18% then within 2-3 minutes it gets to 10-12%.. What happened to turbo charging.. Please give me some solution.. I am really pissed off!!!

    On 14th April 2018 i submitted my phone at Techno care solution Pvt Ltd Uttam nagar New Delhi. The phone was getting switched off at the time of inserting hands free. Before that they call me and asked me how did you like the service of moto and give rating on link mentioned in sms they had provided... At that time i told them on phone that my phone is getting switched off while inserting hands free. At that they told me to visit service center for the same.. On 14th when i visit service center they told me that as earlier when we have gave you phone after replacing motherboard the phone was drop from your hand and their is minor crack inside the motherboard... I told them that i 2 day how its is possible that my phone is drop from my hand.. If phone was drop from my hand i clearly told them that phone was dropped from my hand but they again kept my phone on 14th April and ask me that "Motherboard dubara change hoga" and i asked when would you call me for the same they told me " apko 7 din me call aa jaega... Its been a one month today i didn't get any update for the same... Last week i called service center and senior was on call he told me "company se vapis aa gya hai mai apne yaha se krva raha hoon jaldi mile jaega"... I used to call on every 3rd or 4th day for the same... But i dont know whats going on with my phone... I have recording for conversation which were held at that time and job sheet... Such a poor service and they harras me by telling " apke hath se phone gira hai tabhi crack aaya hai motherboard me"

      Sir/ madam
      I had developed battery issues to my mobile, moto m, xt 1663. After visiting the service centre the technician there asked me to submit the phone for its checkup. I expected next day the phone should be ready provided battery or any part is not to be repaired or replaced. After two days i went there and the technician told me that we have updated its software and are watching the status of mobile. Then i came next day there and still their response wre the same. Now almost 4 days has gone and still my mobile is not ready. I wonder for simple software updation they are taking too long.. I have seen consumers there waiting for months. And their behavior with consumers is so pathetic so i request you to kindly intervene in the matter

        I bought the above-mentioned product a month ago from amazon and now it has stopped working.
        The right earpiece of the product stopped working.
        I contacted my nearest service center but they say it is not their domain.
        I contacted amazon but they say their replacement policy is expired.
        I have also sent an email to the mail id written on the product box 48 hrs. Ago but have not received a reply yet. The product description on amazon said 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. So i want to claim my warranty. I want the earphones replaced right away.

          He phone was purchased in the month of june but in month of jan the phone was having problem with the battery and it was draining immediately after charging and it was replaced in a week time. Then i had problems with it is second week of february and the phone was getting heated up and it was reverse charging and the charger, phone was taking more than 2 hrs to charge and if charged not getting discharged the complaint was made to service center and helpline customer care regarding the circuit was checked at the service center and the mother board was changed but the charging time remained to be 2 hrs
          Now again it is giving problem that many a time in day when i m making a call the display screen does not shows but the call continues. Then after switching off restarting the phone get ok and the problem resumes after some time
          During the span of three month i have made numerous calls to call center and visits to the service station
          But each the problems is different and a professional it is difficult to handle with so many issue with the device which helps in carrying hourly activities. The details of the repair invoice is attached herewith

          The real problem is yet not clear. They even say that 2 hrs is average time for turbo power which is real frustrating as screen is not displayed when the talk is going on and phone gets heated while charging

              Why do i need to submit my phone if my charger is not working and is under warranty? & they said that my phone also formatted. But why? Even the problem is the charger i receive is defected. & i just want a replacement of charger. But they asked me to submit my phone with it & it takes 1 hour!! But why??? & why should i submit my phone whereas i give them the invoice copy.. & seriously it makes so much trouble for a defected charger that i got. Please give me solution.

                Moto m has given a new update and with this new update volte stop working. I m contacting with moto for 5 days but they still haven't give any updates. But today they are saying that u will not get any update for this problem. They asked me to go service center but there is no any service center nearer me. And i don't have money to go other places. They are not doing anything for my problem. I m completely depressed for 5 days because i m unable to make any calls but moto is not working on my problem.

