Yesterday my head set was replaced by the service center and i just opened that and found it to be the damaged piece which was getting disconnected in a matter of seconds. I have come to know that motorola is providing the worst service to the customer ever. I was back of the same issue since a week. I would also provide the address for you

    I MANISH GROVER bought a Moto g5 plus on10/8/17 from Flipkart, as I have a joint family so there are more than 15 Moto phones in our family so I trust a lot on Moto phones but this time my Moto phone g5 plus had a problem of charging since from the beginning it shows full in 15 mins & get drowned in another 15 mins. I was not able to go to the service centre due to the shortage of time but when I visited Rohini sector-3 service centre in March they kept the phone for 12 days & get it repaired, when I received the phone I noticed there is a problem with speaker in phone I was not able to talk on speaker phone after some days on 26/03/18I again deposited the phone in service centre but they are not able to repair my phone till date I have talked to service centre head Mr. Rana([protected]) several times but he is not able to fulfill his promises now he has stopped attending my calls & started ignoring me, the people in your service centre refused to give me any mailing id regarding complaints, I have taken it from the Google. It has been 8months to my phone & in that 8 months 2 months in service centre now I am very much frustrated there is some manufacturing defect in my phone please replace it immediately with a new phone otherwise I will have to go consumer forum .

      I purchased 2 motorola g4 plus phones and had issues with one of them. The company did send a replacement with no questions asked. Well now that piece of crap does not work and they never said the replacement phone warranty runs out when the orig. Does. Rma[protected]
      Had motorola phones since the 90's i am switching to another brand if this is not resolved. I cannot believe they will not stand behind there product or at least let you know your replacement is not covered, also why wouldn't someone explain this and offer an extended warranty.
      All i am asking is to have my phone fixed.

        Motorola xt1643 was given 2nd time for warranty repair on 11.04.2018 in dehradun (248001) service center.
        Job sheet no. Is srrke[protected].
        I was asked to collect in 4-5 days. But for three days i am phoning to center ([protected]) to know the status of phone. But the reply is that they are searching this phone.
        It is not possible for me to wait indefinitely. I want my repairs / new mobile immediately.

          I buy two moto g4 plus and one of them facing some issues with shadow problem and ghost chaging i. E. Automatic working of screen while charging. I submit my phone at bikaner service centre after one month i receive my phone tgey chang display of it and then the problem is same then i change my display from ganganagar service centre but the issue is same after tge repair from bikaner i got an issue with front camera is full of dust i file a case against it. But now my second camera is facing a problem of shadow problem give me solution for that their is no solution by changing the display.

            I brought motog4 8months back and experiencing an amazing service..net is amazing slow. Also mick and speaker not working. First time service centre in pimpri pune resolved an issue.. What an amazing people... Within an hour again same issue.. Battery also get amazingly hot on which we can cook teasty dosa.. My mobile number is [protected]... I know raising this complaint with you is waste of time.. Moreover i got to know another rool.. If your service station unable to resolve the issue in one go and we do it in private service station then my warranty of phone will be finished... Then why your people can't solve issue in single visit... Why customer pay 14000 and suffer.. Not sure why i am wasting my time... I really thankful to moto.. Lenovo for this amazing product and people... I know in this country there is no value for common people's complaint.. There is value only for commercial customers..

                I purchased a mobile before around 6-7 month and after one month is showing problem like automatic work without pressing any thing. Then they change the display and it's works properly. But now after 6 month same problem start again and they now said that phone have dent and we are not able to do it. They click the photo of phone and said if approve from our company then they do this. Now i am planning to file a case against company because phone have no dent and there reason for denying is not valid.                   I bought this moto g5s plus phone on 16th of march. Not even a month has passed and i am facing too many problems.
                  With this new set, if one has to face a lot many problems then it's a serious issue right. Please do look into it. I want my set replaced because daily something or the other problem occurs in this new mobile being bought a few day ago, as i mentioned above.
                  Vibrations occur without reason, the phone hangs a lot, malfunctioning in charging, keyboard hangs while typing, it keeps on vibrating then goes of to sleep mode, when it's switched on again vibration keep on occuring within intervals. I cannot tolerate such type of malfunctioning in my new set.

