    I bought moto e4 plus in order to support my jio sim. It is specified that it supports 4g volte. But incoming is not working in idle state. Messages for bank transactions are also not coming. No body is able to reach me in my phone. I have missed many critical calls in last one month. I have connected with customer support many times but no proper response or resolution. I need money back or alternate phone immediately. I have paid 10k and the basic functionality of incoming call is not working. Please resolve right away or refund my money and send me alternate phone.

      Hello iam using moto g5 plus.. My charging sound option is on but still charging sound is not working whenever i plugged in the mobile there is no sound of charging i have tried restarting my phone but still problem is there.. Please let me know the solution as i have done all the possible ways even i have reset my device still the problem is there and also i faced a problem in g board keypad while typing. It automatically getting typed sometimes

        Clearly mentioned the moto servicr center jayanagar, bangalore to not remove tamper glass.in case there is a situation where u cannot rectify the issue without removing tamper glass i asked them to return the phone without resolving the issue. Still they removed the tamper glass without even informing me. I need u to refund my temper glass money or send me one. Its clearly service center mistake. Order no. :[protected]

          I have purchased moto c plus mobile of model xt1721 on 03.07.17 from flipkart, inv no: od[protected]. Within less than 1 month touch pad is not working. I have submitted the handset at service center, tirupati on 09.08.17, complaint no: soin[protected]. They have taken the mobile and till date (19.08.17) the problem is rectified. I demand an explanation and replacement of the damaged piece with a new one

            Hi,
            I bought my moto g4 plus 8 months back and started facing the problem of ghost touch especially while charging for quite some time, but could not visit the service centre immediately as i was out of town. I looked up in the internet to find this a very common problem. So, finally i submitted my phone to the service centre where after waiting for half a day in the queue firstly they calibrated the display, when that did not solve the problem they reluctantly changed the display or so they said, when i went to collect the phone i found out that the display is defective, it has some lines and spots on it!!! So i again submitted the phone, i got a call 2 days after from the service centre and collected the phone which was apparently working fine. But upon using my phone for few days now, i found out that the same problem is persisting i. E. Getting ghost touch while charging. What should i do now. Is the service centre not properly equipped to resolve such a common problem?? I don't know what to do next. I complained regarding this at their helpline but did not get any answer for 15 days now. I am currently losing all my faith upon moto, and the only thing i can think of is putting a complaint at the consumer forum.

                Dear sir
                I purchase mobile (Moto e4 plus) handset on dt.[protected] through flipkart.
                On dt.[protected] screen display of my mobile is suddenly off. I give this mobile to service centre of motorola & ask them to give me new piece against this mobile but they says that we can't give you replacement but we repair this. After that they repair this mobile & give me feedback that there will be software issue regarding screen suddenly off issue.
                Why you are not give me replacement & how we can trust on your product quality when your product is failure within 20 days of purchase date. I required replacement because i give you rs 9999.00 to you & this is not small amount for me. This mobile i have taken for my work not for entertainment.

                  I have purchased one Mobile Handset Moto E4 plus vide Invoice No FAABKQ[protected] dated 07.08.2017 against Order No : OD[protected]
                  dated 06.08.2017 from Flipkart which was delivered on 11.08.2017. I made return request of the delivered hand set on the same day i.e 11.08.2017 since it was found defective. In view of my return request one Technician was deputed from Flipkart for verification of the handset on 14.08.2017. On verification he also advised to replace the handset since complain was genuine and handset was actually defective.
                  Accordingly Flipkart have dispatched another Moto E4 plus hand set vide Invoice No FAAAKS[protected] DATED 16.08.2017 and delivered on 17.08.2017 replacing the earlier defective one. The replaced Hand set was also found defective and the matter was informed to them over phone on 18.08.2017. In nutshell defective hand set has been replaced by another defective hand set. This caused me a great suffering and need to be redressed immediately.
                  As such you are requested to arrange to take back the defective Mobile Handset Moto E4 plus and refund my money immediately.
                  An early action in this regard is solicited.

                    I am prajwal i am from karnataka tumkur, i had given my moto g4 + phone to slans communication tumkur it is athoraised service centre, i had given my phone for head phone jack problem but after few days when they returned my phone it was automatically switch offing at itself when i asked them abt this they told that they will change the mother board after few they gave me changing the mother board but they had damaged my phone finger print scanner when i asked abt that issue they are telling that i only done that one, they had kept my phone nearly 2 months and telling that i damaged the finger print scanner, till now they had not given my phone and another one thing is they are not trained service mens so please i am requesting u all to do my phone correct or give me another phone i think they had opened my phone atleast 5 to 6 times,
                    So please repair my phone as good one and new one or give me a new phone.

                      See what a ghatia quality is launched in india without quality test. And you people are cheating us and asking what is the issue? Why dont company call back immediately from india. Vikas pathak new delhi [protected].



                      I had been a motorola user for last 4 years and had been happy with the performance. Bought motorola e4 plus thinking the same, but this product has failed me.

                      Cons are:
                      1. Though it is a 4g phone, i found it difficult to get connected on airtel 4g network. Even when signal strength in other phone show full, this phone show no signal or runs on e.

                      2. Many a time i found that even if there is connectivity i could not make a call as i get message that no mobile connectivity for voice call, and also is same for data connectivity.

                      3. Situation worsened when i tried to use it in roaming.in most part of my travel from delhi to jharkhand i struggled to get connectivity to make acall. While i kept trying to get network, my fellow passengers were happy talking over phone.

                      4. Battery: though the company claims about more than 24 hours battery back up but mine lasts not more than 16 to 18 hours.

