I have purchased moto g from amazon 7 months back. Only after 3 months o[censored]sing it got totally shut. I contacted customer care where he told me that i have to submit the phone to service center. For that i have to travel down from agartala to kolkata as there are no service centers near to my place. After 20 days i got the back where the service centre peoples of sd communication, kolkata told there is some software issue and they have fixed it. Just the next day again it got shut. It was not starting at all. Again i have to run down to the service center. He again told that mother board have some issue and took another 7days.

Looking at this scenario, i am totally dissatisfies and annoyed with this service as well as the product and this time after two times of a product being damaged which is just 7 months old, i don't want to continue with it. I want it to be replaced immediately anyhow. Please do the needful immediately.

Hello Sir,

I bought a set on July 2015. I have warrenty upto July 2016. Right now the set is not functioning well. Getting hanged and becomes too hot after using for sometime. Went to your service center nearby BBSR. But they are saying nothing can be done. Please taken some action regarding this

    I purchased motorola 3g in jan 2016 and started facing problem with its touch pad the very next month.It behaved unexpectedly and i went to motorola service center to get it corrected.but they kept the phone for 10 days and after that also problem was not slved.inspite they did not listen and asked me to contact another center.very bad service and after 1 month of struggle and mad rush, the problem is not yet solved.i am left with no phone for past more than 1 month.

      I have given my phone to service centre and they are saying it will take 25 days to repair.. And they are not providing and spare phone till the time.. Horrible service..they are saying that they need to change the screen.so I told them till the time provide me a spare phone or my cell phone..whever they receive the screen they can give me a call I will submit my phone and they can repair in a day only..but they r not co operating in any way..plz look in the matter seriously...my mobile number is [protected]..there service centre number is[protected]

        I would like to bring to your notice the poor service of your service centre, ridham mobiles at calicut. My phone had a problem of not charging. I gave the phone to ridham mobiles, calicut on 17-06.2016. The job sheet no. Is 1277.
        I enquire about my phone on alternate days but still it is not repaired.

        It is a matter of regret to inform you that they have given my phone to other person. It shows the irresponsible and carless nature of your service centre. My phone has some important documents and family photos which may be misused if it is in wrong hand.

        I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the need ful, otherwise i will approach consumer court for justice.

            Hi,

            I have visited the motorola service centre hubli (Karnataka) for replacement of charger which is under warranty but they denied to replace the charger without handset but i have carried original bill of the bill. I am unable to produce the handset because this mobile was purchased for my parents living at u. P. But they totally refused to exchange the charger. And they forced me to purchase new one @ rd. 650.00 so kindly look into the matter.

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              Here i am writing this email because i am really fed up with the service provided. I have purchased motorola x-play on on 9th december, 2015. I have submitted my phone in the service center on 14th may, 2016 (Problem in the phone: not able to hear ringtone, videos were hanging, and not able to hear song). On 19th may i received my phone back. On 20th may, 2016 again faced problem (* this time with new problem: sim card not detecting and phone hanging, touch screen not working). As i am working next i can visit service only on i ind saturday, so i visited service center again on 11th june, 2016. They asked me to again submit my phone and said that the problem is in motherboard. My first complaint was why they have not checked it before and gave me damaged phone, i had argument with them but i have no other way, hence i had to submit. I got my phone back on 25th june, 2016 and that too after calling them many time and also your motorola toll free number to please repair my phone asap. I was getting only complaint number. My complaint number was [protected]. All the way running from from faridabad to connaught place after office i reached their just before their closing time and collected my phone. Now, on 26th june since i am again facing problem in the phone (* not able hear other person voice and listener is also not able hear my voice, until or unless i put my phone on speaker then only i am able to hear and talk) again i called motorola toll free number, registered complaint, wanted to talk to higher authorities but they said no one available and gave me another complaint number, which is[protected].
              O, you tell me now what should i do and whom should i contact so that i will get my problem solved. Its 6 months only i have been using this phone and i won't be able to submit my again. I would have never complaint even if my problem would have been solved after second time submission.
              This is really very sad that these people are working up to the mark, they are paid for. I am registering complaint against them.
              Ervice center address: i-pick solutions india private limited, f-12, bhagat singh market, near goal market, connaught placen new delhi.
              Expecting reply and support from your side else i have to go for other ways. This is my humble request to look into the matter.

                I am facing lot's of issues at your service centre.
                1. They are unable to provide service.
                2. Taking charges and not providing bill
                3. I visited other service centre the problem with only software where as here they saying that problem with hardware and you have to pay 6000/ where as mobile price is 8000/ rupees
                4. All the executive talking rudely/ use abused word.
                5. They saying that company is not providing accessories.


