I have a Moto G4 plus cell phone which I bought on 16th August 2016 from Flipkart. It has a one year warranty. A couple of months ago I started facing the ghost touch issue with the phone. Because of time constraints I couldn't take it to the service center. And today when I went the guy said we are closed for the day. Upon mentioning the warranty he said that if you've bought it on 16th, the warranty expires on 15th. I'd also like to point out that the phone was delivered on 18th. That aside he told me he'll charge a minimum of Rs. 650 to resolve this issue even thought it's a Motorola service center and not a third party service center. My question is first of all why do I have to pay for a hardware issue that's a manufacturing defect. Secondly if I paid the money online on 16th how is my warranty expiring on 15th. Address of the service center is - 759/55, FC Rd, Pulachi Wadi, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra 411004
