I have purchased a mototrala mobile hand set (Moto c plus) on 26/06/2017 after 03 months the hand set show many problems like handset heat, slow ring volume, ear phone defect, sensore not work etc, i submitted my handset at mototrala service centre for repairing on date 06/10/2017 & they said to me after 4 days you can receive your handset in ok condition. I went to the service centre after 4 days but they said again to come next day, said the same again & again & i go to daily basis. At last i contact to customer care by phone they say to me you can wait for 2 months to receive your handset in ok condition. Now what can i do please say to me? Today i called to the call center to know about the status of my handset, they answered me we can not say the actual time to return u in ok condition . We call back to u when your handset repair.I want to know in which date u will return my handset in ok condition.which is the problem to repaire my set ? please say.

After 12 days they returned my handset in defect condition. They said to me your handset in ok but when i operate it i face same problem the touch screen light is off in the time of out going call & incoming call.the mechanic of the care has no experience in motorola company's handset.They did not change the sensore of this set.How many times i go to the service center in the same problems.At last i decide that i go to Indian consumer cout forum against u. to customer harasment .

    I have recently purchased MOTO G% s plus delivered on 22nd Sep. I am dissappoined with phone as it is getting heated even after using for Half an hour. The buttons have already bent from centre which cannot happen even if it falls. We have been using motorola for quite a few years and I am sorry to say that your product quality is coming bad everyday. I want either my phone to be replaced or repaired without any charges.

      Few months ago i bought moto g4plus which i found not functioning normally. Phone was replaced but the second one was also having the same problem, then flipkart denied to replace again then
      After visiting moto service centre multiple times, still i'm facing the same issues.
      Phone starts working automatically when it is put to charging.
      They updated software multiple times, intense repair to the screen and later on display screen were changed but then also i'm facing the same issue.

        I bought moto g5s plus from amazon a month ago (Sept 2017) and i'm already facing call quality issues. The other person can't hear me. Call goes on for a minute and then it's all blank... No noise. I have to disconnect and make a fresh call.

        I'm using a vodafone 4g sim and a 4g plan in 4g area... Still not working... I feel like cheated and wasted 17000 for a brand new phone. Help me get a replacement or money back.

        Hi,

        I bought MotoG4 Plus this year (Feb 2017). After using it for 4 months, I started facing issues with the phone. The phone will heat up after using it for 20-30 minutes, it will switch off randomly even when not in use. I had to factory reset it, despite that the problem was not solved. Got the battery changed from the service centre a month back, the problem still continues to be unsolved.

        More to this, the screen will function sometimes on its own. It will flicker and random pages /apps will pop up on the screen.

        Its not even a year yet, but the phone has created hell a lot of problems for me. I want an exchange for this phone and this time No Moto G4 Plus.

          I have bought motorola z2 play on 6 sep 2017. U have clearly mentioned that this phone is water resistant but my phone is stopped working after dropping few drops of water on it. So i visited to the service centre but the attendent told me that it is out of warranty now and told me to pay 6000 rs for its repairment

            I am using motorola turbo edition mobile imei number [protected] touch glass was broken, i gave it to satyam electronics dilsukh nagar hyderabad 500060 they told display need to replaced and they gave after 10 days i paid 4000 rupes for display damage on[protected], they told one month we wil give warranty
            After 15 days means yesterday my display showing lines on screen today i went and told my problem they are telling internal damage was there we can not do anything they are simply ignoring my problem actualy they replaced display defectively and talking rudely and i paid 4000 for display damage after watching all these things i dont want to buy motorala phone again
            Moreover i have done nothing and paying the price and how can i create internal display problem please sort it out as early as posible

              Nearly one month back i purchased moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart... Recently some few days onwords my mobile touch screen is stucking suddenly and it is not responding to my touch and after some time it will be automatically working...               Suddenly my mobile stucks(only Touchpad) some time, at that point of time if I am trying to do anything it couldn't responds.volume buttons and power key buttons are working but touch screen only not responding it's hanging.At that time I am trying to switch off the mobile but I couldn't, bcz touch screen not responding.

                I have motorola g4 plus and my phone switched off automatically when it rings or any sound comes from speaker. When it is in silent or vibration mode there is no problem occurs but when it is in general or ring mode and on that time if anyone call me or msg me or any sound notification comes it switched off again. I tried factory reset but it also dosn't worked. I tried battery callibriration but it also fails and my battery also drains very fast i dont know why but it drains please but my very first issue is switced off problem. Please give me solution i m very irritate due to this.

                  I got my mobile yesterday through flipkart and opened it in the evening, after all tried to listen music but can't use but head set, because the head set jack is not working, i want replace my product or make it repaired to use normally without any problems, i think there is problem with head set inserting hole, please inform me what to do to make my mobile perfect, other wise please replace it

                  It's a good mobile only problem with head set, and camera clarity is low
                  I the undersigned had given my mobile for repairs on 31st August 2017 Job no MOT/GOA/CI/8/17/00034. I received the mobile on 4th October 2017 duly repaired wherein I have paid an amount 4210/- wherein I was not issued a tax invoice.