                Request you to kindly fix my issue as soon as possible...

                  I have purchased moto x play on 25 march 2016.. 1 month mobile working smothly after one month i am clicking the camera at the time mobile switched off frst time.. After that mobile didnt on.. I am going to service center. Which is located in t. Nagar. After examine the mobile they said mobile software issue now its ok.. After i have reached home.. Same problem occured again.. After one day i have submitted the mobile to service center. They said its pcb issue it will take 20 moredays time for getting spare from motorola. I said k. After the 20 days of time lot of call raising after moto will arrange the spare i have collect the mobile after 20 days. One day mobile working smothly then again same problem arrived. Now, again motorola customer care said go to local service center. We are purchasing the phone for using not an servicing. I have using orinal charger only. I am smoth user. But phone was not that much quality. After watching lot of complaints against the moto i thnk moto product is totally useless.

                    As per your below confirmation, I collected the Phone however now it is in more Worst & Pathetic condition. While talking, other Person is not able to hear my Voice. You people have wasted my 20 days for repairing & even did not bother to test the Phone before handover.

                    Torch light sensor also not working with two time shakes. I strictly mentioned to check the Phone before handover. No one even bother to call me about status. Now do not expect I will again submit the Phone for another 20 days to replace another part.

                    It was MY BIGGEST Mistake, I spend money with you Pathetic People. I have invested Rs 29000/- which is totally wasted as there is no worth for me.

                      Not giving enough voltage to otg port to make otg device works. Resulting this, while connecting otg device its keeps on detecting and disconneting. problem may be with charging socket or with motherboard which failing in giving enough voltage. I have not tested this feature while im buying this phone and after i found this issue, i went to secunderabad authorised motorola service center and they refused to check the problem and they were saying that motorola was not given this problem in their performer form or something. and also they were saying motorola has not manufactured any otg devices so we wont fix this issue. I wonder while hearing those words and with their behaviour. Motorola has mentioned in website that this phone will have otg feature. and for example motorola has not manufactured any sim cards & memory cards into market, so is that means company is not responsible for the problems user facing with those sim and memory card slots of mobile. Its a shame on Motorola. i was calm all these days by loosing my patience for going again and again to servicing center which is so far from my place but i'm frustrated with this incomplete phone day to day. I have tried every possibility to make it works by software upgrading from servicing center and all but no success. I need repair of this mobile. Please show me a way to get this fixed.

                        Product defective, Was submited for repair at borivali mumbai center - issue of sound problem.
                        Got handset back after 2 months, moto employees claimning that camera is not working - when specifically told that sound problem was there.
                        Now camera in the phone not working. We were scared to give it back to the service center. Waiting for months and the camera still doesnt work.
                        Gained enough courage to go back to the service center to submit phone for repair.
                        Service center calls us saying that the motherboard has been changed.
                        I am still guessing who chaned it, as the service center confirms that the phone wasnt opened by anyone else except them.
                        In a real fix now.
                        Really require help against this Gurgoan based company, they are really acting smart now.
                        Request assistance and help or in the need 24-28 hours will have plead to the consumer court here in thane.

                          This is a hardware issue that I found on using this device for 2 weeks.
                          Screen is not sensitive on usage.
                          While playing games like 8 ball or archery, where silght movement of the finger is required for more accuracy in using the application . But the phone fails to respond. I never faced such an issue on Other devices that I used . Kindly get

                              Hi,

                              I had bought moto g turbo from flipkart on 14/01/2016. I had faced charging problem and submitted my device authorized service center communication solution f-26/4 okhla phase-2. They had taken more than one month to repair my handset and also created some other problems like front camera not working, sim network not working properly, handset heating too much during charging and speaker sound is not clear (Wheezed).

                              Request you to please replace my handset or refund my money.

                                I have purchased moto g3 from flipkart and it work great for 6 months..
                                After that it was started heating too much ...so i thought let us take this phone to service center...
                                I went to a service center in noida sec 18 called" satyam communication"..on 10 April... They took the phone and solve the problem but cause another problem in that phone and work on single work id for two times ...and took the phone with us for 1 month
                                Then they returned the phone and after talking to ur customer care they told us to take it to another service center so i immediately take this phone to another service center
                                Called "i-pick solution " they took the phone with us for 1 month and solved the problem but that center too caused another problem and now still the phone is with them and is saying we are working on this ...
                                I mean from 10 April to till now i have not got my phone and is revolving in service center by the problem caused by them only...
                                And due to this i am suffering ...
                                Now u tell why should i suffer because they are causing a problem...and take the phone with them...
                                My warranty has been reduced now...
                                This all is forcing me too file a complaint against all of you for torturing customer and playing with their emotions...
                                Now increased the warranty of 3 month with all problems sorted or with new phone with additional warranty of 3 months...
                                Otherwise be ready to be in court...

