Dear sir,
I submit my mobile repairing your service center vashi telcom - pts my problem only on off switch but your staff suggest to me change your charging connector and battery, (2200 rs. Charges) after one day on call me your engineer my mobile display dead (5300 rs. Charges), but not solve your engineer my mobile again after two days call your engineer your mobile mother board is dead (11000).
Sir its not my mistake my mobile problem only on-off switch. I agreed 2200 rs but your enginer today demand me 11000 why me pay? Please solve above matter

    My new moto z2 force has issues and its been 10 days since i submitted to device to moto service centre in marathalli.
    Its been 10 days and still the device is not ready citing motherboard issues.
    I have raised a complaint escalating this with moto service team and they are yet to take any action.
    It is highly disappointing that a high end new phone is in this condition.

    I have requested for a replacement handset multiple times, but the service centre insist on replacing parts & mother board.

    This absolutely makes no sense replacing parts of a new phone.
    Is this the quality and customer service moto provides?

    The moto customer call centre people do not take our calls seriously and keep repeating the same sentences for everything. Just repeating the job card description and not even escalating the matter to higher level teams.

    I really want a replacement phone (Moto z2 force)
    I will go to the consumer court if it needs to be.
    This is our hard earned money. Poor quality and poor service is not tolerable.

      I have been motorola user since last 2 years and i am using moto g+. When i had a complain with my mobile and new accessories bought from your so called authorized service center at madurai. I was irritated by their handling of customers and they talk rudely and if i am inquiring about the service and what is the problem with my phone. Recently i bought a charge from your authorized service center at madurai, tamilnadu. During the purchase he/she said that if any complain raised from this new charger please come here. After 1 month the charger become dead, i gone there form my native for the soul purpose of finding error with my newly bought charger. I asked them to favor me another charger in change of this faulty charger. For that the service center employees aren't polite for me and i hope this happens with other customers. I personally feel i am not suggesting my friends or others to buy moto phones only because of the bad service center management that i have gone through. This is not my first instance with this center to raise complaint to you and this is around my 3rd visit there. Yet they haven't responded me promptly.

      I request the motorola service authorities do the need full because this will not give good review about your services providing nature.

        Hi,
        I bought moto g5s plus in dec'17 and until yesterday i haven't experienced any problems with my phone including charging related.
        But from yesterday my phone is not getting charged while the mobile is switched on and when i power it off and charge it using the original turbo charger the existing battery charge is getting drained of sometimes and other times it's taking nearly 3-4 hrs to charge at least 10%.
        Kindly provide necessary solution to rectify the same at the earliest.

          I gave motog5plus for repair in bangalore ("rajajinagarbranch") regarding signal receiving problem at that time only jiosim not working. After sevice they returned mobile from that time no sims are working. My imei no is [protected]they reply that we are unable to do. I spent 5hours for that work. But there is no use for spending. Now i am unable to use that phone."then what is the purpose of keeping service center". Provide solution as soon as possible.

            I have purchased motog5s plus on 7th of april 2018.
            The charger was working fine initially. Then it started giving message as 10 hrs to charge the mobile battery fully and now it is not working at all.
            Kindly help me with this.
            Apart from the charger issues, the battery of the drains too fast.
            I have to keep it for charging almost for the entire day & even after that the phone is getting switched off every night.

              I bought motorola's moto e3 power android smartphone online and functioning properly till last month. During a journey i found the power button of the phone lost and approached the authorised service centres for getting another piece of power button. The service centre personnel told me that, the company is now not providing them with this component. Under this situation i have no other option except to discard the phone altogether for just want of a piece of small component. The phone has no other issues but i am not able to use it without power button. I think the company has moral and legal responsibility to replace any component of the phone.
              Therefore i request the company to make available the lost part, otherwise compensate me by providing a new phone.

                I have submitted my mobile with ghost touching issue on 30.03.2018. My phone is in out of warranty state.

                After 2-3 days when they returned the mobile, I didn't even left the service center it has started restarting automatically over and over. They took the phone again. Next time when I received it, this time the mobile was having ghost image issue with it. Again they repaired it. This time the phone is having display lines, I can't even use the phone any more.

                Now they claim that my phone has the mother board issue from starting. while it doesn't have any such issue before I submitted the phone to them.

                And they only claim (verbally) that while reassembling the mobile parts it can happen issue with motherboard. - Which clearly states that service center is the one who is responsible for new ghost image, display lines issues.

