I bought Moto x play on 13June 2016. My phone has just fallen down from 2 feet and its screen has broken badly. I submitted my phone on B2X Motorola service center, Thane on 25th June. Since then i am calling them, but there is no one to pick up my call. Once it got connected, they said please wait for some more days. I tried calling again, but they don't respond. How much long i need to wait for screen recovery.? Also under warranty, i am paying them 7500rs for the screen.
this is the worst service and response i ever got from any service centre. I will suggest people to not buy Moto phones.
My job number is 7735.
Please let me know if i need to provide more details about the phone.

    I purchased moto e 2nd gen on 9th may 2016 from ebay with 12 month of manufacturer warranty. 5 days before i noticed that my charger is not working at all so went to motorola service center (Satyam communications sector 18 noida) and described my concern. After all formalities i was asked where from i purchased the product, i told from ebay as soon as i mentioned ebay they all began to argue with me because i only asked that why. How ever i managed a call meeting with ebay customer care member and the owner of the center. I did not know that why that owner was so angry, may be he had some personal problem but it was very worst experience that i went there.

    I wan to ask to motorola why are they not providing service for products purchased from ebay.

      I have submitted my device to service as it was giving issue in touch screen and reciever were busting... It more than 15 days when i gave to service centre but still i have not got the device back and no sign of improvement even after launching a complaint when called at toll free number... I m away from family friends kindly understand my problems and solve the issue as soon as possible...

          Handed the device to the auth. a service centre in chennai - digital communications and they are in process of diagnosing @ their level.

            I bought the moto g3 mobile phone last year (22/08/2015) from flipkart. Phone was work perfectly till april, after that my phone screen got broken. I gave the phone to customer service center (Lajpat nagar) on[protected] and pay 3600 rupee for this.

            And now i am again having problem i took the phone to customer service center they are saying that air gauge is broken and they are not accepting the phone under warranty.

            They are asking for 650 rupee and then they will accept the phone under warranty. I don't concern whether my phone air gauge is broken or not. As my phone problem is not because of that air gauge

            I want my phone in working condition as i am a working professional and my calls are very important. Please do the needful

              I'm sakthivel from Coimbatore. Last 1 and half years I'm using Motorola phone. (Moto G2-XT1068). Unfortunately my all data's are deleted. Actually I'm not directly deleted my photo, it's deleted through creating new Google account. Athanalatha the time data's are erased unfortunately. Kindly give a solution to recover my all datas. Data's deleted internal memory and external memory.

                I have moto g 3rd gen. phone. it's not charging while it is switched on.
                Only when i switch off it, it charges very slowly.
                Also i use wall mount charger still it is showing charging over usb...
                Please help me...
                Exactly 3 days ago it was discharged completely. even i tried to use different company charger but it was of no use..
                When i charged it while it was switched off., i tried to switch on it.
                After startup it was showing charging on task menu but in settings, it clearly showed not charging...

                  My moto g3 mobile which was purchased on jan 7th 2016 was unable to charge when phone is in switch on mode. Switch off mode only mobile is charging. Regarding this i took my mobile into new tech solutions service center in vashi navimumbai. They people told that it is a connector problem and they told that ordered for new connector and it takes 7-10days. After 6days they called n told that your mobile is ready by monday, come n collect. Today i went to collect it but what happened is the phone is not switching on.. They told that wit for 10 min, we charge it n give it to you.. After 10min i asked the front counter lady about my phone. But the reply was not proper
                  She was replying that phone z not getting on.Inside people r looking it n it takes 1hr. But after 1 hr also their reply was not proper and they were unable to tell what exactly the problem and when they will give it back. My coplaint id there was vzi/mg/16/01159

                    I bought a motorola g (3rd generation) mobile from flipkart on 30th september 2015 (Serial no. [protected])

                    Initially the problem was with mic. My voice did not go to the receiver of my call but it worked fine when put on loud speaker. I gave it to motorola service sector in chandigarh. They kept the mobile with them for about two months. Finally, when phone was received by me it worked fine for a few weeks but again gave the problem
                    1) that my voice couldn't be heard by the receiver.
                    2) sim slot 2 was't working. It got damaged in chandigarh service centre and i didnt check it until i came to banglore.

                    I shifted in banglore and gave it for repair in motorola service centre jayanagar. They said it will cost rs. 5000 even though the phone is in warranty. They asked me to take the device back and give it for repair in chandigarh only. They informed me further problems with the phone:
                    1) my voice to recipient of call wasn't clear
                    2) sim slot to wasn't working
                    3) motherboard had been changed and the changed mother board was damaged
                    4) gum/glue had been used to attach the display by the chandigarh service centre.

                    Apart from this when i received my mobile back from banglore motorola service centre (Jayanagar) job number amsfla020419 on 7 july, 2016, i discovered that mobile was not able to start. The display wasn't working. I asked them about it they said once i charge my mobile it will be fine. But it isn't.

