My phone(Moto G, 2nd Gen) was not charging so I took it to the service center here in Kanpur (Aakarsh Electronics), they told me that the motherboard of my phone had to be changed. It has been over a month and a half and they just stall me and ask me to come later. Also today when I went for the fourth time they shouted at me which is very unprofessional. The name of the employee that shouted at me was Archana. I hope that strict action would be taken against them as service like this is not at all expected from a company like Motorola.

    I visited Bhubaneshwar Motorola service centre on 16 June 2016 for my broken glass of my moto g3 phone, they told me that they will order the glass and inform me via call and msg it will come within 14-15 days. It's been more than 17 days now and they r not receiving calls and I don't have any information of my phone. I have even deposited advance of 2000 l. If I would knowing that such mismanagement there then I would have never gone to such place to invest 5k.

      I have purchase moto g plus black via Amazon on 7th July and before 2 or three days ago I am facing problem in volume key and back key also sudden battery backup is going to very low thus better is good as per description and mobile screw are not sealed at starting. but I am very disappointed to purchase moto I can't suggest to anyone for moto. Everyone stop me to purchase moto set before puchasing. Moto service centre is approx 50 km away from my address and I can't go to submit at service centre due to my office hours. I want to gift this cell to MD of moto company so they feel probleam. In future I can't purchase moto and I found anyone to purchase I will strictly stop and suggest to any other company.

        Dear team
        I have a complaint pertaining to motorola service centre which is located a nagpur maharashtra. I give them my handset for repair of display which is damaged on dated 24/05/2016 and also pay the charges for that but till date i have not received my handset and not updated by them. And if i call them they not pic my call or not answering. Because this is not a way of working.

          I have given my motoxt1550 mobile with the mouthpiece issue to mobi quest, (plot no 1, mig-1, first floor, above hdfc bank, near kphb metro station, kukatpally, hyd - 500072, phone:[protected], who are authorized service partners for lenovo and motorola mobiles on 13th july 2016 with my job sheet no: 452. till date they have not rectified the problem and on the other hand, they are just giving silly reasons for the delay. they should have told me at the time of taking the mobile that it will take a min of so and so time. but i was not given any such info before hand and its already been 20 days that i have given my mobile for service, still mobi quest says that they are waiting for approval for the replacement of the part, they have already ordered the part but they dint receive the part. how can the motorola or lenovo give authorization to people like mobi quest when they are not able to deliver goods on time or satisfy the customers. i am not the only person having problem with them. according to me not even a single person is satisfied with the service quality of mobi quest.

            Sub:- issuing 3rd notice to motorola india through its service dept head (director of service) before approaching consumer court.


            Despite of my repeated request to your customer care dept. and you through all email, phone call along with various time i visited your company auth. serve. centre new tech solution. you had not given me response and taken firm stand otherwise to become dumb and mute in this case.
            This is not expecting from this multinational company in case of serious consumer complaint.
            I got harassed from your customer care dept. and your authorised service centre. new tech solution. i wasted my money in product rs.32000/-, along with traveling time and cost also i wasted my time in communicating with you.
            It gives me trouble, mentally disturbance and deprived my right to use and take benefit of my product for which i have paid to your company since last 1 month and 7 days.
            Also in warranty period of 1 year period your company auth. serv. cent. wasted 1 month and 7 days by putting my mobile in their custody. till date i not got product in my hand without any single reason issued from company. instead company executive taken a stand to become dumb and mute.
            Now i decided not to beg at you as a director of service or your service cent. person and wanted to replace my mobile instead repair it with new one or refund my amount of invoice bill along with by travelling cost five times to your auth. serv. cent anyhow. cause i wait patiently for more than 1 month period to get my mobile repair which having quality/technical issue from you.
            Give me reply within one day for my above demand otherwise i will approach to the consumer court dist. thane, maharashtra along with all proof which i have gather against your company in this matter. then i will also sued for mentally harassment and other cost of the legal proceeding, fees along with interest.
            Your dumb and mute approach is also shows your refusal of service and my demand many times
            This is last notice i want to issue in this matter before approaching to court.

