Dear mr akhil,

After two month, i am getting free so that reached at authorized motorola service center with handset for below issue.

My feedback,

The behavior of the staff is very uncomfortable.

Knowledge of technical guys are also poor (Even they don't know about ip protection, water splashes etc...

They take my mobile from me and formatted whole phone and after that they told me please check your problem solve, after checking i told them problem is still continue, so that they again take mobile and open out whole phone for 1 hrs and tell me that problem is now solved (Told me soldering done) and again i had check but problem was still continue...

They again told me that we have to replaced its vibration motor so that u have to put down this piece here for a 10 days.

I told him that 10 days i cant leave without mobile as i am very busy person, either you give, me alternate price for calling or you can call me whenever you received vibration motor, i will immediately take a leave and reached to you at your service center.

But they denied me that that can not possible that we are calling you after getting vibration motor of mobile.

Sir, i am asking you is is motorola service center? Why i had purchased moto products because i can getting easy facility/prompt action in comparison of other local brand mobile during any emergency

I had spent 17000 bucks for moto mobile but company cant maintained spare parts stoke of rs 50 (Vibration motor)

They peoples dont understand premium customers problem (I am doing job so that very difficult to take leave and reached at service center (Cost of my one day leave + transportation = rs 2500) who will give me?).

Very disappointed matter was that mobile is getting hang after open out and also heating so much, what they do i dont know but they not solved my problem and give me two new problem as a gift.

Sir, please help me in this regards so as my warrantee will be finished on 23-may-2018.

I am moto product's lover from the childhood but now i am getting very upset with the same.

    An unit handset weo7900 was purchased on 20.02.17. (Bill enclosed),
    After a period of only 3 months charger (Adaptor) became out of order (Non functional) so ur service center at gwalior lenovo service center - m/s hello enterprises shop no 1, hotel saya arcade, near railway station, gwalior contacted on 27.05.2017 at 12:19:55 and as advised by them adaptor (Product model xt1663) which wasunder warranty, delivered to them under their acknowledgement soin[protected] (Copy of receipt enclosed).

    I regret to inform that in spite of several phone calls on given number (Not attended a single by ser cent), no response is given and after (App 3-4 months) one day when personal contact made, they told that company has withdrawn sevices from this center, and ur item has not received from co, so they are not resposible and unable to do any thing, even any contact no/mail id or adress not given by them, and pressurized to purchase another unit of other co from them.
    You are, therefore, requested to do needful in the matter and send me fresh adaptor, which was under warranty,

      Hello sir
      Today (14/05/2018), i took my mobile phone moto g4 plus to repair it to motorola service centre, tilak nagar, new delhi. They told me it will require 6500 rupees to change its display + touchpad. But the actual price of original motorola touchpad + display on amazon is 2878 rupees. So charges they said was found unreasonable by me. Its show that they are making fool to people by not providing proper services and charging more money from them. So i request you to consider my complaint.

        Hi this is charu. I have bought moto m in dec 2016, my first ever motorola phone.

        It broke in an accident in july 2017. I visited to nearest srvice center in rohtak, haryana. They kept saying everytime that its parts are not available check in few days.
        Its spare parts were not available for almost 6-7 months. After waiting and following up consistently, i got my phone repaired in feb 2018 by paying around 4000 rs. Now, it again stopped working within a month. It is on switching on, seems there is some software problems and again i visited center.

        They talked with me in very harsh tone and said we dont have time, plz come next monday. Also, they said the parts i got repaired in 4000 had only 1 month warranty so i need to pay again for the following repairs.

        It seems it was really a bad decision to go for motorola. I have putted more than rs. 21000 on this and this device never gave me any satisfaction. It is totally harassing visiting again n again to centers and to tolerate their misbehaviour.
        Motorola now lenovo is totally a fraud to customers.

          My self surinder lakra.
          I have given my mobile at service centre for repairing at rewari model town moto care. As i was facing concern for battery exhaust with in 3-4hrs. I have given the mobile on 27 april'18. I am in regular follow with moto care team. Every time they suggest new date. Their service person told at the time of mobile submission that concern will resolve after battery change after 2-3 days.
          Today after fifteen days past they said they are not responsible for mobile working and add one more problem that touch screen also not working. Even at the time of mobile submit we provide mobile in working condition.

          It's complete breach of trust by service centre

          I am not going to accept faulty mobile set

            I bought motorola pulse 2 headphone online. It has some problem. I contacted to motorola customer care on thenumber [protected] which was given on headphone box. They said send it to delhi service centre by courier. Then on 5 april 2018, i have submitted my headphone vi courier to delhi. After that they are not responding on call and even on email. Everytime i call on given number it is either switched off, busy or they cut my phone. It is being more than 1 month my headphone is not returned and they are not contacting me.

                I have purchased moto e 4 pus on 24th april 2018 from anmol watch and electronics sector 17 chandigarh (Copy of bill is attached).

                On very next day i have faced problem as mobile automatically switch off and switch on.

                Then after my call also automatically discounting.

                I also visited your authorized service station m/s sant rameshwari enterprises chandigarh and they assured that mobile is ok.

                But i again facing same problem.

                I am working as marketing manager in a large corporate sector and my business is suffering due to this mobile.

                I have purchased world renowned reputed mobile.

                You are requested to kindly intervene in this matter

                Sir,
                I had purchased Moto G 5S plus on 26.03.2018 through flipkart.. On 02.05.2018 phone screen suddenly went of to blue color and switched off.. I tried to switch on the phone by pressing the power button but it does not workout. Kindly help to resolve the problem

                    loss of charge by service centre

                    Just the worst service i ever got. I gave my mobile for some repairs along with my turbo charger at the service centre (Hara agency, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar) contact no. Of the service centre - [protected]. After a week they returned my phone but not the charger, when i asked when will they give that asked me to come after 2 day. When again i went there they are telling that we couldn't find your charger and will inform if they find any....