                  I'm sajeev december 2017 i purchased moto x4 from flip card. On 06.03.2018 while charging time some smell came i suddenly off the switch and check my mobile then found that mobile highly heated and melt charging cable inside pin mobile side got melted and also mobile side mobile charging pin also melted.
                  Because of smell only i saved my life.
                  So i visited authorised service center in coimbatore, tamil nadu name and address is multiple mobile care, sree gokulam towers, no 306, 2nd floor, 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore, tamilnadu, india. They told me that this will not get any guarantee for replacement of damaged item then i ask how much for that. Then they told like they want to check mother board also and also said that i put my phone in water then charge.
                  This is the way to treat a customer, i saved my life do to lick only. Why i treat like this my phone is guarantee period. If didn't get justice i will complaint it in customer court. By luck only i save my life do to using your waist product.
                  I need a justice and replace the damaged item without single money.

                    I purchased my phone on[protected] moto-xt1804 4+64g gl. On 4th december 2017 it stopped working, it is used to get overhear while charging and gets switched off automatically. I submit to ipick solutions, - address: 115, shaheed bhagat singh marg, sector 4, gole market, new delhi, delhi 110001.
                    Now few days back again same thing happened to my hpone it usually gets overheated and gets switched off and turned itself. But this time it didot get turned on. I submit the set to the nearby centre - techocare solutions pvt ltd - cpt address:-wz-246-b/5, 1st floor, uttam nagar, delhi - 110059, opposite metro pillar no-657, near icici bank, they submit my cellphone nd make me wait there for 4 hours dated-03-march-2018 after long waiting they told me that some bad adhesive is used by ipick solutions on the cell phone due to which they are unable to open my cell phone and work upon it. Me and brother consistenly called customer care number but all vain. They submit the cell phone wiith them and told to collect the phone after few days, 2 days back lady called me from technocare soutions, uttam nagar branch mam some liquid went into your cellphone and its out of warranty you have to pay 14, 000 rs in order to get it repair, and you can come and pay the money else take your phone back we will not repair it. My brother went to the technocare solutions today and had a word with manager name rajat, he told me mam it is not your mistake it is the mistake of the ipick solutions team and we cannot help sorry.

                    My brother called customer care again no-[protected] and they told rajat and uttam ngar team to submit the phone again.

                    Its too frustrating there are playing with us, its there fault they ruined my handset and again and again changing their statement, they are playing blame game with us.

                      I amit kumar sharma got pathetic service from motorola service centre which is located at 8, Khairu Pl, Chowringhee North, Bow Barracks, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012. There is issue with my charger cable when I showed my phone and charger to them I got reply that my phone will be formatted and i need to pay money if physical damaged found.
                      Please clarify if a cable is faulty then why do we need to format the mobile depite of conveying the senario Mr Anirban was not able to understand and gave response rudely .This troubleshoot does make any sense .

                      Please help to get replacement of my charger cable.

                        I am use moto m android nougat mobile. Which is high heating in the use internet, or watch live tv, video, so, how to solvve this problem? Company take action quickly. Not take any action i was sign case in court to chit by company, moto m mobile service are not good every time system not responding on work. Third class company. Nokia is better than moto.

                          Dear sir

                          On 01.03.2018, all of a sudden, no incoming sound is observed from my motorola g5 plus handset, neither is the sound of key pad. I immediately went to the satyam mobile and computers service centre, at mp nagar, bhopal[protected], [protected]). The person on the desk who attended me, asked to leave the handset along with the bill after taking the necessary data backup. 2nd march being a holiday, i couldn’t drop my phone at the service center. However, the next day when i went to the service center and dropped of the handset with a copy of the bill, they refused to repair the handset stating that the handset might have dropped, hence it will not be covered under warranty. The handset is about 11 months old and it is quite possible that it might have dropped many months ago, but it worked just fine and did not sustain any damages. This time, all of a sudden the sound just stopped coming. So, it is abundantly clear that this is solely due to electrical breakdown, which is to be covered under your warranty clauses.

                          Presently all my five family members are using motorola mobiles. Recently i came across a battery problem with another handset which was out of warranty, i agreed to pay the required amount for the damages, but this time, when the handset is well within the warranty period, why is the service centre refusing to repair the handset? Such type of behavior is very disappointing, that too from such a repudiated company. I shall be highly obliged if you look into the matter and take the necessary steps. Purchase invoice, refusal letter by the service centre and a few photographs of the hand set are attached herewith

Again same charger and side key button not working. I have used only 15 gb from 64 gb is der then also mobile hanging and charging very slow in a hour it will charge 20 per only...                               Motorola always sucks.
                              They're making e series phones from scrap and cheaper chinese hardwares.