                    I had given my moto g4 plus for repair as the charging was not happening. They called me and told that they are replacing the charging point as it's damaged. Later, when I went to collect it they told that they have done the soldering and the issue is fixed. Later when I put my sim, the sim was not getting detected. So they again asked me to leave the mobile so that they can check the software issue. After a day, they called me telling phone is ready. When I went to take delivery, they say that I have given my phone elsewhere for service and motherboard is damaged, so they can't fix the charging issue.
                    It's ridiculous to hear such thing when it's my new phone bought 1.5 yrs back and that was the first time I have given for service.
                    They have spoiled the phone and blame it back on us. Worst service center.. worst customer service

                        I am from bhadrak odisha,
                        I own a motorola g5s and i bought it before 3-4 months.
                        But due to some problem the camera stopped working so i went to the service centre which is in nayabazaar bhadrak...
                        They kept my phone for 4 days and returned me by giving a worst reason i told ok no problem but the condition was so worst that the display was no fixed properly the sim slot was not there and the flash light was not working... And now when i am telling them to fix my problem... Reply from them is... We are not responsible for this we don't know about this...
                        So it's my humble request to solve my problem.. Otherwose i will file a case against them...

                            Hi Team,

                            I have bought a Motorola Moto G5 Plus mobile (IMEI1: [protected]) on 27th Oct 2017. After using for about 2 month I started getting issue
                            (Mobile started getting off very frequently on its own). Then I have given
                            the mobile to authorized lenovo service center located in Payyanur, Kerala (Blue star Communication) on 31/Jan/2018. They have done all the initial test (taken about 1 hour) and raised the job. They initially confirmed that it
                            is because of the software upgrade issue, but again I started getting the
                            same issue, hence I have again given the mobile to service center in
                            payyanur, Kerala on 7th Feb 2018. Then they have changed the battery and did again some software upgrade and confirmed that issue is with motherboard and it needs to be changed and they cannot order the motherboard as all the new motherboard booking is frozen for the service centre coming under calicut and asked me to take to Bangalore or Calicut and returned the mobile to mewith inwarranty status ( (got mobile back on 16th Feb 2018 - it was 9 days with them)

                            As the Bangalore is where I am working I took my mobile to Bangalore and
                            given to the service centre located in Indiranagar on 21st Feb. They have
                            done all the initial test (Taken about 1 hour again) and raised the job
                            with warranty status as inwarranty. But later after 3 hour they called me
                            and said touch pad is broken, hence it wont come under warranty and I need
                            to pay the entire amount.

                            I kept the mobile with the service centre in Bangalore itself and raised an escalation with the motorola team and Team has raised a complaint (Incident:[protected] and confirmed that they will get back to you and after some days I got the call from the team in Motorola service team in Calicut, Kerala and they have confirmed the mobile will be repaired very soon but nothing happened. But on every week I recieve mail from the motorola customer care stating that they are following up with the team and it will be resolved soon. On 20th of March again I got a call from Motorola service centre Calicut and confirmed that the mobile will be repaired at free of cost and just waiting for approval from service centre state head (Mr Manikandan) but nothing has happened till this time. I even contacted the service centre state head and he said it will be done very soon but again nothing happened. This is been pending for more than 3 months.

                            I would like to get my mobile repaired soon as it is falling under the warranty period.

                              I took it to the service centre and they said that it will cost around rs.1209, they told that my phone's jack is damaged. The service centre analyst informed me that company do not provide warranty on jack and it is true the company will not provide a jack.
                              As moto is a trusted and a good brand, hence i bought your phone but the service centre people are taking extra charge even when my phone is under warranty and they are not cooperating at all.

