Recently i purchased motorola g3 mobile. Heard that it is famous for its water resistant ability. It has been 4 months since i have using it. Due to rain it was totally wet. I thought it was water resistant but what really happened is, water got settled inside the screen and the display became blur. Immediately i went to the servicing center (Motorola) in siripuram named bright information's. They said that it would cost money rather than fixing it under warranty. It was embarrassing that you people couldn't even guarantee a water resistant phone under warranty. I want my phone to be repaired or replaced kindly. Please do have a look on the phones you guarantee. I have still 6 months warranty left.

    My handset was heating up like anything on 15th april 2016, i went to b2x at omr chennai. They said it's front camera problem so i given my handset for service and i paid the bill amount since it is out of warranty i brought back my mobile and using it but now again my handset is having same problem, without finding the root cause of my handset particular service center done a service, kindly assist me on this concern which is really horrible action taken by that particular service center.

      I brought a moto g3 and it slipped in water. I went to moto service center in maniktala, kolkata. The said they will charge 400 for only telling the problem, i give them my phone on 22/03/16. They told me they will call me after 1 week. But they didn't call me at all. I went there and ask for my phone, they said that i have to change my display and motherboard of phone. They call me 18/05/16 and said my phone is ready and charge is 3400. I went there pay the money. They said me that they change my motherboard and touch panel of the phone, and guess what?? Today on 22/05/2016 i found huge problem on touch that i can't receive any phone and i can't open my front camera by touching on the round arrow on camera option. Every time i touches on the option it closes the camera.
      I think they did nothing to my phone only they took my money and sold my original touch panel

      There is no job sheet number in this bill..it is like a xerox sheet of a form, no number is there & the phone number they printed([protected]) does not exist..After trying a lot i went there and they give the number by writing on the bill.I don't have any camera as i submit my phone to them on 23rd, otherwise i would like to add a photo of the bill they provided.They said i have to change my display again.& for that i have to submit my xerox copy of phone purchasing bill.I give them the bill & my phone is still in service center .

        I am using 2 Moto E 1st generation since it has launched. It was working fine without any disturbance. But suddenly both the mobiles have started restarting automatically while pressing the power key to unlock it. It's happening almost every time I am pressing the key. As this is happening with both the sets I am bit worried. Can you please explain if this is a manufacturing defect of this particular model or something else ?

          I went to the service center bhopal regarding to check my mobile (Moto xt1022) because water entered in my mobile so it was not working. Then the counter person said to me i will take you to 200 rs. For just tell you that what is the fault and for repair extra charge you have to pay. I thought it will be checked by engineer so i said ok. But it has checked by non knowledgeable person (He was not an engineer) and said firstly to me your filter condenser is damaged but in reality there is no such component like as filter condenser. Then he said your pcb is damange you have to pay 3600 rs. So i said no. And he has taken me 200 rs.. As i gave the 200 rs. So i demanded for the bill regarding 200 rs. Then he said if you want the bill so you have to pay 1000 rs and service tax. Its a reality of the service center. There is no any engineer available and they demanding the money only for tell me what is the fault then repair charge extra. As i demand for bill so he was continuously abusing me. Ma bahan ki gaali di mujhe.
          I have so many query regarding the moto service center. I write the complete book regarding my queries against it.

              Hi sir,
              This is srinivasarao i purchased mobile moto g 3rd genaration through flip kart Order id :OD[protected] invoice date:18.08.2015 .imei ID:IMEI[protected]&IMEI[protected], the problem is my phone continuesly hanging and showned in moto g show room also there changed Operating system 3 times in two months, now also struggled with same cause, store persons also said that this type of pieces also getting problems, thats why i concern to u please give me a complete rectification for that ASAP.

                The handset falls from my hand on the table from a height of less than 6 inch and the screen completely damaged.
                The set was deposited at your service station at Bhubaneswar on 11.01.2016.
                Lodged a complaint in through your call centre regarding the defect.
                From January till date i hardly received 2/3 calls. Everytime I enquired about the status i was informed that it would take few more days to resolve .
                In all the conversastion i told clearly that the set is adefective one and i will not bear any cost for reoair/replacement.
                Everytime i receive a reply that the matter had been escalated.

                Rwo days back i received a call that the set is reddy cab take it from service centre.
                While contacted the service centre i was asked to pay Rs 8500/- towards repair cost.

                Complaint:

                1. Waiting for 4 months to get the set repaired is highly irregular and not expected of from a multinational company yours.
                2. It's mental harassment to keep me waiting for a long time.
                3. Misled me without conveying me that it's a repair against payment.
                4. More disturbing is the reply of your representative who assured me of a suitable solution and each time escalated the matter.
                5. The company has no courtsey to call me / inform me about the status.

                If my grievances are not redressed within a week I shall initiate legal proceedings against your company and product.

                  I purchased the above phone online exactly 1 yr back, now it is not functioning.
                  When switching on only blank screen with light appears no any icons or features appears.Phone is getting heat in constant stage as long as the battery alive, it is not come to off when switching off.The service centre is also not available nearby to my town Kharagpur in Paschim Midnapur district of West Bengal.

                    I have submitted my mobile moto g turbo on 7 may and it is almost 2 week . people are at service center is saying that your product is sent to chennai and didn't come back. for one part u will take 2 week . what type of service you r giving just look at apple they replace the party on same day max time or it takes max 1 week. please improve ur service quality. and send my mobile ASAP .

