When i use any app for more then 20 min. Then application stopped automatically. And it show "application not responding". Its happening from first day. After some day i formatted the device and device became smooth . But after 3 day problem started. Please provide a proper solution. M frustated from.this .and also tell me its going to be ok are not plzzz. My phone is moto g 3rd generation

    I ask for your consideration and help regarding my recently bought motorola G3 handset.

    I have purchased Motorola G3 mobile phone on 5th march via Flipkart.

    Within not even 2 months of mild usage the phone is malfunctioning due to mother board problems.

    I purchased a MotoG3 phone for its promised quality and hopeful service and have been disappointed for both.

    I kindly request you to please provide me with a replacement.

      Hi ..i m very happy to uae this devide but you claim the gorilla galss is
      scratchproof and unbreallkable but as i think its just a low quality galss
      . all the ads are fake .my gorrila glass has broken in just 20 days with
      just a normal pressure. and compony dont take its responsibility. If you
      can not take responcibily then why you claim about its quality? Please stop
      that all ads otherwise replace my phone or gorrilla ..

        Sir,
        I purchased moto x play mobile in oct 2015 from flipkart. Within short span of 7 months its display and touch not working. Thereafter i visited online customer help service for motorola. There it was told me by the customer care executive to press power button+volume down button. I tried that but it did not help.
        Then they asked me to visit Service Center Name : B2X Mumbai VileParle
        Address : Shop No. 29, 2nd Floor Prime Mall, Irla, Vile Parle(West), Mumbai-400057 . I visited there on 13/05/2016. They gave me a form and asked me to fill it, give signature on it and wait in queue. As directed i did. When my name was called out i went. A lady attendant was attending me. She asked me my mobile, purchase bill, form provided by her and asked me my complaint. I told her that my display and touch is not working and i have many important documents in it and it should not be deleted while repairing mobile. (Those documents are fruits of my hardwork and dedication ever since i purchased mobile).She gave mobile to enginner. Without even seeing mobile they told me according to protocol of company they need to software mobile and my data would be lost. I requested them to get backup of my data. But they just kept on saying same thing thing that its company's protocol to software mobile. Then when i told him that if i am ready to pay you for the touch and display will i get my data back, surprisingly he readily told me yes and asked me to pay around Rs.8000. Then i again told him that when you are ready to get my data back if i pay you then whats point in your warranty. He very rudely told me that if you cannot afford to pay then you can get it done from some local shops in market, they can provide you much better deals. Kept the form which i gave them and asked me to get it repaired from some local shop in market.
        Now sir, my query and complaint isn't data of customer is important to Motorola. It was their fault that my display and touch is not working and that too when my mobile is in warranty period. Don't they respect the data of customer. They are ready to get my data back in paid service then they just want to extort money from customer it is as simple as that. Thereby, it's my humble request to take strict action against such fraud company and do the needful to me. So that i get my data back and such company would not be able to extort money from customer.

          The moto g turbo mobile phone was purchased in december 2015 through flipkart. The ringer stopped working around april 22, 2016. The mobile phone was taken to the motorola warranty service centre on april 25, 2016 at ramaswamy street, t nagar, chennai. I was told that the mobile phone would be returned after the warranty replacement of the ringer in 15 working days. When i called the service centre, i was told that the spare is not available.
          I would request motorola to give me a total replacement. If the phone cannot perform for four months, they must withdraw the model. The imei/ serial number is [protected].

          My Motorola Nexus 6 charger got bursted while charging, I brought that to service center, they said it is physical damage we cannot replace, but because of this poor quality my motorola charger got bursted.

            Hello sir, my self anil sharma.. I bought my phone moto x play in november 2015.. Then last month i have updated it to marshmallow 6.1 android version. Thereafter my phone is having multiproblems.
            Phone is getting hanged.. And also getting much heat.. Automatically shut down and on..

              Had purchased a motorola (moto g 3g) handset through flipkart in sept'2015.

              Since last 3 months, i am facing a problem wit the hand set as ir is automatically functioning when the battery is low and lot of applications are opening continuously. Since I do not have any service center at my location, i am unable to repair, since it is under warranty period, pls suggest the nearest service center from jajpur road (pin-755015) or any service center at bbsr, so that i can repair it urgently.

              Pls also let me know, the formality required in case of handset being purchased through online from websites like flipkart.

                I have facing so many problems with this moto g3, before the warrenty period ends.

                Problems such as:

                board complaint, heating problem, echo while calling, less battery backup, hanging while dailing number,
                once i do change board from the service center at trivandrum, now i feel the same problem, service provide by them is very poor..
                I am fed up with this phone, please do change the old phone to new one or completely recover my problems.

