Quality of Tyre was not good and the dealer refused to exchange or replace the Tyre even though the Tyre was under warranty period.
Tyre was purchased on 20th March 2021 and on 2nd Oct 201 Tyre got flat, so I went to the near by Tyre repairing centre where he informed me that the Tyre that the dealer has fitted was not of good quality
Kindly look into this matter

    I bought a new Kia Sonet that came with MRF Wanderer on 1st of Sept. I went on my first outstation travel. While on the highway drive, I found the front left tire was losing air pressure. On inspection there was a puncture in the sidewall. Surprised that this issue happened within 1500 kms o[censored]sage. This is due to the poor quality of the tire. Came to mrf warranty centre and they refused to replace tire even at a concession price. Very bad experience on my car usage.

        I have purchased 03 nos of tyres from Swaraj Tyres Kalyan on 15.08.2021 . 01 tyre got punctured at 02 places on same circumference at outer side rim area seems to be manufacturing defect .

        The above tyre got bursted out 28th October 2021 and fortunately I saved from this . After checking it is observed that the Swaraj Tyres, Kalyan given me all 03 tyres which were manufactured in 2018 .

        The said damaged tyre is lying with Swaraj Tyres Kalyan .

        Please look into this matter and arrange the replacement of tyre at the earliest .

          I have bought two MRF zv2k tyre from MRF show room alwarpettai Chennai one year before...I drove my car around 3000 km with these tyre...now one of tyre inside Copper cables came out... yesterday when I came from Chennai to cumbum...that tyre got flattened...I called the machanic...he changed the Stephanie..he said no puncture...but tyre only having some problem...
          So pl inspect my defective tyre and replace it

            I replaced new mrf tyre on 30/8/2020 but now it was cracked completely. When I visit to dealer he said it was not his responsibility do whatever you can do we can't replaced the tyre. Buy new tyre. Please see the issue and do need ful. Original bill and tyre images attached

                MRF ZVTS tyre i bought 2 years back was literally bursted yesterday. It got punctured right on the highway and when it was removed, i could see cables inside the tyre had torn the tyre in and out.
                I never expected such a bad quality from the renowned company like MRF.
                I have been driving this car since last 8 years, and during this period i replaced all the 4 tyres only once that is 2 years back as mentioned above. And while replacing the bursted tyre, the dealer took a pain to tell me that my driving is bad and that is harming the tyres. He tried to throw away all the blame to me instead of accepting the truth about the quality of tyre.
                I am sure I must get the refund for the tyres. Please look into it.

                  I can't use my MRF tire properly after buying it because it can't serve me properly. It leaked after a while. I had tubeless tire due to this league but now I have to put tube in it. It's going to be a big hole after a while but I think there is a Menufature Fault so you have to receive my complaint as soon as possible.

                    I have bought the Hundai model Grand i10 NIOS Asta on July 29, 2021 from Abohar Punjab. On 12 September 2021, while driving in the highway one of the car got punchuter, when I checked I found the tyre is teared off. I was very much disappointed, as it's less than 3 months and the tyre is damaged. I have bought this car because of its features and mainly due to the appearance and the look comes out due to the tyre. I have not expected this type of quality I will be receiving from your company. This defect is not acceptable. I am requesting you to replace the tyre as soon as possible. I have talk to the dealer. He told to contact the company . I am hope you will understand the problem and do the needful as soon as possible

                      Sir, I have change my tyre from shre hari tyres at Maruti plaza, nr- Satyamev hospital, chandkheda.ahmedabad. so complain are change my Honda shine rear tyre his collect the charge are more then his told me he told me only tyre charge but replace the tyre then he ask me valve charge and labour charge for his service. Before replace my tyre at another MRF t &s recover only tyre charge. So I request to you refund my money. His behaviour not business men. MRF reputation very down for his side.

                        I have purchased the tyre on 6 nov 2020 dealer Shakti tyre Yamunanagar. Tyre three side swell on highway run on car.bur dealer not replacing the tyre dealer said that this type of defect not under the warranty. My car tyre out side not damage or not purchured in 10 month so how to possible. This defect is manufactured defect but dealer not the positive response and dealer not replace the tyre.

                        So please take necessary action on dealer.

                        I am submit the tyre in manimazra panchkula haryana submit date 12 oct but not reply and in this case regarding person not pic the my phone. I am very sad MRF is very big brand but not solve the my little problem.

                                Some one from MRF called me and requested to resend the tyre for technical recheck and promised to provide the warranty replacement, but they have sent the tyre back again with same status that there is no manufacturing defect

                                    I am a retired Armymen and bought my Baleno Delta car in July 2019.Car run around 5000 km.

                                    My tyre got punctured and when i went to get the puncture repaired they told me that this tyre will not run as the metal wires are poking out of tyre.

                                    I also went to MRF outlet in najafgarh but the claim has been rejected with statement - Dear customer, We regret inability to accept No.[protected]Sl.No.1819) as claim as no manufacturing defect found.

                                    Please help in getting the tyre replaced.

                                        I buy four MRF tyre for my chevolet beat car in 2017. Still in under warranty. But now two tyre are bloating and not smoothly running. I already visited my nearest MRF showroom but am not satisfied there services. I want to exchange my two tyres which are bloating.If my problem not solved I will recommend to my all knowns to not buy MRF tyres.very bad services.
