I went to rajkot motorola service centre named ashutosh mobiles. The main person was mr. Janak pithadiya. My mobile moto x play was not getting charged at all. He checked my mobile at cost of rs.230, said that your motherboard is damaged need to change battery. I ordered for battery on 26th june 2017 but got on 13th july 2017 @ rs. 1600/-. Still, the problem remained the same. I went again on 15th july, he again charged rs.230/- and told me that your charger is also damaged need to change it. I ordered on the same day but till date i had not got the charger. It's been almost 2 months now and my moto x play is not working. Everyone when i visit the service centre, they just reply bluntly that we haven't received the charger yet.
Kindly tell me what to do.
Service centre should be handled by some experts instead of just hit and trial with a person's mobile.
Please take some action for customer satisfaction at the earliest.

    My moto g5 plus wasnt getting switch on i went to the service center in ghatpkopar, there they told motherboard is faulty due to moisture cost of repair would be above 10000, so I took mobile back. Then I noticed that didn't fixed my mobile display propely they stuck it loose. And the main thing is that mobile started working when I went to mobile repairer costing only 300 which was due to software issue . Where Lenovo service center told that it comes under liquid damage and it doesn't cover warranty they try to fool consumer the service which should be free they were charging 10000 for that.

    And they also damged my ambient sensor, chop chop sensor which was working fine before giving to them. I want my mobile to be replaced... They didn't coveredmy warranty as well they didn't stick the display right after opening my mobile

      My charger has been damaged in the box itself when I purchased it from Flipkart. I contacted the nearest service center for replacement as it was in warranty period. They put my order of a replaced charger and asked me to contact them after a fortnight. It is now 3 months passed I have been calling them. Everytime they refuse me as they say the replaced charger hasn't come yet. Just think once how I am charging my phone? Very irresponsible it is.

        Dear sir i bought a moto g4 plus mobile after nougat update my mobile is draining battery so fast, it is heating and at the time of charging the is flickering life the ghost is operating my device automatically, i think there are so many bugs in that update. I hope that u sure help me, i am big fan of moto devices and i don't want to change my opinion sir please help me as far as possible... There are lakhs of custmers who are suffering from this problems but i am sure they cannot wait so long

        I bought a moto g4 plus a year ago for my dad. Recently he started facing issues with the handset. It would freeze and hang indefinitely. We have twice visited the service center in gorakhpur. They take the phone do some factory reset or something and return it back and my father keeps on facing the same issue. The product is still in warranty.

          We bought Moto G Plus 4th Gen (Black 16 GB) Serial No. [protected] on September 9, 2016. It is submitted to Motorola Service Center GIR-507 with Service No.: SRGJR[protected]. This Service Center is located in city Indore (MP). The phone is under warranty. The Carry in date and time[protected], 11:58 hrs and Finish Time[protected]:56 hrs. However after our many efforts the service center is not doing the needful. As a matter of fact they do not pickup the phone and they are rude in behavior. Please treat this matter urgently before we file the police complain. Kind Regards

            I had purchased my Moto e4 a few days back but the next day it started to hang frequently .when I approached to service centre of Motorola they took the phone and kept with them for 2 days .And when I got my mobile back it started to hang again I showed them the same but they didn't even respond to it.They again took the phone and said they will fix it within 6 days
            But after getting the phone it wasn't fix at all services center people said that they have updated my phone but they did not even did a single work on it as because if they have updated my phone it would have formated but it wasn't I checked my data it was as same as before giving it to them. I request you people to solve it as soon as possible

            Or else I will file a complaint in consumer court

            The service centre which I have approached is in Hubli (Karnataka) named "shri shakti service centre"

              I have bought this moto g4 plus mobile on 16/07/2016, i have faced a lot of problems related to sudden switching off my mobile. During warranty period i have visited several times my nearer motorola customer service centre, but in-spite there service my handset is not working properly.                 I have purchased moto z play in oct16, from few days i am unable to download anything through its play shore app.
                When i open play store app it opens normally.
                But when i press an app to download, it also ask to accept.
                After pressing accept it shows download bar but unable to download an app.

                unsatisfied with the performance of Motorola e4 plus battery.
                I bought motorola E4 plus on 18th july 2017, since then a 5000 mAh battery is not lasting for more than 15 hours. I want this device to be replaced. I think a hardware issue. Within 20 days mobile phone is giving such worst performance.

