Hello,
I bought Moto G Turbo Edition on 11 December 2015 from Flipkart,

The handset have issue With Heating & Low Mic Volume.
Couple of time I placed Complaint to Service Center for support /
Warranty issue.

I requesting for Repair / Replacement of Device, then Service Center
repied “We request you to contact flipkart for the replacement. For

appreciate your patience and value your business. Thank you for being
such a loyal customer’’.
Customer Care Provides Sevral Telephonics Solutions For
Service/Support. Which I applied same as they instructed like,
Reset Device with Power button & Volume Button Press….
Start Device with Safe mode and Run 24-48 Hours
Software Update Process
Remove all third party applications.
Always Using Original Charger / Handsfree
Remove Additional Case/Cover (which I never use)
Above all Step I applied But Problem was not Resolve & I upset with
Motorola Service Support.
On 28th March My Phone Suddenly Getting Off and lineing on Display.
Now I am in big trouble. My All Work/ Communications Stopped.
I submitted my device on 30th March 2016 to Service Center :-
Communication Merchants (Ug-69/70, Wing-C Shreeji Arcade, Anand Mahal
Road, Adajan, Surat.395009) with Job Sheet No. SVA/MG/15/00076.
Couple of Time I tried for Getting Status of My Device, Service
Center/ Motorola Care Provides That I will Get My Device On 2nd of may
2016 & Call Back On 3rd May 2016.
On 28th April Service Center Called me for Device is ready &
repaired, they update status, they already Changed DISPLAY/TOUCH PAD/
PLATE/ MAIN BOARD.
When I Checked Device I Found Problem Was Same. I Can’t Find Any
Network on my Device. I Ask them For Same. They replied I wait More
20-25 Days more.
In Between Mr. Vurri Balraj Called me on 3rd May 2016, I Explained All
trouble / isuue regarding phone, He disconnected call.
Couple of Time I was Called Service Center for Same But They Reply I
have to wait till 18th may 2016 & place call back between 24 Hours. No
one call me as they promise. Find Below Mentioned Incident:-

I have contacted service center today[protected], and they told me
that they are again apply for the hardware (main Board) parts, I
request you to provide me the device on immediate basis as it is
already too late and I don't have any other smartphone to use, and it
is affecting my life now, my work and also causing monetary loss.I was
facing problems in phone from the day I have bought, I have already
faced many hassles in communication emailing, chat support, phone
support. I also tried on given toll-free no. but got any proper reply
So here I request you to provide me a new device as a replacement
instead of repairing the old one.(Already Change All parts till
Problem Getting) Waiting for approval of replacement. Do the needful
asap...