                      I had submitted my motog3 phone in motorola service centre in spanish court, ansal, palam vihar, gurgaon, haryana for my software update. But as my screen was broken they change my screen while i clearly told them not to change my screen but they change my screen and ask for money. But i deny to pay them and told them to make my phone as i gave to them then they change my phone screen with a totally damaged screen and also stolen my both speaker and taken out my front camera and asking to take the as they are giving to me or buy a new screen from us. Please help me to get my phone back and file a theft complaint against them.

                        Hello

                        i've recently bought my motorola g3 mobile. My phone is having a trouble that whenever i am using it some pop up ads from play store rises.

                        So to avoid that i've decided to reset the phone's internal storage prior by transferring all my internal storage (music, photos, and videos) to my external sd card.

                        And i've selected the option in settings "factory data reset" to format the phone by keeping the sd card in the mobile.

                        I've done so that it clearly stated as that it will erase only the internal storage not the sd card

                        and when it erased all my internal storage then i've restarted the phone, when i've checked the memory card it erased not only the internal storage and also my external storage data

                        please try to overcome this problem as soon as possible, it is okay for me but some people stores some important data in their internal storage if they do "reset their phone" then what's the matter??

                          Sir i have given my moto x style for repair/replace of display on 01.03.2016. During accepting my matter they said it will be repaired within 15 days. Today 2 months 20 days has gone then also they haven't repaired my phone. Everytime i call ask for it they say it will be repaired in 10 days. My work order no. Is abh/mg/15/02926 msn no. Q287bu29dg. I have given the mobile in ahmedabad service centre named abhinav technologies. Please look into the matter and help me to get my mobile repaired.

                            I have purchase one moto g 2nd generation mobile set. Problem is, while i am charging my mobile it is showing the in sign bar, that mobile is charging. Actually time to time, mobile battery percentage is decreasing. Battery is not taking any power
                            So, i went at motorola authorized service center (Wireless communication) & they advice to purchase a new battery. Then i purchased the battery, but problem remain same. Before the changing the battery, they format my mobile also.

                              I have a problem with my moto 3g mobile phone. The display of the phone is not working and the processor is getting heat while switch on the device.
                              Regarding this i call customer care for solution but they are not picking up the call and i searched for the authorized service center near my city but all are saying that they are authorized service center but they serve only for non warranty item. I got the same response from all dellers. All the authorized service center take non warranty items then for what this company gave the warranty cards and details. I purchased this phone through flipkart 3 months ago. I have all the bills and papers about the phone and about the product.

                              If i don't get a proper response or service, surely i issue a complaint to consumer court about the company and about the deller who gave me the phone.

                                I submitted my moto g turbo in janak puri technocare pvt ltd on 9 may 2016 monday. and now its been 10 days i havent recieved any call from the centre that my phone have been repaired and when i called they say part isnt available wait one week how can i wait that mucch help me the service centre is located in janak puri whenever i call they rarely pick up the phone as they guaranteed me that your phione will be repaired in 2-3 days but now 10 days gone ... what can i do so poor service of motorola janak puri

                                  I have submitted my mobile phone moto g-2nd generation at motorola service center thane (Dg mobile service, shop no. 5, dev prayag chs, bhakti mandir road, opp thanawala garage, hariniwas circle, thane - 400601). I was told like charging socket is physically damaged and needs to be replaced, that new part will come from chennai or bangalore and can take time. But i have submitted my handset on 26th apr 2016 and today is 16th may 2016!! So how much time it should take? It's very embarrassing that without mobile it's causing me too much pain and after so many followups also, i am not getting my handset back with new charging socket. Service is very poor, i doubt i would purchase or would recommend motorola mobile phone to anybody. If i would not get my handset back with new charging socket till this saturday (21st may 2016) then i will collect my handset without repair and i will not pay any amount to service center.

                                    I recently got my usb charger replaced for my 3 months old moto g2 phone. the new replaced charger again got faulty within 25-30 days.
                                    after contacting the owner i demanded that why a branded product can get defected again in such a short span of time . to which he answered that it can get faulty even after yoy take it from here..
                                    i then asked if it can be faulty at any time do you expect the customer to come in 2 days if gets faulty to which he replied RUDELY YOU CAN GET A CHINESE CHARGER FROM ROADSIDE DONT CONTACT HERE AGAIN . IF YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT YOU NEED TO VISIT HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN .

                                      Hi sir, i purchase one moto mobile from flipkart on 18 jan 16 invoice no wfld[protected] rs.17999/-but from beginning mobile is not working fine i call to customer care since it was under warranty so twice they took it for repair again it not working i requested them to change it and give new set but they are not agreed for same rs.18000/- i paid for that but i did not used it for one month and 3 time given for service center for repair now i wanted new mobile request you to please do the needful

                                      I bought a moto g4plus smart phone, after 2days used my phone spaker is make a noise and when I used my phone with connected mobile charger top of display is auto tuched, , what can I do.

                                        After downloading new software update, My phone gets auto shut down, sometimes gets restart since I have installed last update. My phone is moto-e. Purchase date is 12 Dec 2014. I have purchased it online from Flipcart site in India. Please provide me solution for this else give me new update.
                                        Every time when my call disconnect, my moto - e gets shut down automatically.
