I have a Moto G4 plus cell phone which I bought on 16th August 2016 from Flipkart. It has a one year warranty. A couple of months ago I started facing the ghost touch issue with the phone. Because of time constraints I couldn't take it to the service center. And today when I went the guy said we are closed for the day. Upon mentioning the warranty he said that if you've bought it on 16th, the warranty expires on 15th. I'd also like to point out that the phone was delivered on 18th. That aside he told me he'll charge a minimum of Rs. 650 to resolve this issue even thought it's a Motorola service center and not a third party service center. My question is first of all why do I have to pay for a hardware issue that's a manufacturing defect. Secondly if I paid the money online on 16th how is my warranty expiring on 15th. For your information please the first complaint I registered regarding the issue was on 19/12/2016. A little over 3 months from buying the phone. Reference ID[protected] with subject 'Display Flickering'. Another issue was raised the same day with ID '[protected]'. I had called the company customer care again on 16/08/2017 - ref. ID[protected]. And the latest complaint I registered online - reference ID[protected]. After three service centers and multiple visits and calls, this is the kind of service I have been provided. As a working professional this is not the only thing in my life. You guys should try to respect the hard earned money a person puts in to buy a phone.

Text of the latest complaint that I faced on 16/08/2016 -
I have a Moto G4 plus cell phone which I bought on 16th August 2016. It has a one year warranty that ends today. About 6-7 months ago the screen was not working properly. I registered a complaint with customer care and they gave a few solutions none of which worked. I called the service center, no one responded. I went to service center but due to the crowd there I was asked to come later. I have been busy with work since and could only go again yesterday. Two of the service centers mentioned on your site, Kavya enterprises and TechRel in Global Services, FC Road, said they do not cover phones under warranty. I went to the third center, which is on 1st floor, Shirole building, above Pashankar auto. After spending hours waiting I was told that this will not be considered under warranty because I have multiple small dents at the bottom now. For a ghost touch issue which is a manufacturing defect, they are asking me to pay 6000+ for a phone that cost me 15000. The screen is not damaged even one bit but because of the small dents at the bottom they are asking me to pay for it. My warranty expires today. Why is the customer being charged for the companies fault? If not repaired under warranty I will anyway purchase a new phone but it's a pathetic display of greedy service from your end. I have been leaving work and running around to get it repaired and this is the nonsense I get to hear. I called customer care again and they said you don't have to pay for the screen but get the dents repaired. To which the service center said, these things come together and you'll have to pay for both.

    It's not been a month since I am facing problem with my phone active display is not working and I am very upset with this. Please be quick and solve this problem. I have tried everything but not able to resolve it. Restarted my phone many times but it's still not working. I want quick and permanent solution and why this is happening and if there's any kind of serious problem replace it this phone is still under warranty.

      With the reference to the caption subject I want to state that I had purchased a Moto G plus 4th Gen on date 23/8/2016 .I went to your Motorola service (address as mentioned above in subject)centre for reparing of our mobile's camera but she told me u will have to pay for this reparing cost around its cost 850.00 rupees as camera is not cover under warranty period.Kindly tell me is camera not cover under warranty period plz do the needful as soon as possible.

      I have purchased above device two months back. The system has crashed while doing the RESET. I have given it for repairing of approved service station in PIMPRI, PUNE(411018). Even 15days of follow up and commitment neither is repairing nor giving the commitment. Either repair it fast or replace it with new handset.

        I have submitted my mobile phone for repair in kukatpally motorola service center. But no response from service team is coming. Everytime they say 1 more week. It has been a month and no progress has happend. My job no. Is 12903. Is it so difficult to get a screen change in motorola. Didnt expected from motorola. A pathetic way to manage your customers. At least you can intimidate people, if it is so difficult to get the parts. There is no knowledge on your employers behalf. Kindly, if possible do reply. Hoping for a positive response.           I purchased this phone in Jan 2017, and since then i m frustrated. Every other something or the other problem comes up. Some days battery drains out suddenly. Sometimes phone mic stops working, keyboard hangs. Poor network reception, i have to restart the phone to get network signals back. I short I am highly disappointed with this phone. My faith in MOTO is lost. I ran from one service center to another. MOTO service center says go to lenovo. WTF. I have purchased a MOTO phone. I should be getting all services at MOTO service center. I want to return this phone and I want my money back.

