I buyed a moto g4 phone on 9th october 2016 and phone is covered under 1 year warranty.
This particular model of phone has an in built product defect which is also documented on motorola website. The problem is that display has an auto touch issue where the display doesnt work correctly.
Motorola website has asked people to get this fixed at their service centres.
However when i visited the service centre located near modern cafe, shivaji nagar,
Pune, they did not accept my phone for repair mentioning it cannot be covered under warranty and i will have to pay for fixing this.
Why should i pay if my mobile phone is still under warranty and problem i face is known product defect.