                    I called customer care and asked me to send them email. I did the same. Then they asked me to resumbit the device. I again called motorol customer care and said that they will charge mr rs 5000 even though the phone is in warranty and the damage is not my fault. They asked me to go there and make them talk they'll ask why they are charging the amount. Then they asked me not to sumbit the device and wait for 48 hours. Nothin has happenend yet

                      I did submitted my mobile to b2x service center on 2nd july, 2016. Mobile screen was not responding well.

                      I keep on following for the expected completion date, but they says will take couple of days & still they are saying same.

                      I'm not sure if they are taking these many days to repair mobile for screen problems.

                      I suggest don't go with b2x service center for repairs.

                        On dated 02.07.2016 mobile was broken due to mis handle of mobile. I was immediately went to your customer service centre for repairing or replace the mobile on dated 11.07.2016. Your customer incharge simple reply to me "your mobile broken, so your mobile could not repair or replace. Please go".

                        Please help me, my mobile moto g turbo repair free of cost or replace immediately as mobile is under warranty period.

                          I bought moto g4 plus one month before from amazon.. first mob is not okay so i replace it.. wnd tym also mob is not okya.. when i put it on carge the display run n work automatically... when i go to service center of ludhiana cell tech india ghumar mandi... they open my mib 2 times n sotelen the screw nd spoil all screw after 2 hour they told me that leave your mobile for 10 days... ho i can wait.. i also wait for 20 days from amazon... i m doing job.. so it not possible for me.. plz help me... i suggest this mob to many frnds...my 2 frnds all ready buy this mob for me.. but ita no perfect for me... plz give me a replacement if possible or give me a better service.. m very disappointed yhis tym n veri stress...

                            I am unable to book tatkal rail ticket via irctc website to my handset mobile model moto g turbo edition due to showing some error. the error is displaying on my mobile screen is "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address". however it show like already booked without any booking transaction.
                            I have raised this problem to irctc customer care & they told me this problem is regarding your service provider multiple users on one ip & this problem is not related to irctc.
                            So i request you please resolve this problem as soon as.

                              I am Suyog . My moto g3 is not responding well so I submit it B2X service center in narayan peth, pune .
                              I submitted my phone on 11th june 2016, but still i havent get it back, also when i tried to contact service center, number is not available.
                              i visit service center many times to ask when i will get my phone back, but they dont give proper response .
                              By having this kind of service, motorola is making bad image in customers mind .

                                I have bought moto g 2gen in july 2015. i was facing issue with slow battery charging after 11 months, further i have visited service centre at sahara mall in gurgaon, on 4 th july, after inspecting mobile they said about software issue and will be resolved in 2 days but they have taken 4 days. they return my phone on 9th july with 0 % charge. then i take it to home and try to charge but it take 6 hours to charge full, after charging i try to insert sim but no response for sim because they damaged my phone sim 1 slot repairing. later again i visited on 11th july for complaing the issue. but they said that i have bring in damage condition and repair with cost of 2850 rs.in a nut shell the service centre personel did fraud with me so that they can make money from me, without taking any responsibility for customer service. now i am totally depressed with this kind of fraud. i want resolution directly from company.

                                They broke the power button
                                Receiver sound is too low
                                Loudspeaker had noise
                                Completely scratched my phone to open the display it had gap between centre panel and display

                                  I own a moto g3 turbo, my phone had a charging problem, and i suspect it was a charger issue.

                                  When i inquired about the repair the lady told me it would take 2 days. so i submitted my phone on monday 11 th july 2016. now after 3 days when i am callign the service center, they respond it will take time and cant give a deadline.

                                  I mean, are you kidding me. its my only phone i give it for repair bcoz u said 2 days and now u say... we cant tell u the deadline.

                                  The lady responsible thr is very rude and as though looks like she is doing favor on me by repairing my phone.

                                    I have bought this phone (Motog 2nd gen) around five months before. But within this short period, its creating problem. This phone is getting hanged every time. Also, speaker is creating problem. Probably you understand that i am unable to use this.
                                    I took this phone to my nearest service center. But rejected servicing because phone display has a deep scrach. They told that for this problem they will not do free servicing. Therefore, i am very much unsatisfied with this kind of service. I am going to lost my trust on this company.

                                      I want moto g4+ mobile but your company tied up with amazon. But amazon not deliver in our region. So i am disappointed.
                                      Amazon.In only deliver in specific region like pune, mumbai. Me and my 7 friends use moto mobiles,. What to do? Can you solve this problem? I already contacted with amazon. But this company apologies about their service and after that no response. I like moto g4+ so. Plz make me favour to buy moto g4+.

                                        Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have a problem in my phone from first month.
                                        It got hanged some time and problem in charging jack.
                                        I don't know how to these issues come up from new but I never had time.to get it repair.
                                        Please help and resolve.
                                        I had issues with my moto g3 thats why i gave my mobile at motorola service center for repairing. its been 30 days since i left my mobile still no sign of repair or return. even the service center owner is not picking up my call.
                                        Earlier also i placed a complaint on the portal i also got a call that your amount will be refunded give me your account details but still nothing is done by company's end. i have already send my account details as per your requirements. please do it as soon as possible. otherwise i have to go by law.
