Dear sir i bought motorola g 3 genration by amazon on 9th of march 2016 and my invoice no is :- ka-blr[protected], price 10000 rupees than on 31st march 2016 on my moto g 3 screen colourful lines appears and i went to "bala ji communication" motorola coustmer care at prijat complax hissar haryana on 4th april 2016 i submitted my moto g3 mobile and jobsheet no provided by them is :- "his/mg/16/00008". When i submitted my mobile is in mint condition and only sceern is in fault i frequently call motorola technical suport team and get status then on 17th april i got call from service center my phon is repaired and i visit care on that day and while i was checking my phon i saw the erpale my screen but thay redamge my mobile and now my mobile ringer was damaged so i resubmitted my mobile at instent and one of worker sonu said due to my phon service now my phons imei bounced so thay can't creat my jobsheet no and thay told me wait for 2-3 days and than thay will provide me new jobsheet for ringer replacemment but after 10-15 days thay didn't provide me any service so after that i took my phon form there and with in 2-3days visit another moto care at delhi ipicksolution at bhgat singh market cannout place delhi on 19th of may and submiit my mobile and i complain about services at motorola technical suport tean on 23rd and my phone repaired i visit moto care at 24th and whn i chekking my mobile i found thay replace my phone ringer but thay damage my speker nano coating which is provided for water resistance again i resubmitted my mobile its 4th time on 24th may then i contact technical suport team executive mr. Sushil inchrge of my case called at i pick solution motoon 28th ipick solutions told him that my phon is repaired and i didn't pic my mobile and when i call thay dont even remamber my phone is re submitted then on 3rd june i got call firm i pick solution my phon is repaired an i asked tham to do quality check on my phon tay tell me its oky they check it and i can get my phon so i visit moto care i-pick solution at cannout place (Rajeev chowk) delhi and still my phon have microphon (Mic) problum and thay cheated on me they remove the nano coating on lower speker where mic installed and put it on ringer thay didn't install a new nano coating but they just remove lower coating and put it on upper ringer and network are not stable its fluctuat so i vist 4 time moto care and still i dont get my phon repaired completely i paid over 1000 rs for visiting motorola service centre still my mobile isn't work proprly and when i called coustmer care tollfree they said i have to submitt my phon again what kind of service you provided and resubmiting my phon again is completely rubbish idea i m helpless its mantal harassment for me to visit many time motorola india service centre and still my mobile isn't work properly i paid 10000 rupees for mobile and over 1000 rupees for visiting moto service center and my phon is having scraches over phon screen and my phon isn't working properly on 10 june my phon complets its 3rd month but my mobile is in motorola service centre over 2 month got very poor service from motorola i want full replacement

    1. They are unable to provide service.
    2. All the executive talking rudely/ use abused word.
    3. I have submitted my phone at this service center 2-3 time but my problem still not resolved.

      This is in reference to my mobile moto x play which i have given for service on january 29th 2016 for replacement of the display which i was told will be fixed within 15 working days and i was ready to bear the charges for the same. The job no. Is amspon000038. I for the last 4 months been running around the service centre but i couldnt able to get my phone back. I raised a complaint in customer care (Complaint no.[protected] which was being dealt by mr. Irfan but even then till date the spare is not available. Im really fed up with your company service and your customer care executive mr irfan's irresponsible reply to my querries. Kindly i request you to take this matter to higher level and fix my phone so that i can get my phone as soon as possible. Thanking you.

        Ive been waiting for 2 months for my screen for which i have already paid. It was once replaced but the service centre gave it back with the edge of the screen broken and they said they would replce it but its been almost 2 months now and it hasnt beem replaced yet.

          Undersigned purchase moto g2 phone in jan 2015 and immediate after purchasing it start giving trouble. The last service was done in roorkee for issue of charging jack which was not properly working but repaired anyhow. Again this phone strated giving same problem and this time i went to 2x bhoj market noida2km

          But customer care incharge there straight away refused to accept this phone for repairing saying parts are not available (Jack - charging) and full motherboard will be replaced. On further asking, he didn;t accept phone and returned back. According to hime, this is regular problem of almost all ohones and he can not do any help.

