I have given my motoxt1550 mobile with the mouthpiece issue to mobi quest, (plot no 1, mig-1, first floor, above hdfc bank, near kphb metro station, kukatpally, hyd - 500072, phone:[protected], who are authorized service partners for lenovo and motorola mobiles on 13th july 2016 with my job sheet no: 452. till date they have not rectified the problem and on the other hand, they are just giving silly reasons for the delay. they should have told me at the time of taking the mobile that it will take a min of so and so time. but i was not given any such info before hand and its already been 20 days that i have given my mobile for service, still mobi quest says that they are waiting for approval for the replacement of the part, they have already ordered the part but they dint receive the part. how can the motorola or lenovo give authorization to people like mobi quest when they are not able to deliver goods on time or satisfy the customers. i am not the only person having problem with them. according to me not even a single person is satisfied with the service quality of mobi quest.
