Hello team,

I am using moto g2 from december 2014 but recently i. E from 1month had an issue with the battery, where it was draining from 100% to 0% suddenly while using the internet, gaming or making a call. Which i thought of due to app updating, so i had updated my phone made factory resetting it but still the issue has not resolved. So kindly respond and help me with resolving it

    Greetings.

    I have purchased MOTO E4 PLUS 4G - MOTOROLA from The Chennai Mobiles 113/114, 100 Feet Rd, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu on 27.01.2018 at 1.00 p.m.

    But unfortunately, it was hanged on the same date.

    I have returned the mobile at the same center on 28.01.2018 at 10.30 a.m. The customer support team said, that they hadn't updated the authenticated software before being delivered.

    Again on 29.01.2018, they claimed that its internal fault. I dunno whats wrong with it.

      Hi,

      I have bought motorola phone online and its warranty expire on[protected].

      In last 2 month i has submitted my phone to the service center 3 time for the same issue (Ringer not working) last time i had submitted phone on[protected] and still i am waiting for revert and service center staff said parts ordered not received and it will takes 4 to 5 days more, but on[protected] my warranty will expire and almost 1 month my phone has been kept at service center.

      So, kindly revert with reasonable resolution and do needful.

        Dear sir/ madam

        I am getting a problem of second sim not deducting. I went on 19th january to the marathalli bengaluru motorola service center before my warranty completed date 21st january. I went the reasons for the second slot sim not deducting and no other issues are there. But they took 2 hours to repair. And they updated the software then it shown signal at that time. I lost my internal data, now the issue very next day again same problem occurred. I called to that moto center. They told once you again you come and it wont cover under warranty. The service center is 3hours away from mine. I thought to go this week off and complaint, but now the problem yesterday onwards my mobile battery going down fast. Directly 90% to 60% its dropping. I am really facing too much problem from last one week with this moto g4. I am feeling upset with moto and motorola service center. Now this mobile became use less with only one year normal usage. Please help me in this issue.

            Whenever i make a snap or record snapchat video the audio will always gets burst. I tried it many times but every time the audio gets bursts. I also tried by recording video normally by camera then the audio will appear normal and in good quality but whenever i tried recording video on snapchat the audio always burst why is it so?... Please help me out of this...

              Dew to very slow charging, they said to change charging jack and charged 3800 rs And i paid that whole ammount. after receiving time i got hanging problem nd automatic turn on -turn off problem when switching from sim 1 to 2. and radio was also not working. they cant able to dignose my problem nd took day by day so long.i dont know why they are responsing like that.i m frustated by the procedure nd service of moto service center. i am very tensed about this.

                Recently my g4plus got some issues so i went to the repair centr which have your company name as authorised mobile repair. He did a software on my phone after that the network went of both slots as well the charging stoped. On further enquiries he said to go and do a software setting at moto service. I went there and told them all that happned they refused to accept and said we can't as i did software from outside. But i told them that shop have your company name and displayed as moto service and they said they are not authorised. My question is simple as a costumer i see your company name as reliable but how would i believe now how your company name is been used so openly as not legal service centres even the authorised centers knows about that still no action.

                  I gave my moto x for repair on 12th january 2018. The company assured me a free pick up from some private dealer with the name gadgetwood eservices pvt. Ltd. (Yaantra) having website www.yantra.com. my request id is 103557. They assured me that the mobile will be repaired within 2-3 days. But they have not delivered my phone till today i. E. 17.01.2018. They are not telling a correct status of my mobile. They are only telling that the status is in progress.
                  I want the correct status of my phone and want my phone to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir/ madam,
                    I had purchased moto g5 around a month back. Till yesterday i was quite satisfied with the overall performance of phone, but when i opted to see movie which i downloaded. I plugged in the earphone and started watching, but within few seconds the volume dropped and dnd was automatically active. I tried to watch several times but could not succeed. When i searched on google it seems that as per them its issue of software of lollipop which is not yet updated in moto g5.
                    Can you please provide permanent solution for this small issue. Because you should be able to watch/listen the movies by putting any brand of earphone.
                    I think you will definitely provide the solution as this is just a minor issue for such a reputed company.

                      I have moto g3 mobile, from[protected] mobile have mic issue, so they repair and give me on[protected] and they charges rupees 850. But next day when i checked my mobile the same issue will repeat so from that day to today they are giving me several dates by telling they have no mic left in stock.
                      They are giving 4 jobsheet.
                      But today when i angry on them they tell it's a mother board issue!! I have to change mother board not mic.
                      Plz take action against the service center (Maa santoshi enterprise) at sambalpur.

