Hi,

I submitted my phone on 26august-2017. I had problem with my phone in touch. It was auto working while use. I submitted my phone at - service center: cpt-036-technocare solution pvt ltd, upper ground floor f-11, janak palace, district center, new delhi -110058.
They gave me back after one week and i had same issue and problem was not resolved at all.
I again submitted my phone on 21th september-2017 to them with same problem. Still i am waiting for response from them and my phone is still not repaired. They also given me the job sheet later with old complain no. - srcpt[protected].
It is totally dispointing me from last two month with very very bad service.
I have also attached the job sheet later for the same.
Can you please help me out because i contaced with customer care number and they said that your complain is closed and still my phone is in service center.

    I bought my moto g4 puls on dec2016. After 5 month the complaint started. Phone numbers are getting auto delete, the screen getting vibrated during search, all whatsaap number got auto selected, also while typing numbers different numbers are getting in to the phone.
    Given the phone to service center in ernakulam and they update the software and again after one month the same problem exist. But now the service centres are keeping mum. Not doing anything.

      I bought motorola mobile 6month back from flipkart. But phone screen touch not working and phone get switch off automatically. I went service center. They are telling that. Will take time 2 months to get ready. Reason is parts are not available. And there is no proper response from service person. (Cco kumar) i have warranty and invoice copy also. I have given both documents to cco. They told first time it will take 1 week. When i called after one week. That time time telling 2months will take. Its worst service from motorola company. Its not a way of treat a customer. Please help me or replace product.

        Ref: complaint towards motorola moto z play phone with imei number [protected] and microsoft services.

        Dear sir/ madam,

        This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a motorola moto z play flagship phone with imei number [protected] (Hereinafter referred to as “phone” or product”) through retailer flipkart for a consideration of rs. 24, 999.00 paid via credit card vide your receipt/ invoice no. F0yqk[protected] dated 12/jan/2017.

        The aforementioned phone was being used by myself and in june 2017 the said phone started suffering from the following defect:

        1. The vibrator feature on the phone stopped functioning.

        I had originally contacted motorola support and i was asked to hard reset the phone multiple times however the issue was never resolved. Then the phone was given for repair/servicing on 21 august 2017 (Original complaint number – srin[protected] to your care center and post constant follow up i and visiting the care center i was informed by the service center that due to the negligence of the service center the phones speaker, the water resistance feature and the battery have all stopped working and the phone would be kept with the service center for additional repairs. The phone had been in the care centers custody for over one and half months now. I was contacted first on the 20th of september 2017 by the service center to collect the phone however when i went to collect it the speakers had stopped working. Then the manager confessed saying that they did not have a part (Adhesive tape) so they simply used alternative method and tried to fix it and that lead to issues with speakers and the water resistance feature which is primary importance to me. So i was asked to handover the phone back to the service center. Then i was contacted again on the 4th of october 2017 and when i went to collect the phone, now the phone was not powering on and also they have forgotten to put back another part that led to the phone not functioning properly and further malfunctioning and the light emitting out of the phone censors.

        I have reported the above matter through phone calls and conference calls (Along with the service center personnel) to ajay kumar panda who has been assigned to handle my case representing motorola over the last 1 month and despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the goods and there is a gross deficiency in services which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. After constant follow up you have denied to replace the phone and also refused to share the contact details and addresses of motorola’s legal department. Due to these delays i was forced to buy another phone for my use. I have requested for a new phone but have been informed that the same is not possible and that i would need to wait furthermore without any timeline, which is not acceptable to me as the same would lead to other issues and my warranty period would expire in few months which is unfair as the phone has been in the service center for almost 2 months.

        On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have suffered mental agony and incurred expenses such as travelling to service center multiple times, costs incurred contacting customer care and your partners, purchase alternate phone, etc. Which you are liable to compensate to me. You are hereby finally called upon to:

        A) replace the phone with a new phone (Not a refurbished phone)
        Or
        B) return the price/charges paid,

        Within 15 days of the receipt of this notice failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences.

          I have a motorola mobile that was purchased on last october 2016. I have gone through viman nagar service center pune and they said the mobile was liquid damaged and denied to repair mobile in warranty state. I am sure that my mobile was not liquid damaged.
          Still my mobile is in warranty state so look like service center is not want to repair mobile and said everybody the same statement.

            I bought a brand new moto c plus on september 14 from flipkart. The phone keeps restarting when connected to the wifi. I had flipkart replace the product but the replacement phone also has the same problem. Motorola has cheated me off my hard earned money. What is the point of buying a brand new phone if it is unusable. Motorola needs to refund my money at the earliest. I refuse to be stuck with a ridiculous product like this. Wifi is an extremely important component. Motorola needs to respond or i will ensure that i go to the courts. This is harassment. I have spent the last month convincing flipkart to replace the product or visit a motorola service center. And after all that effort i am still stuck with a defective motorola phone. Absolute disregard for a consumer

                I have got my mobile phone repaired from service center : ste-216- the mobile unique, address : ucp 011 bengal ambuja house dev. Ltd, city center, durgapur, west bengal-713216. While i handed over the phone for repair on[protected] two sim cards used in the phone was given me back but not the sd card. The problem with the phone was that it's display was vanishing as soon as contact was made with any one. I got the phone repaired by paying rs 650/- and at the time of delivery i found that the phone was performing ok after the sim cards were inserted by desk operator.
                Later i connected my phone with my pc and found that my sd card data was
                Missing as there was no sd card inside the mobile.

