Total service executives are protected their service centers if they did wrong service also, without invoice they did service and damaged my phone, but now they are asking for invoice, i lost my invoice like that i said before giving my mobile, but simply saying to their authority, not having of invoice,
Without invoice u damaged my mobile, now i gave complaint means no one is responding, without invoice why u took my mobile for service, at that time only u have to say, without invoice i won't do service like that u have to say, but simply damaged my mobile and asking for invoice.., worst motorola service centers are arranging for cheap rates and giving support for them, u bloody motorola services, useless service centers and useless authority and useless maintenance
In front of me only many people receiving mobiles and again asking about their physical damage of phone

Updated by Amruthkumarm I received call from [protected] they said that we are calling from motorola service like that they said, they asked my debit card number and asked for otp and debited from my account balance, i asked for why otp is required, they said otp is required to refund ur amount like that they are said, i said otp, they debited my amount, i called to that number but they are again send a otp, i am ignoring now..,
Please refund my money back..,