                  I had purchase the mob on 20 march 2017. As today on 8 aug my phone was hang and i restart it and my phone started giving the problem of networking. As it shows full network but some times i got call and some time i cant be able to make calls even after having range. So i meet in service center in Lower Parel (TODAY TELECOM), As i told them the issue of mine. They told me to come after 1 hr as it may be a software issue. As they also saw my phone was in perfect condition. After one hour when i came they handed my phone n told me the work is done n check. So i tried to call from my phone but same issue was there as they had not solved the problem. So again they told me to come after 1 hr. When i reached again i was shock that they told me that due to some water or mositure my phone is damaged. And i had to pay charges of Rs 1650. I told my phone is not get wet anytime as it is in cover. So they told that due to other reason it may be. But they had not open in front of me as when i summit my phone that time it was ok. So it is one type of cheating done by you to the customer. And i told again this problem aries then again i had to pay as per them. So when it is under warranty you should give it free. They had called me after 2 days and if they charge me i will go to consumer court for the same. So it is reuest to you to solve the problem of mine mutually.

                    I ordered motog5 plus on 12 aug from amazon. I opened box on 28aug as it was a bdy gift.

                    Problem i faced very 1st day was of outgoing voice 1 out of 20 times going fine otherwise i was shouting & voice was not going to other side.

                    Amazon denied replacement as 15 days got over.
                    Finally i managed to visit motorolla serice centre in tilak nagar/ashok nagar new delhi. They doignosed & said mic is faulty &they kept my ph for 4 days with them for mic replacement.

                    Today when i tested my phone again the same problem. Its like i have wasted my 17000 inr on a new phone

                    I want a replacement. Nothing else!!!

                      I recently purchased your mobile moto e4 plus on 19th july 2017 after using 14 day mobile screen doesn't work properly (Screen works only for receiving calls or showing notifications rather than this function screen doesn't work) then i went my nearby crevice senter chanakya technologies f-38 sanjay complex lasker gwalior mp
                      When i went their your engineer told me that this crevice senter only repair out of warranty handset not repair warrenty handset... And so on when i asked how much money u want to repair this set out of warranty he say approx[protected] does service center works like this i want answer does my mobile repair or not (Answer within 2 days) if your doesn't gave me answer i will make a complent in consumer court.

                          Staff of service station is also not give proper reply or another service center number for getting details regarding phone in service.

                              On 31 aug'2017 give my phone (Moto zplay) for repairing in authorized motorola service center in bangalore (652, 11th main rd, 4th t block east, 4th block, jayanagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560011) when i asked about my invoice they told that i will receive it through my registered email id and after several followups still didn't receive my invoice. And i paid 5785 rs for my repair work.

                                I bought moto e4plus bought 24th july 2017 phone has brust today overheated and bursted kindly replace it worst product ever seen.. The phone was overheating from the first day but i didnt care a lot and last night the screen was not working and it overheated nothing was working then next morning suddenly the phone started to smoke was coming out and brusted and melted.. I m very poor family and dont have much money to buy a new one nowadays it is very essential to have a smartphone... I would request for my refund or replacement of product

                                Sir I have received the mobile 15 days before but there are some problems with it like
                                1) heating temp. Mostly remains around 39 to 42

                                2) scratches on display

                                3) low volume problem especially with head phone

                                4)unusually touch
                                I have recently purchased Moto E4 plus. When I click photo using flash the phone appears yellowish in colour. Also it is looking little blur. I have tried it but I am not getting any solution.Do

