Useless service centre. Given my phone moto x play 15 days back n still not serviced after 3 delivery dates committed in last 1 week. They asked me to collect phone today in morning on 11 aug. I am at service station n they are not yet ready with my phone. My complaint number is 8787 with them...
Pathetic service n staff is not even talking to us politely..

I am gonna complaint against your company in consumer court soon

Sirf mother board badlega. Jisme 7500 rupey lagenge tik hokar 10 din me mil jayega. Fir bole sir 5 din or lagenge. Fir campany me will issu h bolkr mujhse will liya aaj 25 day ho gaye koi respons nhi h. Na hi phone ka pata h. Or na hi koi mail ya sms aya. Or hmne unse kaha ki agar aap mujhse pese lekar 7500 rupey me aap mother board change kr rahe ho to. Kharab mother board mujhe dena. Is baat pr service center manager ne kaha apko kharab mother board nhi milega to hmne kaha ok hame dikha to sakte ho na to unhone kaha nhi bo campny chala jayega. To sir na hi mother board ka pata chal raha h. Or na hi mere phone ka. So plzzz sir help me.

      I put my phone on charging few days later but then after sometime my phone 's charging point had not working but charger is working properly as there is defect in my phone I had also send my phone to service centre in Ludhiana Punjab but still my its not working

        I would like to inform you that i bought a moto g turbo phone from
        flipkart at my relatives address in Delhi. when i got the set from the very
        same day there is some or the other issue..
        Firstly i got an issue of my 32gb memory
        card, again and again after every 1 to 2 hrs it was unable and i have to
        re-insert the memory card. from that moment i changed my memory card and
        again i faced the same problem. and third time i changed my memory card. as
        a bad time it was over.

        secondly i fased a new problem last night, by some issue
        my phone was locked and due to that i re set my phone, i formated via hard
        drive and now after it succeded i m facing a new problem. which is .. i
        cant log in my phone as it say's enter the email id and password of the
        previous owner. i think you sold me an second handed phone.

        it is just very annoying and if not solved as soon as possible it
        can be made a big issue. i need to get the solution please i am facing lot
        of problems since last night as i work in my cousin's business and all my
        work is through my phone

          Dear sir,

          I am using motorola g4 plus since july 2016, since then i have noticed few weird behavior in my phone.
          1) while on charge the phone behaves weirdly notification bar gets down and music starts to play on it's own.
          2) sometimes my wifi disables itself automatically
          3) it is difficult turn on wifi once it gets disabled automatically
          4) it turns on and off on its own.

          I request you to please see to the matter. Well i know this complain won't be entertained much still in a hope that someone might ponder over the matter

            I' m bought a moto g3 but after 7 month touch screen not function and automatically camera on and other function open. Then went to nearest service center bbsr, odisha. They are not properly repair already 3 times gave them now my mobile not handover me. Always and every day follow up but unsuccessful. And contacts. Customers care but query not solve. I'm very suffer for moto g3. This mobile is very bad and service center is also.

            I am using moto g4 plus its camera gets heated up very quickly . When I play games for 30mins then my phone heats a lot. Please give some update so that it will become stable and it will not heat and please improve the quality of camera in the next update.

              I had serviced from Ridham mobiles Authorized dealer of Motorola (calicut.Dist) kerala during my warronty period my phone had hotspot and touch problems. After gaving to your service center i had waited for 20+ days and, now the same day of delivery i had display, speaker low sound and i cant install apps ''There's no app to handle this type of file." This message is coming..what should i do???

                I have purchased motorola x force 64 gb from jasmin mobile vadodara gujart. After starting the phone after few days i put memory card but it did not get detected so i gave to motorola service center and after that it has been more than 25 days but still they are unable to repair that also they are telling they have not received the part again as first time they received it was faulty. My one month warranty time is wasted in your service center and i had to buy new phone as i didn't have spare phone and it took long for motorola to give my handset back still no guarantee when it will be done. Please revert back soon and take some action or i will have to go to consumer forum for this.

                    There is a charging problem, now my phone requires 12 hours to get charged. I want it to get repaired as soon as possible, i am a student and i have only this phone so i could deposit it if i get a standby phone or if i get it replaced on same day. I purchased a moto phone because i was impressed by its features but you ruined it worst customer care you provide. Customer care centre told they would get it resolved in 20 days without handing me any phone. Resolve my problem on same day.