                              I have
                              E3 power, sometimes microphone not working for phone dialer apps, ie during phone calls, even speaker microphone not work.
                              Wired headset mic works during this problem most of the time of failures
                              But sometimes wired headset mic also not work for making calls.

                              But sometimes ott apps like whatsapp and jio 4gvoice applications work great
                              Voices are allowed through both microphone during this microphone failures.

                              The system gets normal after reboot.
                              All components starts workings normally.
                              Microphone works for phone dialer as well as ott apps etc.

                              Yours customer support is pathetic, for these devices.
                              The volte issues are solved in two consecutive updates. How two update for a singles issues.

                              My question is if it is hw issues, it must just stopped for every application use, not just phone calls only.

                              And why wired headset mic also stop s
                              It's all related to buggy software, and nothing else.

                              Hanging problem in mobile Moto g 5
                              I m using this mobile from aug 2017, 3 times i have visited motorola service centre and now its 4th time i m facing issue with charger
                              They have changed my motherboard and charger but again i m faing this issue.
                              My moto E3 power dropped down, since I took it to near by shop, the Show Room is not taking it under Warranty. It was working fine and one of the best mobile I have used till now. How much it would cost to replace the motherboard and get it work? They are saying, better you buy a new one.
                              Please let me know details ASAP.

                                Many thanks a lot for prompt action but this is update related issue and its final because from the morning i had off text vibration from the settings and my mobile working smoothly as earlier but problem is that my text vibration facility is gone from mobile so that i expect that resolve that problem soon by latest update because i am moto product lover and i also suggest near about 1500 peoples to buying for moto product.

                                  I have been Moto M. the nougat update was released and I updated my phone and since then, the person who calls me or whomever I call to cannot hear me properly. I have to talk very loud for them to hear. So i went to service center with this issue and they did factory reset and the issue was solved 3-4 days. After that, the same issue happens again. If this happens I have to switch off and switch on my phone everytime.For how long this issue continues? It's very troublesome to switch off and switch on each time I have to talk or get a call. Please take an action against this issue. Customers including me have already wait long for you to resolve this issue. The wait is over.

                                    My motorola g5s plus charger cable was stopped working suddenly and i came to service centre amd they told me that its is bend and we cant change as per compny norms though nothing happnd to cable i took one other charger and displayed to him and both are same there was no difference and then said we need some time to check and from outside i was seeing they are trying to damage it, when i complained about this they saod they will ask to manger whether to replace or not and day after thatbi called them they said it will be replace it will take 4-5 days and i came after 8 days and they are saying to me it is rejected we are not going to replace.

                                    I have bought Moto g(5s) plus. In December 2017. Within two months it is giving problems . Google play store is opening automatically at any time .
                                    I have just updated software. Which comes by company. After updating software this problem starts.
                                    So I kindly request you suggest me what should I do. As soon as possible

                                      I bought a moto g5splus phone in september 2017, its still in warranty period. The turbo charager of the phone stopped working in 4 months, i went to service centre to replace it but they refused by saying that the pins that connects to the phone have been broken/bent. I told its not my fault. They said its nobody's fault but we can't replace if they are broken. You need to pay rs. 600 for this.?

                                      Whats the point of warranty then?

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Thanks for your prompt response. In simple words, my phone charger which is still in warranty period, not working. The service centre told me that "since the charger pins of the cable that connects with the phone is broken hence we can't replace it but you can buy it from here for Rupees 600/-. Kindly let me know what should I do?

                                        Hi, i bought moto g5 plus mobile on 14th feb 18. There are so many issues in that mobile.
                                        1. While in video recording background noisy is more - no solution in google
                                        2. Headphone jack is not working properly. Received from moto only. Not able to cut the phone call through jack. Voice also cut automatically.
                                        3. Selfie stick is not working. While using google assist is open - no solution in google. So many complaints in google.
                                        4. Watsapp, mail unread/new msgs are not reflecting in their respective app.