                    My name is gaurav kocher i am living in jalandhar city (India) i am working with media and news paper and as an rj in all india radio. I am not expecting this type of third class service from a brand like motorola i have more then 5 motorola brand mobiles in my family including one moto e 1st gen, two moto e 2nd gen and two moto g 3rd gen mobile phones with me and my family i was a fan of motorola brand and a loyal clint till i had never face any issue with mobile but now i thought it was my biggest mistake because

                    In last month my moto e 2nd 4g (Which i purchased in feb 2016) was not able to start properly then i ask my friend “rohit” what to do then my friend rohit along with me called to your.India customer care no[protected] from my phone no.[protected] and your c. Care team try to solve my problem but when they are unable to solve it, then they told us to go to motorolo authorized service center. They also gave me the service center address named.. (New rays enterprises sco 11, khukhrana complex, canal road, near khaira palace. Jalandhar, punjab - 144002 phone no. [protected] / [protected]..)

                    Then on 12th april 2016 i went to motorola service center at there your authorized phone mechanic named “sanjeev” took my phone and check it properly. He told me that may be some software issue so come after a day and my phone will be repaired. But next day he told me that he opened it and checked it properly it and it is the only motherboard issue and it has to be changed, my phone is in warranty so no issue with the charges it will be free of cost and it will take 7 to 8 days for order and to receive the motherboard from the motorola main center. I agree it and i again confirm that no other fault is there and no charges should be there for the repair. He confirmed it and gave me a job sheet with no. Wys/mg/16/00022 and ask me to wait for 7 to 8 days. I waited for that time and in between i called him many times and inquired about my phone’s repair status. I also call to motorola c. Care about the update of the status of my phone

                    On 27th april 2016 i called to “sanjeev”service center mechanic about the progress of my phone and he said me that he just received the spare parts and within half an hour he will fix my mobile. I was very happy that i will get my phone ready and use my moto as i used in past but all my expectation was ruined when half an hour after i again phoned him about should i come now and he simply said said that may be the display of my mobile is broken i rushed to the service center. But service center is closed and mechanic told me to come in the next morning.

                    On 28th april 2016 next morning i with my brother pankaj “sub edition in indian news paper ajit samachar” went to service center mechanic “sanjeev”told me that your display is broken. I ask him how because when i gave my mobile to you it was perfect he said no it is broken that he found today. (Which actually he was lying) because when i gave him the phone he checked it properly and gave me job sheet where nothing type of display broken or even a single scratch is not mentioned signed by himself. (The copy of job sheet is attached with this mail). And he asked me for the money to repair the phone where my phone is under the warranty and he assured me that no charges should be taken.

                    I asked him if display is broken then why not you informed me at the time of submission of the mobile to him or even after 2 or 3 days where i asked you clearly about my phone status. And you tell me today on the time of giving the phone back to me. He simply had no answer and said that i have to pay the charges for the display otherwise phone should not be repaired…i further asked him if display is already broken before submission of the mobile to him then why not it is mentioned in the job sheet and how he accepted the damaged display and order for motherboard where damaged display phone is not covered under the warranty but still he had no answer

                    I asked him to show my phone he showed my phone and now in the phone display broken shows but what a funny coincidence the gorilla glass is not broken and even touch is not broken but display is broken. I further asked him when i gave it to you display is quite perfect or if i supposed it is broken how you accept a broken display mobile without mentioned it on job sheet and how it is possible the display broke from inside not from outside… clearly shows that it only happens when somebody is opened or close it incorrectly and in that process it is broke from inside.. And as in mine phone is concern it is only opened by him as authorized by motorola service center otherwise my warranty is void and he could simply return my phone or mentioned it on job sheet but he didn’t because my phone is not opened or tempered or broken before its submission to him otherwise he refused to repair it under warranty.

                    O as circumstances clearly indicate that only two possibility is there either he (The motorola service center authorized mechanic) broke the display at the time of the fitting of mother board or he changed my display with some other faulty display fraudly for illegally making profit..In both cases i am not the guilty and not liable for to pay to the said repair charges. I didnot took my unrepaired phone and from till date 12th april it is still in the service center.

                    Then i called to motorola customer care again and told the the whole story they note down my complaint and ask me to wait for the phone call of mr arvind from rss team on 3rd may…but there is no phone call i received on 3rd may form rss team (You can check and clarified my phone call records from the vodaphone india) then i called back to c. Care they asked me to go to service center your phone is repaired but when i went there still the same condition i again call to c. Care he again ask me to await for 1 day for a call from mr. Arvind i again waited but still no call is from that side even i called to c. Care more then 20 times in and ask to connect me to mr. Arvind.