                  I bought moto E4 yesterday and the display is flickering. How can a new mobile get spoilt?? This is very pathetic.When I approached the store from where I purchased (bajaj electronics) they are not replacing it. Very bad and disappointing service

                    I had given my instrument bearing imei no. [protected] to service centre : in-003-bangalore, vide moto service record no. Srin[protected] on 04/10/2017 with a complaint "' instrument not powering on".
                    Now the issue is
                    1. To receive the instrument it took more than 2 hours.
                    2. To inform the nature of fault it took more than 1.5 hours.
                    3. Though the instrument is well within the warranty period, the service center refused to replace the instrument with a new one.
                    4. Even after 6 days i have not received the repaired instrument.
                    5. The phone no. Provided for inquiry in the the receipt/service record is not functional. ([protected]) thereby making me run around every now and then to the service center only to know that it will take more time 'as replacement part has not arrived'.
                    Why such a renowned company like motorola is taking so much time to repair through the company's service center? I very much left with no words to say other than the 'apathy' shown.

                      Hi,

                      The feature of cast screen is available in my moto g4 plus, but they haven't provided the button to make it enable in the device. I have contacted to live chat support team and every time they suggested to purchase cromcast device to use cast screen and motorola is not providing cast screen enable option in all other moto device. But i have checked in moto x play this option is available to make cast screen enable.

                      Seems it's bug in motog4 plus, the cast screen feature is available but can't use, and moto team suggested to purchase cromcast for this for which i will have to extra pay of cost around 3000rs. That means cost of moto g4 plus i have paid 14999 and now moto team suggesting to pay extra 3000rs only for bug solution they have in their device.

                        Bought moto g5 last month and the battery life is extremely poor. Even on an idle mode it discharges within 12 to 14 hours and when using wi-fi it discharges within 3-4 hours. And also the phone overheats during charging. It has been a big disappointment. Visited the motorola service center where i had to submit the phone for 3 days. On receiving the phone back, the problem still persists.
                        Expected a better built quality from motorola, it has been a shameful experience.

                          My son r. Prithvi chandra working as a software engineer bought moto x force in may'17 thro on line amazon for rs.17999.
                          He carried his new mobile to achicago as he went abroad (Chicago, usa) for higher studies in aug'17. After a few days the mobile didnt work as its display failed. He faced problems as he did not have any other mobile.
                          With great difficulty he could send the mobile to hyderabad, india with invoice. Amazon delivery challan to me to show at service centre at hyd. (Smart services, ameerpet).
                          To the surprise, they informed that the device is not under warranty.
                          The customer is cheated and put to mental agony and financial loss.

                            Motorola service center near ks and ms reddy complex, hanamkonda, warangal, telangana, 506003.
                            This service center today i went to clean my moto g5+ mobile front cam which is full of dust. There the staff behaviour was rude, and not trained good. And finally i asked them the bill for which i have charged i. E, 250₹ they did not given, and said bill will not be given to the service!!! I can't understand the logic

                              This is devraj from belgaum karnataka, i have purchased motorola e power on oct 2016, still it's on warranty condition but last one week handset is not working it means left side screen is not working i have given to service centr in belgaum karnataka, these people are not responding properly they are miss behaving to customers, for this matter they are telling it's not possible to repair, my concern is it's on warranty then what's is the problem to do and these people are working for solve customer issues or working for save companies money. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue

                                I purchased moto c plus from flipkart and yesterday when i connect the device to wifi for start up the device it keeps restarting waht should i do? I also spoke to moto customer service they told me to replace it from flipkart or visit nearest service center. When i search about this issue i found out many peoples having the same issue after replacing it with new one too.

                                    My handset moto m has dust on its camera lens. I had been to motorola service centre but they didn't clean it properly. And they are asking me to buy a new camera lens and install it in my handset. But its not even a year i bought this phone. I purchased this smartphone for clicking. Photon and recording videos but if my camera is only clear what should i do. So please i need a solution for this problem as soon as possible. What should i do now please help me.

                                    I have brought Moto E4 plus from flipkart on[protected]. After some days its Display behave abnormal like opening apps automatically, display not sense properly.

                                    So, please give the suggestion & resolve the problem.

                                      I'm using moto x play model and i'm having problem in my handset is that i'm still not getting android nougat update in my device its very embarrassing for me because every moto x play which is nearby to me has already got android nougat update on the air but my device still running in android marshmallow and when i check for software update manually it still shows that your device's software is upto date... So please kindly send android nougat update on my moto x play of imei number — [protected]..

                                        Hi am ravi kumar. I am using my motorola m mobiles last 7 months and i had 1 year warranty too. And am facing major network issue and not getting 4g signal. I concerned motorola authorized service center for three times but they didn't resolve my issues. So kindly requesting that i need to exchange my mobile in a possible way.
