There are many things to say about this service center not in a good way but it is surely bad thing...
1) bad behavior towards customer
2) but they are good in acting as if they are well service providers
3) bad service
4) they say it is software problem for all other issue also
5) they make customer to wait and wait
6) slow service
7)*they are using social media like fb, whatsapp... Etc with out doing service *

Your service centre in wave city centre noida lost my sim and so incompetent that they can't even open my sim.
The receptionist there keeps playing cards on his pc .
Such lack of professionalism on part of Motorola .

As mentioned subject, I am not able to attached my device to the Bluetooth headset and does not play song on my car music system via cable. Plz kindly arrange update for the moto E3 power which is Motorola make.

    I have been a customer of motorola phones from long times. I have bought moto g 1st, second, third, moto e, moto c moto e4 plus etc.in 19 th september i bought one moto e4 plus phone for my friend. But within one month the display gone dead. So my friend visited moto service centre at guwahati (Bhangagarh) and it was repaired. Recently there arised the same problem and again my friend visited the same service centre on 28/12/1017. But this time they refused to repair it under warrenty. As per them the warrenty was void as the phone was opened. But the thing is the phone was opened by the same people earlier for repairs. But he deny it ans asked for rs 4000 to change the touch pad. It was ridiculous. Even a layman also know the nobody will open himself a mobile under warranty period.

    So i request you to confirm who is telling lie the service center personal or your company is making false assurance to customers.
    As a long time customer of motorola i suggest you to do the needful for the improvement the after sales service

      My moto e 4 + mobile folder got damaged & i was want to replace it with new one. On dated[protected] i submit my phone to moto care & they told me that after 7 working days your mobile folder will replace with new one. But still my problem doesn't solve.
      Many of time i called them for my problem but every time they just told that spares is not available it will take some more time.

      If they are not able to maintain spare then why they selling such types of mobile.

      I have a Motorola moto g5plus mobile...and i trying to do Miracast from my mobile to my smart TV that is sony bravia...bt i couldn't connect with my Tv ... whenever i go to cast option that always show that 'no near by device found' ...so plz fix this problem or bug...

        I regret my buying of motorola m phone. A very bad decision.

        In last december i bought motorola m and since july i am not able to use my phone beacuse o[censored]navailability of its spare parts.

        The motorola company has looted my hard earned money and now its not providing any solution.. A worst mobility company i have ever seen... I will register complaint in consumer forum and will make sure no body would buy motorola or lenovo phone as they provide zero services to their customers. They just know how to betray them.

          I had given my moto x play for repair on 21st December 2018, but till date not repaired, after calling them frequently they tell can't repair take back ur phone.
          I[censored] can't repair could have told 2 nd day itself but keeping phone for 8 days and charging money to check nd informing that can't repair.and wen u call them don't even bother to receive the call.

              I am writing this email on behalf of my wife.
              I had purchased e4+ on 26th nov 2017at best deal communication (D-216/2 shop no. D, central block dilshad garden delhi - 110095, when i reached my home i was facing network issue i had tried different network sim but problem is same, next day i was traveling out side delhi problem is same there with this cheap phone when i came back i went that mobile shop on 12th dec.17 he has taken back phone he said that will go service center i said ok he said come after 3days i reached after 4days he said again come after 3 days i was following these shop guys after a lot follow today 26 th dec. L received phone from that shop he said we did software updates at service center i said ok when i asked about job work sheet which one received from service center he said he has not given after all i humble request you motorola guys kindly change my phone or give me my money back. I am facing same problem now.

                I am facing the same issue with my moto g5 s plus. I have dust particles inside the lens of my rear camera. I don't want to open my phone. The phone is in warranty period. Kindly provide me with a solution for it. And if not possible provide with a replacement as it is a manufacturing defect. If no solution is provided soon i will be forced to take action against it!!

                  I have made a purchase of Moto E 4 Handset on 16.8.2017... and from then onward i am not at all satisfied with this handset as cause of excessive slow speed and only on few occasion did your handset functions normally else most of the times this rotten handset doesn't respond.

                  i tried to talk to the vendor for replacing the same, but has not received any positive feedback from them...

                  i personally have no faith in your company and will see to it that non of my known ever purchase any damn Motorola Handset.

                    My moto g5 plus is just two months old and the phone got off all of a sudden. Before i was facing charger issue and now the phone. So i took it to the authorised service centre at trivandrum (Dreams mobile, trivandrum) and they recommended for replacement of mother board, which they did. After getting the phone after replacement it was k in performance. But i did'nt notice a smudge like horizontal lining to the left corner of the screen which is more visible in white backgrounds. I even made a chat with your motorola support and all they could recommend was reset the handset. Let me ask you a simple basic question the phones motherboard was replaced and so the phone is eventually reset, then why give such lame advice. This was so unexpected of a brand like yours.

                    I was a sony product user and shifted to your brand trusting its a good one. And once when i experienced an issue for my sony phone they where ready to replace the phone for a new one. This is so unbecoming of a brand like yours as you could see from the purchase of your product i have been facing issues and within just two months of time we have this. Now i want to know what moto is ready to do for my situation at hand.

