Dear concern,
I m parshant kumar from faridabad and i have newly purchased a phone moto g5s. Finally 4 days is normally working but overheating while charging.
5 days morning time phone not on/off and screen blank and showing moisture in both cameras and i really not know where moisture comes in phone. After that i have decide to go to the store & service centre also but problems not resolved.
Service centre says the phone is liquid damage and mother board & display dead. Neither phone replace by the store nor phone is ok by service centre team in warranty period.
Finally tell me where i am going for this problems.

Dear sir, i m really tired with moto service.
Please do the need full as soon as possible otherwise we have to going in consumer court. That's it.

I purchase moto e4 plus from flipkart after 1 month i faced problems like prblem in audio speaker and heatup so i gave my mobile in service center but after 9 days still my mobile is not repair and service center still saying that we dont know when your mobile will repair because company not provide repair part

dear Concern,
I have purchase moto G5s from Xtraa Sales, NIT 5, Faridabad Dated 17.09.2017.
After a day phone heating problems while charging but I think that this is normally problem so I don't worry about the same. But Dated 21.09.2017 morning time, phone suddenly off and screen blank. Neither phone on/off nor showing any improvement.
Same day I have go to Service centre but they are denied to solved my problems or they want charges before checking my phone and said please first go to Store where I have purchased the device.
but same day I have also go to store but they are also denied to replace the device under 7 days from purchasing. and they also said please go to service centre and we are not responsible for the same.

finally I am going to service centre, they opened the phone after humble request, after that they said the phone is liquid damaged and Mother board and display damaged.
I am truly confused why are say like this that phone is Liquid Damage.
Neither any person support me nor any reply from your side. I am Truly tired this type pathetic service from MOTO.

kindly replace the device otherwise we have to take hard action against MOTO services.
and I am I'll continues texted this forum against MOTO till my phone replaced or re-repaired.that's it.