                              My phone's warranty will get break on 28 march 2018.

                              Hence i request you to please consider it on priority otherwise my warranty will be break.

                              After 1 week ago i m submit my mobile in Moto service center in durgapur.today I have a received mobile but I get a fingerprint sensor problem but they are say it is not under warranty because mobline front housing scratch.

                                I have come to replace the outer power button, they are charging 658 inr. I felt it as very expensive service just to replace a tiny outer power button in 2 mins. The total 658 inr includes 450 + 90 rs service charge where the power button cost is just 108 + 18.72 service chrge.. Please look into this. I felt like highly overcharged. Please make this issue to reach the department who can take the appropriate action.

                                  In my moto g5 plus mic is not working. I am visited the service center at 5/03/2018. He told to me this cause by liquid problem and this not covered warranty and it's repair cost is rs.3800.in my job sheet he mentioned return time 14/03/2018. But after 21/03/2018 he told the problem is affected in board. So we need to change the board and cost is rs.6800. After 20 days he told like this. But i am unsure why moto behave like this. I not felt my into water, think this is not a liquid problem. The service center also not responded and pick up my calls. Moto must provide the warranty into this service.

                                  I have complaint against to moto customer care. This is my complaint no.[protected]. My case has escalated before 3 weeks, and i am also contacted regularly to customer care. I got the response for last 7 days from moto like "Our senior Representative contacted today". But i am didn't get any single response from moto side and also my complaint status. I thought moto has cheated to customer. This is irregular response. Because i have surrender my mobile into service center last 45 days. I am very very disappointed this poor service. Next i am going to file case for against moto company for fake response and not action my complaint for last 3 weeks.

                                    Mera mobile mobile phone network net problem bani thi kaafi time se jub maine service centre par dikhaya Tu service centre Walo Ko Kehna Hai Ki mobile Ander se damage hai Jamuna Prasad service centre Colaba Kahin Nikal Gaya Hai To problem kahan se aa sakti hai nahi toh mobile Kahin gira hai. Mobile ke upar scratch nahi hai. Mobile guarantee Mai hone ke Karan mobile ka service centre per Dekhaya Hai.

                                    As u have established ur all leading features comparing mi a1..Why can't u give the phone a good battery backup.. while using it's ok..
                                    Phone dries it's charge while in standby...
                                    Please do any remedy..or give me any idea..
                                    I thought of buying Moto..because of its brand..
                                    But u are wasting ur brand name..

                                      I purchase mobile moto - c (Imei no [protected]) on 10.12.2017 from flip-kart od[protected] bill to shahistha thakreem vp. As sudden mobile not working, immediate i went service m/s digital communication pondy bazaar chennai. Service technique said mobile was dead due water inside after service mobile not work, better buy new one, i came to under stand free service or not interest to give service. I am very upset, i hand over mobile to digital communication (Donate)

                                      Iam getting continous hang from moto M which is not expected from MOTO.and battery back up also has go down.

                                        I bought the phone 5 month ago.. At starting it had no problems... But after then no. Of problem started to occur... Like :-
                                        1) dust particle inside camera lens
                                        2) after long use gohst screen appears
                                        3) low battery backup
                                        4) after removing from charger percentage of battery remain fix and after restart it start to fall very quickly.

                                        For first two problems, i visited the service centre after few month of purchase and ask them to sort it out... But they only cleaned the dust from lens, doesn't make any permanent fix for the problem. And the ghost screen still appears.

                                        I trusted motorola and bought its phone, because i thought that its phone are worthable and has no problem and if problem occur they will try to fix it.

                                        But now the term 'trust' seems to be a myth.

                                        Please do something...

                                        This is Nidhi Masih, I bought Moto g5 s plus phone in December 2017 but now it's camera quality has decreased and the lens are having dust in them.. camera is showing faded colours. I will be obliged if you suggest me any solution.
