On 24.05.2016 i bought new moto g4 plus from amazon after 10 days it has start hanging. on that day i switch of the phone 1st time and than phone remain on only it will not go ahead, only white screen are open, actually i was travelling to north on those days for 10 days, when i was back to mumbai, on the very next day i submit phone to authorized motorola gallery which is in borivali (west) b2x. they tell me it will take 2 days to resolve but they doesn't do their commitment after that they said it will take 4 days and then 5 day. from last 15 days i m not using my phone and they doesn't answer my call also, infact after purchase of new phone i used phone only 10 days and after that it has been stoped till today... what should i do? they are not picking up my call also.
