We bought a moto g4 plus on 8 june 2016 from amazon.In for 15000 indian rupees. After the day it arrived it asked for an update for better perfomances and so we did. But after the update the phone malfunctioning. It started to switch off and on, on its own and while doing so heated up rapidly. We gave it to the service center the next day. The phone was there for a over a month and was brought back on 12th july. The moment we inserted our sim card it started malfunctioning again.

We request a refund or a replacement from the company concerned.

    Moto g 3rd generation build quality is not good but the phone heats up every time and even when it is in standby mode & customer care service Karnal is very bad .my charger is heats every time & charger is short.no replace the charger for me.plz help.       I want to inform you that i have a complain against your gurgaon service center sahara mall haryana i gave him my motorola x play mobile handset 25 june 2016 and they give me 9 july 2016. Between this period they use my handset his personnel uses without inform me they misuse my handset.
      I order you kindly take some action on this matter neither i complain against your service center i have a proof so action on those culprit neither i will do action on your service center,

        I want to say that from last 2 day ago my phone moto e2 battery get draining fastly means the battery is decreasing fastly i have to charge the phone 3 to 4 time in a day to 100 %and also when i use battery saver that is inbuilt in this phone battery still draining fast so please replace my phone or repair my phone hoping a quick response from your side

          Hi team,

          Below is the summary of my phone at service center and their worst service. please help me in getting my device it's 2 month they are not giving the device.

          1.initially, i have encountered battery issue my phone was not charging and registered the case with jobid amspue005922. i came to know they have changed the motherboard and after 15 days i got my phone and the battery problem was solved.

          2. from the same day i encountered voice issue at receiver side. again i registered the case with service centre but they kept my phone with them without any new jobid for a week then i contacted you guys and came to know the jobid was closed. then after a long arguing with them they have given me new jobid and again provided me new jobid amspue006626 they have changed the motherboard saying the first one was faulty. then i got my phone after another 15 days.

          3. i got my phone dated 25/jun/2016 at 5:00 pm. i have checked for battey and voice the problem have been solved. but when i reached home i encountered new issues.

          · 1. headphone jack not working.
          · 2. motion gesture not working at times.
          · 3. adhesive screen comes out
          · 4. degradation in camera quality.

          Once i have submitted my phone at care center pune narayan peth they are asking me to wait for another 12 days which is impossible. these people are taking customers for granted.

            I bought Moto G3 on July 31st and after the delivery i had out speaker issue from the day 1. I thought it is network issue and applied for mobile port. By the time i got my new sim one month time for replacement got over and realized its the mobile speaker issue. After that i went to Jayanagar 4th block service center 5 times and they are so careless about customers. Every time they will format my phone and just update the software that too keeping 10 days everytime.

            I am still facing the issue even after 5 services and asked for the replacement but they are not replacing. They are not fixing the issue also. Please take complaint and help me to get replacement for my mobile. Below are my mobile details and job sheet numbers.

              I bought moto g3 phone through Amazon on 31st of March 2016. Last week when I was charging it I saw sparks and then I quickly switch the charger off but till then the charging socket was completely Burnt. I went to Motorola service centreand, Indore, there they told me that this can't be replaced under warranty as it is a damage and repair will cost me 10000/-. I asked the lady to give me this in writing and she denied me for that too...
              I contacted Amazon and they are ready to provide me a replacement but only if Motorola service centre provides me in writing that the piece can't be replaced by them and it's damaged.
              I have bought at 5 Motorola MotoG3 phones for my family but now I am so much disappointed from the service they are providing that I will strongly recommend not to buy any Moto phone.

                  My phone's Ringer wasn't working so I provided it at B2X Indore authorized Motorola service centre and at the time of submission they told me the issue was small and it'll 1 day. When I went the next day the phone wasn't repaired and I was asked to come the following day. Later the next day when I collected my phone, the issue wasn't solved at all, in fact I think they dint even tried. They just handed me as it is and told me that the issue will take 20-25 days. This is ridiculous and if I don't get a proper response from the company for this complain, I'll take it to next level. You guys have crossed the line and somebody has to stand so why not me.
                  I'll make sure that no one else suffers further or else I'll start campaign and ask people to boycott purchasing Motorola phones from hereon. Because the customer service that you provide is bad.