                Details : motorala, xt1550, moto g, imei / sn no. [protected]

                I shall be highly obliged if necessary action is taken to return my sd card.

                  I had ordered a moto g4 plus turbo charger from amazon on 13th august but afer few months the charger is not working properly. I went to moto service centre but they do not provide repairing facility according to moto service centre even it is in warranty. They are saying online products are replaced online. Although online replacing period has been over but my product has 6 months warranty by brand but moto serive centre are not providing that service. Kindly please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      Software of this moto mobile is up to date. So i need a complete solution from your side as it is a new mobile.

                        In moto service center at eluru west godawary dt in andhrapradesh when we went for service they are not giving job sheet of moto company they are repairing with duplicate parts and collecting money in company prices un officially. So that the phones are not working proparly. My instrument is out of warenty. As i has no faith with the service centers i want to take moto x style touch and display original from the company for cost. So please provide a original display to moto x style i

                        Please send a moto xstyle display with touch of moto company on COD UR service center at ELURU are repairing the sets which are out of warenty with duplicate parts so that they are not working properly.The collected money is going to their pockets instead of to company. They are not giving company job sheets when we given a phone for repair. So to retain the faith on motorola u have to change the m asnager here

                          My phone is not working properly, it's getting switched off every now and the worst part is battery problem, heating issues, i went at one of your service centre in jhansi (U. P).. They only updated my phone's software and told me that it's working fine and still i'm facing the same thing. I want this phone's replacement, if you can't afford giving me replacement then i will give it to you for free as a remark to not make something like this again.
                          And yes, i bought this phone in may 2017 so it's under warranty. Hope you can help. :)

                            I will take moto e4 plus on 10 aug2017 from last 6/7days i suffer the above complaint subject
                            When i open my phone it open, but after some time the screen will be blank.
                            Calls are coming but due to this problem, i can't take these calls. Also when i use the phone, the brightness will be increases or decreases automatically.
                            The phone will be overheated during i use.
                            I wish you should understand my problem. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

                              I have motorola e3 power and which is in warrenty period. My problem is my mobiles just lock key is broken and i just want to replace it but service centre nearby me give answer me that i have to change my display also overall cost is ₹3000/-. My whole family using motorola this is not good response to my problem.

But there is some problems, some apps misbehaving like automatically opened, alert indication light not working, in this set no external ringtone sources available, battery also more consume and not showing proper network like my sim is 4g but mostly shows 3g and 2g network.

                                I had purchased moto g5 plus 5 months ago but unfortunately i am facing a lot of problems in this phone. First when i purchased this phone after 1 month only i faced the camera issue in which iwas unable to open my ccamera. Whenever i tried to open it, the error popup stating ' unfortunitaly your camera has been stoped' but any how i manage to solve it. And now the recent problem is that my phone flash light stops working suddenly. And i think it is hardware issue. Please give me the genuine solution for this, as soon as possible.

                                Hello Utkarsh,
                                Im using moto G5 Plus since it launch. I'm getting same error as you did. Please tell me how to fix camera restart error and flashlight has stopped for me since the new update of camera from play store. I still dont know is it software or hardware issue. I tried all possible ways like clearing cache, default setting and 3rd party apps for flashlight. But when i tried in safe mode it was working fine. For safe mode tap and hold power off on screen about 10 seconds and try it. If it still doesn't work please visit nearby service center

                                  I had a problem in my g5 speaker while recieving and doing calls so on 15 sept 2017 i handled my phone to motrola service centre sodala branch of jaipur now for like 15 days their staff keep on delaying me saying my phone will be provided next week i am sick of this # and completely annoyed by this kind of irresponsible behaviour i need my phone fixed asap.

                                  next day there was a network problem in my g5 i again send my handset to the motrola solutions sodala branch now for like 15 days their staff keep on delaying me saying my phone will be provided next week i am sick of this #### and completely annoyed by this kind of irresponsible behaviour i need my phone fixed asap.

                                    I have brought new moto e4plus through flipkart.. Gets heated inspirte of charging it gets switched off automically. Screen disappears and we are unable to switch on phone. Speaker is not working.. I had given my phone to service center. But they are also unable to fix the problem. They have updated software. At deepak worli. Mumbai 400013. Please help what to do..??? These has happened thrice. I got it repaired.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and get problem resolved.

                                      Recently (9/4/17) brought moto g4 plus, after weeks o[censored]se the sensors of the phone is not working and sent to the authorized service center in kollam named cityfones, mannaniyya shopping complex first floor, kollam ph. No.[protected] and [protected]. They cleared the faults. After one month the display of the phone has been damaged without any fault form me, and then i took the device to the above mentioned service center on[protected]. After 3 days[protected] i tried to contact them several times but they didn't respond. Hence please be corrected the fault at the earliest.

                                        Hello sir, i am using moto g4 plus from last 11 month. Now the problem is foest sox month mobile was ok. But after that i am getting issue in mobile 4-5 times in last 4 month. No response from customer care team. They are nt even replacing mobile. I am very very disappointed.
