Dear team,
I bought my moto g 3 mobile through amazon (Online shopping, order id:[protected] site (Order date: mar 24, 2016 ; delivery date: 26-mar-2016).
Mobile stopped working and is freezed at moto logo m, contacted amazon, told replacement policy is within 10 day s of purchase. Hence contacted motorola service team:
1. On 8-apr-2016, submitted mobile for service due to freezing of screen popping up moto logo m. Later, on 22 — apr-2016 received my mobile with issue solved. Service engineers stated, its software issue and got reinstalled.
2. Again on 02-may-2016, the issue started again popping up moto logo g on screen. The same issue raised to customer care center on 3-may-2016, and submitted mobile to same service center on 05-may-2016 and received mobile with service done on 13-may-2016 with a assurance from customer care professional and service center person that the issue is solved permanently and will not be reoccur.
3. Again on 20-may-2016, the issue started again popping up moto logo g on screen. The same issue raised to customer care center on 21-may-2016, communicated for 3 days regarding the issue and after getting confirmation from customer care center submitted mobile to same service center on 28-may-2016.
This is the third time getting the same issue. I have just used my mobile for 15 days hardly, it has been bought about 60 days back and the rest of the time (45 days) it is in service center only. (U can check the service details with job id: amskuk007945, amskuk008361 and amskuk008822).
Have many reference no. When communicated with customer care provided below few (As few missed due to unawareness of id no initially) but can be traced through registration no. [protected]:

Response and service center is not directional and clear, i received a defective piece at my initial buy but when i asked for replacement, it was told it cannot be done but it is clearly stated in warranty terms and motorola website that it could be replaced.
Mailing you with a hope to take into consideration all the incidents so far for the mobile i bought with imei no.: [protected] and [protected], and replace with a new working mobile or cash back.