                                  Hi i m Naveen from indore, i bought motorola x play device from flipkart, i just use six monts this phone. There are to many scratch on its body,
                                  Body will so many damage, my device work perfectly and i m happy to use it. But body is too poor, i dont happy to use it in public. Look like a poor company phone. i am unhappy customer.
                                  I will request u please replace my device to new moto x play.

                                    Sir,
                                    On 20/5/16 I purchased a moto g4 plus 32 gb handset from amazon.in . I received it on 26/5/2016.I used it for almost 2 weeks then I started receiving a lot of missed call alert SMS’S .then I found an issue with the phone in receiving incoming calls .when we tries calling to this phone most of the times we get an out of coverage area message. As you know this is a type of complaint which takes a little bit time to get noticed by the user I already gone pass 10 days from the phone received date.i am unable to return the product.
                                    Then I contacted motorola technical support (ref no:[protected] on 8/6/15 .as per their advice I have checked phone with different SIM cards, tried rebooting, tried factory reset but concern didn’t resolved. On 10/06/16 as per their advice I took my phone to nearest authorized service center and they checked and found the concern genuine .They tried software reinstallation but it didn’t solve the issue. Then I left phone there for detailed check up. Today I received a call from them and they said the mother board needs to be replaced and also it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the parts available.

                                    On13/6/16 i have sent a mail to motorola customer support with all these details demanding a phone replacement against manufacturing defect(ref no:[protected].on 14/6/16 they called me for details.then i had to wait till today (18/6/16) to get an update.again they are telling me to wait for another 10 more days to get some parts needed for replacement and they neglected my replacement request.

                                    This is a clear case of cheating since the product is having manufacturing defect they are responsible to replace the product.Also very poor customer support from motorola .They make customer to wait so long time for updates.

                                      Sir, i brought a new moto x style smartphone from flipkart last november. After two weeks the phone started to show somany complaints. I request for replacement to flipkart, but they rejected it. The main complaints are, the caller at the other end during a phone call cant hear me well. So its very difficult to me make call. Its cause me somany problems also. The phones display also gets useless and its almost all the time automatically. It caused me lot of trouble because the phone automatically makes somany calls and send messages etc. The phone also has connectivity issues also. So i gave it to the service centre for service. After a duration of more than one month they gave it back. I checked the phone but they dont resolve the call issue problem. After the service the phones speaker always have a crackling sound and it started overheating issues. I dont gave it back to the service center immediately, because its too far from my place and it cost me somuch money and time. Its been a month after the service and unfortunately the touch display of the phone got dead and its working automatically. So now i am helpless and keeping it shut down. Its a first android device i bought. Now i become a fool in front of my family and friends for buying a useless phone worth rupess 32000. I contacted the customer support center and ask for a replacement or cash returns. But they dont gave me any positive feedbacks. I dont want to take the phone to the service center, because if the problem start again after serving and if the warranty is over i need to spend more money. So i dont have enough for that. So please kindly provide me solution for these issue that is a refund of money or replacement of device. Its humble request of a customer who is helpless. Thankyou.

                                        Hey guys please don't but moto phone... They are cheaters... I have bought 35k ph... A month ago... When i put sd card not read. I went to service centre... They peoples said you hav to submit your ph for a month because of mother board is not working properly...35k phone they sold out without tested...

                                        Please never buy moto product... They are cheaters... Manufacturer or ceo or all they are involved... They don't no the feeling how d person earn money, save it buy phone... After a month service centre people said you have to submit you ph for month...

                                        I will complain against moto...
                                        Never buy moto products... My issue is not resolved as yet... I will go for every where... Facebook, tweeter etc...

                                        Never buy moto product... I had wasted my 35k... They are not resolved my problem... That why i had purchased so much expensive ph. I had a choice... But i choose moto... But i lost my money...
                                        Irresponsible peoples they are (Moto).

                                        Please never buy moto ph... Today i have seen how service centre people treat us... Like govt. People... That we r helpless etc

                                        It's a request, my question is from moto ceo, if you r not eligible than why you r there... We peoples are very less salary beside that we save money to buy good product. After that your people said there is motherboard issue...

                                        25 days earlier i have bought my ph... Please check tested... If possible please call me if you really want to resolve d issue which your people don't.