                                  My phone moto g 4+ had the problem of charging port in build with mobile set i went for replacement of same outside of shop and they repair but again after 20 days it again damaged and become non functioning then i approached to authorized moto service centre at vapi sai plaza sardar bhailawala bank chanod colony gidc vapi 396195 dated 19/07/2017 at 13:33:14 and they handed over me mobile after replacement of charging port dated 03/08/2017 with work done and they shown us at service centre with their own charger that now mobile charging is working. Once we reached at my home i checked it with my charger and find it is not working but when i tighten the wire of charger it start charging so again i contacted to service centre then they said to come centre again. I went again on dated 04/08/2017 morning they told me that their is loosening in charging port, and said me to leave mobile here and will come latter. At the same day evening when i again contacted them they said they are still checking and there may be some problem of motherboard. Then i contacted to motorola customer care and complaining against misinformation by service centre time by time. Again at evening of 05/08/2017 again i called to service centre then they told me that it can not be repair, i visited agin centre then they told that something track of charging socket was broken and it can not be repairable. According to them it was done by earlier servicing which i had done outside but now there are my quetion...
                                  1. If track was broken then why they can not find out in first instance while they make replacement of charging shocket and delivered as job get it done? It is very possible that it was broken when they are repairing it second time.
                                  2. Why they told me first that there is loosen fitting of charging socket when i visited there second time?
                                  3. They also told me once that there may be problem with mother borad? Why? While track can be easily noticed.
                                  Now my mobile is useless due to negligence and untrained person at there service centre. Who will bear the cost?

                                    I recently bought moto e4 plus model (15th july) to gift someone. I had high expectations from this model with the kind of configuration it supported as compared to other phones in the market. But phone had started malfunctioning within 20 days. Its touch is not working properly, sim card tray is not detecting the sim, its overheating while charging so much. So in the nutshell phone is total crap and complete wastage of money. I didnt expected this from motorola brand at all.. Though i have using moto g previously. Please replace the defective piece. As nothing is working in this phone.

                                    Ma phones speakers isn't working properly...wen i make a call I can't hear the ringtone n there voic...onli possible wen its loudspeaker and headset ...also charger isn't working properly...I havnt misused it..evn den..its not working..wat shall b done vith dat...MYnn warranty is still der...and s it possible to replace the same...

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have recently purchased a moto m model through flipkart from india on december 2016. I had selected the brand of motorola after a lot of anticipation for the new m series that you had launched. This was a gift from a family for my birthday, hence this phone was quick a special selection from my end.

                                      Within 6 months of operation, my moto m had encountered with a slight issue (July 2017). I was unable to charge my mobile phone at all. Hence for this reason, i had taken my mobile phone to your authorized service center in chennai - digitel communication (T nagar).

                                      Just to provide my mobile phone for service, i had to wait an excruciating period of five hours in the service center. This was the first service center which had made me wait for such a long time just to provide a complaint.

                                      The service center folks accepted my mobile phone and promised to provide a solution. They called me back after a couple of days of investigation stating that my mobile phone has been physically damaged and hence i had to repair a specific usb part. I do not remember dropping my phone with such a serious impact but still i went ahead with the solution provided by the team. I was even willing to get my phone fixed with payment even though it was under warranty.

                                      Again after a few days later they called me saying that the battery needs to be changed as well and this will be covered under warranty. Clearly the service center folks very little confused with what exactly is the issue with my phone.

                                      After several postponements, i finally got my phone on 8th august 2017 from the motorola authorized service center, unfortunately just to collect my phone they again made me wait for two whole hours. While receiving the mobile phone from the service center, they were not even aware that the old part has to be surrendered to the owners, a big explanation was in session for this. Such was the torture provided by this particular service center.

                                      To my utter disappointment, i come home to face the same issue persisting with my phone. After waiting for 20 days, several flip flops and embarrassments from the service center, i have taken it upon to write to you. Request you to provide me a solution, i cannot simply go through another torture session with the service center in chennai.

                                      I am part time journalist with satyavijayi.com and i really do not want to take this issue to the media house, until i get some solid response from the motorola india team.

                                      Please let me know what should i do to ensure that my mobile phone issue can we corrected? Is motorola such a substandard brand that it fails within 6 months of functioning? Are people working with motorola guide us to such substandard service centers that they can’t even correct a simple issue like this?

                                        I purchased a motorola handset on june 29th. The phone fell from less than a height of 4ft, on an even surface. The screen is completely cracked and broken, but the touch is completely fine. The calls, camera also working fine. What is the matter? How should i get it repaired? Since its within the warranty period, do i get the screen repaired for free? How much will it cost otherwise?

                                        do something to provide better service.this is not fair after 4 months the phone is lagging its perfomance
                                        My phoe is not working properly. after system update speaker doesn't working.& phone doesn't start after swotticng off. working slow .so to something in my favour.how poor the perfomance of the brand company.4months r being passed for this handset n these problems occues so what to do now