            I bought a moto g4 20 oct 2016. I have a problem with my mobile is... A screen burn/ghosting everywhere on screen - status bar, navigation bar, even if i open an app for like 5 mins some part of its printed on the screen. It's veey annoying as it's only supposed to happen with amoled display.
            There for it is my request you to kindly change the mobile or refund the paid amount immediately. Thanks ps parab [protected]

            After changing of my Moto G4 screen my phone is heating like a iron, u can't event put that phone in your pocket not even hold in your hand. And even Worst service center i ever had seen in my life. They even don't resolve your problem and make you wait for min 1.5hrs. This problem is with Jaipur service center.

              I am using moto g5 plus from last 6 months. I bought it from amazon in january. Recently while clicking photos by rear camera i have seen that there is a small black patch in every pics. Then i saw the previous pictures from before then also i saw that the photos have that patch but it was slightly small in size. Can you tell me what problem is this and what to do. There is no crack or anything in the camera lens.

                    Flipcart send me a damaged product, and when I send a replacement request according to there terms and conditions within 10 days. They rejected my request.
                    Service of Flipcart is very worst, Amazon is very very better than Flipcart.
                    Please help me soon sir, I am finding myself astonished by Flipcart.

                    My front camera is not working, when I go to the camera option, the option of front camera is missing.
                    There is a heating problem of this device when i play online game or using browser . Only after 30 minutes my phone gets heated very much, when I play online game.
                    So kindly help me and resolve my problem soon.
                    A front camera is not proper n clear only while using video recorder or while video calling, whenever i am using the screen is getting dark or somewhat black, please take this cell phone back, I don't want it and give my money back...
                    Moto have Very worst reply .
                    Now I m thinking that I made a very big mistake by purchasing a Motorola phone.
                    ND I suggest every one not to buy a Motorola phone bcz of it's worst complain resolving stand.

                        I purchased moto g5 plus and received it on july 5th. As announced my motorola a lenovo company on the launch of moto g5 plus that it is a volte set. When i received it, there is no volte option in the status bar. I tried to call ur customer support but was not satisfied. I go call form your side yesterday but he denied motog5+ a volte set. Many of my friends are able to get the volte option but i'm not. If my issue is not resolved soon enough. I'm going to complaint in the consumer court of india. Because here a customer is deceived and product is not delivered as mentioned by the company or it's market places...

                            My phone cracked and got curvature as i met an accident. I bought my phone 15 September 2016. it is under warranty but service center located in Yashwant plaza opposite railway station refused to repair it saying that its motherboard​ has got curvature it can't be repaired. There should be some solution to the damage but they refused to check it. My phone doesn't work properly. it gets hang all the time and its screen moves on its own. I want it to get repaired. I request you to do the needful.

                              I purchase this moto c last evening,. But this one is most worst model of you. And my dealer refuse to exchange this with any moto smartphone. Whenever i inserts earplug in this. Its only gives me hang, only hang. I just put that in garbage after those words which of that dealer.
                              Worst phone ever..
                              And yeah
                              You are the first in wireless communication.

                              Whenever I plugs ear phone in cellphone. Its starts hanging. Touch pad feels me very hard. I told this matter to Mr. dealer, but He refuse to do anything. His words were different before purchasing and after purchasing.

                                I) my voice is not being clearly heard by the call receiver.
                                Ii) when the mobile is in on mode, the screen brightness is decreasing.

                                  I have motog4 plus (Xt1643) phone which i have bought in october 2016. After that in 2-4 days it started operating automatically. It used to show random screen (Ghost touches) and that problem increased gradually so that i submitted it to service centre on 3rd jully 2017. They said that it has display problem and it has to change and will return you phone within 8 days. Meanwhile they harassed me a lot on every 3rd to 4th day they was telling will give you a phone tomorrow. Finally on 27 jully they returned me my phone with correction of problem and they replaced my phone's original body with another one which has lot many scratches. After that went to them 2times. They said we would change your phone body with new one. Now it is 11th day they have not changed body, i m using that replaced body by them.

                                    My moto phone is showing a excessive amount of adds like abt at its hike time 1 add each min. Sometimes its just open goggle play app out of no where. I have have deleted many apps even resent my phone but it does not help me. Hence its looks like a phone problem not any application etc. Non my friend moto phones shows such high amount of adds. Create very bitter mobile mostly gaming experience.

                                      I purchase moto e3 power mobile in 15 may 2017. Within one month the voice problem issue comes. I submit the mobile in motorola care center which is placed at nal stop, kothrud, pune. The care center take a 13 days for such a small issue. The above mentioned problem is repeated within 2 week. Now what is the use of such mobile which have problem in every 2 weeks & take a long time for repair for such minor issues. It is very easy to repair in private center but what is the use of mobile warranty given by you.