                      I had purchased a mototola m handset from an outlet in shillong. The handset was having issues in bluetooh and there was booting issues also. The purchase has been around 3 months. I had visited the retailee and described the issues in details. I was reffered to a service centre to get the handset checked. As i was made to understand that issues would be resolved after a software reset. The service centre returned the handset after a software reset but it did not resolve the issues. I had to go to the retailer again, and this time the handset was handed over to a different service centre. After 6 days i got a call to collect the handset which according to the service centre was repaired. The handset was switched on in presence of the service centre people and was still having the booting issue. I did not get the opportunity to check the bluetooh issue as the set did not boot at all.
                      Kindly takeup the matter with the concerned retsiler and resolve the issue at the earliest.
                      Further delay and lack of expertise in servicing may compel me to go to consuers forum.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I had purchase the product of bluetooth of your company, and now i am facing a problem with mic and i had visited to service center and all servicer center denies that they are not dealing with the repair of bluetooth.

                        I had also called few service center but no positive response received and same reply is given to me.

                        So this is a clear cheating with the customer who purchase the product by trusting your brand and after sale services, but dont accept such irresponsible response from your end.

                        Request you to look into the matter otherwise you force me to take step ahead in this matter.

                          This is again in the series of the complaints on the apathy of motorola india, which is cheating its customers wth poor quality devices and unattending, not responding to the complaints lidged in the consumer forum. This has led the customers to approach consumer forum for redressal f their grievance.
                          In my context, the moto x force failed in aug'17, when the instrument was purchased in may'17 thr amazon online.
                          The device was not handed over to me after carrying out repairs/replacement of spare parts.
                          Every time when i spoke to on line complaint system, the rsponse was the matter was escalated to higher ups and solution for the problem

                            I ordered moto g plus 4th gen xt1643 bearing

                            From amazon on 14th july 2016. Within a month from the date of purchase i started facing issues in the handset.
                            Issues were :
                            1) device automatically gets turn off frequently,
                            2) battery - battery started draining out fast,
                            3) torch/flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on.

                            For the same problem i submitted the mobile for service center total fifth times..
                            Two times motherboard changed and three times software updated but still problem persist...
                            Last time i am used the paid service also for the same problem for repair and still problem persist

                            I already filed the the complain against motorola in national consumer forum for the same problem in sep-2017 month
                            There is no reply from motorola company.. I request you sir please replace the mobile or refund the mobile amount to me for your defective piece.
                            I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                            When my phone was given to the authorised Motorola service centre Raipur near rajbandha maidan for repairing my phone display. They repair it but they exchanged my mobile sound key buttons with local sound key buttons which I realised after some days. Please stop them to do this kind of illegal activity so that this will never happen with others.

                              I purchased a motorola e4 plus on 09.11.2017. After 2 weeks 4g volte was not supporting hence i was not able to make any calls. I gave the phone to motorola service centre, trichy, tamilnadu on 28.11.2017. They said the mother board had to be replaced and took the phone in their custody. After few days when i called them they said that there is only hardware problem. Finally i got the phone today on 14.12.2017. But when i checked the phone in my residence i found the imei number is entirely different to that of the one i purchased. I don't know how to react to this. Feeling frustrated.

                                As my phone (Moto z play) screen got blank last night all of sudden so i have been to lenovo service center noida today and my phone screen was pretty well (Not broken) till the time i have given it to executive and executive asked me to wait outside for 10-15 mins so that they can check what can be done but once when i get back to them after 15 mins they told me your phone screen is broken and you haven’t told us and now they are telling me that this is done by me but how it is possible that i have given a phone with unbroken screen and getting back with a broken one with the conclusion that i am the reason behind everything.

                                  Here am vinay from warangal. Am using moto g4 plus from last few months. My charger is not working properly and some times its going to heat. When i went to moto care they said there is no problem and it's working. But i know what's happening they simply saying no problem and i have warranty on my mom bile and charger so will u resolve my issue as soon as early

                                  I purchased Moto E4 plus in the moth of July 17 after 4 month it stop working, when phone is on charger and after charging it will not on, I visited costumer service centre on 3dec and he said mother board need to replace and is chargeable ₹7350/- because ur phone is market opened.

                                    I brought my moto g turbo edition form flipkart on 18/06/2017 after 4 months i faced problem with my phone's display, i went to the sevice center 1st floor, jyoti cineplex, m. P nagar zone-1, bhopal, madhya pradesh 462011 and they denied to repair it even being in the warranty period and also misbehaved instead of repairing it. I did a mistake to buy moto phone and mere expectation of a customer is to get support regarding queries but behaviour of the people at the service center was very unfriendly.

                                      At first my moto z play started to heat while charging so I took it to moto service center and they told it was due to minor liquid damage but it was working fine so it was out of warranty than I took it home after few hours it got swollen and right side of screen started to come out a little bit and later it was showing blank screen so I took it to moto again and they told me it was a liquid damage to the motherboard and it is out of warranty. I admit I touched it with wet hands but the screen was already coming out. And now they are denying it.

                                        Hi i bought my phone 0n[protected] model moto g5 plus from amazon. I got some issue with my usb cable my phone was not able to change by my charger. I went to mototrola service center (Address-technotronics technologies204, 2nd floor, rajgor empire, near micromax center, ghatkoper west, 400086, mumbai, maharashtra) to raise a concern about the charger because my phone is in warranty. They check my phone and found that there is no issue with phone (Which i already mentioned) there were problem with usb cable only. They told me to exchange the usb they need to generate a code by updating a software of my phone, i asked them i will not leave my phone on service center just because o[censored]sb, they force me to took my phone over there. Next day when i got a call that your phone is ready i went to take my phone. I found phone was opend by service center team nad my speaker was not working. (As i already mentioned them not to do nay thing with my phone) still they opened and destroy it completly.
