I want to say that from last 2 day ago my phone moto e2 battery get draining fastly means the battery is decreasing fastly i have to charge the phone 3 to 4 time in a day to 100 %and also when i use battery saver that is inbuilt in this phone battery still draining fast so please replace my phone or repair my phone hoping a quick response from your side...

This is regarding Motorola service centre okhla phase 2. I am using moto g 2nd generation since 2015. However recently I am getting problem in phone it's unable to switch on. So I went to moto service centre and give Rs 200 for checking the issue, they have told there is a fault in motherboard and if I want to resolve issue it will charge Rs 2250 to rectify the fault.
