Hi i bought my phone 0n[protected] model moto g5 plus from amazon. I got some issue with my usb cable my phone was not able to change by my charger. I went to mototrola service center (Address-technotronics technologies204, 2nd floor, rajgor empire, near micromax center, ghatkoper west, 400086, mumbai, maharashtra) to raise a concern about the charger because my phone is in warranty. They check my phone and found that there is no issue with phone (Which i already mentioned) there were problem with usb cable only. They told me to exchange the usb they need to generate a code by updating a software of my phone, i asked them i will not leave my phone on service center just because o[censored]sb, they force me to took my phone over there. Next day when i got a call that your phone is ready i went to take my phone. I found phone was opend by service center team nad my speaker was not working. (As i already mentioned them not to do nay thing with my phone) still they opened and destroy it completly.
