I purchased it 3 weeks ago and i am facing this problem. The microphone of moto e4 plus is not working during calls but on loudspeaker it is working when i call someone the person can't hear my voice but on loudspeaker it's not so plz respond to my complain otherwise i will go to higher authorities and will take action against you in court plz help me

Microphone problem with Moto E4 plus. Person on the other side of the call can not hear my voice. The phone worked fine for 3 weeks after purchase. My voice could be heard only when I put in speaker mode. The same issue has been raised by many other customers also as I can see here