                    After a long time of irritation and frustration they connect my call to mr. Arvind i explained him all the details and told him that i had all the proofs and also the call record of conversation between me and that service center mechanic and also the job sheet which is clear cut proof of my innocence and the fraud of sanjeev.. He assured me that he will look into the matter resolve my problem he ask me to wait for one more day and he will get me and that mechanic on call conference to clear the situation. I agree.. But after two days there was no response from mr. Arvind so i became restless, harassed and very depressed too. Again i called to c. Care so many times but after so much time when i argue with c. Care and told him that i go for the legal court about this fraud and harassment the i got a call from mr. Arvind where he simply denied to solve my problem because it is the matter between me and service center and service center boy told him that the display was broken before the submission of the mobile.. Where i asked to mr. Arvinedr that proof me how because i have all the proofs that display is not broken before submission.. Like job sheet where nothing of mention about broken display at submission time my phone call recording with the conversation of mechanic.

                    Mr arvid had agree with me that there is something fishy with service center (I have recording of that conversation too) but he is helpless.. And said that i am free to take any action and case is closed from there side and when i argue about to prove me that i am guilty he not listen to me at all and cut my call very abruptly and unprofessionally and unethically …so that’s why i post on your fb page …that your employ and your mechanics all are frauds.. Your company is full of cheaters …after proving my points and agree with my facts your non cooperative and unprofessional employ mr. Arvind said that he can’t do anything. Where as a senior employ and brand motorola representative it is his duty to resolve the problem. He left me in the center.. It harasses me a lot that what a big mistake i made to purchase such a low grade service mobile.

                    O now i am making my mind to go to the consumer court as well as leagal hearing against motorola authorized service center

                    Because it is case of fraud & cheating under section 420/415 ipc and non-cooperation and inadequate services.

                    Also against” motorola company” for poor/not providing/failing in after sale service, unprofessional behavior, hiring unprofessional technicians, non-cooperation and inadequate services. And for mental harassment..

                    Because now only they can give me justice and teach you a proper lesson with a big penalty and also by defame a so called brand like moto and more i am also working for print media and electronic media so i make sure it that i will publish this all ill treatment, chating & poor after sale service and in news papers and on tv channels and on all social medias and other possible means where i can aware the people that in future no one buy motorola products and save him self into trouble and harassed by you people..

                      Hi all,

                      This is in regards with the recent experience with motorola servicing. 1st of all if you are willing to buy a phone online especially from flipkart then don't. To be honest, the after sales service is horrible. I had purchased my moto g phone from flipkart and by mistake damaged the slim slot. This happened after 8 months of purchase. It was very difficult for to search for a service centre (Authorised) in mumbai. Finally found it at the other end of the city. They lack service centres in mumbai. The phone was submitted on the terms that the servicing would cost me rs. 950 and would get my phone back in a week. After doing a follow up with mohit (The b2x guy to whom i had submitted my phone) he said i'll get the phone with in 3 days as promised. I even told him if possible do it before that since i was travelling. I again did a follow up to ask when can i come and collect the phone. This time he failed to recognize me. I was like dude last time i just told you my name and you gave all information, now you're asking me to provide all the job sheet stuff? I understood that he is buying some time. But i had everything handy, and after providing him all the details, he informs me 'sir the part hasn't arrived yet' it'll take 10 more days. I was like wtf. I was ready to pay money demanded by them at the time of taking my phone in custody and then i come to know that it still isn't ready. I wasn't asking for any free services. I was paying for it. However, they didnt bother to inform me that the part had arrived or not. After doing a follow up again after a week it wasn't ready. I bombarded at them all i could, and sagar (Head over there) assured me the phone will be ready next day. I was soo damn sure this would't happen, i wrote mails to them and their escalations department, i even used social media to get my phone repaired. I went over there the next day and they handed me over the phone (Repaired) i also made the payment. After telling them on their face, about the mails, they were all like "do whatever you want" they simply don't care. I was standing there as a fool. I paid for my service in return i got a laughing face and no response from their cs team. Motorola has just gone fraud. This shows how their parent company lenovo treats their customer. They just don't care. All they care is money. Today i spoke to their cs mr. Sandeep, he wasn't helpful at all. Motorola and lenovo are a cheat. Please do not buy their products. Their after sales service is horrible. Please do not fall for this company. I will take this up and viral. Un till they send me an apology letter and accept their mistake in providing false commitment. They do not have the courtesy to provide an update on customers product. It is us who have to call them. Also, they are under staffed. Cause of which customers have to suffer. @motorola: write me an email attached the apology letter or refund the money paid for servicing, which was pathetic as hell.

