Sir i am vaibhav kale from maharashtra aurangabad. I purchase moto c plus phone on 12/08/2017 from flip card. I have problem of massage of continuous update of my android phone while surfing over internet. I already update my phone 14 to 15 days back. (In massage wrote that if not update phone may be damage and slow)

I have problem wy this problem came. Is it is relay company problem or any virus problem

    I have purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart on 12th august, 2017. From ist day jio 4g sim is not proper working in ist sim slot of this mobile. Your rohtak (Haryana) service center is not satisfied me about this problem. I have already many time change other jio sim, but this network problem is not slove, please help me on this issue.

      I have purchased moto g4 plus online from amazon on 08/feb/2017, suddenly my mobile stopped working on 10/sep/2017.

      My mobile is on under warranty, when i go for authorize sevice center on 11/sep/2017 they told me your mobile is damaged and they demand for charge to repair my mobile, even my mobile is not demaged, it is same condition when as i got from amazon.

      My requesting to company repair my mobile either replace my mobile. I need a valid solution for this problem as soon as possible.

      Still not getting any solution, I am very disappointed that motorola company not even solve own user problem then how can other user will trust on motorola company.

      I have shared my all details with motorola team, but they are still finding reasons and give me excuse.
      I bought moto m on September 5 on 2017.
      But the battery is not lasting a day .
      Continous use of device causes heating and speed battery drain
      From Last 24 hours my phone is not in working condition. I have called at Jio Customer Care they said that your phone needs to be properly updated. I did the same through System update but its not working. Please help me by providing me necessary information to how to update my phone properly as soon as possible.

        I have given a moto e3 power for repair, as the same was not switching on.

        However, service center people are not updating the customer on the status nor answering the mobile number given by them even after calling 40+ times literally. At least, to know the status they should answer the calls of the customers.

          Hello dear,
          First i say we are your customer's ya you are our customer that i can't understand.
          I purchase my moto g4 phone on 9th december 2016 with amazon.in this 10 month's i goes to customer care 3 times. We have only that work?
          Today in my phone headset pod is not work properly. And now i can't go to the customer service center. If company have any responsibility for customer satisfaction then replace my phone with new phone.
          I guess company will take any action for that. Company can contact me on [protected].

          Because of i think company did not offer that kind of deal. And if want to give me refund my money then what need for bank detail. They can refund my value as same as product return.

            I have purchased moto m, but it is not all charging, motorola sells this phone for very high price, but with lot of defects. There is no proper support for this issue also.

            I think all the phone manufacturers thinking indians are fools, they can sell any cheap quality items for very high price by ads.

            Moto m is the worst case, it is irritating than any other thing.

              My moto phone was drained until 0% and got switched off... So what i did kept my phone in charge for about 3 hours and when i tried switching it on it still showed 0%... I thought something wrong with my charger and kept on trying to charge and eventually found my phone in 0%... When i searched it online i have found that many moto users have faced this problem... I am very disappointed and i hope you people resolve this problem for upcoming moto phones

              The people of CA Plaza Holaram colony Nashik Motorola service centre are not good. They talk rudely and don't provide the necessary solution.They disrespect customers and try to fool them on company's name. Please teach them customer service first and then put them on work.

                Hello sir, i am mohit kaushik, on friday i submit my mobile moto e4 plus to their service centre at gole market, connaught place. They took my phone and collect it back tomorrow after repair. But next day when i collect my phone back i saw that they damage folder of my phone and claim that it was already damaged. When i trying to tell them that it is not my fault then they start ignoring me. Not a single representative of company listening what i am saying. This is the worst experience to any customer relation assistant ever. I must say i am really disappointed by their service. Please take a note on this query sir. Because i buy this phone only one month before

                  Recently bought moto e4 plus. It is not working properly. There is problem with mic. Also consulted with service center they kept phone with them for a week. And return the phone without solving the problem. Facing issue with mic still.
                  Very disappointed with this phone.
                  Consulted with service center twice still did not got any solution. Not getting any solution. Don't know where to go. So complaining here.

                    I submitted my motog4 plus on july 21st, at koc-520-techno communication, now its august 9, still i didnt get my mob back after service, j ob sheet no-srkoc[protected]. And feels very poooor service n response from motorolla. Feels pitty regrding the services, contacted 9, 10 times over the telephone, many times through chat, bt waste of time only happen. Immidiet attention required. Spare is not yet delivered to the service centre. Immidiet attention and a solution required...

                    Finger print senor is not detecting some times in Moto g5plus and unwanted apps are running in background even after I clear all the apps, some apps automatically opens and runs in background in Moto g5plus .Sometimes camera app is not working and it says restart camera app and sometimes says restart device
                    It is not working properly on my Moto 5s plus, I've bought this phone today only but I'm not satisfied with this phone also it's camera is hanging again and again it's not able to click a single photo and when I clicked a photo ;it replied me with a pop-up that is "camera has stopped".

