On dated 26/08/2017: motorola service centre supreme care (Code: jpu-010) sethia bhawan, jalori gate, jodhpur rajasthan, india refused to repair my moto-xt-1643-32gb-white-imei: [protected] purchased online on 18-sept-2016.

Defects: 1. Power key remained pressed. Requires to be changed
2. Charging socket is defective. Not working. So no charging. Therefor requires to be changed.
3. Ear phone socket in mobile is defective.

    If warrenty cant be given under splashproof then they should declare that the product dont cover warrenty for that reason and under specifications they should not show it or shown along with declaration
    Ihave bought moto g5 plus 4 months ago have been working fine but suddenly the network stopped working. Except that every thing is fine and perfectly working as same as when it is brought. Then i submitted phone to service centre
    It took 10 days to check where for all other costomers checking is done instantly in an hour and 5 more days to keep an motherbboard order where for all other costomers it is done at that instantly under warrenty and 4 more days to say that warrenty is not covered under liquid damage
    If it is splashproof then they sould cover warrenty. It is nowhere submerged just some water splashed on its surface at home accidentally that too some days before the problem occured. Phone didnot shown any sign of it (Ie switching off that occurs in case of other phones) at that time
    I hope that my complaint is taken under consideration and will solve it as soon as possible and restore my phone

      I purchased the same from flipkart around the same time and facing similar issues of boot-reboot after start up. Its like an infinite loop, which doesnt allow me to perform any operation. I went to the authorized service center in marathalli, bangalore and they declared it fixed, however same problem persists once sim is inserted.
      How can lenovo release such products in the market?

        I want lock button and and i have charging issue, display problems
        (When i used to call someone at that in background some).
        They said it will take around 1month to resolve your problem (Lock button) only

          Hello moto, i have purchased motorola e4 plus before 11 days. Yesterday i noticed that while my cell being charged it was not properly working like it's sensors not working, touch sensors been very hard. Once it was charged and removed plug, it was working nicely. So only problem i find that while cell is charging i can't use it properly because sensors are not working. Please let me give a proper solution of this problem.

            I bought moto 4 g plus phone on 27 oct 2017 and it has power on issue from last 2 months. Suddenly it got power off and not switching on. I reached the service center for repair and they took 15 days time and said it will not work anymore. I still have warranty but they said it ll now work.

            I contacted the service center in Hyderabad, Dilshuknagar. Satyam Electronics. But they are very irresponsible and not at all taking care of the mobile. They are simply telling that the phone will not work since they thought that the phone fell in water . The fact is they don't want to replace the phone . They are simply blaming the customer .

                I have moto g 3, but unfortunately its one of the sim slot stopped working... And it is under warranty.. So i have given my phone to service center situated in ratlam (Mp).. Around 17 days ago... The person at service center give surety that he will repaur and give within 6 days... But he failed.. So he asked for 3 days more... But again he failed... So i have asked him to give my phonein its previous condition... But he is denying to give my phone.. By saying that... He have opened the phone... And he could not return the phone.. I wish to ask you that which kind of repair wants 17 days.. So please kindly bring this into your notice... And take apropriate action. We trust motorola thats why we buy motorola phone... But by this kind of service who will buy motorola phone.

                  My phone from day one has defect in receiver. When i talk to somebody, he gets my voice clear. But i receive interrupted voice. I have got it repaired at recognised service center twice. Problem not improved. I feel it is a defective set and company should replace with new one.                       As and when i use to make calls alarm mode or silence mode automatically gets activated.. While streaming online videos screen jumps..

                        I went motorola service center on 5th aug. Because charging cable was not working after checking out they told me that we will send you msg regarding the same and then you can collect your cable.

                        On 8th of aug, i receive a message from ambe electronics (+[protected] regarding collecting the accessories. Then when i went there they told me that this kind of message usually receive user but we can not able to provide you cable on the basis of that message.

                        Seriously what's the matter with you guys. This is pathetic. A worst experiance ever. And when i called them on 14th of aug regarding the same. Their answer was the same. "come visit after some days."