                        I bought this phone with excitement but motorola is a very bad company .
                        actually after using the device for a month suddenly the onscreen home button, the multitasking button and notification bar was not working.
                        I went to service center they say it was a software issue.
                        I visited the sevice center twice.
                        But after that this issue solved but there came another issue.
                        The device asked for owners email and i choose forgot password and logged in but it again said to sign in with owners email
                        i called the customer care of motorola and they told me to go to service center again.
                        now again i have to go to service center and again stand in a que.
                        i will never ever buy motorola device again and niether i will suggest anyone to buy
                        again and again go to service center and stand in a que to resolve the issue

                          If we like a product but unable get service then what is the impact of customer by spending the choice of brand,
                          I have tried from 3 days from 4th to 6th august'2016 to confirm a motorolla service center where the same can be resolved, where as the garia address given not picked up the phone and after several time ring put the lines on busy mode..
                          For salt lake and bhidan nagar phone not responding and saying the same is out of order.

                          the same will be in negative rating and in future if any body suggest i will never refer to buy the motorolla product.

                            My experience with moto g3 is very bad. After 6 month, I had charging issue with this mobile. I went to customer care. Customer care executive said me for contact after 10 days. I contacted after 10 days but executive said me for contact me again after 2 days. When I went after two days, then executive said me for contact in the evening. I went in evening then I received my mobile. I used this mobile I felt that outgoing voice was not delivered to the phone receiver. I contacted again to customer care. Executive said me for contact after 10 days. After 10 days I received my phone. But I checked it at my home it came to know that call receiver facing echo sound. I am very struggling with this mobile. Pl suggest what I should do. Pl don't buy moto G never . ...

                              I have the lenovo moto g4 plus.My turbocharger was not in working condition so i visited moto lenovo service centre.They gave me warranty of that turbocharger 25 and gave me invoice of warranty.i am waiting and it is 8 days now.they are not saying surely how much time it will take.please do the fair and give me my turbocharger.it is my honestly request to you.

                                I have purchased one month before Moto turbo edition 3rd generation mobile

                                  I have been recently facing a lot of problem with my Motorola device. Moto G4 Plus is the device i am using. I purchased this device on amazon exactly 3 months back. When i connect my device to a wifi network my device automatically shuts down. I get a lot of notifications when i turn on my wifi after a long gap and this is when my phone shuts down by itself. Once the phone gets shut down and when i restart it the battery level reduces drastically. Say from 70-30 that's really fast draining. To bring to your notice this is a brand new phone and i am very shocked to see such defects in it. The dangerous part is that before is shuts down it leaves away a beep sound which is as though the phone is going to explode. I have given it for service and i am still facing the same problem. The feedback that i got from them was that the problem was not due to software issue. If in case the problem is with any hardware i would like to claim for replacement. This is mainly because the phone is brand new and problems like this don't occur normally unless and until the product turns out to be defective ( this was the comment from moto customer service). Imagine what if the phone explode? I would like to inform that the product quality has to be checked carefully. Amazon people haven't given me the product offer yet which is really stupid. Once a well reputed online shopping store promises a certain offer before launch of the product don't they have to offer those to their customers? Very very bad response and lack of quality assurance. !5, 000rs is not a small amount and you cannot make a product which lasts only for 3 months, and it becomes very easy for people of amazon team to inform their customers that the product replacement is only within 1 month of purchase which is absolutely absurd. Amazon response is really bad particularly in my case.This kind of quality and productivity is going to bring you into trouble. The worst part is i don't get a strong solution from the service team. People are so lethargic. Their value for customers is nil. Very bad response. Fed up with such behaviour and poor quality production.

                                    I had visited Pune-Pulse Enterprise solutions Authorised service centre as on 31.08.2016 for changing faulty charger of Nexus 6
                                    The executive informed me that she would inform me once the charger is received from company.

                                    It is already 2 months without any call from them.

                                    Plz help me as my phone is constantly dischrging due to use of non-Turbo charger.

                                      My phone(Moto G, 2nd Gen) was not charging so I took it to the service center here in Kanpur (Aakarsh Electronics), they told me that the motherboard of my phone had to be changed. It has been over a month and a half and they just stall me and ask me to come later. Also today when I went for the fourth time they shouted at me which is very unprofessional. The name of the employee that shouted at me was Archana. I hope that strict action would be taken against them as service like this is not at all expected from a company like Motorola.

                                        I visited Bhubaneshwar Motorola service centre on 16 June 2016 for my broken glass of my moto g3 phone, they told me that they will order the glass and inform me via call and msg it will come within 14-15 days. It's been more than 17 days now and they r not receiving calls and I don't have any information of my phone. I have even deposited advance of 2000 l. If I would knowing that such mismanagement there then I would have never gone to such place to invest 5k.