          May i know why motorola has cheated us by selling such 3rd class product? Now i am suffering a lot after spending more than rs 13000/-

          i bought moto x play 6mnth ago. i had some issue with my air phone plug so i gave it to motorola's customer care named B2X at janakpuri. they told me it will take 7days to repair the phone so i gave them..but its already been more than 10 days still they are unable to repair my phn..
          when i ask them when i'll get my phone back they'll ignore the question and say we will call you when it is ready!!!

            I had purchased a motorola g3 (3g) phone through flip kart vide invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected], serial no of the mobile - [imei/serial no: [protected] on 05-september-2015.
            I have given the said mobile at the service center for repairing at bhubaneswar on[protected] – job sheet no-9321 and till date, i have not got any response from them. And to saddest part is that today i have called them in the only available landline - no[protected], for more than 30 times, till mr ranjan received the phone at 4.50 pm and confirmed me that the mobile is repaired.
            But, they can not deliver it today as staffs have gone home because of "sabitri festival" and office is supposed to be closed at 4 pm, hence they can not deliver the mobile.
            This is serious concern and i want you to take action for such kind of casual response from such a reputed organisation.
            Please note that, even if the mobile is repaired, i have not got any calls from the service center where in i have given both my mobile nos.
            This is the worst service from your authorised service center and immediate measures need to be taken in order to address it.
            There is only one land line[protected] available and no body is bothered to pick up the phone, when it is ringing else the line is busy. Up on asking for the alternate mobile no, they are not providing any no, rather happy to inform that phone line is not well due to rain.
            Since i am working at jajpur road, it s not possible for me to visit the service center at bhubaneswar on a working date without taking a leave. Hence under these circumstances, arrangements should be done to deliver the phone at my current location.
            Awaiting an early action.

              I am also having this same issue. I am having two icons for pre-installed apps like settings, file manager etc and have two icons instead of one for every other apps that I have installed from play store. It would be helpful if some fix is issued soon as an update or a link to fix this issue is posted in this thread. I have attached two screenshots for reference.

              In every two days my phone automatically go on silent mode
              No incoming call aur msg tone rings
              Moreover when someone calls no sound is receipt aur sent
              When I restart the device it start working again normally
              What's the issue with this ??

                  Dear sir,

                  I am a civil services aspirant that is to say i am student preparing in Delhi..last year my wish to have a smartphone was realized when my dad financed me to buy one, after a lot of research i decided to buy moto E as i have always been an admirer of Motorola.. the new handset from the start had issues but i could not give it to service center then as my civil services mains exam were approaching and internet was my indispensable source of studies..so i carried on with the handset with minor defects..

                  on 31st February 2016 i took the handset to Motorola service center at pitampura, Delhi.. i thought software update would solve the problems, but they asked me to submit the phone as LCD would be changed and i would receive the phone in maximum 7 days. Sir i waited for 25 days for my handset feeling helpless as they said Motorola had not sent the LCD, i had no substitute phone so it really got difficult for me.. later the manager of service center herself told me to raise a complaint at Motorola, which i did, ..at the time of submitting the phone i had asked the technician that the problem seems to be with the software and not hardware and if we can see if software update may solve the issue..But they insisted on changing the LCD and removed the LCD screen guard i had put on the screen to save it from damage.

                  sir when i finally received the phone i found out the same day that issue had not been resolved even after submitting the phone for almost a month. I was taking it back when it fell and as the service center had removed the screen guard and i had not got the opportunity to replace it, the screen broke(it would not have if the screen guard was not removed by the service center). The service center informed me that now the phone would not be covered in warranty as it has LCD damage and new LCD will cost me 3000 rupees. Sir how am i to afford a screen of 3000 rupees when i could hardly afford the 7000 rupees moto e, its almost half the cost of handset.. sir the phone is still in warranty and i am using it with broken screen as i don't have the heart to inform my father about it..

                  please help me out in any way you can... it may be trivial issue for you but for me it is more than just a phone.. awaiting your response

                    My moto x play got heated up one day and i submitted it to the motorola authorised service centre, b2x noida (Sector 27). They told me that the motherboard had to be changed. (Job number : amsni003891) the day i received the device (20/05/2016), i wasn't given the receipt due to internet connectivity issues at the centre and since i had to leave town that day, the official personnel at the centre promised me that the receipt will be e-mailed to me. It has been 10 days since then and i still haven't received it yet.

