I have purchased the handset of moto g turbo edition dual ne sim lte black in march 2017. Suddenly without any physical damage to the phone from my side, the phone switched off one day (This incident happened around one month back august 2017). After two days it switched on automatically. From that onwards when i call anybody my voice cannot be heard by the person on other side.

I gave my handset to repair in the authorised moto service centre twice located at borivali west, however apart from software update the people from service centre have done nothing to repair the handset and they deny any problem with it.

Requesting you to help me resolve this issue and how to take it ahead.

    I visited your service center located at kotla to get my phone repair which had many problems under warranty. They never complete the repairing work on time. When they solve the one issue another issue arrives immediately.. I don't know what the engineers are doing. Yesterday i got my phone from the centre and new problem is arrived. Either they are not properly doing the work as it's under warranty and want to make money what so ever be the reason they just wasting consumer's time.. I have been there 3 time this week.. Please look into this matter..

    My Moto G3 shut down when connect charger on low battery sometimes.According to my observation when it is on high memory load and on low battery connect to charging it shut down.and if we tried to on the phone it is started and again shut down.after 15 min it is started. Plz provide me solution

      I'm using moto g4 from 8 months did not get any problem. But recently camera didnt work good. So i thought to go to mot service centre ( in Dhilshuknagar, Hyderabad). They checked the mobile and said that camera glass has to be change with payment. I agreed and also noticed double display in screen, I asked them solution. For that whole touch pad is to be changed and it takes 4 days time. So I submitted phone on 9-9-2017 but still today I didnt get my phone back. They postponing everyday 2 days. I asked them return back my mobile but they did not agreed for that. I lost all my hopes on my mobile and facing more problems.

        I bought moto c phone from dealer (Bopal, ahmadabad) while using phone touch is not working properly from day-1. Also phone hang largly. Sometime phone automatically shutdown (Hang)... Too bad product

        So, need be change this product by another moto phones. Eg moto c plus.

        My moto c does not display the correct time . The time in the notifications bar is always wrong. As a result my alarm app also does not work properly. Please resolve this . It is a huge inconvenience and I may not be the only user affected.

          Motorola india, is this what we should expect from you, for a moto z flagship phone? You don't have a replacement battery for your flagship? You keep the phone for 16 days (Without even giving me a replacement device) giving me the same update that there is no battery available and the phone will be ready in 3 days! I hoped someone from your team would give me a better information the last time i tweeted, but there is no difference between your pathetic service center and the customer relationship team! Unfortunately i missed all the online sales since the device was not with me and i had a little hope that i would get the device back as promised. But good for me, i am selling all my motorola devices (Moto mods, moto 360, moto z play) in the next sale for sure and i am never going to buy a moto device nor i am going to suggest moto to anyone! Congratulations for losing a loyal customer who was a fan of moto. And i believe this attitude towards the customer and customer service is never going to take you further in a fastest growing smartphone market like india! Moto (Or lenovo whoever), please learn something from your counterpart oneplus who has overtaken even apple and samsung to become most trusted smartphone brand in india!

                Hi,

                Close to 5 months o[censored]sing moto m and it has started overheating and creating issues. Now charging it has also become a challenge, it charges as per its won mood, somedays immediately and other days i have to ask everyone in the family to put to to the right angle, so it can start.

                Is wire the problem/ device a problem / charging jack a problem??

                  I have bought a new moto g5s plus which accidentally fall down from my hand and the power key got damaged. I have submitted it to service center. Its been more than 15 days but the it has not been repaired. They always says that it will take 3-4 more days.
                  They always say that the damaged part is in transit. I will be pleased i[censored] can help me in this. My phone has spent more days in service center than the days i have used it...

                  While using the mobile sometimes it functions automatically as, sometimes google opens, sometimes notification panel opens etc. Same problem occurs after sometime then I have to shut down the mobile and start it it takes a lot of time and it disturbs my work so what should I do now??                     I am complain about moto g4+.in vadodara i give my mobile to service centre they told me that ur problem is solved but same problem i saw in ky phon after 1 to 2 week. Also tge services centre staff are very lazy. They waste tge cutmore time and dont give us solutions. So take attention to them and close like this centre because of that company spoiled theire name.

                        I have a update issue with my phone moto m. It is since when i gave my phone to the official motorola gallery at orchid plaza when my microphone had got damaged. After the repairing done of my microphone i got my phone back with an update done of android 7.0.. Directly from the service centre but since that time my phone had some display issue while switching on the phone with android 7.0.. Then i complained it to them about that issue but instead of resolving it they gave me my phone back with android 6.0 again by saying that it is not supporting in ur phone even when all the moto m have officially got an android 7.0 update and it is also supporting in all the devices. So after that i used android 6.0 for about a while but then i myself tried to update to android 7.0 through wifi but then after updating my phone it was not switching on at all. So, i again had to visit the gallery and they were able to switch on my phone as before but again as before they didn't resolve my issue and gave me back by degrading to android 6.0 again...
                        I'm really tired of going to them again and again for the same issue and i want to use android 7.0 in my phone as i have received official update and also would like to request to know the actual problem for the issue and get it resolved.. Please help me as soon as possible...