                      I purchased the set on 01.09.2017 through flipkart, its warranty period is 1 year. The problem for the set is slow charging. When went to registered at pattom, trivandrum, they said the charge board and the cable of the charger has complaint & you have to pay rs.2800/- for the same.

                      I want to get it repaired at free of cost becoz within 1 year how can such a reputed product get damaged. Really very frustrated and dissatisfied.

                        I bought my Moto G5 s plus phone in February month from Amazon but now it's earphone slot is not working . What should I do ?🤔since I have ordered it online.

                          I bought Moto C+ on[protected]. After one month front camera not working. then I go Motorola service center chandi chawk, kolkata (ODIGI SERVICES LTD., 7, KHAIRU PLACE, KOL-700072) for repairing on[protected]. Well they repaired it without any cost, taken 4 hours. After 1 days of repairing I notified that mobile is not charging(If I little press the charger pin up then it charge, otherwise not) . Again I came service centre on 23.04.2018 for repairing. After 2 hours they take my phone for checking. After half an hour they called me and told that charging point is damaged. They told me that you must replace Mother board. I asked him is it Motherboard fault? he told no but charging point can't repaired, so you must change motherboard and that for you pay Rs. 5, 000/- (approx). But I am sure just one soldering charging point will be fixed and Ok . So I request him for soldering and fixed him, but he denied it and told it not possible soldering at this point and presser for replace motherboard. then I told him it is under warranty, then why I pay? He said no warranty of broken parts.
                          Further this fault starting after 1st service form this service centre, May be they intentionally/accidentally damaged it, when they repair front camera.

                          After Lenovo take over Motorola product is totally Worst now.
                          I have also Moto G use it 4+ years, now till date no issue it. So I go for again Motorola..but now time to change brand.

                            battery draining problem

                            Hello,

                            I have been using moto g5 s plus for 5 months. It was fine till last week. Suddenly am facing issues with battery.. Battery reduces form 100% to 10% in 2 hours and charging is taking neary 5-6 hours to get 100%. It is getting hanged or not working when trying to use while charging.

                            Please do the needful and provide a solution to this problem....

                            I had bought a moto g 3rd generation phone... It say it is water resistant..
                            And last week my phone fell in a bucket full of water... I took out of it within a minute but it stopped working.
                            I kept it off a day and tried to on but it did not.
                            Then i went to moto service care...
                            They are charging me around 7000. (Out of warranty period).
                            What is this... I can get a new moto g in that amount or so.
                            I would rather buy chinese phone than moto for service... Because atlast service center is of no use.
                            And please dont mislead people by fake advertisement saying water resistant.
                            And also when i asked a staff of moto care about it... She said... Company says anything.

                            I purchased a device Moto g5s plus from amozon.com and after 4 months i faced an issue of device frozen

                            sometimes device get hanged or frozen and when i try to reboot its take to much time to reboot and sometimes i faced battery issue while charging the device for 10% charging its take 20 mints when i m using turbo charger

                              I had bought moto e4+ on 14th april 2018 from m/s. Vijay sales, but from day one it has a major heating problem, and for charging it takes at least 6-7 hours & it's drained within 7-8 hours only.
                              I got it checked twice by your virar service center but my problem is remaining same now i got frustrated by this, so i m writing to you.
                              So, please replace my phone either refund my money back.

                                I had bought my mobile online on 21st jan' 2018, after i had already arrived your service center for more than 3 times & your service center kept my mobile more days than me after i bought my product, but still again i got the same problem of dust in camera 4th time, so again i arrived in service center, & they promise me to delivered it within 3 days, but manager of center (Samir patel) talked with me very rudely & he stopped receiving my calls & answering me, so i call in customer call center & we did conference call in surat service center & talked with mr. Samir patel, i have already call more than 6 times in customer center & fought with them after that they delivered my product 5 days later & after 3 days again i got the same problem (Dust in camera) & fought in customer center for replacement & before that, once they promise me to provide fool n final service & this time again they requested me for same, now i have lost my tolerance, after kept so much patience, & your customer service told me for replacement & advice me to arrived near by service station so i went there & they avoid me for that, after i fought very hard with them and at customer center they again request me just now 1 hrs ago to submit my product, but we not eligible for replacement, so i want to asked you to whom i have to complain about this issue (Responsible person), i want replacement of my product, just now i have sumitted my mobile in service center of adajan branch.

                                Please take immediate action or contact me on [protected], if you are serious, i have decided to lodge complain in customer suraksha center in 2 days, if i will not get my exact status of product. You are really making fools to customer that we all know very well, i have also promised to manager of service center and customer center about complain customer suraksha center. I will post & tweet on on social media with video & recorded voice that the way service center manager talked with me.

                                  I bought an e4 plus in the month of august.
                                  Initially the phone was working great but nowadays not.

                                  The phone gets switched off automatically several times in a day.

                                  Ram size is 3 gb but it seems 1 gb speed.

                                  Lot o[censored]i problem came nowadays.

                                  Now i tried to set a picture for my user profile i can't.

                                  Charger also not upto the mark.

                                  Am feeling frustrated with my device.

                                    I bought moto e4 plus nearly 8 months ago and charger is not working properly. And every time i use my phone for 20 minutes or more it starts heating so it's my request pls solve my problem. And provide me solution, which i can afford it. Overheating is specially when i am using data. And pls inform me about your customer care center nearby me. Pls do it as fast as you can.