                They harassed me for one month (30.04.2018 - 24.05.2018) and now THEY JUST RETURNED THE PHONE BACK IN MUSH MORE WORSE STATE.

                Moreover behavior of the service folks are really bad. They are really rude and unprofessional.

                  I have bought a moto g4 plus in April 2017, in the month of January i got severe battery draining issue. at the Beginning it used to get completely charged with in one hour. now its very slow its taking more than 2 hours. some times 4 hours too.in January i went to the motorola customer service regarding this problem. They simply rebooted and gave. the problem was solved temporarily but now i am again facing the same issue. i dont even use lots of applications in my mobile. even though battery is drastically draining.

                  Moto e4 plus is getting hang and not able to power off also. I will not be able to use the mobile for more than 30 mins after that it will become normal

                    I have a moto c plus mobile which i bought on dec 2017, after few months i was facing issue with the sim slot, one of the sim slots was not working. They said that you have to change the sim and bring a new sim, so we did that also but still the issue remains the same, then i told them to keep the mobile with them under observation, so they kept the mobile for some days and then repaired the same saying that they have changed the motherboard, after few days the mobile was not charging then again we went to the service center and they repaired the mobile then it worked. But the real issue is when i face the same no charging issue after 5-7 days, but when i went there they said that this mobile will not be covered under warranty as this was tempered else where when i had a chat with the manager they said that we must have broken the charging port. But to the best of my knowledge i haven't taken the mobile to other local shop as my mobile is under warranty.
                    Can u please look into the issue asap

                      I had given my mobile moto z play which imei no. Is [protected] for display replacement before a month ago at moto service centre junagadh. Its charge 6200 rupees. But the display blow up within a month and also facing two more problems like speaker was deteriorate and dust was coming inside the screen. Now, i have given this mobile phone moto z play further to moto service station-junagadh before a week ago for change speaker and for other problems. They told me that they will compete my mobile solution within 48 hours. But still after a week they didn't do anything yet.

                      I am very unhappy with service provided by moto service centre junagadh. My mobile phone is exploited after replacing display at junagadh service centre. Please do needful urgently.

                        As my earphones was not working, i went to the authorized motorola service centre in kannur, kerala. They said i need to submit my phone with the earphones for a replacement. And as the back of my phone is cracked they said they can't replace my earphones. Why should i submit my phone for replacing the earphones? And what is the connection between a cracked back glass and the earphone? It's a wrong kind of company policy. Either they should find a solution or change their company policy. If this is their policy then their products and their warranty policy is bad.

                          I am using motorola and very happy with product.
                          I don't know what happened to me last sunday i thought to buy moto z2 force looks awesome i show on motorola india site it comes with power charger mod
                          And i bought from flipkart online date 13-5-18
                          I got delivery on 15-5-18
                          I open the box... Photo e looks really awesome but there was no power charger mod
                          I disappointed
                          I called motorola customer care they told
                          Sorry sir it was promo offer we don't give mod anymore.
                          My question is if you stop giving than why you still have such information on official website this is misguiding customers
                          Very poor from motorola. Never expected from motorola such things.
                          After that i started using moto z2 force
                          All of sudden today afternoon dated 19-5-18
                          Phone hangs and shutdown after that i try to restart but didn't work out i try to charge thought battery is finished but after putting on charging no signals.
                          Disappointed again with motorola.
                          This is the same motorola who use to make legend phones like razr or rokr???
                          It hurts after spending hard earn money
                          And in just few days phone dies.
                          I try to refund my money but flipkart don't have refund options
                          Only replacements.
                          I am so disappointed with this product that i don't want to buy motorola anymore
                          I lost trust on brand.

                            I bought a moto x4 in december and my ear phones were not working so i wanted a replacement and went to the moto service centre. They have taken my headphones and my phone as well for 2 days and returned back the phone and asked me to come after 2 days to pick up headset! 12/02/2018 i have submitted my phone and headset!

                            They still haven't replaced it! They kept telling me to come next week and today when i ask them strictly they say i again have to submit the phone! And not just that from february till date they kept postponing and made me wander around their service centre! I request immediate action over this.

                              I buy a new moto e4 plus with warranty.
                              But the mobile has problem of restarting automatically (Software problem).
                              I went to the moto authorised service center tirur named icon technologies, this is about 3 days they are not repaired the mobile. I need the mobile why they are showing ir-responsibilities. They are not giving me correct solution they saying that they don't get reply from their head. I need to get my mobile urgently otherwise i will repair it without warranty. This is so bad about moto company and their services. Very bad service of moto.