                        I have moto g 2nd generation and I am facing a problem from very long time . the front camera icon on camera app is not shown, I am unable to use the feature of front camera which I had thought is available to my phone I can see front camera yet I can't use it . this could have been a software problem I don't know but I wablnt it resolved ASAP . I am very disappointed at you .

                          The phone needs to be tracked by android device manager which was tried and no luck so its Motorola task to trace the phone.. as per their assurance

                            I submitted by moto g 2nd gen lte model on 18 march to the service centre till now the phone has not been repaired.
                            First the part to be replaced was send wrong to the service centre via company and after that again a new part sent which is faulty and during the fitting of that faulty part the display of the phone also gets damaged by service centre and now again the service centre is asking time for 15 days to repair it again.

                              I have given my moto g 1st generation phone at Motorola Smart Services bhubaneswar.They are not at all responding to calls.It has been nearly 50 days.I had called them more than 1000 times.They lifted the call not more than 10 times.Every time they are saying " It may take 4 more days ".I have never seen such a worst service centre in my life.Samsung, Sony are best .I won't refer any of my friends to MOTOROLA .Without having a good service centres how can such a large branded company sells products.It will be better if MOTOROLA is banned in INDIA.

                                I have purchased moto g-turbo edition phone on 19 dec, 2015.
                                On 19 april 2016, the turbo charger stopped working, and i submitted the charger to the service center for replacement as it was under warranty period. Viz wo zst/mg/16/00505.
                                Today, on 6 may 2016, when i went to collect my charger, i found that it was not a turbo charger that i got when i purchased the mobile.
                                The service center personnel said that the charger the company sent comes with another mobile i.E. Moto x play and and they asked me to contact customer care about the problem.

                                The turbo charger enables me to quickly charge (Turbo charge) the mobile as it has three different output capacities i.E. 5v, 9v and 12v whereas the moto x play charger does not have a turbo charging ability.

                                The customer care representatives just keep on telling me again and again to use the charger the company sent me, but i have refused to claim the product from their service center.

                                Desirable resolution - please replace my in-warranty defective turbo charger with a new turbo charger only.

                                I am attaching the wo receipt, the photo of original charger, the photo of replacement charger that i did not claim from the service center and the invoice copy of my purchase.

                                  Sir i bought moto g 2nd gen 4g in october 2015 in flipkart.My mobile got problem in charging.I gave service in april 2016 at authorized service center in chennai. They repaired and gave but problem is continue still now.More than 7 or 8 time i gave for repair but it's useless. They changed battery also but problem is not solved.
                                  (Definition of problem:when charge pin is inserted in mobile the mobile is not charging)
                                  Pls do something.

                                    Customer care provides sevral telephonics solutions for
                                    Service/support. Which i applied same as they instructed like,
                                     reset device with power button & volume button press….
                                     start device with safe mode and run 24-48 hours
                                     software update process
                                     remove all third party applications.
                                     always using original charger / handsfree
                                     remove additional case/cover (Which i never use)
                                    Above all step i applied but problem was not resolve & i upset with
                                    Motorola service support.
                                    On 28th march my phone suddenly getting off and lineing on display.

                                    When i checked device i found problem was same. I can’t find any

                                    Couple of time i was called service center for same but they reply i

                                      Bluetooth, wifi and cable not working after updating marshmallow6.0
                                      Bluetooth and wifi and on after updating marshmallow6.0 and not able to take backup through cable. Cable tethering not working. Overall system performance down and system hang many times. When i turn on wifi and bluetooth its directly disable and not turn on wifi and bluetooth. My device completely not working.

                                        I purchased moto g turbo in the month of feb 2016

                                        On 7th april there was some problem with mic and ringtone. I was not able to hear any tones when i get a call. When dialed someone either i don't hear what the other person is speaking and sometimes it is the other way round.On 8th april i gave it to a service center here at chennai and they said it will be resolved within 15 to 20 days and ever since i have been following with them till date. The issue is not resolved and on april month end they said ringer part is ready but mic cannot be covered under warranty. Service center people say the shield inside is crashed and is not covered under warranty and it will cost around rs.7000 (For a newly bought phone).They also said they have raised my concern to cover it under warranty to ensureservices.In from whom they have not heard back. I am convinced that i got defective piece. Hope at least this forum will help in resolving the issue.

                                        I had bought online a Moto X Play in January'16. It gets heat up quite often. Is it normal. Or their is a issue with my handset. I have quite often heard about cell phones getting explod. Its heats up at irregular times but quite often. The cell was bought online and is still under warranty.
                                        Till Date my phone is not repaired and still in service center. Any Update. Do someone really look in to page at all?
