I had purchased new moto e4 plus on 13.7.17. Since inception, my voice was not clearly reaching to other party. I got phone checked at above service centre and it was confirmed by them that there is problem in speaker and needs change of speaker. They got deposited my phone vide their receipt no. Soin[protected] on 30.8.17 with a promise to deliver it back within 3 to 4 days. Since them i am getting call on delivery date that part is still not available, please wait for some more time. Today i again got call to tell me that they will try to deliver by next monday i. E. On 11.9.17.

Sir, what is my fault. The phone has manufacturing defect. Either you get my phone replaced or replace the defective part from some new phone. Why i am being harrased for no fault of me. Please help me and get my phone back duly repaired or replaced by new one very urgently as without phone, i am handicapped.

    I have purchased a moto e4 plus during august 2017 but the same has manufacturing fault in screen touch. I have submitted my phone to moto service center name infocare services-hazratganj-lis, shop-2, 1st floor, 6 park road, vaishali arcade, harzatganj.

    Even after expiry of 11 days from the date of mobile submitted to service center they are not repairing my mobile also they are behaving in a bad manner.

    I have asked the contact details of higher authority but they denied to provide the same and said they cannot give the number.

    It is a matter of deep inconvenience that the representative of a reputed company lenovo moto is behaving in unprofessional and bad way and also not giving my mobile phone back with repair.

      I am james kulla i have recently made a purchase of moto x force from amazon order no.[protected] dated 19-06-17 my complain is that the sim and memory stoped functioning and i was not able to remove it got stuck inside so i went to authorize service centre instant solution shop no.5-8, devi palace, prem nagar old delhi road gurgaon to claim as it was under warranty but to my surprise they told that it is out of warranty and for inspection charge i have to pay 450 but after negotiation they didnt charge any money and returned my phone back with no repairs and i am not happy with it because it was the problem with the quality and design of sim slot. I will be well pleased if you can look on to my matter or i may take further decision if not solved.

        I bought a motorola moto c plus with imei no. [protected] from flipkart.com on 22.06.2017.in the month of june, 2017, after two months i were facing handset charging problems. For chrging issue i submitted the handset for repair to m/s motorola service center, f 26/4 okhla phase 2, nathu sweet main road, adjoining yamaha, new delhi, delhi 110020 for repairing. After more than one hour inspection by repairing engineer, service center executive ms kajal told me that any liquid enters in the phone and try to convince me, when i shouted and reply please show me liquid or any water droplet or any evidence of water entry inside phone, than i forcefully told please open and show me liquid inside, after my objection she were again gone back to the repair engineer and after more than 20 minutes she again told me its jack is damage. I was not agree because first she was declared as liquid inside but instead of solving the complaint engineer self broken the jack and show to me,
        I object and call her manager and discuss the same in details, his manager agree to repair the phone after approval from the company. And told me it will take 4-5 days. But same days i received a call from motorola service center your approval for mobile repair is rejected,
        So i told him please forward the same rejection mail to me but from last 4 days they are denying and now calling please pick your phone.

        When i call the custome care they give a standard reply that they can not forworded mail and they say we will revert back in the evening after discussion with their seniors. But i have not been given a single satisfactory response regarding my cell phone’s repair.

        So overall total misguided by sevice center instead of resolution of the issues. I am being forced to do other legal action against the services.

        So i request you to kindly look into this matter. Overall very worst service provider.

            Dear sir/mam,
            I have purchase new motorola g4 plus on 25/1/17, it was working properly for few days only but after that i faced enough problem in operation the mobile.
            As i saw the functions were working automatically, and can't be stoppable.
            Sometimes hard to answer the calls, everytime i switch off and switch on to make it work properly, also everytime if i want top operate if it in charging, i face again the same problem. I took it to service center on 2/9/17, they said it must be software problem, and they re-update the software, but its still the same.
            I was also informed from service center techn. That this model of motorola has the problem and cant be solved.
            I request from the motorola co. That if they cant solve the problem, they must change the set with other one or other option i must get from motorola company, if they fail do to this i will go higher complaint against them.

              There is problem in the security lock in my phone. After locked with finger senscer and pattern, it unlock by swiping on the screen. Anyone can open by swiping, then why you recommend that it has finger senscer and pattern lock? Please try to understand me that phone security is very important issue for me and i fell very unsecure about this phone. Please sold out this problem as soon as possible.

                This is to inform you, i (Rajesh ranjan) purchased a "moto z2" from your authrised dealer at patna-bihar (Pin code - 803201).

                The details of purchase as given below —

                Seller - raja telecom harniwas (Shop no.- 120/112, ashiana hari niwas, dak bunglow road - patna - 803201)/ contact - [protected]/[protected].
                Gstin - 10aasfr9970jizk, bill no.- 4332.

                Purchaser - rajesh ranjan, patna - 800013, contact - [protected].
                Model no - moto z2 play.
                Imei no.- [protected].
                Purchase date - 28/07/2017.
                Total amount paid - inr 28000.00

                Complain description —
                On the time of purchasing this duel nano sim mobile set, i had only one nano sim which i inserted in sim slot 2. For the slot one shopkeeper advised me to change my regular sim to nano sim for slot one.

                After ten days i received my regular sim to nano sim through my service provider.
                & when i inserted that new sim to slot one it was not working properly.

                When i complaint to shopkeeper for the same problem he checked my mobile & advise me to go in company service center.

                Then i apposed to go service center because i received a defective set through him & he refused to take the claim.

                Now i want to ask how it is possible, a consumer purchased a renowned company set from his dealer & within half moth it reflecting problems?
                Is that the quality concern comprised by company?
                For the service center process to repair the set why i do invest my time?
                In the service period how can i manage another set to use my connectivity?