                    As i am in lucknow, i contacted them twice over the phone and they said they will email it asap however they did not send it. Furthermore, ever since those calls the centre has been completely ignoring me. They do not pick up any calls i make.

                    The device still has some issues but lucknow service centre cannot accept my phone because the imei number has changed and i have no receipt to show for it. Lucknow service centre personnel told me that b2x hasn't updated the change in imei in the online records either.

                    This level of neglect and carelessness is completely outrageous and unbecoming of motorola. The people at b2x have broken my trust in motorola.

                    Please look into this matter and provide me with my receipt with proof of change of imei number.

                      Dear team,

                      I bought my moto g 3 mobile through amazon (Online shopping, order id:[protected] site (Order date: mar 24, 2016 ; delivery date: 26-mar-2016).
                      Mobile stopped working and is freezed at moto logo m, contacted amazon, told replacement policy is within 10 day s of purchase. Hence contacted motorola service team:

                      1. On 8-apr-2016, submitted mobile for service due to freezing of screen popping up moto logo m. Later, on 22 — apr-2016 received my mobile with issue solved. Service engineers stated, its software issue and got reinstalled.

                      2. Again on 02-may-2016, the issue started again popping up moto logo g on screen. The same issue raised to customer care center on 3-may-2016, and submitted mobile to same service center on 05-may-2016 and received mobile with service done on 13-may-2016 with a assurance from customer care professional and service center person that the issue is solved permanently and will not be reoccur.

                      3. Again on 20-may-2016, the issue started again popping up moto logo g on screen. The same issue raised to customer care center on 21-may-2016, communicated for 3 days regarding the issue and after getting confirmation from customer care center submitted mobile to same service center on 28-may-2016.


                      This is the third time getting the same issue. I have just used my mobile for 15 days hardly, it has been bought about 60 days back and the rest of the time (45 days) it is in service center only. (U can check the service details with job id: amskuk007945, amskuk008361 and amskuk008822).

                      Have many reference no. When communicated with customer care provided below few (As few missed due to unawareness of id no initially) but can be traced through registration no. [protected]:

                      Response and service center is not directional and clear, i received a defective piece at my initial buy but when i asked for replacement, it was told it cannot be done but it is clearly stated in warranty terms and motorola website that it could be replaced.

                      Mailing you with a hope to take into consideration all the incidents so far for the mobile i bought with imei no.: [protected] and [protected], and replace with a new working mobile or cash back.

                        I have been using moto g for 3 weeks now. It is regularly showing a problem while making and receiving calls. I cannot hear any sounds and nor does the receiver receives any sound. It has become very frequent. Everytime i have to restart my phone to set it right and after a few hours the sound goes off again. I wonder what might have been the reason? Any suggestions?

                          Today morning, on the 12th day of its receipt of this phone online, the phone just stopped having any kind of sound at all. I opened a video and there was no sound. I thought the video was corrupted, but it was not. No sound in music player, ring, video or key volume.
                          I am shocked to see such performance by this phone, which I chose over so many options.
                          I feel cheated when Amazon says that I cannot replace this phone after 10 days, and it is the 12th day since I have brought this device. I have tried updating the device, and of course switch off-on too

                          Motorola people, on the other hand say I have to travel 150 Kms to get it repaired, as they do not have any service center of Motorola in Alwar City, Rajasthan (PIN- 301001)

                          I have never heard of any such thing in my entire 23 year life.

                            My outgoing messages aren't being sent showing error code 96. It is from last march. I have been trying several things. But nothing worked. Rebooted phone and other steps were done. I am totally dissatisfied. Kindly help. My sim works in other mobiles.
                            My device is moto g3.
                            Android version is 6.
                            I had a problem in receiving incoming calls after the update. But after rebooting phone it got rectified. But outgoing message failure issue still persists.