                          I buyed a moto g4 phone on 9th october 2016 and phone is covered under 1 year warranty.
                          This particular model of phone has an in built product defect which is also documented on motorola website. The problem is that display has an auto touch issue where the display doesnt work correctly.

                          Motorola website has asked people to get this fixed at their service centres.

                          However when i visited the service centre located near modern cafe, shivaji nagar,
                          Pune, they did not accept my phone for repair mentioning it cannot be covered under warranty and i will have to pay for fixing this.

                          Why should i pay if my mobile phone is still under warranty and problem i face is known product defect.

                            Sir i have given my phone to service center of motorola in jabalpur on 31st july and till now i have not got any call from them regarding my resolve of problem. When ever i m calling them they are not receiving the call so how can i know about the status of my problem.. And it's been so many days and we don't have any more android phone at our home.. We are facing problems.. And the service center is about 250km far away from my home.. Plz do something.. Regarding it.. Otherwise it's not worth to buy motorola next time i think so

                                I am using motorola g4 pulse. My contacts was linked. For eg. If i save two contacts like ram, jose respectively. If i called ram call going to jose. And duplicate contacts creating.

                                I merge contacts in gmail contacts
                                I format phone
                                Software changed
                                Deleted all google and my phone contact and newly saved. But again happening this error.

                                I submitted phone in motorola service center for 3 days and 2 times. They can track the problem.
                                And i called customer care. And register complaint. But there is no response from your team. Am working in icici bank and i have lot o[censored]se with mobile. This complaint started before 3 months.

                                And also i am not using covers, but my mobile side colour was loosing like scratch. My first mobile was moto g. Still now am using that phone also. There is no complaint. Compony grows up complaints grows up.

                                My mobile having warranty. But why u people like this.?

                                Motorola is good brand. I am using motorola from 2010. Here 7 years. This is my first time experience.

                                  I bought moto z2 play on 4 august 2017 on 16 august i submitted my phone at motorola service center kotla new delhi. Because it has speaker and software problem. They didn't submitted it online they gave me a manual slip no. 1768. The expected delivery date of my mobile was 21 august but they didn't delivered my phone. I doubt when they ssubmitted it offline. I think you have to take some steps otherwise i will lose faith on motorola products.

                                    Sir i had submiited my phone on 22 july to a motorola service centre (Ambe electronics sec 18 noida) to get its back panel changed as it was not powering on. On 17th i picked the handset from service centre but they said that as soon they will get the part they will inform me but it isn't assured as from day 1 i'm hearing your part is not dispatched by the company and neither it is in transit and it is taking time to get the part. It could take 2 months or so, nothing is assured.
                                    Truly speaking this is my worst experience of any smartphone company or any company as such. After sale service is the poorest of all. For almost a month i had no source of communication and it continues till today even though my phone is under warranty. It is a moto g5 plus bought in april from flipkart a gold one. I just want my phone to get repaired as soon as possible. My life is coming to a halt, i spent 17000 on my phone and it cant get repaired only. I contacted gurgaon office also though after getting a positive response from there i was hopeful. But after 3-4 days there phone was not answerable. Reception told me they have npt come to office, mr sachin was looking at my issue.

                                      I have purchased an 'moto g4 plus' on 11/03/2017 without any invoice copy and the retailer has given the bill price 13200rs and now my phone display has damaged automatically and i need warranty i have asked retailer for the invoice copy but he also don't have it.
                                      He also taken mobile offline and given me.
                                      I need warranty because i am in the warranty period.

                                        I mahendra vishwakarma gave my motorola e3 mobile for repairing charging parts at ghatkopar mumbai on 14th august2017 but they did not give time limit for it. Today 21 august 2017 i called ghatkopar gallary for my mobile but they said parts not available there hence it takes more time.

                                        So i said mr. Pratik if you dont have parts then why keep mobile for repairing and why you are not responsible for that he told me it is your responsibility why you keep mobile here if you have any urgent then take out your mobile.

                                        He treating very badly manners with me.