                      On 24.05.2016 i bought new moto g4 plus from amazon after 10 days it has start hanging. on that day i switch of the phone 1st time and than phone remain on only it will not go ahead, only white screen are open, actually i was travelling to north on those days for 10 days, when i was back to mumbai, on the very next day i submit phone to authorized motorola gallery which is in borivali (west) b2x. they tell me it will take 2 days to resolve but they doesn't do their commitment after that they said it will take 4 days and then 5 day. from last 15 days i m not using my phone and they doesn't answer my call also, infact after purchase of new phone i used phone only 10 days and after that it has been stoped till today... what should i do? they are not picking up my call also.

                      Is these a way to treat the Motorola customer . we blindly believe on yours and you treat like these.
                      I bought moto g 3rd Gen phone last year august month, within a week i found complaint in my phone is getting off so i complaint on flipkart to sort out my problem but they took 20 days to resolve the problem, again my phone is same condition so i want a positive responce from motorola.

                      I bought moto G4th plus 32GB white colour phone 08 june 2016 within a week i found complaint in my phone is getting off so i go to moto care to sort out my problem but they didn't resolve my problem in 1month, to resolve the problem, i keept my cell phone in moto care from last 25 days, so i want a positive responce from motorola.

                        My moto g3 has been stopped to charge and for the same i've contacted to customer care, they give me the wrong address on mail and when i visited the provided address, service center people hadn't respond properly about the phone and then again i called customer care, they again give me the another address and when i visited the second address, service centre people hasn't proper technology to repair the phone.

                          This is regarding Motorola service centre okhla phase 2. I am using moto g 2nd generation since 2015. However recently I am getting problem in phone it's unable to switch on. So I went to moto service centre and give Rs 200 for checking the issue, they have told there is a fault in motherboard and if I want to resolve issue it will charge Rs 2250 to rectify the fault. But that day I don't have my purse so came back to home and after one day I have sent sumone with my phone to resolve the issue with Rs 2250 bt this time they told it will charge Rs 7000 as it's motherboard is totally damaged. I was surprised how can they change there statement. I am very disappointed with their statement as charge Rs 200 for checking the issue but didn't give exact information. However I didn't give my moto g to service center and came to home and checked on YouTube for solution and find the solution. Now my moto g is working without giving single rupee.

                          It was very disappointing that moto g service center want to make money from their customers it means visiting service centre is just waste of time and Money as well. There is no issue in motherboard it's working now.

                          Kindly take necessary action ASAP so that moto maintain its good will...

                            The handset motox force was submitted on 8th june 2016 to one of the b2x service center of motorola. since then it is one month and the service center people are saying the part is not yet arrived from company. recently they have started saying that the part is in courier and not received. this is being told since one week now. the customer service help-desk says that the part is not yet available with the company and is not yet dispatched to the service center.
                            No idea or clarity on what is wrong with the company and what is happening.
                            Its an 50, 000 phone with pathetic service center. no place to sit. hell lot of people in the service center for their complaints. i am like now return my money and keep the phone with you. there should be a standard policy by when can the company return the phone / replace it. also is there any legal way that we can send a notice to the company / service center and hold them responsible.. i have all the recordings of the calls done with the service center and the customer care.
                            Can anyone please help in terms of legal approach.

                            By when can I expect the phone issue to be fixed and what is current update?
                            No one is bothered to give an update.
                            Nor the service center is knowing the status and the call center also doesn't know the status of the handset.
                            I am made up my mind that i want my money back. i cant wait any more.
                            In case these delays any further, i will now go legally to the court court through proper notice and claim for all the compensation financially and mentally that i have been through just because of this pathetic and disgusting service by MOTOROLA.
                            I don't understand why consumer complaint forum doesn't take any serious actions on such companies who are so weak in commitments to their customers. These guys should be made famous for this mishapp and the products should be stopped in the market from launching.
                            Standard protocols and mechanism should be available across all the service centers with proper escalation matrix and the levels should be till the board of directors so customers can provide their feedback.
                            No one literally answers properly if the update is asked at service center. The most horrible part is, none of the numbers are answered which belong to service center. I am so much frustrated and its not every time possible to travel to the service center for the update and that too they don't give a proper one.
                            Call center people say i must wait as per the company policy but when i ask what the policy is, they dont have any answer to it.
                            Literally frustrated and need my money back that too with the interest now.