                              I has done hard reset through fastboot menu recovery option wipe data/hard reset option. But still my moto e xt1022 is struck at startup from hours, it is freezed with logo blue m at startup.
                              I have also wipe cache partition, and then wipe data/hard reset also, but after it it has struck at startup from hours.
                              Earlier to this my mobile battery was finished during a call and my mob has gone off, after that after charging also my mob was not starting and freezing in startup where m logo rotates, then after hours it got started one time then i was taking data backup but during it again gone off, and after then i tried hours to start it, but its not started. Then through the fastboot menu i had hard reset it, after it it has struck at startup for hours.
                              And two three days back it was working excellent from two years.
                              Friends please help me what can i do now to get my phone ok

                                It is bring to your kind notice that I purchased Moto G Turbo phone from flipkart on dated 05/04/2016 & after 1 month suddenly its switch off automatically & again not on.For this problem I went to Moto service centre on dated 12/05/2016.They deposit the phone & replied was not satisfactory.Further their is no any call from service centre about phone status.On dated 18/05/2016 I made a call and they said phone is ready.Then I took my phone & a new issue observed that ringing volume & volume during incoming call was very low(not clear to hear).Then again I went to care centre next day regarding this, then replied was shocking that now they will not look after the warranty phones, I have to go another service centre.
                                Sir I paid the amount for a brand new phone, not for a repaired or improper phone.Highly disappointed from the services by Moto.So you are requested either change the phone or return my money back.

                                  This is to bring in your notice that I am regular customer at Motorola from past so many years, but it seems like the company and brand have done little to value their customers. I had purchased a Motorola 360 watch From flipkart on 22/06/2015

                                  After some time I start facing problem in the watch but after update new software watch got dead because it is within warranty period so I submitted the watch all the other accessories with your authrized service center I.e S&C solutions in kotla mubarakpur New Delhi on 19/04/2016 vide a job order no AMSSDL003323. But its almost 45 days now from date of submit of your detective product.i haven't received any information from service center despite of my various calls.

                                  I am being frustrated and harassed by the company "Motorola ". Inspite of my various Calls, disclosing the problems faced by me in the Motorola watch 360 of the company, no effective steps have been taken at your end to rectify the same.

                                  I am giving you 15 (Fifteen) days time to replace the Watch with a new one otherwise I will be constrained to approach the competent court of law against your Chairman/managing director to whom I had already intimated my grievance but he has kept his eyes closed.

                                  My problem still not solved after 45 days.
                                  I had submitted my black watch bit your company replaced it with silver one.
                                  How can a company like motorola is so irresponsible. I want my same product as soon as possible. It is futher requested you take appropriate action against the service center otherwise I have my other legal remadies.

                                    Post 2 time back to back service(within 1-2days) done to my newly purchased phone at Borivli center, I am still facing same issues as mentioned in my mail below.Thus, I want replacement of the phone as issue cannot be resolved either online or at service centre.

                                    We got 1 of below error at service centre at time of delivery and requested for replacement of handset.They told us we need to mail motorola and obtain approval from there.Post reaching home we called motorola call centre to report issue.Again we called them on Mon but they were not able to track our IMEI and JOB SHEET No at their end.Call centre told us to visit branch and call them from service center.

                                    We complained and placed the call back at call centre from manager as both service centre and call center are delegating our complaint to one another rather solving or assisting us in an issue.I am having tough time in getting my issue solved.

                                    Looking for an immediate revert and replacement.

                                      During Nov-15 I've purchased Moto E mobile (2nd Gen) . During the month of April-16, I had a problem in the power button of the handset. The power button was not working.
                                      Since the problem arises during the warranty period, I've given my mobile to "X Plus Communication" in Trichy, on 22-Apr-16, who are the authorized service center in Trichy. They raised job sheet having a work order number of RYX/MG/16/00060. .
                                      Till date I haven't received any response from the service center even I've made frequent calls to the service centers. They ask for my contact number for informing about the status of my handset but I haven't received any updates from the service center.
                                      The service which they are providing is not satisfactory. Their response and their behavior is not good. Kindly take appropriate action... Expecting a positive change in their behavior and response to the customers after your action...!!!

                                        I submitted my moto X style in motorola authorized service centre Ridham mobiles, kozhikode on[protected] . and now its been 25 days i havent recieved any call from the centre that my phone have been repaired and when i called they say part isnt available wait for some days.They cant even tell a date when it will be repaired. This is very disappointing and I cannot recommend motorola phones to any one.Please Resolve the issue asap.Bill No:544