              Sir ... I have complained a lot of time ..but not found any response frm your side..my mobile is with your service centre from 18 th of july till date and earlier it was there for three or four times. They even dnt pick phone when we call them and after driving 15-20 kms when we reach there they says it will take another 20 days as part is not available as this mobile is newly launch..sir after driving 20 kms if you get ans just like this how would you feel. And when we ask then why dnt you pick phone they replies we dnt have enough staff to pick phone..i have received a defaulty mobile and its my problem to repair it .if the part will not be available for nxt 2 or 3 months then what, i will have to remain without mobile .i have bought a new mobile to use it not to keep it at your service centre..since i have bought this mobile it was with your service centre only..pls i request you dnt sell defaulty mobiles or if there is any default resolve it asap...i have bought this mob with my hardly earned money if you cnt repair this defaulty mobolie please replace it.

                Your requirement of time that is 4-5 days, and its almost 4 days the phone is submitted in to service centere, what level of cordination and what is the scope of problem arised in my phone which you require so many days just to investigate and make availibility of parts. Why should i be baring such a timeline everytime when the issue persist.

                This is a fourth time the phone is into service centere in last 9 to 10 months, from the time phone has been bought, also the phone was lying into you centere for 3 months. Why i should be facing the problem when the issue persist.

                Device history:
                1. Phone purchased: 1aug2015
                2. Warranty extension for 3 months on 22nd feb mail shared by motorola, due to phone at your service centere (3 cases, when the phone was exchanged)
                3. 4th case arised again for different issue submitted in service centere on 26th july 2016.


                Make me understand, is the problem with the phone, or is the problem with your service guys or technical / escalation team. Y should i be as a customer to suffer???

                If its the problem with the phone get it replced, or else require reimbursement for non usage of phone due to your frequent eroors...!!

                  Hi team,

                  I had problem in my display where all of a sudden it became blank (It was powering on but no display), i bought this mobile in dec 2015 (Pfa for invoice) hence i took it to service center in chennai at 24th may 2016, they informed all the data would be lost and not able to take back up, (I had 15+ gb of data in it) with hard heart i had no other option, i agreed for the same it was informed that it would take 7 days (My work order no is : yxe/mg/16/00721) but they took one month to give it back after various follow up's which is bad service, even then i has problem that my phone did not detach the memory card, i returned it back on the same day, again same request of 7 days but till now i did not get my mobile which is worst service
                  Things i am expecting
                  1) i want my mobile back in good condition or give me a new mobile
                  2) the service provide in worst, they say that they will give the mobile tomorrow but that tomorrow has never come till now even after 2 months
                  3) i feel they are learning with my mobile, i have spent 18000 for my mobile but still not having mobile for my own for past 2 months.
                  4) request you to perform audit in your service center which is spoiling your brand
                  5) pleas make some option so that we can take the data back up in these condition
                  7) request you to maintain your hardware which was good but now a days not up to the mark

                    I brought Moto g4 plus 10 days ago through Amazon. I am unable to get access to the casting my screen on the smart TV. I have went through the settings-cast but there is no response of any active TV that is showing in my mobile . Need a solution for this. If there is no solution for this I will hand over my mobile, and refund my money. If not I will complaint in consumer forum. Thank you

                      I have purchases a moto g4 plus mobile phone from amazon on 16th june 2016.. On 20th june i started using the same after updating all contacts in the new moto mobile phone. On 17th july i was there in my honymoon trip to out of india, while i was taking snaps i faced a probelm on moto mobile. Its gets shut down automatically while taking videoes or snaps even though phone was charged aprox 12 hours. Once i returned india i visited to motorola service center in noida sector 18 to discuss the same problem. They told us to upgrade the software and issue would be resolved. I asked them to do the same, but after software up-gradation still same problem persists and i lost my all latest honeymoon pics available in mobile phone. I was totally frustrated with motog and asked to replace this mobile immediately. But noone care for my plea at service center and told me to repair the mobile which would take another 10-15 days for which i am not interested, i only need replacement. Why customer only suffer the loss of precious pic and videos and that too cause of new moto mobile. Attaching receipt and job sheet.