                      Though i had registered my complain on the 8 the day after receiving the the mobile set, before 10 days of the flipkart returns policy, i am yet to get many help from flipkart on its returns request. Just a message that somebody from technical team will call me to help about the phone. Now they have extended tthe day for contacting me, which is 12th day of the delivery date, so i don't think, flipkart will return the set or replace it.

                      Pros:

                      Good display with blue light filter to use phone at night.

                      Look wise good, but a bit heavy.

                      Camera is good with flash for both camera.

                      I will update after i get a remedy

                      Moto e4 plus is not a Volte mobile. Flipkart misguiding to people as they mentioned here that's Volte mobile. I purchased and confirmed it's only LTE mobile. Can i take legal action against you Flipkart ?

                        After i've been without my watch and calling them every week for 5 weeks without any answers to what's going on, i got told i'd be sent an email twice but never received them. I was also asked for my tracking number in case it was lost as they couldn't locate it and may need to replace it.in the end reluctantly i asked to speak with a manager which didn't go well. She said they didn't know why i hadn't been informed and why it took so long and it had without my knowledge been sent to another repair centre as fonfix couldn't fix it and i had to pay for replacement parts. When i asked what parts and how much the supervisor said actually we don't know what's wrong with it. I asked how do you want me to pay for something you don't know what i'm paying for.in the end she could only offer an apology and is sending my watch back with no answers. Terrible service, awful lack of communication and pointless time and money spent on sending it to them and being without it. The stress and worry i was put through as thinking i'd lost 500 quid was not compensated by a blatant uncaring apology. I work in a gadget store and have embarrassingly reccomended this watch to hundreds of people coming to me looking for a smart watch.

                          This product is faulty. Basic phone feature is not working. Whenever we call it is out of coverage area. I have replaced 3 reliance gio sim on the handset it has same problem. Handset is not converting signals to 4g volte. I have disconnected my landline and purchased costly phone to support 4g volte feature. Since one month i am struggling. Motorola people not able to diagnose the issue. The phone as described is 4g volte phone but it is not volte. Very ghatia quality i have wasted much of the time visiting service centres it effected my office and connectivity and security of family and children. Highly not acceptable act. Return immediately.

                          Dear Team what additional information you are asking when you already know the product has manufacturing defect. I purchased motto e4plus from flipkart calls are not getting connected. 4g volte feature is not working. I changed 3 simcards but the problem is as it is. It is the moral responsibility of motorola company to call back all e4plus mobile handsets from consumers. Basic function of calling is lagging in the phone.what your quality and testing teams have done before launching to indian market. I wasted my lot of time going to service centers. Service center people are cheating and lying about the issue. I think one of your bosses in your organization has trained them to do so. In last mail I have attached address of service centre .being your moral responsibility pls. Talk with service center people and proceed for the replacement of this ghatia quality product.                               From the first day. I facing a problem that. When i answered a phone call my voice is not receiving to the person who am i talking, literally total clam. But i receiving the voice of that person. But after restarting the phone that problem is solved, but again it raising. Please give me reply as fast as you can. I can't face these problem anymore.                                     My moto g4 plus given in moto service center gurgaon sahara mall on dated 8 july, they return my phone without repair after one week, and said to go sikanderpur service center near metro station, i shown my mobile on dated 20julywhere they said that mother board not working, and will be exchange with new one, now 1 month gone but till now i have not received my phone,
                                    Please do needful

                                    I purchased my moto g4 plus mobile one month back.I got a bended phone. Now its not workimg because of heating problem.so i went to service centre, people over there are refusing to repair my phone as it is a dent one. They are saying warranty is void as your phn is bended.They are charging nearly 6.5 k what i have to do now .

                                    I have purchased my mobile phone Moto G(4) in October 2016..
                                    I was facing touch screen issue from last 2 months like...
                                    sometimes touch screen is automatically seen pressed at a particular area "9 key of dialer".
                                    it is also pertinent to mention that the problem was not permanent as i[censored] rubb two three times
                                    after locking the screen it works good. but after some time or say locking or unlocking the phone many times the problem again arose.
                                    so... in nutshell the problem purely related to touchscreen problem. no other issue at all...

                                    so for this reason I visited the above said service center and they have deposited my phone for around 2 hour and after 2 hours the executive (lady) told me that your screen need to be replaced and as your phone is swatted you have to pay 5600 only as your phone is liquid damage... they have also given in writing to me (copy attached)...inspite of phone is still under guarantee...
                                    Now the flash of the phone is not working and battery is not charging...
                                    I think flash and battery has been replaced by above service center...

                                      I purshased moto m in feb 2016 not even 3 mnths i had to rush to service centre because of the bad battery issue. Latter on they replased the charger cord stating that the charger has a problem nw again in 6 mnths of cell purchased it is givin problems like battery takes long to charge. Battery gets drained so fast. Cell gets switchd off automatically. I am so fed up of the cell since i hav purchased it. Shall i leave all my work an keep visiting the service centre in every 2 months?? Is it for that i have paid rs 18000/- cell phone atlest dosent giv any issue till a year but this cell is giving issues in every 2 months.. You guys better give me a replacement of the cell or else i will see to it that i go to higher authorities but i am definately nt going to let my money go waste.

                                        I had moto z play device. One day it was suddenly restarted and all wireless connectivity like bluetooth, wifi, wifi-direct stopped working. My device in service center from 15th july, 2017. Still they are giving me reply its under process. They tell me everytime, this problem solved and new problem has been created about touch than camera & flash.
