Port for charging is not working. The phone is purchased by my son on 3.9.2016 online through amazon and warrantee is expiring on 4.9.17, during which he/i cannot present the instrument for repair with any pune, india based deer as i am in uk at present. We are returing india on 13.9.17. Hence help is required, that how the phone can get repaired /replaced during warrantee period.
Main complaint is regarding the charging of battery, which is stopped die to damaged port.
Please guide.
