Sir I want to replace my damaged tyre.
And my mrf tyre under warranty
Plzz solve it.

Tyre service is not good for my bike, because in past few days, many times the tyre become puncture again and again. This type of service is very poor. I thought MRF tyre is good other than others, but now I think this is bad quality because of this kind of service.
I'm totally disappoint from MRF tyres.

I have visited BM Tyres, Mehta Bishamber Dass Manohar Lal, MRF Tyres Rajiana, 53 Miles, Distt. Kangra (Himachal Pradesh) on dated 7/10/202 for wheel alignment purposes. In the store, it was observed that one MRF tyer of my car has defected (Manufacture fault) further MRF Branch Manager Mr. Rajeev Mehta advised submitting tyer for replacement as it was in warranty period.

Further Mr. Rajeev appraised me to come back for a new tyer as or when I will receive a message from MRF tyers on my mobile number. I have submitted my defaulted tier in the BM MRF store. He also provides me a Claim forwarding Docket receipt. (Copy of docket is attached for your ready reference ).

I am bringing to your kind knowledge that I have received a message from MRF tires on 16 October 21 where I have learned that my claim was settled and further I am advised to visit/contact the MRF dealer in the received message.

Sir, I have visited MRF store on dated 16 October 21 after receiving the message or advised by Mr. Rajeev on dated 6 Octo.21 for the replacement of tyer. In the store, I have interacted with Mr. Sunny Mehta, Store Manager as Mr. Sanjeev was on leave further I have explained the reason for my visit to Mr. Sunny Mehta.

Mr. Sunny Mehta told me that your tire is not received yet from the company and you need to visit again to when your tire will receive. I have appraised Mr. Sunny Mehta that I was advised by Mr. Sanjeev Mehta to visit the store soon you will receive a message of settlement on your mobile from MRF. I also told Mr. Sunny that no other information was provided to me regarding replacement guidelines of tyers by Mr. Sanjeev on 6 Octo. 21.

Sir, Mr. Sunny has started arguing with me and tried to defend his collogue fellow Mr. Sanjeev. He told that we appraising everything to the customer at the time of submission of a claim. He also told me that you need to come to the store before confirmation on the store Phone number. I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT NO PHONE NUMBER IS MENTIONED IN THE DOCKET PROVIDED BY MR. SANJEEV.

Sir, I have told him that I was not explained anything by Mr Sanjeev regarding replacement guidelines except phone message, which has been appraised by him on 16 October 2021, also no phone number was mentioned on the Claim forwarding docket, so unable to contact him before visiting the store. (copy of claim forward docket is containing no phone number of store attached for your ready reference). There is also no signage displayed in the store where customers should read about the tyers replacement guidelines and other information.

Sir, Mr. Sunny has tried to manipulate and defend his fellow manager in the whole conversation.

Sir, the distance between the MRF store and my home was 16 Kms. (To and fro ) also, I have wasted my valuable time. I felt totally harassed and downhearted by dealing done by the store manager. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and take action against the defaulter so that nobody should face what I have faced in the MRF store in the future.

I recently bought Tata Altroz which came with 4 stock mrf tyres. I have only driven the car around 2500 km and 2 of the tyres blast on running vehicle. i am extremely disappointed with the quality of tyres provided.I wish to exchange my tyres with fresh ones.Very high is expected from mrf .

My brand new MRF ZLX 195 55 R16 tyre got bust while driving on a plain cement road at a very low speed. My friends told me not to buy MRF TYRES due to their past experiences but I bought it just because of the big or famous brand name. I’ve tried claiming warranty but was rejected. Don’t every buy mrf tyres … there are many better quality alternate options available.

I complain through mail also at [protected]@mrfmail.com on 07/10/2021 but not reply yet. My bike Yamaha FZ 3.0 tyre is leakage is from the starting when I purchase the bike. I told to the yamaha service centre then they told that go to MRF service centre then I mail to the MRF on 30/07/2020 then they provide me the address and phone number of the service centre of MRF. Two times I changed the tyre also in MRF service centre. But I want the permanent solution that every time I have to change the tyre for this MRF is charging . Due to covid lock down I could not come at proper time . But the leakage is from beginning. Yamaha service centre also give me in written that the leakage is due to the tyre. I went to the service centre of mrf indiranagar bangalore but Mr. tushar the store manager told that this facility is not available in service centre you come after one month. This is the post purchase service MRF is giving to the customer in bangalore.