                        Respect. Sir; since the past 4 months i have visited the motorola gallery for my update issue for moto m.. But all the time they couldn't update my phone with an display issue... All the time they told was that your phone is not compatible with android 7.0... Even though i have received an official update on my phone.. Within 3 times they didn't resolve my issue.. And now i am really frustrated with this problem and want to use android 7.0 in my phone as i have an official update...
                        So i would request you to take an strict action against the motorola service centre which is located in borivali orchid plaza n advice them to solve my problem as soon as possible

                          Respected sir, i have used moto g5s plus but the camera clarity is poor. So i request you to improve the camera clarity. Specially in night vision and in other also. So that it can bit all other phone's. And at last the version that is the android you can use android 1 instead of android. So please try to use the android 1 version.                               Dear concern,
                              I m parshant kumar from faridabad and i have newly purchased a phone moto g5s. Finally 4 days is normally working but overheating while charging.
                              5 days morning time phone not on/off and screen blank and showing moisture in both cameras and i really not know where moisture comes in phone. After that i have decide to go to the store & service centre also but problems not resolved.
                              Service centre says the phone is liquid damage and mother board & display dead. Neither phone replace by the store nor phone is ok by service centre team in warranty period.
                              Finally tell me where i am going for this problems.

                              Dear sir, i m really tired with moto service.
                              Please do the need full as soon as possible otherwise we have to going in consumer court. That's it.

                              dear Concern,
                              I have purchase moto G5s from Xtraa Sales, NIT 5, Faridabad Dated 17.09.2017.
                              After a day phone heating problems while charging but I think that this is normally problem so I don't worry about the same. But Dated 21.09.2017 morning time, phone suddenly off and screen blank. Neither phone on/off nor showing any improvement.
                              Same day I have go to Service centre but they are denied to solved my problems or they want charges before checking my phone and said please first go to Store where I have purchased the device.
                              but same day I have also go to store but they are also denied to replace the device under 7 days from purchasing. and they also said please go to service centre and we are not responsible for the same.

                              finally I am going to service centre, they opened the phone after humble request, after that they said the phone is liquid damaged and Mother board and display damaged.
                              I am truly confused why are say like this that phone is Liquid Damage.
                              Neither any person support me nor any reply from your side. I am Truly tired this type pathetic service from MOTO.

                              kindly replace the device otherwise we have to take hard action against MOTO services.
                              and I am I'll continues texted this forum against MOTO till my phone replaced or re-repaired.that's it.

                                  We have online purchased motorola e4 plus from flipkart which we have received on 07th september 2017. Suddenly on 18th september 2017, display was started to blink continuous and the display was not working for 1 hour. We were getting phone & everything but nothing was displayed. After 1 hour, mobile again started to work properly. On 19th september, the same thing happened for 2 hours. We went to motorola service station, they suggest us to update software for this, they took 2 days. When we received back mobile, the same problem continued. We went service station, they suggested us to put mobile in the service centre for 10-15 days for repairs.in 10 days mobile is not working. Requesting you to replace the mobile.

                                  Company Service centre employees are saying that they can replace mobile if we are going to them for any problems within 07 days only. They are not ready to replace the mobile & not even giving assurance of repairing. They hold mobile for next 10-15 days & even We do not have a spare mobile. Please help us to get the replacement of mobile. The worth of Mobile is Rs. 9, 999/-, After paying this amount, we are daily visiting service centre on daily basis without any mobile.

                                    On the 20 september i reached motorola service center in jaipur located at new light colony. They denied to repair my moto g 4 plus... They said that u go to the another service centre & staff behavior is so bad. The way of talking is so bad.. I m very disappoint to the motorola _& i need action against them so pls help me... I m unable to contact my friend due to mobile switch off

                                      I have using motorola g4 plus handset from last 1 year and problem is photoes which is saved in gallery are not able to delete it after single deletion of the same many times and making folders repeatedly in gallery also not detected in computer after connect with data cable so please tell me solution about these photos.in that photoes many important photoes due to which phone format is not useful option for me.

                                      Not availing Compass sensor, VoLTE native video calling option, IR blaster, LED notification panel...that's it...my query is that. ..is all of the avobe issues will fix by future updates. ..e.g ...can I get it on Oreo update. ..?...please reply. ..thank you. ..

                                        Sir, i am having serious issue with services this time.. Previous centre in jodhpur was much better and polite. New "owner" of service centre is not accepting my amazon's invoice. I already solved my previous problem with same bill mnths ago. But current service centre is not accepting. Please tell me what to do. I am also attaching mail from amazon executive.

                                        First of all i am quite impressed with my phone(Moto g5s plus) but every phone is not perfect.So i am sharing with you some feedback related to my phone.
                                        Cons:
                                        1 shutter lag
                                        2 low light photography
                                        3 No led notification
                                        4 Heating issue even after using 15 minutes.
                                        4 Flat Music profile
                                        5 low quality images by front camera