                          I purchased motorola g4 plus 32 gb on 17 january 2017, as a started using it i face some problems like
                          Heating issue while charging and capturing any video and application getting started automatically and battery draining drastically.
                          I showed my phone in motrola service center in jaipur (Sodala) and they fixed the battery draining issue by changing the battery.
                          Although the auto start application issue still persist.
                          So i showed up my phone to your service center in udaipur.
                          They said that they had fixed the problem by changing its motherboard. But as i can observe the problem still persist. So i showed up my phone again. They kept my phone for 4 long days and they did nothing. The name of the person is deepak. They said its clear now. But still the problem persist.
                          Again i showed it to your jaipur (Sodala) service center. They said they have upgraded the software and touch animation.
                          But still my problem persist.
                          What is wrong with my phone? Why they are unable to fix the issue?
                          Why i have to travel to your service center again and again?
                          Is this the best customer service that you provide?
                          I am highly disappointed with this problem.
                          I request you to kindly check my phone thoroughly and fix this problem completely. I need you favor this time to solve the issue.
                          I had already raised the complaint in this forum. I am complaining again.

                          After complaining to you(consumer forum), I again visited to the Motorola service center situated at Sodala in Jaipur.
                          There first they swapped the Job Sheet with some other job sheet and after trying to connect with them continuously for 4 hours, I have to personally visit to the service center.
                          After visiting they provided a new job sheet.
                          There they changed the touch.
                          But after all this long process, I am again facing the same problem of Auto start application. The snap of the job sheet is attached.
                          Now you tell me what should I do?
                          1. My motherboard is changed - as they said
                          2. My Touch-pad is changed - as they said
                          3. Battery is changed - as they said

                          But still the problem remains to trouble me.

                          In one step can I have the final outcome of my issues that I am facing, in which my precious time is wasted without being the problem resolved.

                            I brought a new moto z2 play handset on july 24 of 2017 after one month o[censored]sage the screen got a defect, some area of the screen doesn't respond to touch. As i have a warranty, i gave my phone to repair in an authorized moto service center on 10 th august 2017. But they did not repair the phone. As the part was not available. They wanted me to wait for it and i waited for a month but still they haven't repaired my hand set. If this is the service that you provide for your products i don't want to know what you guys give to your flagship products. Need a solution for this. Please!!!

                            This is by far the worst experience in my life and really frustrated by it. I haven't even used the phone to its fullest and this is what i got. No wonder people are opting for other brands. Moto is a no go. The worst after market service.

                                I submitted my phone for display change one month ago at motorola service centre s. N. Ganguly road ranchi and mobile not provided upto now. I called the number of service centre more tgan 100 times they not pick the call also. I visiting service centre from three days. They always said come after 1 hrs. I came after 1 hrs then again tell come in evening. And evening telling that come tomorrow. I become worried from your service.

                                    I purchased my phone on 13th of august and i'm facing problem regarding apps. The app crashes suddenly with no notification, it specially happens when i use clash of clan. More problems like my news feed automatically gets refresh and it again starts from beginning... Sometimes it automatically gets crash. I even cleared my cache memory and set my apps preferences to default. But still the phone is not functioning properly. The torch and even youtube automatically stops functioning. Kindly help!!!

                                      I have bought mobile phone of motorola company through flipkart, ordered on 20th july 2017 and delivered us on 22nd july 2017, phone detail as given below:-

                                      Model number : moto g5 plus (Luner grey, 32gb)
                                      Imei (Slot 1) no. :[protected]
                                      Imei (Slot 2) no. :[protected]

                                      Last 7 days i am facing many problems like wifi, hotsopt, vibration and other problems are not working.in this connection i have made call to customer care no. [protected] and talked with mr. Noor, he has done all work related issue but problem no resolve finally he said please visit to our authorized service center with complaint no.[protected].

                                      Today i. E. 05.09.17 i have visit to motorola authorised service center, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, and met with ms. Priyanka kashyap (Executive) with token no 137, but no response received from her properly she said you should submit a phone for 3 days but i denied to submit the phone because i have no other phone.

                                      In view of the above kindly replace my phone at the earliest because i am facing many problem due to phone not working properly.

                                        I submitted my motorola handset to cellphone repair store (Service center of motorola in indore, m. P). Only front camera is not working. It's now almost 2 months. Handset is not repaired and when i asked them to return my handset, they give me dead mobile and arguing i gave them a dead mobile.
                                        Worst service ever experienced.
                                        Motorola plz stop making customer fool or stop making mobile phone.