Not responding for I purchased a new Brand MRF tyre sl no 1221 size zvtx for Hyundai AURA car dated 23/09/2021 for damage on the road then i came to know about this matter and he was accepting the fact then i compliant for replacing the tyre but could not fulfill on the time. And I asked him when my tyre is coming up but he is not respons.
There for I request you to please kindly help me with this issue resolved for warranty periods

My new tyre got bursted while I was on travel. Applied for claim where dealer itself telling claim wont be possible. After applying I got message after 4 days saying its not manufacture defect so can't provide warranty.
It was not a puncture or any stone stucked inside hole it got cut over side.
Company should take responsibility for such type of issues and provide new tyre or claim.

I am Prakash Raikwar owning maruti ertiga since 2013, I have recently purchased all 4 tyres of my car on 20 Sept 2021. While driving the car through congested area having small domestic drainage flanking the road, the front left tyre went into the drainage and the tyre got damaged in an unexpected manner. It seems that either the product is counterfeit or it has impurities, it is therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter and solve my grievance as early as possible. Your service is very bad because I have a 1tyre to wegnor car, tyre submit to KHAN TYRES at sahaswan Budaun uttar pradesh on date 12/09/2021 and I'm got the message from your side to 23/09/[protected]SI.NO.[protected]) is accepted aganist payment of r.s 282/- and contact the dealer . But dealer says I'm not received your tyre till now nd says plz contact to customer care .

Worst service.The behaviour of the mechanics is very bad.one of them suddenly gone away for another work left behind the incomplete work of my tyre related problem. Other one even didn't care about my sayings.please take care the center.

Quality of Tyre was not good and the dealer refused to exchange or replace the Tyre even though the Tyre was under warranty period.
Tyre was purchased on 20th March 2021 and on 2nd Oct 201 Tyre got flat, so I went to the near by Tyre repairing centre where he informed me that the Tyre that the dealer has fitted was not of good quality

I bought a new Kia Sonet that came with MRF Wanderer on 1st of Sept. I went on my first outstation travel. While on the highway drive, I found the front left tire was losing air pressure. On inspection there was a puncture in the sidewall. Surprised that this issue happened within 1500 kms o[censored]sage. This is due to the poor quality of the tire. Came to mrf warranty centre and they refused to replace tire even at a concession price. Very bad experience on my car usage.

Bought Tyre on 2019 December. Hardly driven the car due to Covid. Now when I drive terrible tyre noise

I have purchased 03 nos of tyres from Swaraj Tyres Kalyan on 15.08.2021 . 01 tyre got punctured at 02 places on same circumference at outer side rim area seems to be manufacturing defect .

The above tyre got bursted out 28th October 2021 and fortunately I saved from this . After checking it is observed that the Swaraj Tyres, Kalyan given me all 03 tyres which were manufactured in 2018 .

The said damaged tyre is lying with Swaraj Tyres Kalyan .

Please look into this matter and arrange the replacement of tyre at the earliest .

I have bought two MRF zv2k tyre from MRF show room alwarpettai Chennai one year before...I drove my car around 3000 km with these tyre...now one of tyre inside Copper cables came out... yesterday when I came from Chennai to cumbum...that tyre got flattened...I called the machanic...he changed the Stephanie..he said no puncture...but tyre only having some problem...
So pl inspect my defective tyre and replace it

I replaced new mrf tyre on 30/8/2020 but now it was cracked completely. When I visit to dealer he said it was not his responsibility do whatever you can do we can't replaced the tyre. Buy new tyre. Please see the issue and do need ful. Original bill and tyre images attached

I had been purchased four tyrefrom BHARTTYRE 120/192(18) lajpat nager near to sarojani nager but after five days my one tyre was cut when i went change my one tyre then they were not geeting me good respons and suggest me you can complain my head office swaroop nager i cant do something