                      At the same time my wife is using i-phone from past 6 years without facing any single issue. She was suggesting me to go for i-phone rater than moto-g, it was only my decision to go for moto-g and today i am feeling cheated with my decision.

                      Today when i visited to noida service center again to check status of my phone. Even my phone is not able to on today. Dont know what service center engineer was doing with my mobile.

                      Recently jst one month back I had purchased new black moto x play in credit card payment still 4emi are there. and also new 32gb as card which is brand new from sandisk but when I put sdcard in my phone there is not recognising sdcard in this phone.

                        My phone (Moto g-4 plus) is in under warranty i had display problem it's been more than 30 days but my issue did not get resolve yet, i had to go everyday to the service centre because phone number they mentioned is not available all the time it says switched off, so i am not able to contact them through phone. My schedule is very tight besides i need a phone to receive important calls but my phone is no longer in use anymore. I am pissed off with the attitude and response i have received from the service center, the care center should be highly consumer and customer oriented. If this will continue then i think motorola will lose their customers and people will think motorola as a defaulter company who doesn't care to the customers. Please look at the issue and take action and response me earliest, thanks.

                          I had purchased moto g turbo edition imei/serial no: [protected]/ [protected] on 07.03.2016.

                          It had an issue of voice to reciever (Opposite), given for service to your lenovo authorized service centre 2 times.

                          1st time the not solved issue and given 2nd time. Now not able to here voice properly without headphone.

                          Pls suggest me, what to do now!!!

                            Hi, I bought Moto G3 a month ago and within a month the phone's touch has become irresponsive. The phone gets heated up easily and the battery life also sucks.
                            I went to Motorola service center in Narayan Peth, Pune but they are asking me to keep the phone there for 15-20 days which is not possible for me.
                            I am very upset with this kind of behaviour.

                                Just fall of my phone moto x play from my hand & brake the glass. Display screen is working. I brought this phone just 3-4 months ago. So i heard about motorola company provide free first time glass if it is broken in & it also mention in internet also. But here in ahmedabad (I stay atgandhinagar, gujarat) no one provide such offer. What should i do now?

                                  Rohit my moto e2 imei [protected] in warranty have some speaker problem. I submitted my phone on 5th july in service center but my phone is not repairing. I am going day by day in service center but they give me not a propper date therefore i am suffering from great trouble so plese take a suitable action for my humble request as soon as possible.

                                    Today morning plugged charger 30 minutes to my mobile. After that i seen burn at charger pin area and mobile damaged.
                                    I have meet service center executive at our location they said this is not comes under warranty even having warranty (Date of purchase 10-03.2016)
                                    * repairing charge is around rs.2000/-.

                                    * please check the attached file and documents.

                                    Kindly provide a solution replacement/repair for me.

                                    When i log in to google play store error to retrieve data from server (RH_01) comes hence cant download or update any apps please give the solution my handset model is moto e 1st gen
                                    Whenever i play games(Score hero and Dreamleague 2016) or accessing an App. some times it is not responding and forcefully stopping automatically.
                                    after that touch sensitivity is not working. It is working only when i restart the device.

                                      I have moto g3 phone bought recently. And i am facing below issue frequently:
                                      Saved contact comes as unknown number with 0 at start
                                      15% battery does not allow calling out
                                      The names of saved contacts disappear
                                      When multiple devices are connected to home wifi, the contact get transferred from one device to another.
                                      These issues are causing great inconvenience.
                                      Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I aproached your chandigarh swervice centre(S.C.O - 26, 1st Floor, Sector - 20 - D, Chandigarh - 160020
                                      Sector - 20 - D). But they have not provided in warranty service to me by saying that my phone is liquid damaged.I asked them for proof which they have notr provided.kindly take this issue seriously and revert me with solution.

                                        It is said that it is water proof and i can use it under water but with a few drops of water on screen it stops responding. Please solve my problem. I bought it recently from lucknow ganpati mobiles in shri ram tower.. It is in warranty so if their is a chance to exchange i am ready i am registered in motorola as [protected]@gmail.com.