                              My MotoG3 charger stopped working. And when I asked and showed the charger which is in warranty to the guy who works in the Ghaziabad, U. P motorola service center he denied to help me with charger saying that it is wet in oil and he can't do anything. Even though the is not wet with oil. It was rust and moisture that he was trying to tell me that it is oil even it was very little and hard to see but he still denied to do anything. I really want to help me replace my charger. Please help me with this. Thank you.

                                  Guys who are following this website and specially who buy mobiles online.. my strong recommendation to them is #dontdoit!!! i bought moto x play through flipkart in march and got phone on 20th march, 2016... though they say... that they will cater to client's complaints and would sort the problem without any cost within warranty but unfortunately it does not happen!! i faced the problem and submitted my phone at #sukhdevnagarkotlamubarakpur service centre and collected after around 10 days on 23rd june.. and today the phone again had display problem. the phone was working fine but a of sudden the screen went black.. and i went to service centre and the guys there took phone and kept on discussing for around half an hour n came with conclusion that it can't be taken under warranty and i need to pay 6900 to get it fine... illogically they were saying that probably i got phone opened by nisomeone else before coming to them but it was all rubbish!! it's ridiculous that when a customer has to make so much efforts to prove that he/she is speaking truth... on the top of that, there is no one in whole service centre who will listen to you..instead they all will keep on repeating same story to prove the customer wrong!!! i recommend if customer service centre are to make the client fool, then there is no point opening it!!! m really pissed off!!! i went from my office for this issue and the guys at service centre are unnecessarily blaming me for same... i am not a kid.. obviously i won't go to service centre to waste my and someone else's time if the problem had been from my end... m not here to unnecessarily waste my time in going to such pathetic centres.. i really doubt if they had put the original display in my phone or not... they were telling me that see...in your phone.. the display has been pasted in wrong way.. as the original display looks the other way.. i mean i took phone from them only on 23rd june n they are blaming me for same...!! i have purchased things from flipkart lot of times in past n recommended lot of people for same but this is for sure now.. that i will never do it in future... my mail i'd is.                                     On 16/08/15 i was purchases a moto e (2ng gen) 3g mobile phone after three month i was found its power key and spiker problem then after i was submit it to motorola authorize cervice center in suratgujarat (Communication murchent) they are not solve my issue then i am sendint it to another service center in surat, gujarat (Balaji communication) but till now they are unable to solve my issue. Also motorola customer center representative person says they do nothing you communicate with customer service center.

                                      I had purchases moto turbo g black set on 22/06/2016. The phone has one sim card pin slot was missing. Next day i visited the store for the same. Mr imran excutive insurted sim in the slot and the sim card got stuck in that slot after trying several time he was not able to take out the sim from the slot. He suggested me to go to motorola service center for romoval of sim. The service center preson was not able to take out the sim as its still lying in the sim card slot.
                                      After a lot of discussion between the service center person and mr imran he confirem that he will change the phone and will give the phone in 4 days.
                                      Today i called him and he said he cannot change the phone.
                                      I had purchased the phone even i had not putted the sim into it and just want to know what is the sloution i can seek from motorola.

                                      If this kind of service is provied form motorola then its very sad.

                                        I have purchased moto g from amazon 7 months back. Only after 3 months o[censored]sing it got totally shut. I contacted customer care where he told me that i have to submit the phone to service center. For that i have to travel down from agartala to kolkata as there are no service centers near to my place. After 20 days i got the back where the service centre peoples of sd communication, kolkata told there is some software issue and they have fixed it. Just the next day again it got shut. It was not starting at all. Again i have to run down to the service center. He again told that mother board have some issue and took another 7days.

                                        Looking at this scenario, i am totally dissatisfies and annoyed with this service as well as the product and this time after two times of a product being damaged which is just 7 months old, i don't want to continue with it. I want it to be replaced immediately anyhow. Please do the needful immediately.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I bought a set on July 2015. I have warrenty upto July 2016. Right now the set is not functioning well. Getting hanged and becomes too hot after using for sometime. Went to your service center nearby BBSR. But they are saying nothing can be done. Please taken some action regarding this