                                I purchased Moto G5S plus mobile in September 2017. Now it's just 9 months but the battery power is getting drained very quickly as well it takes an hour or two to charge to 100%. worst experience ever.. Phone is getting hanged frequently.

                                I have attached the screenshot of the product which shows phone will get charged in mins and also the screenshot which shows it would take 2 hours to charge the phone today..

                                Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest.

                                  I purchased the phone and within a few months the power button switch was almost falling off.

                                  On 22.06.17, i approached the service centre at irla, mumbai and they said the part is not under warranty. Due to a hurry to bring the phone back to a working state as my work was being disrupted i paid an amount 420 to get it replaced. The invoice number of the same is m2m-/16-17/ 1783

                                  I am facing the same issue currently. I do not want to approach the service centre to be given the same answer that this happens due to overuse of the phone. It is completely illogical that the entire phone is in perfect condition but that switch is almost going to fall off due to use. Why build a phone that cant even survive basic usage?
                                  I am extremely upset and agitated as the same problem is resurfacing again.
                                  I request a free repair of the part.

                                  I would be ready to furnish the invoice, bill and any other details required for the same.

                                    I bought this headphone last year..after few months it started having some issues.This product has 1 year of warranty so i tried going to Motorola service centers but everywhere they told me that they provide service for mobile phones only.When I contacted customer care they gave me an email I'd assist.shyamtelecom.com.I sent several emails but nobody replied.i called their number they told me they don't provide the service.my Bluetooth headphone was of rs 4k around and I am stuck with it... Customer care should support all products not only mobile phones ...if they can't provide support why are they manufacturing so many things.

                                      Dear mr akhil,

                                      After two month, i am getting free so that reached at authorized motorola service center with handset for below issue.

                                      My feedback,

                                      The behavior of the staff is very uncomfortable.

                                      Knowledge of technical guys are also poor (Even they don't know about ip protection, water splashes etc...

                                      They take my mobile from me and formatted whole phone and after that they told me please check your problem solve, after checking i told them problem is still continue, so that they again take mobile and open out whole phone for 1 hrs and tell me that problem is now solved (Told me soldering done) and again i had check but problem was still continue...

                                      They again told me that we have to replaced its vibration motor so that u have to put down this piece here for a 10 days.

                                      I told him that 10 days i cant leave without mobile as i am very busy person, either you give, me alternate price for calling or you can call me whenever you received vibration motor, i will immediately take a leave and reached to you at your service center.

                                      But they denied me that that can not possible that we are calling you after getting vibration motor of mobile.

                                      Sir, i am asking you is is motorola service center? Why i had purchased moto products because i can getting easy facility/prompt action in comparison of other local brand mobile during any emergency

                                      I had spent 17000 bucks for moto mobile but company cant maintained spare parts stoke of rs 50 (Vibration motor)

                                      They peoples dont understand premium customers problem (I am doing job so that very difficult to take leave and reached at service center (Cost of my one day leave + transportation = rs 2500) who will give me?).

                                      Very disappointed matter was that mobile is getting hang after open out and also heating so much, what they do i dont know but they not solved my problem and give me two new problem as a gift.

                                      Sir, please help me in this regards so as my warrantee will be finished on 23-may-2018.

                                      I am moto product's lover from the childhood but now i am getting very upset with the same.

                                        An unit handset weo7900 was purchased on 20.02.17. (Bill enclosed),
                                        After a period of only 3 months charger (Adaptor) became out of order (Non functional) so ur service center at gwalior lenovo service center - m/s hello enterprises shop no 1, hotel saya arcade, near railway station, gwalior contacted on 27.05.2017 at 12:19:55 and as advised by them adaptor (Product model xt1663) which wasunder warranty, delivered to them under their acknowledgement soin[protected] (Copy of receipt enclosed).

                                        I regret to inform that in spite of several phone calls on given number (Not attended a single by ser cent), no response is given and after (App 3-4 months) one day when personal contact made, they told that company has withdrawn sevices from this center, and ur item has not received from co, so they are not resposible and unable to do any thing, even any contact no/mail id or adress not given by them, and pressurized to purchase another unit of other co from them.
                                        You are, therefore, requested to do needful in the matter and send me fresh adaptor, which was under warranty,