                & last but not list - why a people invest a higher amount for a defective set or a repaired set?

                I am too disappointed about the all above concern & confused what i have to do about this?

                I do not want to service this mobile set, i only need to return my money or change my set to new one because it is the matter of trust between a consumer & the company "motorola".

                  I bought my new motorola e4 plus. After 12 days while using it got switched off suddenly when i restarted it, the phone's touch got very slow. Then i visited to motorola gallery in ghatkopar west. They told me that the touch is not working, they will repair it and give back in 3-4 days. I had waited for 6 days but the didn't get repaired i again visited there they told me sorry sir the part are coming from somewhere please wait for 3-4 more days we will repair it and call you as soon as possible, again after 5 days they called me and saying that the parts are not yet arrived you will have to wait for again for a week. I am asking whether the parts are coming from dubai? What kind of service they are giving to us, i am very upset with the kind of service they are providing to us.. The worst service of motorola.

                        I submitted my phone on 12th of june 2017 at motorola authorized service centre,

                        Service centre: b2x-052 max mobile care

                        Address: shop no. 56, 57, aggarwal city mall,

                        Pitam pura, north delhi-110036

                        Bearing service records no: srb2x[protected]

                        Even after chasing motorola service team almost everyday, i am not getting any response except "team will call you with update by eod" but that eod is not come yet.

                        Sent many mails at
                        [protected]@motorola.com and motorola india customer care at [protected]@mailwc. Custhelp.com but no update till date.

                        Its a fraud and cheep company, which making customer fool.

                        My Moto M has recently got NOUGAT update. After updating, the charging is very slow even takes 5 to 6 hours to charge 30 to 40%. The battery is also draining fast. Please release a patch or an update or provide a solution to downgrade to earlier version.

                          I'm very much upset with the service center, i was thinking motorola is a big brand and will give me best service but now i'm just fed up by going to service center. I had given my moto x to motorola service center dated 9/6/17& he had told me that he will repair my cell by 2-3 weeks and now its been almost 3 months and still he is saying wait for 4-5 days more.

                                  The request is regarding mobile phone repair. First the issue is the phone is under warranty. My slim slot is broken for that reason i went to service center and paid a amount of 1850/-. So they have taken mobile and damaged my display and they kept scratches on it. And given mobile new display which is duplicate display and that display worked for one day. I went again there and given the mobile to them they taken that and till now they didn't given my mobile till now.

                                    I ordered moto g plus 4th gen xt1643 bearing

                                    From amazon on 14th july 2016. Within a month from the date of purchase i started facing issues in the handset.
                                    Issues were :
                                    1) device automatically gets turn off frequently,
                                    2) battery - battery started draining out fast,
                                    3) torch/flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on.

                                    In order to get it done under warranty i went to the b2x motorola care service center, aurangabad 1st, floor satdhan complex beside kotak bank new flyover hotel amarpreet to cidco jalna road aurangabad (Maharashtra) 431001.

                                    On 9/10/2016. They checked the handset and said that will look into this matter (Both software + hardware) and it will take 10 to 15 days and gave me the job sheet (Job no : amsaur002581).
                                    I called them after 10 days to know whether the problem has been solved or not. They said that the problem is with the hardware and they have ordered the hardware, the delay is from the motorola's end so it will take a week more. I called them frequently to know about the status of the issue.
                                    After a long wait for near about 20 days i got the device. Asked them about the hardware issue which they had said on the telephonic conversation and so replaced the hardwere.

                                    The device worked well for a couple of days and the same problems started coming back which i have mentioned above.

                                    Again for the second time i visited to pune service centre at bm gadget service pvt ltd pune told them that the issues have not been resolved.
                                    They said your mobile no new motherboard changed imei sticker, all shiled not fitting properly, poor fitted and normal scratch on mobile externally and show the mobile where the last repaired i. E. At aurangabad service centre (I got the handset after 5 days) this time.
                                    Again thrid time i visited to b2x motorola care service center, near bhola vada chowk sawarkar stachu aurangabad. This time got the reply from service center that mobile having softwere problem & they updated the softwre.
                                    Again now my moblie having same problem i submitted the mobile to motorola service centre latur now they are telling that mobile is inwaranty and motherboard problem.
                                    Now i am really fed up with the same issues again and again for the fourth time.

                                    The problem is the same i. E. - device turns off automatically but giving the reason different.

                                    I cannot keep visiting the service center for the same problem again and again. Already i had taken leave from office due to this ridiculous service by motorola service center.

                                    I want you to replace/exchange this faulty handset asap as i am fed-up with this handset issues. Otherwise, i need to complaint now in consumer court for this.

                                    I am complaining because

                                    Aryan Motorola Service Center two times and still problem persist.

                                    I believe that this response is unfair because ____ (the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you). I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                                    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within ____ days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                                       Motorola is a very fraud and cheap company because they cannot give solutions and harrase the customer.
                                      Please do not buy any motorola product.
                                      Because they cheat you
                                      They cheat all customers.
                                      They cannot give any reply.
                                      And also motorola service center is very bad they also cheat their customers..
                                      They cannot resolve my problem and also they cannot reply my emails.

                                        Port for charging is not working. The phone is purchased by my son on 3.9.2016 online through amazon and warrantee is expiring on 4.9.17, during which he/i cannot present the instrument for repair with any pune, india based deer as i am in uk at present. We are returing india on 13.9.17. Hence help is required, that how the phone can get repaired /replaced during warrantee period.
                                        Main complaint is regarding the charging of battery, which is stopped die to damaged port.
                                        Please guide.