                        I bought a moto g5s plus 4gb ram, 64gb blush golden, in september 2017, and now in just 4 months it starts showing problems like
                        1. Restarts itself automatically
                        2. The turbocharging won't work now, i have to charge it for 6 to 7 hours to get fully charged.
                        3. The touch doesn't work something oftenly.
                        It feels like i made mistake by buying moto cellphone.

                          Myself living in coimbatore and i have moto e mobile phone purchased about two years back and last week suddenly sim was not recognised. I changed sim port still the problem persisted and also battery power was draining rapidly. I located your sercive centre in r. S. Puram, coimbatore where they collected my mobile and they will check and inform. When i contacted them the next day they collected rs.100 and told the mobile is irepairable as the ic is out. Only solution is i have to get a new mobile.
                          Based on one of my friend's advice i located aprivate service centre just half a kilometre from your service centre and they repaired the phone in just two hours and charged rs600. My phone is now working all right back to the original condition.
                          I am shocked with the approach and attitude of your service centre which promotes only use of new phones. My suggestion is betteer you can close your service centres if this is your objective.

                            I purchase moto g5 plus 2 months back, &
                            2 days back system updated message is came around early morning 6.30 i click that message n updated, after that in mobile, network signals are not coming, i can't call to any body, & i can't receive calls, what should i do, kindly suggest the solution.

                              On 02/06/2017 i bought a moto m (Silver, 64 gb) on invoice date:[protected], having [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected]] mobile phone from you via flipkart having order id: od[protected]. I have discovered that the phone has the following problems
                              1. Switch off / on itself.
                              2. Charging /issues
                              3. Lining in display
                              4. Software issues
                              5. Battery discharged from 100% to 20% itself after restart.
                              I have complained all these problems in your service centre three times.
                              1st time, on 2nd jan, 2018 - only software has been updated and returned to me.
                              2nd time, on 3rd jan, 2018 - some parts has been changed and returned to me. But my problems not solved so i resubmitted o 6th, i have my job card also for the same.
                              3rd time, on 6th jan, 2018 - phone submitted & phone is still in service centre only.
                              When i spoke to the manager, i have been told to take phone with older version of software, my phone doesn’t support new phone.
                              But i am not satisfied with his reply so have to write & inform it to you.
                              The [consumer rights act 2015/ sale of goods act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
                              As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone (Repaired/replaced or refunded) and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.
                              I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                                I went to them as charger wasn't working. They checked my invoice and asked me to submit my phone and charger both. I waited there for 40 mins. One of the other girls then called my name and said they won't accept the invoice I have provided and asked to provide a new one.

                                1. It is submitted that my mobile display is dead and on approaching service center and customer care they said that their is a internally damage in the display.
                                2. I failed to understand that without any external damage how can an internal damage in the mobile occur. I have handled many motorola mobiles earlier and i know to handle and look after the product very well. It is also supposed to be rugged in comparison to many other mobiles.
                                3.in view of the above it is requested that early action be taken to repair / replace my mobile under guarantee.

                                  Now it's almost 6 months from the day i bought moto m. After 5 months the charger got damaged. As i m living in a place where service center of moto m is not available.. So i have to wait to go my hometown. After some days the phone also got damaged nd it was not working. I gave it in service center.. They told some circuits have been damaged due to water (Not known by me) which cost me almost 2000 even the phone was in warranty period.. And it's not over yet they did not replaced the charger.. They told the charger can't be replaced unless nd until the phone is working. According to staffs they told it will take 2-3 days to repair... After 6 days the warranty of charger was going to finish. And now it's been 15 days... Neither the phone is repaired nor the charger is replaced... What kind of service they are providing i don't know... It's really not worth to buy a moto phones nd the service centers are more worst... When i called them they told u can take your phone... So i asked them if the phone is not working then what will i do with that box... Atleast repair the phone in time... I will never recommend anyone to buy this model...

                                    4 months ago i give my phone to service center for during charging phone screen blink. Regarding this issue service center change my phones motherboard, screen, 4 to 5 times change my phones software but still problem is same and not solve and know my phone is out of warranty what i do now. And problem is manufacturing defect from your side... And one more thing from 6-7 months they don't have power bottom to change it.

                                      There are many things to say about this service center not in a good way but it is surely bad thing...
                                      1) bad behavior towards customer
                                      2) but they are good in acting as if they are well service providers
                                      3) bad service
                                      4) they say it is software problem for all other issue also
                                      5) they make customer to wait and wait
                                      6) slow service
                                      7)*they are using social media like fb, whatsapp... Etc with out doing service *

                                      Your service centre in wave city centre noida lost my sim and so incompetent that they can't even open my sim.
                                      The receptionist there keeps playing cards on his pc .
                                      Such lack of professionalism on part of Motorola .

                                      As mentioned subject, I am not able to attached my device to the Bluetooth headset and does not play song on my car music system via cable. Plz kindly arrange update for the moto E3 power which is Motorola make.
