my name is shahid hussain and i am formar employee of Mphasis an eds company.i have submmited my pf form of 4/11/2008 in my company but i will not able to collect my pf money so please chack my a/c tell me that why was i not able to get money and i am calling to this no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] than i am not able to connect and by chance i am connected so anyone does not peakup and call going to autodialer and take me extention no. what is extention no. plg tell me.

Already 5 months have been gone and as per the information, my Form have been submitted and I got a mail on 6th Dec. 2008 that you will get the amount within 20 days. But till now nothing have done in this way.

please look into the whole matter as soon as posible.

Called # [protected] to check if PAN card is being dispatched as not yet received, they informed that PIN code mention was wrong(Pin - 246125) whereas right Pin code is 246725. Either there was a mistaken in writing for understanding as 1 & 7 appears the same. Mentioning the complete address & PIN code once again. Kindly resend the same.

I resigned Mphasis an EDS company almost 1 year back (Feb 4th) but still i didn't received my PF. Company PF people told to send the filled forms..I filled all the forms and sent to bangalore office.. even i received following mail.. also..

"We have received your documents Form No.19&10C (2 Sets) we will process and will submit to PF office Bangalore once your PF got transfer from TN/50362/2171 to KN/16573/13285"
Note- PF transfer may take about 1-2 months.

The above message received on April 8th 2008. But still i didn't received my PF.

Please let me know the procedure to get my pf.

I had applied for passport in january 2008...

i got it with mistakes in my surname and mother's name in may 2008...

later i applied for miscellaneous(form number 2) and 500rupees for the form in july 2008 but still i did not receive my passport...

my old file number is Z60002708.. it contains mistake...

details are updated in net... The corrected form file number is H01303908.. police verification is done...

i have been selected for MPHASIS, an EDS company...they are asking for passport.. i have send them by 22 novmember 2008.. if i fail to send it then they will reject my offer letter.. so please do issue me passport as soon as possible...

I have a HSBC credit card number "[protected]". Before proceeding with the complaint I would like to give some history of the card. I had lost the HSBC credit card long back when I lost my wallet and blocked the same immediately. Without my request a duplicate card was given to me with Rs 100 charges on it. Since I was not interested to take the card and use the services I just ignored the card and just kept it unused. Its almost more than a year I have been not using your Credit Card.

Later i started getting monthly statements though I was not using the card. Once I had found wrong billing on my card few months back. I just ignored it since I had not used the card so did not pay the bill and in next month's billing it was rectified, no due payment was there.

But now again in July 2008 billing there is a wrong billing on my card. They have put Rs 3370.80 bill and asked me to pay by 29th July 2008. Now I am getting SMS alert to pay minimum due of Rs 168.54. Since I have not used this card and also since the card is just kept unused at my home I am sure the card is not misused. So I strongly condemn on the wrong billing on my card and I need not pay any bills.

Please clarify about the billing and provide me all the deatils of this bill. Please rectify the bill since the bill should be Rs 0 on my card since it is not being used from long back.

I tried reaching the customer care to log the complaint, but there was no operater to listen my complaint, everything is IVRS.

I have left Mphasis on Feb 2007, and then I joined satyam computers on April 2007, When i was working in Mphasis LImited Bangalore I have KN/16573/5609, I have given PF transfer form from my present company (Satyam) and they have send my form 13 to Mphasis limited and then PF office Bommanahalli Bangalore.

Till now My PF account had not been transferred to my current Employer. AP/23034/56411

Please help me how to proceed further. I asked plently of times to my previous employeer Mphasis an EDS company, they are not telling me the proper response.

Hi, I am vimal kuma rana I am working with Mphasis An EDS Company as a lead infrastructure Engineer. I got a credit card from CITI BANK it was delivered by Blue dart i was not at the home, i was in my office them my wife was there at home. That corrier boy asked to my wife for my ID proof she told give me a moment i show you his Passport. That corrier boy did not give her a chance to find the passport and said i am busy guy i can't wait for a moment too. on asking the address of blue dart office or his contact number he said No i do n't have any i have to go. Finally that boy said to my wife come and collect it from Bludart office rudely. My wife was disaapointed by his behaviour. I need my card at my address at 9 AM to 10 AM in weekdays. Please do an action on this otherwise i will gonna take a leagal action on Blue dart corrier service for that miss behaviour. I may be contacted at [protected] for any clarification.

My Name is Vijay Jaisinghani, I left 'MPHASIS' (BPO in PUNE ) somewhere in march 2006. I submitted PF refund form & i was told i will receive the refund in 6 months which i never received. However a year ago i changed my bank account & informed this to Mr Sampat (MPHASIS pf agent) we submitted a new form along with new bank details & again i was told i will get the refund in 6 months. After that i spoke to several people to get the update on the refund but i was never given a proper response.
With this written complaint i hope u will take appropriate action. my detais are
